Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. It should be noted that the power supply voltage may exceed multiple sets of voltage limits at the same time, and the power of the air conditioner may be reduced according to the adjustment rule corresponding to the lowest low voltage limit that is lower than the power supply voltage or the highest high voltage limit that is higher than the power supply voltage.
Preferably, the power supply voltage may be a single measurement value, an average value of multiple measurement values, or a voltage value after further filtering after detection, and the low-voltage limit and the high-voltage limit may be set power supply voltage values or voltage limits set according to a percentage of a normal voltage of the power supply, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a power control method of an air conditioner, which comprises the steps of obtaining the power supply voltage of the air conditioner according to a preset time period; comparing the power supply voltage with at least one preset group of voltage limit values, and judging whether the power supply voltage exceeds the voltage range of each group of voltage limit values; when the power supply voltage exceeds the voltage range of any group of voltage limit values, reducing the power of the air conditioner according to a preset regulation rule; the power of the air conditioner can be controlled in real time according to the power supply voltage of the air conditioner, and the power requirement of the air conditioner is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode, so that the power capacity utilization rate is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic view of a voltage limit curve of the power control method of an air conditioner provided by the present invention, in another preferred embodiment, each group of voltage limits is a group of voltage limit curves having the same phase as a power supply voltage curve of the air conditioner and different amplitudes, and each group of voltage limit curves includes a low voltage limit curve and a high voltage limit curve; the amplitude of the low-voltage limit curve is smaller than that of the power supply voltage curve, and the amplitude of the high-voltage limit curve is larger than that of the power supply voltage curve.
Specifically, in combination with the above embodiments, the power supply of the air conditioner is generally a sine wave alternating current, and accordingly, each group of voltage limit values is a group of voltage limit value curves having the same phase as the power supply voltage curve of the air conditioner and different amplitudes, the amplitude of the low-voltage limit value curve in each group of voltage limit value curves is smaller than the amplitude of the power supply voltage curve, and the amplitude of the high-voltage limit value curve in each group of voltage limit value curves is larger than the amplitude of the power supply voltage curve.
As shown in FIG. 2, the supply voltage curve in FIG. 2 is a sinusoidal wave, represented by a solid line, and FIG. 2 lists two sets of voltage limit curves, represented by dashed lines, where V1LAnd V1HRepresenting a first set of voltage limit curves, V1LRepresenting a lower limit curve of the first set of voltage limit curves, having a magnitude smaller than the supply voltage curve, V1HRepresenting a high voltage limit curve of the first set of voltage limit curves having a magnitude greater than the supply voltage curve; v2LAnd V2HRepresenting a second set of voltage limit curves, V2LRepresenting a lower limit curve of the second set of voltage limit curves, having a magnitude smaller than the supply voltage curve, V2HRepresenting a high voltage limit curve of the second set of voltage limit curves having a magnitude greater than the supply voltage curve.
In another preferred embodiment, when the power supply voltage exceeds a voltage range of any set of voltage limit values, the reducing the power of the air conditioner according to a preset regulation rule specifically includes:
when the supply voltage V satisfies V<ViLOr V>ViHWhen the air conditioner is started, the power of the air conditioner is reduced according to a preset ith group of regulation rules; wherein, ViLLow voltage limit value, V, of the ith group voltage limit valueiHHigh voltage limit value, i, of the ith group voltage limit value>0。
Specifically, in combination with the above embodiment, when it is determined that the supply voltage V of the air conditioner exceeds the low voltage limit V of the ith group of voltage limitsiLAnd a high pressure limit value ViHThe defined voltage range (i.e. the supply voltage is below the corresponding low limit value V)iLOr above the corresponding high pressure limit value ViH) And then, reducing the power of the air conditioner according to an ith group of regulation rules which are preset and correspond to the ith group of voltage limit values.
It will be appreciated that two sets of voltage limits are assumed, the first set of voltage limits comprising V1LAnd V1HThe second set of voltage limits includes V2LAnd V2HComparing the supply voltage V of the air conditioner with two sets of voltage limit values respectively, and when the supply voltage V satisfies V1L≤V≤V1HWhen the air conditioner is started, the power of the air conditioner is not adjusted; when the supply voltage V satisfies V2L≤V<V1LOr V1H<V≤V2HWhile, the null is reduced according to a first set of preset adjustment rules corresponding to a first set of voltage limitsThe power of the regulator; when the supply voltage V satisfies V < V2LOr V > V2HAnd then, reducing the power of the air conditioner according to a preset second group of adjusting rules corresponding to the second group of voltage limit values.
In a further preferred embodiment, the adjustment rule comprises at least one of the following rules:
reducing the frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner according to a preset adjusting amplitude or adjusting speed;

wherein each set of voltage limit corresponds to a set of adjustment range or adjustment speed.
Specifically, in combination with the above embodiments, the power of the air conditioner can be adjusted by the frequency of the compressor, the rotation speed of the fan, the opening of the electronic expansion valve, and the like, and different adjustment rules respectively correspond to different adjustment ranges or adjustment speeds, for example, when the supply voltage V satisfies V2L≤V<V1LOr V1H<V≤V2HWhen the power supply voltage V satisfies V < V, at least one of △ f1 frequency reduction, △ n1 speed reduction and △ s1 opening increase can be selected to reduce the power of the air conditioner2LOr V > V2HAt least one of the modes of reducing the frequency of the compressor △ f2, reducing the rotating speed of the fan △ n2 and increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve △ s2 can be selected to reduce the power of the air conditioner.
In still another preferred embodiment, after the reducing the power of the air conditioner according to the preset adjustment rule, the method further includes:
when the air conditioner stably operates for a first preset time, acquiring current operating state parameters and current environment parameters of the air conditioner; the current operation state parameters at least comprise the current compressor frequency of the air conditioner, the rotating speed of a fan, the opening of an electronic expansion valve and the measured value of a temperature sensor;
