Further, the right part of the turntable 36 of the rocking handle 3 is provided with a locking mechanism along the periphery of the rocking handle shaft hole 301, the locking mechanism is in two sets of semi-circles which are symmetrical, each semi-circle sequentially comprises a hollow space 31, an inclined position 32, a resistance position 33, a locking position 34 and a limiting position 35 which are connected with each other, wherein the hollow space 31 is a notch, the inclined position 32 is an inclined plane from low to high, the resistance position 33 is an inclined plane from high to low, the locking position 34 is a groove lower than the resistance position 33, the limiting position 35 is a convex joint higher than the locking position 34, the right end part of the rocking handle 1 is provided with an upper fixing buckling block 17 and a lower fixing buckling block 17 (respectively in an upward and downward convex structure), the right end of the rocking handle 1 is sleeved into the inner gear shaft hole 301 of the inner gear ring 2 (positioned at the center of the inner gear ring 2 and not shown in the drawing), the fixing buckling block 17 is rotated from the hollow space 31 to the resistance position 33 along the inclined position 32, then is rotated into the locking position 34, one side of the fixing buckling block 17 abuts against the limiting position 35, and the other side abuts against the resistance position 33, so that the rocking handle 1 and the rocking handle 3 are connected with each other. The locking mechanism ensures the stability of locking the tool holder 1 with the rocking handle 3 and concentricity of the turntable 36 with the tool holder 1.

step 4, sleeving a spring blocking block 7 from the right end of a thick rod 54 of the thimble rod 5 into the thick rod 54 to abut against the right end of a spring 6, buckling two first buckles 71 into two mounting holes 16 of the knife rest 1, putting two positioning blocks 72 into two positioning grooves 18 of the knife rest 1, exposing the right end of the thick rod 54 outside the right side of a thimble through hole 73, enabling the thimble rod 5 to move along the axial direction of the thick rod 54, and always applying leftward moving thrust to the thimble rod 5 by the elastic force of the spring 6;
step 5, sleeving the right end of the tool rest 1 into an internal tooth shaft hole (positioned in the center of the internal tooth ring 2) of the internal tooth ring 2;
step 6, the fixed buckling block 17 at the right end of the tool rest 1 penetrates into the exposed space 31 of the turntable 36 of the rocking handle 3, rotates along the inclined position 32, continues to rotate through the resistance position 33, reaches the locking position 34 and is fixed with the limiting position 35;
step 7, aligning the circuit board positioning hole 86 of the lamp control board assembly with the circuit board positioning column 96 of the regulator 9, clamping the lamp control board assembly into the circuit board buckle 92, and fixing the right side of the lamp control board assembly against the circuit board bracket 93;
step 8, screwing the external thread 94 of the regulator 9 into the internal thread tube 101 of the transparent rear cover 10, so that the regulating handle 95 extends out of the regulating hole 108;
step 9, the second buckle 107 of the transparent rear cover 10 is clamped into the buckle hole 30 of the turntable 36 of the rocking handle 3 for fixing;
step 10, assembling the hob 11 with an inclination angle of 15 degrees from between a first supporting block 131 and a second supporting block 133 on the lower side of the hob frame 1, firstly, mounting the turning gear 111 into the internal teeth 21 of the annular gear 2, and enabling the turning gear 111 to be meshed with the internal teeth 21;
step 11, aligning the hob shaft hole at the left end of the hob 11 with the second shaft hole 134 of the second supporting block 133, inserting the hob shaft 12 into the second shaft hole 134 of the second supporting block 133 from the left, penetrating the hob shaft hole, and entering the first shaft hole 132 of the first supporting block 131, wherein the arbor 121 with grains is exposed out of the second shaft hole 134;
step 12, screwing the machine screw 13 into the screw hole 20, and screwing by a tool to lock the hob shaft 12;
step 13, a pencil (not shown in the drawing) is inserted from the pencil inlet 100 at the left end of the tool rest 1 for testing, the rocking handle 3 is rotated, the pencil point starts to be sharpened gradually along with the gradual rightward movement of the pencil, the right slider 4 is pushed by the pencil point to move rightward, the thimble rod 5 is pushed by the right side of the slider 4 to move rightward, when the pencil is sharpened, the right end of the thick rod 54 touches the micro switch 81 for conduction, the LED lamp 85 is lightened, the test is qualified, and the assembly is completed.
The method for replacing the hob in the scheme is as follows:
step 1, screwing the machine screw 13 out of the screw hole 20 by using a tool;
step 2, holding the shaft handle 121 at the left end of the cutter shaft 12, and pulling out the cutter shaft 12 leftwards;
step 3, the left end part of the handheld hob 11 is inclined downwards by 15 degrees from the inclined chamfer 14 on the right side of the second supporting block 133, and the old hob 11 (namely, the old hob with blunted) is taken out downwards from the inner gear ring 2 and the left side of the first supporting block 131;
step 4, assembling a new hob 11 with an inclination angle of 15 degrees from between a first supporting block 131 and a second supporting block 133 on the lower side of the hob 1, firstly, mounting the rotary teeth 111 into the internal teeth 21 of the annular gear 2, and enabling the rotary teeth 111 to be meshed with the internal teeth 21;
step 5, aligning the hob shaft hole at the left end of the hob 11 with the second shaft hole 134 of the second supporting block 133, inserting the hob shaft 12 into the second shaft hole 134 of the second supporting block 133 from the left, penetrating the hob shaft hole, and entering the first shaft 132 hole of the first supporting block 131, wherein the shaft handle 121 is exposed out of the second shaft hole 134;
and 6, screwing the machine screw 13 into the screw hole 20, and screwing by using a tool to lock the cutter shaft 12.
The method for replacing the button cell in the scheme comprises the following steps:
step 1, pressing the outer side of the disassembling buckle 106 at the lower end of the transparent back cover 10 and the open mark (namely, the disassembling back cover mark) 105, and taking out the transparent back cover 10 from the buckle hole 30;
step 2, screwing the regulator 9 off the transparent rear cover 10;
step 3, the positioning arc block 91 is slightly opened by hand, and the circuit board 82 is taken off from the regulator 9;
step 4, taking out the old button cell 83 from the cell spring piece 84, and installing the new button cell 83 back into the cell spring piece 84 for fixation;
step 5, slightly expanding the positioning arc block 91 by hand, aligning the circuit board positioning hole 86 with the circuit board positioning column 96 on the regulator 9, and pressing down the circuit board 82 with force to fix the circuit board 82 between the circuit board bracket 93 and the circuit board buckle 92 of the regulator 9;
step 6, screwing the external thread 94 of the regulator 9 from the transparent rear cover 10 into the internal thread tube 101 of the transparent rear cover 10;
and 7, buckling the transparent rear cover 10 in the buckling hole 30 on the rocking handle 3.
In summary, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the pencil sharpening machine solves the problems that an existing pencil sharpening machine exists, a user does not know after a pencil is sharpened by an automatic pencil feeding mechanism, the pencil is always sharpened, a large amount of resources and time are wasted, the pencil sharpening machine cannot test the sharp limit of each brand of pencil lead, the pencil breakage phenomenon is easy to occur, the pencil sharpener cannot freely adjust the thickness of the pencil lead, the thickness of a pencil point after sharpening is the same, the user selectivity is poor, and the broken pencil lead is a problem of the urgent need of all pencil sharpening machines. The structure of this scheme is reasonable compact, and the operation is very convenient, has following function:
(1) Light-on reminding function during sharpening and light-off reminding function during core breaking
The lamp control board component has the function of lighting the lamp to remind the pencil to finish when the pencil point is sharpened, and the pencil sharpening can be stopped at the moment. If the pencil is cut again, the phenomenon of broken core can appear, and when broken core happens, the thimble rod 5 immediately moves leftwards under the promotion of the elasticity of the spring 6, the thick rod 54 leaves the micro switch 81, the LED lamp 85 is turned off, so the lamp control board component of the scheme also has the reminding function of broken core lamp turn-off.
(2) Function of arbitrarily regulating nib thickness
According to the regulator 9, the nib thickness can be regulated at will only by rotating the regulating handle 95. The left side of regulator 9 is equipped with three left limit location arc piece 91 that is used for adjustable nib thickness, is equipped with three circular spacing post 102 in the transparent back lid 10 for the limit of right limit of adjustable nib thickness.
(3) With the function of replacing worn hobs
The replaceable hob assembly of the scheme can be realized without disassembling other parts, only the machine screw 13 is disassembled by using the tool, the blunt hob 11 can be disassembled to replace the new hob 11, the operation is simple and convenient, and the cost of purchasing a new pencil sharpener is saved.
Compared with the existing pencil sharpener structure, the pencil sharpener structure has the advantages that the LED lamp 85 is bright, whether the pencil is sharpened to an adjustable (set) degree is identified, the LED lamp 85 is suddenly extinguished to indicate that the pencil lead is broken, whether the pencil is sharpened (namely, the lamp is bright to indicate completion) is known by observing the transparent rear cover 10, the pencil is not sharpened all the time, the condition that sharpening is not known is avoided, and pencil lead breakage and pencil waste are avoided all the time, so that resources and time are saved. The nib thickness is adjusted, through the cooperation of internal and external screw thread, stepless regulation, nib's selection scope is wide. In a word, this scheme simple structure is reasonable, and the function is many, convenient operation, can not break the core, the quality has the guarantee.

The integrated mechanism for controlling a pencil sharpener and adjusting a pencil point according to claim 3, wherein: the right part of the turntable of the rocking handle is provided with a locking mechanism along the periphery of a rocking handle shaft hole, the locking mechanism is in two groups of semi-circles which are symmetrical relatively, each semi-circle sequentially comprises a hollow space, an inclined position, a resistance position, a locking position and a limiting position which are connected with each other, wherein the hollow space is a notch, the inclined position is an inclined plane from low to high, the resistance position is an inclined plane from high to low, the locking position is a groove lower than the resistance position, the limiting position is a convex joint higher than the locking position, the right end part of the tool rest is provided with an upper fixing buckle block and a lower fixing buckle block, the right end of the tool rest is sleeved into an internal tooth shaft hole of the annular gear and then penetrates into the rocking handle shaft hole of the rocking handle, the fixing buckle blocks are rotated from the hollow space to the resistance position along the inclined position and then rotated into the locking position, one side of the fixing buckle blocks is abutted against the limiting position, and the other side of the fixing buckle blocks are abutted against the resistance position, so that the tool rest, the inner gear ring and the rocking handle are connected together in a mutual rotation mode.

step 1, holding a lug of a sliding block, extending into a sliding block mounting hole of a tool rest, and sliding two guide rail grooves leftwards to be mounted in two oblique guide rails;
step 2, a thin rod of the thimble rod is inserted into the thin rod through hole with little force from the right end of the knife rest, a thick rod is inserted into the thick rod through hole, and a positioning convex point is positioned at the left end of the thin rod through hole;
step 3, sleeving the spring into the thick rod from the thick rod end of the thimble rod, wherein the left end of the spring abuts against the convex ring;
step 4, sleeving a spring blocking block from the right end of a thick rod of the thimble rod into the thick rod to abut against the right end of the spring, buckling the thick rod into two mounting holes of the knife rest, arranging two positioning blocks into two positioning grooves of the knife rest, exposing the outer surface of the right side of the thimble through hole at the right end of the thick rod, axially moving the thimble rod along the thick rod, and always applying a leftward moving thrust to the thimble rod by the elasticity of the spring;
step 5, sleeving the right end of the tool rest into an internal tooth shaft hole of the annular gear;
step 6, enabling the fixed buckling block at the right end of the tool rest to penetrate into the exposed space of the turntable of the rocking handle, rotating along the inclined position, continuing to rotate to pass through the resistance position, reaching the locking position and being fixed with the limiting position;
step 7, aligning the circuit board positioning hole of the lamp control board assembly with the circuit board positioning column of the regulator, clamping the lamp control board assembly into the circuit board buckle, and fixing the right side of the lamp control board assembly against the circuit board bracket;
step 8, screwing the external thread of the regulator into the internal thread pipe of the transparent rear cover, so that the regulating handle extends out of the regulating hole;
step 9, the second buckle of the transparent rear cover is clamped into the buckle hole of the turntable of the rocking handle to be fixed;
step 10, assembling a hob with an inclination angle of 15 degrees between a first supporting block and a second supporting block at the lower side of a hob frame, and firstly, mounting rotary teeth into internal teeth of an inner gear ring to enable the rotary teeth to be meshed with the internal teeth;
step 11, aligning a hob shaft hole at the left end of the hob with a second shaft hole of a second supporting block, inserting the hob shaft into the second shaft hole of the second supporting block from the left, penetrating through the hob shaft hole and entering into a first shaft hole of a first supporting block, wherein a shaft handle with lines is exposed out of the second shaft hole;
step 12, screwing the machine screw into the screw hole, and screwing the machine screw by using a tool to lock the hob shaft;
and 13, inserting a pencil from a pencil inlet at the left end of the tool rest to test, rotating the rocking handle, gradually moving rightward along with the pencil, gradually sharpening the pencil point, pushing the right slide block to move rightward by the pencil point, pushing the thimble rod to move rightward by the right side of the slide block, and when the pencil is sharpened, touching the micro switch to conduct by the right end of the thick rod, and lighting the LED lamp, so that the test is qualified and the assembly is completed.
