Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to a scalding and cutting mechanism for a PE (polyethylene) ribbon, and belongs to the technical field of food mechanical packaging.
Background
The prior strapping machine generally adopts a paper strap, the strapping force is small due to the limited material property, the strapped object is easy to move, and the paper strap is easy to damage to cause the scattering of the material. If other materials with good toughness are used for replacing the binding mechanism, the existing scalding and cutting mechanism is difficult to cut and separate the binding mechanism in the binding process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hot cutting mechanism for a PE (polyethylene) cable tie, which aims to solve the problems in the prior art, improve the toughness by selecting a high-toughness PE cable tie and design a corresponding hot cutting mechanism to meet the requirements of hot cutting.

The invention has the advantages that: the outer transmission shaft and the inner transmission shaft are adopted to respectively drive the ironing head and the cutter, and the respective action effects can be more conveniently adjusted and controlled through separated power input; the connecting rod of the ironing head is separated into a pressure spring sliding type, the sliding rod is tightly pressed on the adjusting screw plug through the pressure spring in the shell, the connecting rod is converted into a flexible system, the flexible structure can better protect the safety of the ironing head when the ironing head is instantaneously impacted and contacted with a bound object, and the pressure spring is arranged in the shell, so that the structure is compact, and the ironing cutting force can be easily adjusted through the adjusting screw plug; the cutting edge of the cutter is made into a sawtooth shape, and contact points with the PE belt are increased, so that the PE belt is more easily broken and separated; the improved mechanism is also suitable for common paper bandages, and has wider application range.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-2, an embodiment of a scalding and cutting mechanism for a PE ribbon according to the present invention includes a frame 6, a scalding head 1 and a cutter 2, an outer transmission shaft 3 is rotatably mounted on the frame 6 through a bearing 5, an inner transmission shaft 4 is coaxially mounted in an axial hole of the outer transmission shaft 3, and the right ends of the outer transmission shaft 3 and the inner transmission shaft 4 are respectively and fixedly connected to the cutter 2 and the scalding head 1; the left ends of the outer transmission shaft 3 and the inner transmission shaft 4 are respectively connected with a driving device for driving the outer transmission shaft 3 and the inner transmission shaft 4 to synchronously swing and set angles.
The driving device comprises a cam 11, a driving swing arm 9, an outer connecting rod 7, an inner connecting rod 8 and a driven swing arm 12, wherein the left ends of the outer transmission shaft 3 and the inner transmission shaft 4 are respectively connected with the driven swing arm 12; two cams 11 are arranged on a cam shaft 10, the pivot points of two lever type driving swing arms 9 are rotatably connected on the frame 6, one ends of the two driving swing arms 9 respectively correspond to the two cams 11 to form a cam mechanism, and the other end of one driving swing arm 9 is hinged with a driven swing arm 12 on the outer transmission shaft 3 through an outer connecting rod 7; the other end of the other driving swing arm 9 is hinged with a driven swing arm 12 on the inner transmission shaft 4 through an inner connecting rod 8.
The inner connecting rod 8 consists of a joint bearing 81, an adjusting screw plug 82, a sliding rod 83, a pressure spring 84 and a shell 85, one end of the cylindrical shell is coaxially connected with one end of a screw 86, and the other end of the screw 86 is in threaded connection with the joint bearing 81; an adjusting screw plug 82 is arranged in the other end opening of the shell 85, a sliding rod 83 and a pressure spring 84 are sequentially arranged at the inner end of the adjusting screw plug 82, and a reducing rod at one end of the sliding rod 83 penetrates through an axial center hole of the adjusting screw plug 82 and is in threaded connection with the other joint bearing 81.
The connecting rod of the ironing head 1 is separated into a pressure spring sliding type, the sliding rod 13 is tightly pressed on the adjusting screw plug 12 through the pressure spring in the shell, the connecting rod is converted into a flexible system, the flexible structure can better protect the safety of the ironing head when the ironing head is instantaneously impacted and contacted with a bound object, and the pressure spring is arranged in the shell, so that the structure is compact, and the ironing cutting force can be easily adjusted through the adjusting screw plug.
The cutting edge of the cutter is made into a sawtooth shape, contact points with the PE belt are increased, the PE belt is cut off and separated more easily, and the notch is smoother and more attractive.
The lengths of the outer connecting rod 7 and the inner connecting rod 8 are adjusted according to the swing amplitude of the ironing head 1 and the cutter 2 before starting. After starting, the camshaft 10 makes a circular motion. The camshaft 10 is in point contact with the two push rods 9 at the same time, and drives the two push rods 9 to do different regular swinging according to the cam profile. The hinged points at the two ends of the outer connecting rod 7 and the inner connecting rod 8 are connected with the front and the back to form a connecting rod motion mechanism, so that the outer transmission shaft 3 and the inner transmission shaft 4 can regularly swing. The ironing head 1 and the cutter 2 are respectively fixed at the end parts of the outer transmission shaft 3 and the inner transmission shaft 4, and regularly swing along with the end parts to finish the ironing and cutting work. If the effect of hot cutting and cutting off is not good enough, the length of the outer connecting rod 7 and the length of the inner connecting rod can be adjusted again after the machine is stopped, so that the better effect is achieved.
