In an optional embodiment, the hotel self-service machine 1 further includes a stepping motor 109, the stepping motor 109 is connected to the data processing and controlling module 117, and the data processing and controlling module 117 drives the visible light and the near-infrared binocular camera 106 through the stepping motor 109, or drives the visible light and the near-infrared binocular camera 106 and the visible light supplementary lighting lamp 107 together to perform pitching rotation upwards or downwards.
