Referring to fig. 7, the dehumidifying apparatus 10 includes a rotating blade 101, a frame 102, a pasting plate 103, a heating sheet 104, and a dehumidifier 105, the rotating blade 101 is installed on the top of the dehumidifier 105, the outside of the dehumidifier 105 is pasted with the inner wall of the frame 102, the frame 102 is tightly pasted with the pasting plate 103, the heating sheet 104 is disposed around the inner wall of the frame 102, the heating sheet 104 is connected with the dehumidifier 105 through the frame 102, the rotating blade 101 performs small stirring on the material inside the hopper 8, and the pasting plate 103 is connected to the corner of the frame 102 to prevent the material from being stuck to the corner of the frame 102 and reduce the caking area of the material.
Referring to fig. 8, the heating plate 104 is composed of a heat conducting pipe 1041, a connecting screw 1042, a heat conducting fin 1043, and interfaces 1044, the heat conducting pipe 1041 is communicated with the inside of the heat conducting fin 1043, the connecting screw 1042 is disposed at the bottom of the heat conducting fin 1043, the interfaces 1044 are disposed at the left and right ends of the connecting screw 1042, the connecting screw 1042 is connected with the heat conducting pipe 1041 through the heat conducting fin 1043, and the heat conducting pipe 1041 and the heat conducting fin 1043 heat and regulate the material inside the material conveying hopper 8, so as to reduce the moisture inside the material and reduce the probability of caking at the bottom of the material conveying hopper 8.
Referring to fig. 9, the dehumidifier 105 is composed of a rotating shaft 1051, a movable shovel blade 1052, a housing 1053, a drying cavity 1054 and a moisture absorption blade 1055, the top of the rotating shaft 1051 is connected with the drying cavity 1054, the drying cavity 1054 is connected with the movable shovel blade 1052 into a whole through the rotating shaft 1051, the movable shovel blade 1052 is installed at the bottom of the housing 1053, the moisture absorption blade 1055 is connected with the drying cavity 1054, and the desiccant in the drying cavity 1054 and the moisture absorption blade 1055 are matched with each other to adsorb air moisture in the material, so that the bottom of the material conveying hopper 8 is prevented from being stuck, and the effective hopper capacity in the hopper is improved.
Referring to fig. 10, the movable shovel 1052 is composed of a connecting shaft 1052a, a sliding rail 1052b, a connecting ring 1052c and a scraper 1052d, the connecting shaft 1052a is fixed at the middle position of the connecting ring 1052c, four sliding rails 1052b are arranged on the connecting ring 1052c, the sliding rails 1052b are vertically installed on the connecting shaft 1052a, the sliding rails 1052b and the scraper 1052d are arranged on the same module, and the scraper 1052d slides on the sliding rails 1052b to sweep the material adhered to the bottom of the conveying hopper 8, so that the bucket elevator can quickly and effectively convey the material, and the working strength of workers is reduced.
The working principle of the above technical solution is explained as follows:
when the material conveying device is used, the motor 6 is driven, the transmission shaft 7 drives the material conveying belt 5 to rotate, a worker pours materials into the material conveying hopper 8 through the material receiving opening 3, the materials are protected through the protective baffle 4, the materials are prevented from being polluted, the material conveying belt 5 drives the material conveying hopper 8 to convey the materials, and the materials in the material conveying hopper 8 are guided out to a using position through the material outlet 9.
When material is conveyed, the connecting rod 23 is fixedly arranged at the middle position of the lower end transmission shaft 7, the position of the telescopic rod 25 is adjusted through the buffer element 24, the two telescopic rods 25 are fixed by the fixing piece 21, the displacement phenomenon of the telescopic rods 25 is prevented, when the material conveying belt 5 conveys materials, the air-tight joint 265 is connected with the air cylinder, the air inside the air cylinder is conveyed to the air blowing pipe 264 by the air-tight joint 265, the powder on the material conveying belt 5 is blown away uniformly and slowly by the air blowing port 262, the material deposition on the outer ring of the belt is reduced, the running load of the belt is reduced, the blocking plate 2611 is fixedly embedded between the air blowing port 262 and the air blowing pipe 264 by the sealing piece 2615, then the powder is blocked and adsorbed by the matching of the adsorption plate 2613 and the connecting block 2614, the material powder is prevented from being sucked into the air blowing pipe 264, the air blowing effect of the air blowing pipe 264 is influenced, after the powder on the material conveying belt 5 is blown away by the suction port 221, the suction inlet 221 and the dust removal connecting pipe 222 are matched to suck blown powder, and the powder after dust collection is conveyed into the guide cylinder 224 through the dust removal connecting pipe 222 and the filter screen 223, so that the deviation phenomenon of a conveying belt during material conveying is prevented, the bucket elevator can normally convey the material, and the working efficiency of the bucket elevator is improved.
