Claims (11)

1. A frequency limit control method is applied to a variable frequency air conditioner and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
calculating the current electromagnetic torque of a compressor of the variable-frequency air conditioner;
selecting a current torque limit value matched with the current temperature of an outdoor unit of the variable frequency air conditioner from a preset temperature-electromagnetic torque limit table;
and carrying out control limit control on the working frequency of a compressor of the inverter air conditioner according to the current torque limit value.
2. The frequency-limiting control method of claim 1, wherein the temperature-electromagnetic torque limit table includes a plurality of outer temperature intervals, and further includes a plurality of torque limit values respectively corresponding to each of the outer temperature intervals.
3. The frequency restriction control method according to claim 1, wherein the restriction controlling the operating frequency of the compressor of the inverter air conditioner according to the current torque limit value comprises the steps of:
when the current electromagnetic torque is greater than the current torque limit, controlling the operating frequency to decrease such that the current torque limit is below the current torque limit.
4. The frequency restriction control method according to claim 3, wherein the operation frequency of the compressor of the inverter air conditioner is restricted according to the current torque limit value, further comprising the steps of:
and when the reduced current torque limit value is reduced to be lower than the current torque limit value by a preset amplitude, forbidding the compressor to carry out frequency increasing operation and continuously presetting forbidding duration, and releasing the compressor for forbidding after the preset forbidding duration.
5. A frequency control limit control device is applied to a variable frequency air conditioner, and is characterized by comprising:
the torque calculation module is used for calculating the current electromagnetic torque of a compressor of the inverter air conditioner;
the limit value searching module is used for selecting a current torque limit value matched with the current temperature of the outdoor unit of the variable-frequency air conditioner from a preset temperature-electromagnetic torque limit table;
and the frequency reduction control module is used for controlling and limiting the working frequency of a compressor of the variable frequency air conditioner according to the current torque limit value.
6. The frequency limiting control apparatus of claim 5 wherein said temperature-to-electromagnetic torque limit table includes a plurality of outer temperature intervals and further includes a plurality of torque limit values respectively corresponding to each of said outer temperature intervals.
7. The frequency limiting control device of claim 5, wherein the down control module comprises:
a first control unit for controlling the operating frequency to decrease such that the current torque limit is below the current torque limit when the current electromagnetic torque is greater than the current torque limit.
8. The frequency limiting control device of claim 7 wherein the second control unit further comprises:
and the second control unit is used for forbidding the compressor to carry out the frequency increasing operation and continuously presetting the forbidding duration after the reduced current torque limit value is reduced to be lower than the current torque limit value by a preset amplitude, and releasing the compressor for forbidding after the preset forbidding duration.
9. A controller applied to an inverter air conditioner is characterized in that the frequency control limit control device is provided according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
10. A controller applied to an inverter air conditioner is characterized by comprising at least one processor and a memory connected with the processor, wherein the memory is used for storing computer programs or instructions, and the processor is used for executing the computer programs or instructions so as to enable the controller to realize the following operations on the inverter air conditioner:
calculating the current electromagnetic torque of a compressor of the variable-frequency air conditioner;
selecting a current torque limit value matched with the current temperature of an outdoor unit of the variable frequency air conditioner from a preset temperature-electromagnetic torque limit table;
and carrying out control limit control on the working frequency of a compressor of the inverter air conditioner according to the current torque limit value so as to prevent the current electromagnetic torque from exceeding the current torque limit value for a long time.
11. An inverter air conditioner, characterized in that, a controller as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 10 is provided.
