The asset module is used for registering, managing and supervising fixed assets (such as real estate, land, vehicles, other heavy equipment materials and the like) used by an enterprise. Therefore, the service condition of the fixed assets of the enterprise can be known in time, and the phenomena that whether the enterprise reasonably utilizes the fixed assets, whether spreading waste exists and the like can be visually reflected. the selection module is used for displaying the enterprise tree through the tree structure and selecting the enterprise unit to be inquired;
the setting module is used for setting the conditions to be inquired, including the inquiry conditions of time, areas, enterprises and the like;
the data display module is used for displaying the data of the inquired enterprises (displaying detailed item data); preferably, the enterprise can also comprehensively query the detailed data according to the self authority.
The related personnel of the state resource committee select the enterprises, and can inquire detailed data of assets, finance, personnel and the like reported by the enterprises through conditions of time, regions, enterprises and the like. Enterprises can also comprehensively query the detail data of the enterprises.
The early warning reminding module is used for analyzing whether the related data information of the enterprise exceeds a preset value or not and reminding the enterprise exceeding the preset value; the system comprises the following sub-modules:
the early warning index setting module is used for setting early warning intervals and early warning values of all supervision indexes;
specifically, a state resource supervision system is used for setting early warning intervals and early warning values of various supervision indexes;
the enterprise data extraction module is used for extracting investment risks, cash flow risks, debt risks, profit capacity risks and the like of enterprise operation;
the data display module is used for prompting enterprises exceeding a preset value;
specifically, three levels of early warning are displayed in the list through threshold comparison.
The report analysis module is used for analyzing the related data information of the enterprise; the system comprises the following sub-modules:
and (3) enterprise data extraction: deeply analyzing and data mining conditions of production and management, financial conditions, operation performance, value-added state asset insurance and the like of nationally owned enterprises in the local region;
and (3) visual chart display of each business module: and displaying related data of each enterprise through a proportion graph, a time curve and other visual charts to assist decision analysis of state resource leaders.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
through the information technology means, the enterprise management information monitoring system is directly connected with the information system of the enterprise to be monitored in a butt joint mode, the enterprise management information can be timely and accurately obtained, enterprise personnel do not need to be arranged and reported, and working items of the enterprise personnel are reduced. Meanwhile, the administrative staff of the national resources committee can acquire information of one hand in real time, so that the administrative situation of the national enterprises can be known and analyzed in time, and the obligation of the national resources supervision work can be better fulfilled. The method is characterized in that the data acquisition and analysis of the aspects of finance, assets, personnel and the like of the nationally owned enterprises are completed, so that the requirements of managing people, managing the assets are met, the nationally owned asset monitoring system is utilized to share data with longitudinal units such as superior national asset monitoring departments and municipal direct enterprises, and the nationally owned asset monitoring data are collected facing the enterprises; lateral data sharing with other government departments can be achieved.

the property right supervision module is used for receiving and storing asset information related to enterprises and monitoring the asset information;
the personnel integration module is used for receiving and counting information of related personnel of the enterprise;
the project investment module is used for receiving and storing project information related to enterprises;
the financial supervision module is used for acquiring financial data of an enterprise and monitoring the financial data;
the asset module is used for receiving and storing asset information of an enterprise;
and the nationally owned asset terminal respectively acquires related information and data in the information module, the property right supervision module, the personnel integration module, the project investment module, the financial supervision module and the asset module.
2. The system for supervising domestic assets according to claim 1, wherein the domestic assets end comprises a personal center module, a comprehensive query module, an early warning reminding module and a report analysis module;
the personal center module is used for displaying business information related to daily matters;
the comprehensive query module is used for providing data information query related to enterprises;
the early warning reminding module is used for analyzing whether the related data information of the enterprise exceeds a preset value or not and reminding the enterprise exceeding the preset value;
and the report analysis module is used for analyzing the related data information of the enterprise.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the basic information related to the enterprise in the information module includes basic enterprise information, department information, organization information and adjustment information.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the asset information related to the enterprise in the title monitor module comprises a title registration, a title change, a title cancellation, a title evaluation receipt, a title evaluation approval filing report.
5. The system for supervising homed assets of claim 1, wherein the information about the enterprise-related personnel in the personnel integration module comprises personnel personal information, personnel position information, enterprise recruitment plan, and enterprise recruitment result.

The system for supervising homed assets of claim 1, wherein the project information related to the enterprise in the project investment module comprises basic project information, project adjustment related information, enterprise investment planning information and enterprise investment project schedule information.
7. The system for supervising homey assets of claim 1, wherein the financial data in the financial supervision module comprises budget data of the enterprise, total budget payroll data, financial data of the enterprise, and financial data analysis information of the enterprise.

The system for supervising homed assets of claim 1, wherein the asset information of the enterprises in the asset module comprises material procurement information, asset warehousing information, asset value change information, asset maintenance information, asset lending information and asset disposition information.

the setting module is used for setting the conditions to be inquired;
