The underwater cutting device of claim 7, wherein the cutting device body includes a fixed frame and a movable frame; the movable frame is arranged on the fixed frame, two first driving wheels are arranged on the movable frame, and a second driving wheel is arranged between the two first driving wheels.
9. An underwater cutting device as claimed in claim 8, wherein two angle-adjustment wheels are provided at the lower end of the mounting frame, and two third transmission wheels are provided between the two angle-adjustment wheels;
