The invention provides a fan control method of a gas water heater.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, to achieve the above object, a fan control method for a gas water heater according to the present invention includes:
s100, collecting the current of the sectional valve to obtain the working state of the sectional valve; and collecting the current of the gas proportional valve to obtain the size of the heat load. It should be noted that the requirement of the user for the water temperature in summer is different from the requirement for the water temperature in winter, and the heating mode of the gas water heater usually includes a summer heating mode and a winter heating mode to meet the requirements of different seasons. In this embodiment, the heating mode in summer corresponds to a small segment, and the heating mode in winter corresponds to a large segment.
The sectional valve is used for controlling the heating mode of the gas water heater, and accordingly, when the sectional valve is in different working states, the working current of the sectional valve is different, so that the working state of the sectional valve can be judged by detecting the working current of the sectional valve.
The working state of the section valve comprises opening and closing; when the segment valve is opened, the gas water heater is in a working condition of a large thermal load segment; when the section valve is closed, the gas water heater is in a heat load small section working condition.
And S200, determining the rotating speed of the fan according to the working state, the heat load and the mapping rule of the segment valve.
Similarly, the gas flow of the gas proportional valve can be determined by the current of the gas proportional valve, so that the heat load of the gas water heater can be obtained. In fig. 2, P1-P3 correspond to the small-stage heat load of the gas water heater, and P2-P4 correspond to the large-stage heat load of the gas water heater.
And S300, controlling the fan of the gas water heater to operate according to the determined fan rotating speed.
It is easy to understand that the higher the set temperature of the gas water heater is, the larger the required gas quantity is, and the larger the oxygen quantity required for combustion is. The fan is the main oxygen supply equipment of gas heater, and the higher the fan rotational speed, the bigger the air volume of introducing the combustion chamber is, also the bigger is the oxygen supply volume to the combustion chamber, consequently, set for the temperature higher, the fan rotational speed also is higher, otherwise, the fan rotational speed is less.
According to the technical scheme, the working state of the section valve and the size of the heat load are respectively obtained; and determining the rotating speed of the fan according to the working state, the heat load and the mapping rule of the segment valve, and avoiding the phenomenon of flame separation caused by insufficient combustion due to overhigh rotating speed of the gas water heater under certain heat load when the gas water heater is in a small segment, thereby improving the combustion efficiency.
Setting a minimum rotating speed FL and a maximum rotating speed FM of the fan in small-segment operation, a minimum rotating speed FN and a maximum rotating speed FH of the fan in large-segment operation, and a mapping rule of the rotating speed of the motor and the heat load; wherein FL, FM, FN and FH are positive numbers, and FM < FH is set. The maximum fan rotating speed in the small section is limited below the maximum fan rotating speed in the large section, so that the rotating speed of the fan under certain heat loads in the small section of the gas water heater is further reduced, and the combustion efficiency is improved.
Further, FL < FN < FM < FH is set.
It should be noted that, in the conventional control mode, the minimum rotation speed of the fan in the small segment is the same as the minimum rotation speed of the fan in the large segment, which may cause the efficiency to be insufficient due to the overhigh rotation speed in some heat loads in the small segment, and the flame-out phenomenon occurs; in a large section, certain heat loads have low efficiency due to low rotating speed, so that the exhaust gas temperature is low, and condensate water is easily generated. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, FM < FH is set, so that the phenomenon that the gas water heater rotates at too high speed under certain heat loads in small sections to cause insufficient combustion and flame separation is avoided, and the combustion efficiency is improved; by setting FL to be less than FN, the rotating speed of the fan is increased in a large section, the smoke exhaust temperature is increased, and condensate water is prevented from being generated on a heat exchanger of the gas water heater.
With continued reference to fig. 2, specifically, the mapping rule is a linear equation determined by the minimum rotational speed FL and the maximum rotational speed FM when the fan operates in a small section and the minimum rotational speed FN and the maximum rotational speed FH when the fan operates in a large section.
It should be noted that the minimum rotational speed FL and the thermal load P1 corresponding to the minimum rotational speed when the fan is operated in a small segment, and the maximum rotational speed FM and the thermal load P2 corresponding to the maximum rotational speed when the fan is operated in a small segment; the minimum rotating speed FN of the fan in the large section, the heat load P3 corresponding to the minimum rotating speed, the maximum rotating speed FH of the fan in the large section and the heat load P4 corresponding to the maximum rotating speed are obtained, and the linear equations of the small section can be determined by (FL, P1), (FM, P2), (FN, P3) and (FH, P4), (FL, P1), (FM, P2) and the linear equations of the large section can be determined by (FN, P3), (FH, P4).
And detecting the current value of the gas proportional valve so as to obtain the current heat load of the gas water heater, and calculating to obtain the rotating speed of the fan according to the heat load and a linear equation.
Further, the fan control method of the gas water heater further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the oxygen content of an exhaust channel of the gas water heater, and judging whether the gas water heater is in the optimal combustion working condition or not according to the oxygen content;
and if the gas water heater is not in the optimal combustion working condition, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the mapping rule.
It should be noted that the combustion condition refers to an operating condition in the combustion process. The combustion working conditions of the gas water heater comprise a combustion state, the stability of combustion flame, the content ratio of carbon monoxide to nitric oxide in flue gas, the content of nitric oxide in flue gas and the like; the combustion state depends on the ratio of gas to air during combustion, and too much or too little air can cause unstable and insufficient combustion. In the embodiment, the combustion working condition is controlled by substantially controlling the air quantity (fan) and the gas quantity (gas proportional valve) ratio. The optimal combustion working condition is the ratio of air quantity and fuel gas quantity obtained through experiments in advance. Therefore, whether the gas water heater is in the optimal combustion working condition or not can be judged by acquiring the oxygen content of the exhaust channel of the gas water heater.
In one embodiment, in order to further improve the control precision of the fan and enable the actual rotating speed of the fan to tend to the given rotating speed, the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted in a feedback mode by collecting the oxygen content of an exhaust channel of the gas water heater. In the embodiment, the oxygen content of the exhaust channel of the gas water heater is measured by the oxygen sensor.
The oxygen content of the exhaust passage of the gas water heater reflects the combustion condition of the water heater, and the corresponding relation between the oxygen content and the combustion condition (namely, the heat load) can be measured in advance through experiments. When the combustion condition is in excessive combustion, the oxygen content is over high at the moment, the rotating speed of the fan is too high, and the rotating speed of the fan is reduced according to the measured rotating speed of the fan and the mapping rule.
It is easy to understand that when the combustion condition is insufficient, the oxygen content is low, and the rotating speed of the fan is too low, the rotating speed of the fan is increased according to the measured rotating speed of the fan and the mapping rule.
Further, the fan control method of the gas water heater further comprises the following steps:
collecting the flame temperature of the gas water heater, and judging whether the gas water heater is in the optimal combustion working condition or not according to the flame temperature;
and if the gas water heater is not in the optimal combustion working condition, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the mapping rule.
In another embodiment, the combustion temperature of the gas water heater reflects the combustion condition, and if the flame temperature is high, the combustion condition is in a better state, and if the flame temperature is low, the combustion condition is poorer. Whether the gas water heater is in the optimal combustion working condition or not is judged by detecting the flame temperature, and the rotating speed of the fan is properly adjusted according to the measured rotating speed of the fan and the mapping rule, so that the combustion working condition is in the optimal state.
In addition, other feedback devices can be arranged to detect the current rotating speed of the fan, judge whether the current rotating speed of the fan is faster or slower according to the mapping rule relation, and correspondingly adjust the rotating speed of the fan, so that the combustion efficiency of the gas water heater is always in the best working condition.
Specifically, the step of collecting the current of the gas proportional valve and obtaining the magnitude of the heat load includes:
collecting the current of the gas proportional valve to obtain the opening degree of the gas proportional valve;
and acquiring the size of the heat load according to the opening degree of the gas proportional valve.
Specifically, the working state of the segment valve comprises opening and closing; when the segment valve is opened, the gas water heater is in a working condition of a large thermal load segment; when the section valve is closed, the gas water heater is in a heat load small section working condition. In this embodiment, the segment valve has two states, a large segment and a small segment.
The invention provides a fan control device of a gas water heater, which comprises: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a fan control program of the gas water heater, wherein the fan control program of the gas water heater is stored on the memory and runs on the processor, and the steps of the method are realized when the fan control program of the gas water heater is executed by the processor.
The invention provides a storage medium, wherein a fan control program of a gas water heater is stored on the storage medium, and the steps of the fan control method of the gas water heater are realized when the fan control program of the gas water heater is executed by a processor.
The invention also provides a gas water heater, which comprises the fan control device of the gas water heater or the storage medium. The embodiment of the fan control device or the storage medium of the gas water heater refers to the above embodiments, and since the gas water heater adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and are not repeated here.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) as described above and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
