本发明涉及家具技术领域，尤其涉及一种背板扣。
背景技术
现代家具行业的衣柜、书柜、装饰柜及文件柜等柜子的柜体采用多块板材互相连接、拼装而成。这些板材中，水平方向的板材称为层板，竖向的、靠墙的板材称为背板，除背板以外其他的竖向板材称为侧板。
现有的背板在安装时，背板的上侧边、下侧边、左侧边、右侧边分别嵌入其他板材的嵌槽中，由于背板的上述各侧边与嵌槽之间存在间隙，使得安装好的背板与其他板材之间呈松动状态，连接不牢固，柜体结构不稳定。
因此有必要予以改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种背板扣，能够卡紧背板，使背板和其他板材之间连接牢固。
为了实现上述目的，提供了如下技术方案：
一种背板扣，其特征在于，包括连接杆和设置在所述连接杆一端的头部，所述头部呈凸轮状，所述头部远离所述连接杆一端的端面上设有用于拧转所述背板扣的安装槽，所述头部的外周边包括依次相连的第一周边段、第二周边段和第三周边段，所述第二周边段到头部旋转中心的距离大于所述第一周边段到头部旋转中心的距离，所述第三周边段到头部旋转中心的距离大于或等于第二周边段到头部旋转中心的距离，所述第二周边段上设有至少一个棘齿。
可选的是，所述第一周边段、所述第二周边段、所述第三周边段到头部旋转中心的距离依次增大。
可选的是，所述安装槽是十字槽或米字槽或星形槽。
可选的是，所述第三周边段呈圆弧状。
可选的是，所述头部的外周边还包括设置于所述第一周边段和所述第三周边段之间的限位部。
采用上述结构后，本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是：本发明背板扣能够卡紧背板，使背板和其他板材之间连接牢固；背板扣的第二周边段上设有多个棘齿，转动背板扣时，背板扣上的棘齿切割背板表面，在背板表面开一个槽，这个槽可以防止背板扣松动和脱落；对于比较硬的背板，背板扣上的棘齿转动时更容易在较硬的背板上开槽，并且，开出来的槽不容易暴边，保证外观的美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1至图4，本发明提供的背板扣包括连接杆2和设置在所述连接杆2一端的头部1。所述头部1呈凸轮状，也就是说，所述头部1的外周边到其旋转中心的距离是变化的。所述头部1远离所述连接杆2一端的端面上设有用于拧转所述背板扣的安装槽10。该安装槽10可以是十字槽、米字槽、星形槽或其他适合的形状。所述头部1的外周边包括依次相连的第一周边段11、第二周边段12和第三周边段13。所述第二周边段12到头部1旋转中心的距离大于所述第一周边段11到头部1旋转中心的距离，所述第三周边段13到头部1旋转中心的距离大于或等于第二周边段12到头部1旋转中心的距离，所述第二周边段12上设有多个棘齿120。
优选地，所述第一周边段11、所述第二周边段12、所述第三周边段13到头部1旋转中心的距离依次增大。
用螺丝刀对准安装槽10拧转背板扣时，头部1绕安装槽10的中心点旋转，同时，整个背板扣绕连接杆2的旋转中心线旋转。本发明所称“头部1旋转中心”是指连接杆2的旋转中心线。
参见3和图4，图3和图4示出了本发明背板扣的安装过程。预先在将要与背板01连接的板材02上打孔。安装时，将背板01对准板材02的嵌槽4插入；头部1的第一周边段11朝向背板01，将背板扣装入板材02的安装孔3中；用十字批头对准头部1的十字槽拧转，使头部1旋转，第二周边段12的棘齿120开始切割背板01，在背板01上开一个槽，头部1的第三周边段13朝向背板01时，头部1的第三周边段13嵌入背板01的槽内，从而将背板01卡紧，防止背板松动。
本发明的有益效果是：背板扣的第三周边段13与背板之间过盈配合，从而将背板卡紧，防止背板松动；背板扣的第二周边段12上设有多个棘齿120，转动背板扣时，背板扣上的棘齿120切割背板01表面，在背板01表面开一个槽，这个槽可以防止背板扣松动和脱落；对于比较硬的背板，背板扣上的棘齿120转动时更容易在较硬的背板上开槽，并且，开出来的槽不容易暴边，保证外观的美观。
优选地，第三周边段13呈圆弧状。
所述头部1的外周边还包括设置于所述第一周边段11和所述第三周边段13之间的限位部14，所述限位部14到头部1旋转中心的距离大于第三周边段13到头部1旋转中心的距离。限位部14可防止安装背板扣时没有扭到位或者扭过头。

1.一种背板扣，其特征在于，包括连接杆和设置在所述连接杆一端的头部，所述头部呈凸轮状，所述头部远离所述连接杆一端的端面上设有用于拧转所述背板扣的安装槽，所述头部的外周边包括依次相连的第一周边段、第二周边段和第三周边段，所述第二周边段到头部旋转中心的距离大于所述第一周边段到头部旋转中心的距离，所述第三周边段到头部旋转中心的距离大于或等于第二周边段到头部旋转中心的距离，所述第二周边段上设有至少一个棘齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背板扣，其特征在于，所述第一周边段、所述第二周边段、所述第三周边段到头部旋转中心的距离依次增大。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背板扣，其特征在于，所述安装槽是十字槽或米字槽或星形槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背板扣，其特征在于，所述第三周边段呈圆弧状。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的背板扣，其特征在于，所述头部的外周边还包括设置于所述第一周边段和所述第三周边段之间的限位部。
