A method for quickly binding a plurality of strands of wires mainly comprises a wire pay-off reel 43, a wire straightener 44 and a wire binding device 46; firstly, a plurality of layers of wire pay-off reels 43 are erected according to the number of wiring strands, paying-off of different layers is carried out simultaneously, secondly, a plurality of strands of wires penetrate into a wire straightener 44 for straightening through traction, and then the plurality of strands of wires are quickly bound together by using adhesive tapes through a wire binding device 46, so that mechanized binding of a construction site is realized.

1. Implementation and workflow
The device of the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1-6, the method for rapidly binding the multiple strands of wires mainly comprises the steps of erecting a plurality of layers of wire pay-off reels according to the number of wiring strands through a wire pay-off reel, a wire straightener and a wire binding device, paying off different layers at the same time, penetrating the multiple strands of wires into the wire straightener by traction for straightening, and then rapidly binding by adopting the wire binding device step by step.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the wire pay-off reel 43 mainly includes a bearing support 53, a support leg 52, a roller 51, a tray 54, a central shaft 47, a sleeve 57, a wire coil fixing frame 55, a pressure rod 48, a pressure spring 50, a hand nut 49 and a vacuum chuck 71. The bearing support 53 is of a tubular structure, the outer wall of the bearing support is provided with a support leg 52 through a bolt hole, the center of the bearing support 53 is provided with a through hole, the upper part and the lower part of the bearing support can be connected with the central shaft 47, the upper surface of the bearing support 53 is of a bearing structure, the center of the supporting tray 54 is supported, the support leg 52 is connected with a roller 51, and the outer edge of the supporting tray 54 is supported, so that friction is reduced when the tray 54 rotates by taking the central shaft 47 as the center of a circle; the central shaft 47 is sleeved with a sleeve 57, the sleeve 57 is sleeved with a coil fixing frame 55, and the top of the sleeve 57 is sequentially sleeved with a pressure rod 48, a pressure spring 50 and a hand nut 49. After the wire coil 42 is placed on the tray 54, the pressing rod 48 penetrates through the sleeve 57 and is placed on the upper surface of the wire coil 42, the pressing spring 50 and the hand-screwed nut 49 are sequentially installed, and the pressing rod 48 can self-adaptively fix the wire coil 42.
The coil fixing frame 55 mainly comprises a central tube 56, side tubes 59, ear plates 60 and connecting rods 61, wherein the central tube 56 and the side tubes 59 are connected with an upper layer of connecting rods 61 and a lower layer of connecting rods 61 through the ear plates 60 to form a hinge structure based on a parallelogram principle, three groups of hinge structures are arranged and uniformly distributed on the central tube 56, when the central tube 56 moves on the sleeve 57, the size of the coil fixing frame 55 can be properly adjusted, and the central tube 56 is connected with a jackscrew 58 so as to lock the central tube 56 on the sleeve 47. The sliding groove is arranged at the position of the tray 54 corresponding to the side pipe 59, so that the sliding operation when the side pipe 59 adjusts the radius is convenient.
To facilitate the fixing of the wire payout reel 43, a vacuum cup 71 is attached to the end of the leg 52.
According to the number of combined strands of the wires, a plurality of wire payoff reels 43 can be stacked in multiple layers for use.
As shown in fig. 7, the wire straightener 44 mainly includes a pipe frame 63, a vacuum chuck 71, a lower straightening wheel 66, a lower wheel seat 69, an upper straightening wheel 68, an upper wheel seat 70, a gap adjusting knob 65 and a positioning seat 64. The pipe frame 63 is a frame with an opening at the upper part and composed of a horizontal pipe 67 and a vertical pipe 65, and two ends of the horizontal pipe 67 are fixedly connected with the ground through a vacuum chuck 71; the lower wheel seat 69 is arranged in parallel with the upper wheel seat 70 and is fixed on the vertical pipe 62 through the positioning seat 64; the lower wheel base 69 is connected with a lower straightening wheel 66, and the upper wheel base 70 is connected with an upper straightening wheel 68.
The lower wheel seat 69 is of an integral structure, the upper wheel seat 70 is of a segmented structure, the gap between the upper straightening wheel 68 and the lower straightening wheel 66 is adjusted through the gap adjusting knob 65, and the gap between the upper straightening wheel 68 and the lower straightening wheel 66 can be gradually adjusted through segmentation of the upper wheel seat 70, so that the wire is gradually straightened.
As shown in fig. 8-13, the electric wire binding device mainly comprises a driving mechanism 2, a binding mechanism 1, a supporting mechanism 5 and a cutting mechanism 3. Wherein, the driving mechanism 2 is a charging electric wrench 4, the binding mechanism 1 comprises an output shaft 11, one end of the output shaft 11 is connected with a large and small group of conical gear sets, a small conical gear 12 is fixedly connected with the output shaft 11, a large conical gear 13 is vertically and rotatably connected with the small conical gear 12, one side of the large conical gear 13 is connected with a main gear 32, two sides of the main gear 32 are respectively provided with a gear I33 and a gear II 34, a gear III 35 and a gear IV 36 which are connected with the gear I33, a gear V37 and a gear VI 38 which are engaged with the gear II 34, an arc shape which is formed by combining the gear III 35, the gear IV 36, the gear V37 and the gear VI 38 is matched with a ring gear 39, the inner ring of the ring gear 39 is limited by a limiting wheel 18, the driving surface of the ring gear 39 is provided with an opening, the arc driving range which is formed by combining the gear III 35, the gear IV 36, the gear V37 and the gear VI 38 is larger than the opening range of the driving surface of the ring gear 39, the ring gear 39 can rotate continuously, the tape roll fixing seat 40 is connected to the outer side of the ring gear 39 so as to install the tape roll 8, after the opening of the driving surface of the ring gear 39 covers the lead 10, the tape head 9 of the tape roll 8 is stuck on the lead 10, and the ring gear 39 drives the tape roll 8 to surround the lead 10 to bind a plurality of strands of leads.
The binding mechanism 1 further comprises a shell 17, the shell 17 is of a left-right structure, a gear seat 16 is connected to the positions, corresponding to the main gear 32, the first gear 33, the second gear 34, the third gear 35, the fourth gear 36, the fifth gear 37 and the sixth gear 38, of the shell 17, a wheel seat 30 is connected to the position, corresponding to the limiting wheel 18, of the shell, and a chuck 14 is arranged at the position, connected with the rechargeable electric wrench 4, and fixed through a dovetail bolt 15.
The supporting mechanism 5 comprises a frame body 26, a U-shaped frame 19 and rollers 20, one end of the frame body 26 is fixedly connected with the U-shaped frame 19, the two ends of the U-shaped frame 19 are respectively connected with the rollers 20, the other end of the frame body 26 is of a hollow structure, and the frame body is connected with the shell 17 through a frame body connecting head 27. The middle part of the frame body 26 is also connected with a handle 25, which is convenient for the roller 20 to stably hold after propping against the conducting wire 10.
The cutting mechanism 3 comprises a support 29, a sleeve 28, a rod body 6, a cutter head 7, a handle 24, a pin shaft 21, a boss 23 and a spring 22, one end of the support 29 is fixedly connected with the U-shaped frame 19, the other end of the support is connected with the sleeve 28, a notch is formed in the middle of the sleeve 28, the rod body 6 is fixed in the sleeve 28 in a sliding mode through the pin shaft 21, one end of the rod body 6 is connected with the cutter head 7, the other end of the rod body 6 is connected with the boss 23 and the handle 24, the spring 22 is sleeved on the rod body 6 and located between the sleeve 28 and the boss 23, when the spring 22 is not driven by external force, the cutter head 7 is hidden in the sleeve 28, when the adhesive tape needs to be cut, the handle 24 is pushed, the boss 23 compresses the spring 22, and the cutter head 7 can extend outwards to cut the adhesive tape; the handle 24 is released, the spring 22 automatically resets, and the cutter head 7 retracts.
In order to stably mount the tape roll 8 on the tape roll fixing seat 40, the tape roll fixing seat 40 includes an expansion core 31, an expansion bolt 41 is connected to the center of the expansion core 31, when the expansion bolt 41 is screwed down, the expansion core 31 is tightly attached to the tape roll 8, when the tape roll 8 is replaced, the expansion bolt 41 is unscrewed, and the expansion core 31 is loosened from the tape roll 8.
The method for quickly binding the multi-strand wire comprises the following steps:
(1) step 1, installing a wire pay-off reel 43: three support legs 52 are firstly installed on a bearing support 53, then a roller 51 is installed on the support legs 52, a tray 54 is placed on the upper surfaces of the roller 51 and the bearing support 53, a central shaft 47 is installed through the tray 54, and then a sleeve 57 and a coil fixing frame 55 are sequentially installed. According to the combined strand number of the wires, a plurality of wire pay-off reels 43 are installed, wire coils 42 are placed, a coil fixing frame 55 is adjusted to enable side pipes 59 to be supported on the inner circle of the wire coils 42, a pressure rod 48 penetrates through a sleeve 57 to be placed on the upper surface of the wire coils 42, and then a pressure spring 50 and a hand-screwed nut 49 are sequentially installed to enable the pressure rod 48 to self-adaptively fix the wire coils 42. The end parts of the three supporting legs 52 of one of the lead pay-off reels 43 are fixed on the smooth ground through vacuum chucks 71, the bottoms of the bearing supports 53 of the other lead pay-off reels 43 are connected with the central shaft 47 of the next layer of lead pay-off reel 43 to form a multilayer stack for use, and finally the leads are drawn out for later use.
(2) Step 2, installing a wire straightener 44: a horizontal pipe 67 of the pipe frame 63 is fixed on a smooth ground through a vacuum chuck 71, a tangent line at the bottom of a lowest wire coil is visually observed to be on the same axis with a channel central line formed by an upper wheel seat and a lower wheel seat, a lower wheel seat 69 and an upper wheel seat 70 are installed, a wire is inserted between a lower straightening wheel 66 and an upper straightening wheel 68, a gap between the upper straightening wheel 68 and the lower straightening wheel 66 is adjusted through a gap adjusting knob 65, and the wire is gradually straightened.
(3) Step 3, binding of a lead: the wire is pulled out from the wire straightener 44, the wire is properly tightened by traction, the adhesive tape roll 8 is arranged on the adhesive tape roll fixing seat 40 of the wire binding device 46, the opening of the driving surface of the ring gear 39 wraps the wire, after the adhesive tape head 9 of the adhesive tape roll 8 is stuck on the wire, the ring gear 39 drives the adhesive tape roll 8 to surround the wire, and the binding of a plurality of strands of wires is carried out. When the binding length is about 120mm, the handle of the cutting mechanism 3 is pushed, the boss 23 compresses the spring 22, the cutter head 7 can extend outwards to cut the adhesive tape, the handle 24 is loosened, the spring 22 automatically resets, and the cutter head 7 retracts.
And (3) repeating the step (3) after one part is bound, and gradually completing the binding task of the whole lead.

Claims (7)

1. A method for quickly binding a plurality of strands of wires is characterized in that the equipment mainly comprises a wire pay-off reel, a wire straightener and a wire binding device; firstly, erecting a plurality of layers of wire pay-off reels according to the number of wiring strands, paying off different layers at the same time, then penetrating a plurality of wires into a wire straightener for straightening through traction, and then quickly binding the plurality of wires together by using an adhesive tape by using a wire binding device, thereby realizing mechanized binding on a construction site;
the wire pay-off reel comprises a tray, a central shaft, a sleeve and a wire coil fixing frame, wherein the central shaft is vertically connected to the center of the tray, the sleeve is sleeved outside the central shaft, the wire coil fixing frame is sleeved outside the sleeve, the wire coil fixing frame mainly comprises a central pipe, side pipes, lug plates and connecting rods, the central pipe and the side pipes are connected with an upper connecting rod layer and a lower connecting rod layer through the lug plates to form a hinge structure based on a parallelogram principle, the hinge structures are multiple in number and are uniformly distributed on the central pipe, and jackscrews are connected to the central pipe so as to lock the central pipe on the sleeve;
the wire pay-off reel further comprises a pressure lever, a pressure spring and a hand-screwed nut, and the wire coil fixing frame, the pressure lever, the pressure spring and the hand-screwed nut are sequentially sleeved on the sleeve from bottom to top;
the wire binding device comprises a binding mechanism and a shell, wherein the binding mechanism comprises an output shaft, one end of the output shaft is connected with a small bevel gear, the small bevel gear is vertically and rotatably connected with a large bevel gear, a main gear is meshed at one side of the large bevel gear, a first gear and a second gear are respectively meshed at two sides of the main gear, a third gear and a fourth gear are meshed with the first gear, a fifth gear and a sixth gear are meshed with the second gear, the third gear, the fourth gear, the fifth gear and the sixth gear form an arc shape and are matched with the ring gear, an opening is formed in the driving surface of the ring gear, and the arc-shaped driving range formed by the third gear, the fourth gear, the fifth gear and the sixth gear is larger than the opening range of the driving surface of the ring gear, so that the ring gear can continuously rotate.
2. The method for rapidly binding a plurality of strands of wires as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wire straightener mainly comprises a pipe frame, a lower straightening wheel, a lower wheel seat, an upper straightening wheel, an upper wheel seat, a gap adjusting knob and a positioning seat, the lower wheel seat and the upper wheel seat are arranged in parallel and are fixed on the vertical pipe through the positioning seat; the lower wheel seat is connected with a lower straightening wheel, the upper wheel seat is connected with an upper straightening wheel, the lower wheel seat is of an integral structure, the upper wheel seat is of a segmented structure, the gap between the upper straightening wheel and the lower straightening wheel is adjusted through a gap adjusting knob, and the upper wheel seat is segmented to gradually adjust the gap between the upper straightening wheel and the lower straightening wheel so as to gradually straighten the wire.
