Background
The rubber hose is a steel wire braided rubber hose. The rubber tube consists of an inner rubber layer, a steel wire braided layer and an outer rubber layer. The flexible pipe is suitable for conveying hydraulic fluid such as alcohol, fuel oil, lubricating oil, emulsion and the like, the design of the flexible pipe is different according to the difference of the use working conditions and performance requirements, and common parameters comprise size, pressure, weight, length, flexibility, chemical durability and the like.
1) In the conventional rubber hose daily production process, the rubber hose is inconvenient to wind, collect and process, the manual winding process is complicated in the winding process, the winding efficiency is inconvenient to improve, and the knotting and winding processes are difficult and complicated in the later-stage arrangement process;
2) the in-process of hose needs be carried out comparatively convenient cutting off according to the thickness difference of winding the number of turns to current manual work, thereby leads to being not convenient for carry out the cutting-off processing of freedom according to the length of hose in the middle of the process of cutting.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a finished product pipe winding machine for rubber hose production, and aims to solve the problems that the conventional rubber hose in the prior art is inconvenient to wind, collect and process the rubber hose in a daily production process, the manual winding process is complicated in the winding process, the winding efficiency is inconvenient to improve, and the knotting and winding processes are difficult and complicated in the later arrangement process.

In order to facilitate flexible cutting according to the need of hose winding, the cutting mechanism preferably comprises a support frame fixedly mounted and connected with the side wall of the box body, the support frame is composed of four guide rods and a support plate which are transversely mounted, a square support plate is fixedly mounted at the end of each guide rod, a pipeline connecting through hole is formed in the middle of the support plate, guide pipes are fixedly mounted inside the pipeline connecting through holes, one end of each guide pipe is communicated with the side wall of the box body, a cutting blade is fixedly mounted at the end of each guide pipe, a first motor is fixedly mounted at the end of each cutting blade, an electric telescopic rod is fixedly mounted at the top of each first motor, and the side wall of each electric telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the surface of the middle of the support plate.
In order to achieve the purpose of winding the hose, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the winding mechanism includes a material guiding groove in supporting connection with the supporting plate, one end of the material guiding groove is fixedly provided with the bobbin, two side surfaces of the bobbin are also fixedly provided with the bobbin supporting frame, one end of the bobbin supporting frame is fixedly provided with a second motor for driving the bobbin to rotate, and the bottom of the second motor is fixedly provided with a base fixed to the bobbin supporting frame in a supporting manner.
In order to facilitate operation and control, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a switch panel is fixedly mounted on a front surface of the box, a first stepping motor switch, a second stepping motor switch, a first motor switch, an electric telescopic rod switch and a second motor switch are respectively disposed on a surface of the switch panel, the first stepping motor is electrically connected to the first stepping motor switch, the second stepping motor is electrically connected to the second stepping motor switch, the first motor is electrically connected to the first motor switch, the electric telescopic rod is electrically connected to the electric telescopic rod switch, the second motor is electrically connected to the second motor switch, and the first stepping motor switch, the second stepping motor switch, the first motor switch, the electric telescopic rod switch and the second motor switch are all electrically connected to an external power source.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the flexible leather hose is guided in and then conveyed under the action of the conveying cabinet arranged in the winding mechanism, so that the guide pipe and the hose support frame can be utilized to reduce friction and shaking of the conveying cabinet in the hose conveying process in order to improve stability of the hose conveying process, subsequent arrangement of users is facilitated, the pipes can be conveyed and processed by the aid of the hose conveying device arranged in the hose conveying cabinet, manual operation of the users is avoided, and convenience in the operation process and efficiency of conveying the pipes are improved;
2) the collection roller arranged in the material conveying cabinet can clamp, extrude and convey the placed hose, a user only needs to turn on a switch of a first stepping motor, then the first stepping motor drives the collection roller inside to rotate in the electrifying process, and at the moment, when the collection roller rotates, the hose is clamped and fixedly conveyed in the clamping process of the conveying groove, so that the situations of slipping, deviation and the like in the conveying process are prevented;
3) the baffle box conveniently carries out the guide with the rubber hose who derives and handles, can fix the wraparound with the help of the baffle box and connect the processing, then through opening the second motor switch, second motor circular telegram operation and drive the second motor that output end department set up and carry out circular telegram and rotate immediately, at the in-process of second motor at high-speed pivoted, and then can be convenient for drive its rotation with the wraparound, thereby be convenient for realize carrying out the wraparound surface to the wraparound with rubber hose, so as to reach the purpose of rolling hose, also can be according to the rolling needs so that drive cutting blade under electric telescopic handle's drive effect simultaneously, the realization is handled the sharp cutting of rubber hose.
