the working principle is as follows: when the gas washing device is arranged in industrial gas treatment equipment to work, a piston rod of a cylinder 5 drives a plate-shaped valve core 6 to move towards the left side, gas enters from a gas inlet 3, sequentially enters a gas washing ball 10 through a fixed cylinder, a first channel 13 and a rotary cylinder 14 at the bottom end of a frame 9, drives the gas washing ball 10 to rotate, is injected with water from a water injection port 30 through an external water injection device, and the water injection port 30 is communicated with the top end of the gas washing ball 10 through a second channel 17, so that the gas and water mist are in convection, particles in the gas are settled, the content of gas particles entering a valve and the industrial gas equipment is reduced, the valve is protected, and the gas washing device is suitable for environment-friendly treatment equipment with a large amount of particles in.
