Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to an improved chopstick packaging method, which comprises the following steps: firstly, observing and measuring attribute information of chopsticks to be packaged; selecting common wrapping paper packaged by a reel, and determining detailed specifications of the selected wrapping paper, such as thickness, width and other information of the wrapping paper, by integrating the result obtained in the first step; thirdly, printing appearance patterns on the packaging paper selected in the second step, and packaging the processed packaging paper by using a reel; and step four, cutting the packaging paper and the winding drum after the step three into packaging roll paper with a specific width, wherein the packaging roll paper is directly used as a packaging material of the chopstick packaging machine, packaging the chopsticks by using the chopstick packaging machine, and step five, checking the packaged chopsticks, kicking off unqualified packaged products, continuously packaging the chopsticks into large bags or large boxes according to the quantity, and finally sending the chopsticks into a warehouse for storage.

With the pace of modern society becoming faster, more and more people put their efforts on work, and habits in daily diet are being taken out of business, and with the increasing rise of the take-out industry, the chopsticks inevitably bring great demands for disposable tableware, and the chopsticks are traditional tableware of Chinese people, not only in China, but also one of more popular tableware abroad, so that the market demands for disposable chopsticks are getting bigger and bigger, and the disposable chopsticks are generally made of wood or bamboo, belong to easily mildewed and easily polluted articles, and therefore, a certain sanitary standard is guaranteed in the production, transportation and storage processes. Besides the guarantee of the sanitary standard of the chopsticks, the appearance design of the chopstick package is also really important, the exquisite appearance design can improve the appetite of users, is more popular for consumption, and can improve the condition competitiveness of chopstick manufacturers. At present, in order to meet the requirement of environmental protection, most of packaging machines used by disposable chopstick manufacturers adopt common paper materials as packaging materials of chopsticks, the packaging paper materials used by the packaging machines are generally purchased and are ready-made, the appearances of the packaging paper materials are generally only fixed with a plurality of universal patterns, and the specifications of the packaging paper are also fixed, so that the requirement of pursuing individuation by users cannot be met. Certainly, some chopstick packaging machines used by manufacturers have a printing function, and can purchase blank packaging paper materials to package chopsticks, and patterns are printed while packaging, but because the packaging machines are not special printing equipment, the packaging machines have poor printing quality and limited color types, and the requirements of customers can not be met far. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an improved chopstick packaging method comprises the following steps:
firstly, observing and measuring attribute information of chopsticks to be packaged;
secondly, selecting common packing paper packaged by a reel, and determining detailed specifications of the selected packing paper, such as thickness, width and other information of the packing paper, by integrating the result obtained in the first step;
thirdly, printing appearance patterns on the packaging paper selected in the second step, and packaging the packaging paper after treatment by using a reel;
fourthly, cutting the packaging paper finished in the third step and the winding drum into packaging roll paper with a specific width, directly using the packaging roll paper as a packaging material of the chopstick packaging machine, and finishing the packaging work of the chopsticks by using the chopstick packaging machine;
fifthly, inspecting the packaged chopsticks, kicking off the unqualified packaged products, continuously packaging the chopsticks into big bags or boxes according to the quantity, and finally sending the chopsticks into a storehouse for storage.
Furthermore, the attribute information of the chopsticks in the first step mainly includes the material, shape, size, length, weight, curvature, diameter and other information of the chopsticks.
Further, the wrapping paper used in the second step should meet the food wrapping paper standard GB 3561-89.
Further, the appearance pattern printed in the third step is a repeated pattern, the length and the width of a repeated unit of the repeated pattern are both adapted to the attribute information of the chopsticks obtained in the first step, the repeated unit can be uniformly distributed and printed on the whole packaging paper surface at one time, a blank is left between the repeated units to facilitate subsequent cutting, and the width of the blank is 0.5-4 cm. Preferably, a specific number of columns can be printed on only one end of the wrapping paper along the length direction of the wrapping paper according to needs during printing, for example, 1 column can be printed on only one end of the wrapping paper, so that waste caused by too many printing at one time can be avoided.
Furthermore, the wrapping paper is cut in the fourth step, so that the width of the cut wrapping paper is adaptive to the corresponding attribute of the chopsticks obtained in the first step, and one wrapping paper is ensured to have only one complete repeating unit.
Furthermore, the width of the packaging roll paper is provided with a superposed part for sealing after the packaging roll paper completely covers a pair of chopsticks, and the width range of the superposed part is 10-30 mm.
Further, the chopstick packaging machine is a disposable chopstick packaging machine adopting a glue sealing mode, and the principle of the chopstick packaging machine is the prior art and is not described herein again.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the chopsticks packaged by the method have high packaging and printing precision, flexible color selection and more exquisite appearance; in the existing packaging process, the packaging materials are purchased directly and are ready-made, the applicability is low, if chopsticks with different sizes are replaced for packaging, the packaging materials with the suitable widths are often required to be customized again, the time consumption is long, the method can cut the packaging roll paper with the suitable widths in real time aiming at the chopsticks with different sizes and models, the corresponding mode is more flexible, the packaging materials are saved, and the efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and detailed description of illustrative embodiments, wherein components, systems, and methods not specifically described are known in the art.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-2, this embodiment will describe the packing method of the present invention by taking disposable chopsticks made of bamboo as an example,
firstly, observing, collecting and measuring attribute information of the chopsticks to be packaged, measuring and recording length and diameter data of the chopsticks to be packaged in the embodiment by using a scale, wherein the chopsticks are cylinders made of bamboo, the length of the chopsticks is about 21cm, and the diameter of the chopsticks is about 0.5 cm; in order to combine the results obtained in the above step, to ensure complete wrapping of the pair of chopsticks and to leave the overlapping part of the seal, the width of the wrapping paper 1 is generally not less than 6 times the diameter of the chopsticks, and in this embodiment, the diameter of the chopsticks is about 0.5cm, and the width of the wrapping paper 1 is at least 0.5 x 6=3cm, and in consideration of the error in cutting and packaging by the packaging machine in the subsequent step and the easy removal of the wrapping paper 1 in the case of unsealing for use, the actual width of the wrapping paper 1 is greater than this minimum width, and the wrapping paper of the individual pair of chopsticks is finally determined to have a width of 5.5cm and a length of 24 cm.
For convenience of calculation, in the embodiment, a common wrapping paper 1 wrapped in a roll with a width of 110cm is selected, an appearance pattern is printed on one side of the common wrapping paper 1, the appearance pattern is a repeated pattern, the size of a region corresponding to a repeated unit 2 of the pattern is matched with the area of the wrapping paper, and the width and the length of the wrapping paper in the embodiment are determined to be 5.5cm and 24cm in the last step; the width and length of the printed repeat units 2 may be 5cm and 23cm respectively and, as shown in figure 2, according to the width of the wrapper 1 of the present embodiment, 20 repeat units 2 may be printed side by side simultaneously, with a spacing of 1cm between two repeat units 2, with the two repeat units 2 at the edge being 0.5cm from the edge of the wrapper 1 and the repeat units 2 of the previous row being 2cm from the repeat units 2 of the next row.
The embodiment adopts ink printing, and has rich colors and high cleanness. After printing, the packing paper 1 is wound into a roll, and the edge of the packing paper 1 is aligned when the roll is wound.
Next, the packaging paper 1 loaded on the reel and the reel are cut into packaging roll paper with the width of 5.5cm, the embodiment can be cut into 20 packaging roll paper, the repeating units 2 on each packaging roll paper after cutting are kept complete, the packaging roll paper is directly used as packaging materials of the disposable chopstick packaging machine, the chopstick packaging machine is utilized to complete the packaging work of chopsticks, the disposable chopstick packaging machine of the embodiment utilizes the glue bonding mode to perform sealing, the counting function is arranged, the packaged chopsticks can be piled according to the preset number, and the subsequent subpackaging treatment is facilitated.
And (4) inspecting the packaged chopsticks, kicking off unqualified packaged products, continuously packaging the chopsticks into big bags or boxes according to the quantity, and finally sending the chopsticks into a storehouse for storage to wait for shipment.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, example 2 differs from example 1 only in that a column is printed in the third step at one end of the wrapper only in the lengthwise direction, and only this column is cut when cutting.

firstly, selecting paper materials as packing paper;
secondly, printing appearance patterns on the selected packaging paper, and packaging by using a reel after printing treatment is finished;
cutting the packaging paper and the winding drum after the previous step into packaging roll paper with a specific width, taking the packaging roll paper as a packaging material of a chopstick packaging machine, and packaging the chopsticks by using the chopstick packaging machine in a glue sealing mode;
finally, checking the packaged chopsticks, packaging the chopsticks into big bags or big boxes according to the number, and storing the big bags or big boxes in a storehouse;
the type and specification of the packaging paper are determined by the attribute information of the chopsticks to be packaged; the attribute information of the chopsticks comprises the material, shape, length, weight, curvature and diameter information of the chopsticks; the printed appearance pattern is a repeated pattern, the area of the repeated unit of the repeated pattern is matched with the attribute information of the chopsticks, and blank areas are left between the repeated units to facilitate subsequent cutting;
the repeating units are not uniformly distributed on the whole packaging paper, and 1-3 rows of repeating printing is carried out on one end of the packaging paper along the length direction of the packaging paper;
the width of the blank region left between the repeating units is in the range of 0.5-4 cm.

An improved method for packaging chopsticks according to claim 1, wherein: when the packaging paper is cut, the width of the cut packaging roll paper is matched with the attribute information of the chopsticks, and the repeated unit of the appearance pattern is kept complete in one packaging roll paper.
3. An improved method for packaging chopsticks according to claim 1, wherein: the width of the packaging roll paper is provided with a superposed part for sealing after a pair of chopsticks are completely wrapped.
