Currently, in the logistics industry, logistics objects such as packages are delivered to a logistics site for centralized distribution after being sent out in a warehouse of a merchant. Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
With the development of internet technology, users can more and more conveniently buy various mental items through the internet, and the items need to be distributed to the users through logistics. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an unfolded state of a logistics object storage apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic view of a folded state of the logistics object storage apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present application may include a case 2, a first support member 3, and a moving member 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the case 2 may be configured by a frame 21, a plurality of side plates 22 provided on side surfaces of the frame 21, a top plate provided on a top surface of the frame 21, and a bottom plate 23 provided on a bottom surface of the frame 21. In particular, at least one of the side panels 22 is an openable side panel. For example, as shown in fig. 1, at least one side panel 221 of the side panels 22 may have a form of a half-open door or a roll-up door that rolls up or down, so as to be opened when the logistic object storage device 1 is located at the logistic object storage location, so as to facilitate a logistic person to put the logistic object into the logistic object storage device or take the logistic object out of the logistic object storage device 1.
In addition, a locking means 2211 for maintaining the opened side panel 221 in a closed state may be further provided on the opened side panel 221. For example, after the logistics personnel has put the logistics objects into the logistics object storage device 1, the logistics personnel can close the side panel 221 and operate the locking device 2211 to lock the side panel 221 in the closed state, so as to ensure the safety of the logistics objects during transportation.
The first support member 3 is provided on the bottom plate 23 of the case 2, and one end of the first support member 3 is connected to the bottom plate 23 of the case 2 while the other end extends outward.
In the present embodiment, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the first support member 3 may include at least two support assemblies 31. The support assemblies 31 may be symmetrically disposed at both opposite side edges of the bottom plate 23 of the cabinet 2, and may include vertical support columns extending perpendicular to the bottom plate 23 by a predetermined length.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing an application of the logistics object storage apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, for example, the support member 31 may have an inverted L shape in which a shorter side may be fixed to the base plate 23 and a longer side is a vertical support column extending perpendicular to the base plate 23 by a predetermined length, in the embodiment of the present application, the length of the vertical support column of the support member 31 may be set according to experience in the logistics industry, as shown in fig. 4, preferably set to be less than the height of a pallet for carrying the logistics object storage apparatus 1 from the ground when the truck transports the logistics object storage apparatus 1, and greater than the height of the pallet for carrying the logistics object storage apparatus 1 from the ground when the truck loads and unloads the logistics object storage apparatus 1.
Therefore, with the support assembly 31 having the vertical support column of the predetermined length as described above, since the height of the pallet from the ground can be made smaller than the length of the vertical support column of the support assembly 31 by lowering the pallet carrying the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 when the truck is loading and unloading the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1, in this case, the vertical support column of the support assembly 31 can independently support the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 on the ground, so that the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 can be loaded to the pallet position or separated from the pallet position of the truck by, for example, opening the truck forward or backward in a state in which it is confirmed that the vertical support column of the support assembly 31 has supported the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1.
The moving part 4 may be provided at an end of the vertical support column of the support assembly 31 remote from the floor 23 of the housing 2. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the moving member 4 may be provided at an end of the vertical support column of the support assembly 31 extending away from the bottom plate 23. Therefore, as described above, when loading and unloading the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 to and from the truck, the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 can be pushed into and pulled out from the pallet position of the truck by the moving means 4 in a state where the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 is already supported by the vertical support columns. In addition, the logistics personnel can also further use the moving component 4 to move the logistics object storage device 1 to the storage position of the logistics objects so as to load the logistics objects into the logistics object storage device 1, then use the moving component 4 to push the logistics object storage device 1 loaded with the logistics objects to the truck, or after the logistics object storage device 1 is unloaded from the truck, the logistics personnel use the moving component 4 to push the logistics object storage device to the storage position of the logistics objects and open the side plate 221 to take out and load the logistics objects, so that the loading and unloading efficiency of the logistics objects is greatly improved.
According to an embodiment of the present application, for example, the moving part 4 may include wheels, and the wheels may be provided on a bottom surface of the moving part 4, so that the moving part 4 may contact the ground through the wheels in a state where the vertical support column has supported the logistics object storage apparatus 1. In this way, the logistics worker can easily push and pull the logistics object storage apparatus 1. Furthermore, according to the embodiment of the present application, the moving member 4 may further include a locking assembly for locking and releasing the movement of the moving member 4 with respect to the ground. For example, when the storage apparatus 1 is placed on an inclined floor having a certain inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane, the locking assembly may lock the moving operation of the moving member 4 to prevent the moving member 4 from moving with respect to the floor, so that the physical distribution person can perform the loading and unloading operation of the physical distribution object to the storage apparatus 1.
According to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the vertical support column of each support assembly 31 further includes two sub-supports 311, and the support assembly 31 further includes a length adjustment assembly 312. For example, two sub-supports 311 may be nested within each other, e.g., a sub-support 3112 distal from the bottom plate 23 may be nested within a sub-support 3111 proximal to the bottom plate 23, such that the sub-support 3112 may slide within the sub-support 3111. The length adjustment assembly 312 may be used to adjust the nesting length between two sub-supports. For example, the length adjustment member 312 may be disposed on the outer sub-support 3111 through a hole having a thread on an inner wall of the sub-support 3111, and thus, one end of the length adjustment member 312 may be entered into the sub-support 3111 to abut against a portion of the sub-support 3112 in the sub-support 3111 by means of the thread, thereby fixing the sub-support 3112 in the nested position. When the nested length of the sub-supports 3111 and 3112 needs to be adjusted, the length adjustment assembly 312 may be unscrewed by means of the screw so that one end thereof is out of contact with the sub-support 3112, thereby enabling the sub-support 3112 to move in the sub-support 3111, and when the sub-support 3112 moves so that the nested length thereof with the sub-support 3111 reaches a desired length, the length adjustment assembly 312 may be screwed in by means of the screw so as to abut against the portion of the sub-support 3112 located in the sub-support 3111 again to fix the nested position of the sub-supports 3111 and 3112, thereby completing the adjustment of the length of the vertical support column.
Further, fig. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the logistics object storage apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the length adjustment assembly 312 may further include a nesting position fixing assembly 3113, which may be an elongated cylinder, to be inserted into a plurality of holes provided in the nesting parts of the sub-supports 3111 and 3112, to fix the nesting position of the sub-supports 3111 and 3112, thereby completing the adjustment of the length of the vertical support cylinder, according to an embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the length of the sub-support 311 may be adjusted according to actual needs by using the length adjusting assembly 312 in the sub-support 311. For example, if the floor on which the logistics object storage apparatus 1 is moved is an inclined floor having a certain inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane (for example, moving uphill), the logistics worker can adjust the length of the sub-support 311 to be short by using the length adjustment component of the sub-support 311 located on the front side in the moving direction, and adjust the length of the sub-support 311 located on the rear side in the moving direction to be long, that is, each sub-support 311 of the adjusted logistics object storage apparatus 1 can be formed to have a support length that is short in the front and long in the rear, so that the box 2 of the logistics object storage apparatus 1 can be kept horizontal, facilitating the logistics worker to push and pull forward and backward. On the contrary, if the logistics object storage apparatus 1 moves in the downhill direction, the length of the sub-support 311 can be adjusted to be long in the front and short in the rear, and the box 2 of the logistics object storage apparatus 1 can still be kept horizontal, so that the logistics worker can conveniently control the moving speed of the logistics object storage apparatus 1.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the present application, the adjustment manner of the length adjustment assembly 312 of the sub-support 311 is not limited to manual adjustment. For example, the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 may further include a control module, and an inclination sensor, such as a level sensor, etc., is provided on the sub-supports 311, so that the control module of the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 can control the length adjustment members 312 according to the inclination angle of the case 2 sensed by the sensor to automatically adjust the length of each sub-support 311, thereby being able to always keep the case 2 horizontal.
In addition, the length of the sub-support 311 on one side can be adjusted by the length adjusting component 312 according to the present application when the logistics personnel load and unload the logistics objects to the logistics object storage device 1, so that the box body is inclined to the logistics personnel side to facilitate unloading of the logistics personnel, or the box body 2 is inclined to the other side to facilitate placing the logistics objects into the box body 2 by the logistics personnel and then sliding out the logistics objects.
Furthermore, according to the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object storage apparatus 1 further includes a folding mechanism 6. The folding mechanism 6 may be connected between the first support member 3 and the cabinet 2. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the folding mechanism 6 may be connected between the first support member 3 and the bottom plate 23 of the case 2. Therefore, by means of the folding mechanism 6, the first support member 3 can be folded up when there is no need to support the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1, so that the space occupied by the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 can be reduced and the first support member 3, for example, the support member 31 of the first support member 3, can also be protected.
In this case, according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the folding mechanism 6 may include: a rotation coupling member 61 and a folding stopper member 62.

The second support part 7 may be in plurality and is preferably arranged in a symmetrical manner on the bottom plate 23. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the second support members 7 may be provided at respective corners of the bottom plate 23 so as to be able to support the logistics object storage apparatus 1 to be spaced apart from the pallet of the truck by a predetermined distance when the logistics object storage apparatus 1 is placed on the pallet on the truck as shown in fig. 2. In particular, the second support member 7 may extend outwardly to a height greater than the height relative to the floor 23 when the first support member 3 is in the collapsed condition, such that when the first support member 3 is placed on a wagon, the second support member 7 may be such that the first support member 3 in the collapsed condition does not contact the bed of the wagon, thereby protecting the first support member 3.
Furthermore, according to the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object storage apparatus 1 can further include a collision avoidance assembly 5. The collision prevention assembly 5 may be provided on one or more of the side plates 22 of the tank body 2 and have an outwardly convex shape so as to be able to prevent the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 from colliding with a truck when the physical distribution object storage apparatus 1 is placed on the truck as shown in fig. 2. In particular, the collision prevention assembly 5 can prevent collision between the logistics object storage apparatuses 1 when a plurality of logistics object storage apparatuses 1 are placed on a truck.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present application, the logistics object storage apparatus 1 may further include a connection assembly, which may be disposed on a side of the box 2, so that it may be used to connect a plurality of logistics object storage apparatuses 1 to each other. In the case where a plurality of physical distribution object storage apparatuses 1 are connected together by such a connection assembly, the support of the plurality of physical distribution object storage apparatuses 1 connected together can be achieved by opening only the support assemblies of the physical distribution object storage apparatuses 1 located outside the entirety.

Claims (10)
1. A physical distribution object storage apparatus, comprising:
a case having an openable side panel at least one side thereof;
a first support member provided on a floor of the cabinet and having one end connected to the floor of the cabinet, wherein the first support member includes at least two support assemblies symmetrically provided at two opposite sides of the floor of the cabinet, each of the support assemblies including a vertical support column extending outward perpendicular to the floor by a predetermined length; and
and the moving part is arranged at one end of the vertical supporting column far away from the bottom surface of the box body.
2. The logistics object storage device of claim 1, wherein the vertical support column further comprises two sub-supports nested within each other, and
the support assembly further includes a length adjustment assembly inserted on one of the two sub-supports and disposed in a through-hole at a portion of the sub-support nested with the other sub-support.
3. The logistics object storage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the logistics object storage apparatus further comprises: a folding mechanism connected between the support member and the box body, and including:
a rotary connection member, one side of which is fixedly connected with one of one end of the support assembly located at one side of the case and the other side of which is rotatably connected with the other one of one end of the support assembly located at one side of the case and the one side of the case; and
a folding stop member having an angular configuration, wherein one side of the angular configuration is mounted on one of the support assembly and the case, and the other side of the angular configuration is mounted on the other of the support assembly and the case and is rotatable about a rotation axis parallel to the rotation axis of the rotational connection member.
4. The logistics object storage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the logistics object storage apparatus further comprises: a folding mechanism connected between the support member and the box body, and including:
a rotary connection member having a tubular shape and fixed to the case, and
the support assembly further includes an insertion member inserted into and rotatable in the rotary connection member.
5. The logistics object storage apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a second support member provided on the bottom plate of the box body and extending outward to have a height greater than a height of the support member in a folded state by the folding mechanism.
6. The logistics object storage apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a bumper assembly disposed on at least one of the side panels of the cabinet and having an outwardly convex shape.
7. The logistics object storage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the logistics object storage apparatus further comprises: a folding mechanism connected between the support member and the box body, and including:
a rotary connection member, one side of which is fixedly connected with one of one end of the support assembly located at one side of the case and the other side of which is rotatably connected with the other one of one end of the support assembly located at one side of the case and the one side of the case; and
a folding position restricting member including a rotating portion having a rotating shaft provided on the support member and a fixing portion fixed on the case body, and the rotating portion and the fixing portion are detachably connected.
8. The logistics object storage device of claim 1, wherein the moving member comprises a locking assembly having a locking member that can contact a moving portion of the moving member.
9. The logistics object storage apparatus of claim 2, wherein the through hole has a screw thread on an inner wall thereof, and the length adjustment assembly is connectable to the other sub-support through the screw thread.
10. The logistics object storage device of claim 1, wherein the vertical support column further comprises two sub-support bodies nested with each other, the two sub-support bodies are respectively provided with a plurality of through holes corresponding to each other, and the logistics object storage device is characterized in that
The support assembly further includes a length adjustment assembly that may connect the two sub-supports through one of the plurality of through-holes.
