Description

Mica tape preparation method and mica tape
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of wires and cables, in particular to a mica tape preparation method and a mica tape.
Background
The mica tape is an insulating material formed by baking, drying and cutting a reinforcing material such as mica paper, glass fiber cloth and the like together with a proper adhesive, has excellent high-temperature resistance and combustion resistance, has good flexibility in a normal state, and is suitable for fire-resistant insulating layers of various fire-resistant electromagnetic cables and coils. However, the following disadvantages exist in preparing mica tapes: (1) in the preparation process, the preparation raw materials are single and can not be fused with various raw materials, so that the mica tape has poor performances; (2) the flame retardance is not strong, the flame diffusion range is wide during combustion, the generated smoke quantity is large, and the texture processing can not be well carried out on the composite material cable; (3) in the drying process of the mica paper, the mica paper is not uniformly dried, and the drying quality is relatively low.
In addition, the mica tape adhesive with the largest dosage at present adopts epoxy resin or modified resin thereof as the adhesive, and adopts solvent-type organic silicon adhesive. The epoxy resin and the modified resin binder thereof can generate strong black smoke when exposed to open fire, and combustion decomposition products of the epoxy resin and the modified resin binder are carcinogenic and highly polluting, so that the epoxy resin and the modified resin binder are easy to suffocate people in fire and can also generate harm to the environment and human bodies.
