Of course, the second preset time length can be set for the impasse that the rear vehicle does not retreat and the vehicle on the spot cannot come on the spot later. For example, the second preset time period may be set to 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc., and the embodiment does not limit the specific value of the second preset time period.
In addition, considering that it takes time for the second image capturing device to capture the license plate number and send the license plate number to the electronic device, the third preset time period may be set to be longer than the second preset time period. And because the time consumed for acquiring the license plate number by the second image acquisition device and sending the license plate number to the electronic device is very short, the third preset time duration can also be set to be the same as the second preset time duration. The specific value of the third preset time period is not limited herein.
The third following warning may be the same as or different from the first and second following warnings, and is not limited specifically herein.
As can be seen from the above description, in one aspect, the present application provides a first image capturing device for capturing a license plate number of a first license plate on a vehicle on the parking lot, and a second image capturing device for capturing a license plate number of a second license plate on the vehicle on the parking lot.
When the outgoing vehicle is followed, the first image acquisition equipment can acquire the license plate number of a first license plate (such as a head license plate) on the outgoing vehicle, but the following vehicle covers a second license plate (such as a tail license plate) on the outgoing vehicle, so that the second image acquisition equipment cannot acquire the license plate number of a second license plate of the outgoing vehicle and cannot send the license plate number of the second license plate of the outgoing vehicle to the electronic equipment.
Therefore, the electronic equipment can judge whether the vehicle is followed or not based on whether the license plate number of the second license plate is acquired within the first preset time from the triggering of the second image acquisition equipment for license plate number acquisition, so that the problem of following fee evasion can be effectively prevented.
On the other hand, when the situation that the payment of the vehicles is completed and the vehicles are not followed is determined, the electronic equipment can control the barrier gate to open the vehicles which are going out of the parking lot, and when the electronic equipment determines that the vehicles which are going out of the parking lot are followed, the electronic equipment can also issue alarm information to enable the vehicles which are followed to retreat, so that a closed-loop system which has the functions of vehicle following determination, parking charging and alarm is formed, the accuracy of parking charging of unattended parking is greatly improved, and the vehicles which are followed to run away is effectively prevented from occurring.
The third aspect, after confirming that the vehicle of leaving is followed the car, this application still provides with the detection whether the car disappears to guarantee that the vehicle of leaving can leave the parking area smoothly with the car disappearance back at the vehicle of leaving.
The following determination method for the outgoing vehicle provided by the present application is described in detail below by taking the first license plate as the head license plate of the outgoing vehicle and the second license plate as the tail license plate of the outgoing vehicle as an example.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another vehicle following method for a departure vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
The method can be applied to electronic equipment and can comprise the following steps.
Step 401: the electronic equipment acquires the license plate number of the head license plate of the outgoing vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 1.
Step 402: the electronic equipment inquires the payment information of the outgoing vehicle based on the license plate number of the vehicle head and license plate.
Step 403: and when the electronic equipment determines that the outgoing vehicle finishes payment, triggering the snapshot machine 2 to collect the license plate number.
Step 404: the electronic equipment detects whether the license plate number of the tail of the vehicle which is acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is acquired within a first preset time from the time when the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to acquire the license plate number.
In implementation, when the electronic device can trigger the snapshot machine 2 to collect the license plate number, the timer is started, and the timeout duration of the timer is set to be the first preset duration.
The electronic equipment can detect whether the license plate number acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is acquired within the overtime length of the timer.
If the license plate number acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is not acquired within the overtime duration of the timer, it is determined that the license plate number of the tail of the outgoing vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is not acquired within a first preset duration from the time when the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to acquire the license plate number.
If the license plate number acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is acquired within the overtime length of the timer, detecting whether the license plate number acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is the same as the license plate number of the vehicle head;
if the license plate number acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is the same as that of the vehicle head, determining that the license plate number of the tail of the outgoing vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is acquired within a first preset time period from the time when the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to acquire the license plate number;
if the license plate number acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is different from the license plate number of the vehicle head license plate, it is determined that the license plate number of the vehicle at the tail of the departure vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is not acquired within a first preset time period from the time when the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to acquire the license plate number.
It should be further noted that, if the electronic device obtains the license plate number of the tail of the outgoing vehicle collected by the snapshot machine 2 within a first preset time period from when the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to collect the license plate number, the steps 405 to 406 are executed.
And if the license plate number of the tail of the vehicle which is acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is not acquired within the first preset time from the moment when the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to acquire the license plate number, executing the steps 407 to 411.
Step 405: if the electronic equipment acquires the license plate number of the tail of the outgoing vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 within a first preset time period from the time when the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to acquire the license plate number, it is determined that the outgoing vehicle is not followed.
Step 406: and the electronic equipment sends a release control instruction to a barrier gate deployed at the exit of the parking lot so as to control the barrier gate to release the vehicles on the departure.
Step 407: if the license plate number of the tail of the outgoing vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is not acquired within a first preset time period from the time when the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to acquire the license plate number, the electronic equipment determines that the outgoing vehicle is followed.
Step 408: and the electronic equipment sends a car following alarm to the terminal equipment at the exit of the parking lot and triggers the snapshot machine 2 to start the license plate number acquisition lasting for a second preset time.
Step 409: and the electronic equipment detects whether the license plate number of the tail of the vehicle of the departure acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is acquired within a third preset time from the moment when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed.
During implementation, the electronic equipment can detect whether the license plate number acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is acquired within a third preset time period from the moment when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed;
if the license plate number acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is not acquired within the third preset time period from the time when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed, determining that the license plate number of the rear of the departure vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is not acquired within the third preset time period from the time when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed;
if the license plate number collected by the snapshot machine 2 is obtained within a third preset time period from the moment when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed, comparing whether the collected license plate number is the same as the license plate number of the head license plate;
if the acquired license plate number is the same as that of the vehicle head license plate, the electronic equipment determines that the license plate number of the tail of the outgoing vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is acquired within a third preset time period from the moment when the outgoing vehicle is determined to be followed;
if the acquired license plate number is different from the license plate number of the vehicle head license plate, the electronic equipment can determine that the license plate number of the vehicle tail of the departure vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 is not acquired within a third preset time period from the moment when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed.
It should be noted that, if the electronic device obtains the license plate number of the vehicle tail of the departure vehicle collected by the snapshot machine 2 within the third preset time period after the departure vehicle is determined to be followed, step 410 is executed.
If the electronic device does not acquire the license plate number of the vehicle tail of the departure vehicle acquired by the snapshot machine 2 within a third preset time period from the time when the electronic device determines that the departure vehicle is followed, step 411 is executed.
Step 410: if the electronic equipment acquires the license plate number of the tail of the vehicle of the departure collected by the snapshot machine 2 within a third preset time period from the moment when the electronic equipment determines that the departure vehicle is followed, the electronic equipment determines that the following vehicle disappears and sends a release control instruction to the barrier gate so as to control the barrier gate to release the departure vehicle.
Step 411: if the electronic equipment does not acquire the license plate number of the tail of the outgoing vehicle collected by the snapshot machine 2 within a third preset time period from the time when the electronic equipment determines that the outgoing vehicle is followed, the electronic equipment determines that the following vehicle does not disappear, and issues a continuous vehicle-changing alarm to a user terminal of a central guard of the parking lot.
As can be seen from steps 408 to 411, in practical applications, most of the following vehicles will recede after sensing the warning information, and only a few of the following vehicles will not recede, so that the electronic device can issue a following warning to the terminal device at the exit of the parking lot to prompt the following vehicle to recede after determining that the vehicle is followed. And when the electronic equipment determines that the car is delayed and not disappeared, the electronic equipment sends a car following alarm to the terminal equipment of the parking lot watchman so as to remind the watchman to intervene manually to promote the car following to retreat, so that the manual intervention degree can be greatly reduced, and the parking lot management is more intelligent.
As can be seen from the above description, on the one hand, the snapshot machine 1 for collecting the license plate number of the head license plate of the outgoing vehicle and the snapshot machine 2 for collecting the license plate number of the tail license plate of the outgoing vehicle are respectively arranged in the parking lot.
When the vehicles are followed, the snapshot machine 1 can collect the license plate numbers of the head license plates of the vehicles, but the tail license plates of the vehicles are covered by the following vehicles, so that the snapshot machine 2 cannot collect the license plate numbers of the tail license plates of the vehicles and cannot send the tail license plates of the vehicles to the electronic equipment.
Therefore, the electronic equipment can judge whether the vehicle is followed or not based on whether the license plate number of the vehicle tail license plate is acquired within the first preset time from the moment that the snapshot machine 2 is triggered to acquire the license plate number, so that the problem of fee evasion from following can be effectively prevented.
On the other hand, when the situation that the payment of the vehicles is completed and the vehicles are not followed is determined, the electronic equipment can control the barrier gate to open the vehicles which are going out of the parking lot, and when the electronic equipment determines that the vehicles which are going out of the parking lot are followed, the electronic equipment can also issue alarm information to enable the vehicles which are followed to retreat, so that a closed-loop system which has the functions of vehicle following determination, parking charging and alarm is formed, the accuracy of parking charging of unattended parking is greatly improved, and the vehicles which are followed to run away is effectively prevented from occurring.
The third aspect, after confirming that the vehicle of leaving is followed the car, this application still provides with the detection whether the car disappears to guarantee that the vehicle of leaving can leave the parking area smoothly with the car disappearance back at the vehicle of leaving.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a hardware structure diagram of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application;
the electronic device comprises: a communication interface 501, a processor 502, a machine-readable storage medium 503, and a bus 504; wherein the communication interface 501, the processor 502 and the machine-readable storage medium 503 are in communication with each other via a bus 504. The processor 502 may perform the above-described method of determining a following of a departing vehicle by reading and executing machine-executable instructions in the machine-readable storage medium 503 corresponding to the following determination control logic of the departing vehicle.
The machine-readable storage medium 503 referred to herein may be any electronic, magnetic, optical, or other physical storage device that can contain or store information such as executable instructions, data, and the like. For example, the machine-readable storage medium may be: volatile memory, non-volatile memory, or similar storage media. In particular, the machine-readable storage medium 403 may be a RAM (random Access Memory), a flash Memory, a storage drive (e.g., a hard disk drive), a solid state disk, any type of storage disk (e.g., a compact disk, a DVD, etc.), or similar storage medium, or a combination thereof.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of a vehicle following device for a departure vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, which can be applied to an electronic device and may include the following units.
The acquiring unit 601 is used for acquiring the license plate number of a first license plate on an outgoing vehicle acquired by first image acquisition equipment;
the query unit 602 is configured to query payment information of the outgoing vehicle based on the license plate number of the first license plate;
the triggering unit 603 is used for triggering second image acquisition equipment to acquire license plate numbers when the outgoing vehicles are determined to finish payment;
the detecting unit 604 is configured to detect whether the license plate number of the second license plate on the outgoing vehicle, which is acquired by the second image acquisition device, is acquired within a first preset time period from when the second image acquisition device is triggered to acquire the license plate number; the first license plate and the second license plate are different in deployment position of the departure vehicle;
a determining unit 605, configured to determine that the departure vehicle is followed if the departure vehicle is not followed.
Optionally, the determining unit 605 is further configured to determine that the departure vehicle is not followed if yes;
the device further comprises:
a first instruction issuing unit 606, configured to issue a release control instruction to a barrier deployed at the exit of the parking lot to control the barrier to release the departure vehicle.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a second instruction issuing unit 607, configured to send a first car following alarm to a terminal device deployed at an exit of a parking lot after determining that the departure vehicle is followed; and/or sending a second car following alarm to a user terminal of a parking lot center attendant.
Optionally, the triggering unit 603 is further configured to trigger the second image capturing device to start license plate number capturing lasting for a second preset time period when it is determined that the departure vehicle is followed;
the device further comprises:
a following disappearance determining unit 608, configured to detect whether a license plate number of a second license plate of the departure vehicle acquired by the second image acquisition device is acquired within a third preset time period from when it is determined that the departure vehicle is followed, and if so, determine that the following of the departure vehicle is disappeared;
the device further comprises:
a third instruction issuing unit 609, configured to issue a release control instruction to a barrier gate deployed at the exit of the parking lot to control the barrier gate to release the departing vehicle when it is determined that the following vehicle of the departing vehicle disappears.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

Claims (8)

1. A method for determining a following of a vehicle on board, the method comprising:
acquiring a license plate number of a first license plate on an outgoing vehicle, which is acquired by first image acquisition equipment;
inquiring the payment information of the outgoing vehicle based on the license plate number of the first license plate;
when the outgoing vehicle is confirmed to finish payment, triggering second image acquisition equipment to acquire license plate numbers;
detecting whether the license plate number of a second license plate on the outgoing vehicle acquired by second image acquisition equipment is acquired within a first preset time period from the time when the second image acquisition equipment is triggered to acquire the license plate number; the first license plate and the second license plate are different in deployment position of the departure vehicle;
if not, determining that the vehicle leaving the parking lot is followed;
the method further comprises the following steps:
when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed, triggering the second image acquisition equipment to start license plate number acquisition lasting for a second preset time;
detecting whether the license plate number of a second license plate of the departure vehicle acquired by the second image acquisition equipment is acquired within a third preset time period from the moment when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed, and if so, determining that the following of the departure vehicle disappears;
and when the vehicle following of the vehicle is determined to disappear, issuing a release control instruction to a barrier gate deployed at an exit of a parking lot so as to control the barrier gate to release the vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if so, determining that the vehicle is not followed;
and issuing a release control instruction to a barrier gate deployed at the exit of the parking lot so as to control the barrier gate to release the vehicles on the departure.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the departure vehicle is followed, the method further comprises:
sending a first car following alarm to terminal equipment deployed at an exit of a parking lot; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and sending a second car following alarm to the user terminal of the parking lot center on-duty personnel.
4. An apparatus for determining a following of a vehicle on departure, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the license plate number of a first license plate on an outgoing vehicle acquired by the first image acquisition equipment;
the inquiry unit is used for inquiring the payment information of the outgoing vehicle based on the license plate number of the first license plate;
the triggering unit is used for triggering second image acquisition equipment to acquire license plate numbers when the vehicles on the spot are determined to finish payment;
the detecting unit is used for detecting whether the license plate number of a second license plate on the outgoing vehicle acquired by the second image acquisition equipment is acquired within a first preset time period from the time when the second image acquisition equipment is triggered to acquire the license plate number; the first license plate and the second license plate are different in deployment position of the departure vehicle;
the determining unit is used for determining that the vehicle leaving the parking lot is followed if the vehicle leaving the parking lot is not followed;
the triggering unit is further used for triggering the second image acquisition equipment to start license plate number acquisition lasting for a second preset time when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed;
the device further comprises:
the vehicle following disappearance determining unit is used for detecting whether the license plate number of the second license plate of the departure vehicle acquired by the second image acquisition equipment is acquired or not within a third preset time period from the time when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed, and if so, determining that the vehicle following of the departure vehicle disappears;
the device further comprises:
and the third instruction issuing unit is used for issuing a release control instruction to a barrier gate deployed at an exit of a parking lot to control the barrier gate to release the outgoing vehicle when the following of the outgoing vehicle is determined to disappear.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the determination unit is further configured to determine that the departure vehicle is not followed if yes;
the device further comprises:
and the first instruction issuing unit is used for issuing a release control instruction to a barrier gate deployed at the exit of the parking lot so as to control the barrier gate to release the vehicles on the departure.
6. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:
the second instruction issuing unit is used for sending a first car following alarm to terminal equipment deployed at an exit of a parking lot after determining that the departure car is followed; and/or sending a second car following alarm to a user terminal of a parking lot center attendant.
7. A following determination system for a departing vehicle, comprising: the system comprises a first image acquisition device, a second image acquisition device and an electronic device;
the first image acquisition equipment is used for acquiring the license plate number of a first license plate on an outgoing vehicle;
the electronic equipment is used for acquiring the license plate number of a first license plate on the outgoing vehicle acquired by the first image acquisition equipment and inquiring the payment information of the outgoing vehicle based on the license plate number of the first license plate; when the outgoing vehicle is confirmed to finish payment, triggering second image acquisition equipment to acquire license plate numbers;
the second image acquisition equipment is used for acquiring the license plate number after being triggered by the electronic equipment;
the electronic equipment is used for detecting whether the license plate number of a second license plate on the outgoing vehicle acquired by the second image acquisition equipment is acquired within a first preset time period from the moment when the second image acquisition equipment is triggered to acquire the license plate number; the first license plate and the second license plate are different in deployment position of the departure vehicle; if not, determining that the vehicle leaving the parking lot is followed;
the electronic equipment is further used for triggering the second image acquisition equipment to start license plate number acquisition lasting for a second preset time when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed; detecting whether the license plate number of a second license plate of the departure vehicle acquired by the second image acquisition equipment is acquired within a third preset time period from the moment when the departure vehicle is determined to be followed, and if so, determining that the following of the departure vehicle disappears; and when the vehicle following of the vehicle is determined to disappear, issuing a release control instruction to a barrier gate deployed at an exit of a parking lot so as to control the barrier gate to release the vehicle.
8. An electronic device comprising a processor and a machine-readable storage medium storing machine-executable instructions executable by the processor, the processor being caused by the machine-executable instructions to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
