The invention provides a control method and a control device of a water heater and the water heater.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the water heater includes a housing (not shown), a fan 10, a fan controller 20, a burner 70, a heat exchanger 80, a water inlet pipe 90 and a water outlet pipe 100, wherein the fan 10, the fan controller 20 and the burner 70 are accommodated in the housing; the water inlet pipe 90 and the water outlet pipe 100 are communicated with the heat exchanger 80; the fan 10 is in communication connection with the fan controller 20; the burner 70 is connected to the heat exchanger 80; the fan 10 is communicated with a burner 70;
the water heater control method comprises the following steps:
s100, acquiring a combustion capacity value and/or a water outlet capacity value of the water heater;
s200, when the combustion capacity value is smaller than a first preset combustion capacity value or the water outlet capacity value is smaller than a first preset water outlet capacity value, increasing the rotating speed of the fan of the water heater.
The combustion capacity value is used for expressing the degree of full combustion of the water heater, when the combustion of the water heater is full, the combustion capacity value of the water heater is higher than the first preset combustion capacity value, and when the combustion of the water heater is not full, the combustion capacity value of the water heater is lower than the first preset combustion capacity value.
Wherein the combustion ability value is a flame temperature or a flame current. The flame temperature refers to the temperature of flame generated by a burner in the water heater, and the flame current refers to the current generated by a flame feedback needle in the water heater when the flame is detected. The flame temperature can be 600 ℃, 800 ℃ and 1000 ℃, and the flame current can be 100mA, 200mA and 300 mA.
In some alternative embodiments, the water heater determines the flame temperature or the flame current through the flame detection device 30. When the water heater detects the flame temperature, the flame detection device 30 is a temperature sensor, and in the working state of the water heater, the temperature sensor is in contact with the flame in the water heater and measures the temperature corresponding to the flame; when the water heater detects the flame current, the flame detection device 30 is a flame feedback needle, and when the water heater works, the flame has ions and has a one-way conductive characteristic due to the fact that gas is used when the water heater burns; a heat-resistant flame feedback needle is inserted into a flame, when an alternating voltage is applied between the flame feedback needle and a burner with a larger surface area than the flame feedback needle, ions are generated in the flame, then the flame feedback needle performs rectification action on the flame to flow to the burner, and the flame feedback needle detects weak direct current flowing through a flame circuit, so that the existence and the size of the flame are detected.
Wherein, the water outlet capacity refers to the hot water supply capacity of the water heater in the working process. The water outlet capacity of the water heater can be 10kg/min, 20kg/min and 30 kg/min. The water heater detects the water outlet capacity of the water heater through the inlet water temperature sensor 40, the outlet water temperature sensor 50 and the water quantity sensor 60. In a specific embodiment, the water output capacity value is calculated by the difference between the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature of the water heater and the inlet water amount, and preferably, the water output capacity value can be expressed as the product of the inlet water amount and the difference between the outlet water temperature and the inlet water temperature, wherein the inlet water amount, the outlet water amount and the outlet water temperature all change within a certain range, so as to ensure the normal operation of the water heater.
In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the water heater determines the combustion capacity value and the water outlet capacity value; the water heater judges the combustion capacity of the water heater through the combustion capacity value and the water outlet capacity value, and adjusts the rotating speed of the fan 10 according to the judgment result, so that the water heater keeps a sufficient combustion state, and the problems of high production cost and complex structure of the water heater caused by the fact that the water heater detects the combustion capacity through a carbon monoxide detector are solved.
Referring to fig. 3, the method for controlling a water heater further includes:
s300, acquiring the blockage rate of the water heater;
s400, when the blockage rate is larger than a first preset blockage rate, acquiring a combustion capacity value and a water outlet capacity value of the water heater.
Wherein the blockage rate is used for representing the blockage degree of the air inlet or the air outlet of the water heater, and the blockage rate can be 10%, 30% or 60%.
In some optional embodiments, the water heater detects a blockage rate of the water heater during operation, and the blockage rate is judged by the condition of air intake or air exhaust of the water heater. When the water heater detects that the blockage rate is smaller than a first preset blockage rate, the water heater can judge that a smoke exhaust passage or an air supply passage of the water heater is blocked, so that the combustion of the water heater is insufficient, and the blockage rate is reduced. And after the water heater detects that the blockage rate is reduced, determining the combustion capacity value and the water outlet capacity value of the water heater, and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan 10 according to the judgment result, thereby ensuring the sufficient combustion of the water heater.
Referring to fig. 4, the step S200 includes:
s210, when the combustion capacity value is smaller than a first preset combustion capacity value or the water outlet capacity value is smaller than a first preset water outlet capacity value, acquiring the blockage rate;
s220, when the blockage rate is larger than a second preset blockage rate, increasing the rotating speed of the fan of the water heater; wherein the second preset blockage rate is greater than the first preset blockage rate.
In some optional embodiments, in order to avoid strong wind, large-amplitude fluctuation of water flow, or other special conditions that easily cause an erroneous judgment of the water heater, when the water heater detects that the combustion capacity value is smaller than a first preset combustion capacity value or the water outlet capacity value is smaller than a first preset water outlet capacity value, continuously judging the blockage rate of the water heater, and when the blockage rate is larger than a second preset blockage rate, judging that the water heater is insufficiently combusted, and increasing the rotating speed of the fan of the water heater; when the blocking rate is smaller than the second preset blocking rate, the water heater is judged to encounter a temporary special condition, for example, the water flow is large or the flame of the water heater encounters strong wind, so that the blocking rate of the water heater is obtained again, and the water heater is continuously detected.
Referring to fig. 5, after the step S220, the method further includes:
s230, acquiring the blockage rate again;
and S240, when the blockage rate is greater than a third preset blockage rate, increasing the rotating speed of the fan by the water heater, wherein the third preset blockage rate is the product of the second preset blockage rate and a first coefficient.
In some optional embodiments, the water heater adjusts the fan rotation speed of the fan 10 according to a blocking rate, compares the adjusted operating current with a third preset blocking rate, determines that the water heater still does not satisfy a condition of sufficient combustion when the blocking rate is greater than the third preset blocking rate, continues to increase the rotation speed of the fan 10, and determines whether the blocking rate after the rotation speed is reduced is greater than the second preset blocking rate. And the third preset blockage rate is the product of the second preset blockage rate and the first coefficient. The fourth preset blocking rate is a product of the third preset blocking rate and the first coefficient. In a specific embodiment, the value range of the first coefficient d is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 1. Preferably, d is 0.95. In some optional embodiments, the fan speed of the fan 10 is 4000 revolutions, corresponding to 10% of the blockage rate, and when the blockage rate is detected to increase to 50%, the fan controller 20 increases the speed of the fan 10 from 4000 revolutions to 4200 revolutions, so as to ensure sufficient combustion of the water heater. At this time, the fan speed of 4200 revolutions corresponds to 50% of the blockage rate, when the blockage rate is increased from 50% to 60%, the water heater controls the fan speed of the fan 10 to increase from 4200 revolutions to 4400 revolutions, in each adjustment process, the previous blockage rate is used as a reference, and when the blockage rate is increased by 5%, the fan speed of the fan 10 is increased, so that the combustion condition of the water heater is continuously improved.
Referring to fig. 6, after the step S220, the method further includes:
s250, when the blockage rate is smaller than a third preset blockage rate, reducing the rotating speed of the fan by the water heater, wherein the third preset blockage rate is the product of the second preset blockage rate and a first coefficient,
and S260, re-acquiring the blockage rate, and comparing the blockage rate with the second preset blockage rate.
In some optional embodiments, when the blockage rate is smaller than the third preset blockage rate, the fan rotation speed of the fan 10 is reduced, and the water heater obtains the blockage rate again, compares the blockage rate with the second preset blockage rate, and adjusts the water heater according to the comparison result. In some optional embodiments, when the blockage rate acquired again by the water heater is greater than the second preset blockage rate step, the step S220 is executed again.
Further, after the step S240, the method further includes:
after the rotating speed of the fan is increased, the blockage rate is determined again by the water heater;
and when the blockage rate is smaller than a fourth preset blockage rate, increasing the rotating speed of the fan by the water heater, wherein the fourth preset blockage rate is the product of the third preset blockage rate and a first coefficient.
In some optional embodiments, after increasing the rotation speed of the fan, the water heater needs to determine the blocking rate of the water heater again, compare the adjusted blocking rate with the fourth preset blocking rate, and when the blocking rate is greater than the fourth preset blocking rate, determine that the water heater still does not satisfy the condition of sufficient combustion, continue to increase the rotation speed of the fan 10, and further adjust the water heater.
Further, after the step S240, the method further includes:
when the blockage rate is greater than a fourth preset blockage rate, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced by the water heater, wherein the fourth preset blockage rate is the product of the third preset blockage rate and a first coefficient;
and re-acquiring the blockage rate, and comparing whether the blockage rate is smaller than the third preset blockage rate.
In some optional embodiments, when the blockage rate is smaller than the fourth preset blockage rate, the fan rotation speed of the fan 10 is reduced, and the water heater obtains the blockage rate again, compares the blockage rate with the third preset blockage rate, and adjusts the water heater according to the comparison result. In some optional embodiments, when the blockage rate acquired again by the water heater is greater than the third preset blockage rate step, the step S240 is executed again. And when the blockage rate acquired again by the water heater is smaller than the third preset blockage rate step, re-executing the step S250.
Further, the water heater control method further comprises:
and when the combustion capacity value is smaller than a second preset combustion capacity value or the water outlet capacity value is smaller than a second preset water outlet capacity value, the water heater stops working and prompts equipment failure.
In some optional embodiments, when the combustion capacity value and/or the water outlet capacity value detected by the water heater is smaller than a certain value, the water heater is in an abnormal working state, the water heater stops working, and a user is prompted that the water heater fails.
