The working principle of the supporting rod fixing seat processing device 1 of the embodiment is as follows:

In this embodiment, the first winding mechanism 11 includes a first rotation driving mechanism disposed on the first work platform 10, and a first material roller connected to the first rotation driving mechanism and used for winding the first iron plate 100. The first rotary driving mechanism may adopt an existing motor, or a combination of a motor and a speed reducer, etc., the first iron plate 100 is wound on the first material roller, and the first rotary driving mechanism realizes the winding and continuous conveying of the first iron plate 100.
In this embodiment, the first working platform 10 includes a first platform body 101 and a first platform bracket 102 disposed below the first platform body 101. The corresponding first reel mechanism 11, the first laser cutting mechanism 12, the first cutting mechanism 13 and the first extrusion forming mechanism 14 are sequentially arranged on the first platform body. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, it is further preferable that the first laser cutting mechanism 12 includes a first support 120 connected to the first working platform 10, a first linear driving mechanism 121 mounted on the first support 120, a first movable base 122 connected to the first linear driving mechanism 121, a second linear driving mechanism 123 mounted on the first movable base 122, and a first laser cutting gun 124 connected to the second linear driving mechanism 123; the first laser cutting mechanism 12 continuously cuts the first iron plate 100 by taking a combined hole group as a unit, wherein the combined hole group comprises two rows of waist-round hole groups and a bolt hole group positioned in the middle of the two rows of waist-round hole groups, each waist-round hole group comprises a plurality of waist-round holes 601 'arranged side by side at intervals, each bolt hole group comprises a plurality of bolt holes 602' arranged side by side at intervals, and the rectangular iron block cut by the first cutting mechanism 13 is provided with the combined hole group; the processing device 1 further comprises a second cutting mechanism 15, wherein the second cutting mechanism 15 cuts the inverted-U-shaped structure obtained by the extrusion of the first extrusion forming mechanism 14 into a plurality of independent support rod fixing seats 6'. The number of the waist holes 601 'and the number of the bolt holes 602' are determined according to the width of the first work platform 10, the width of the first iron plate 100, the width of the support bar fixing seat 6 ', the number of the waist holes 601' and the bolt holes 602 'on the support bar fixing seat 6', and other factors. During operation, the first linear driving mechanism 121 drives the first moving base 122 to move, and the second linear driving mechanism 123 drives the first laser cutting gun 124 to move, so as to continuously cut the combined hole group on the first iron plate 100, and the cutting efficiency is high. In the present embodiment, the first linear driving mechanism 121 and the second linear driving mechanism 122 may be implemented by an existing linear motion driving device such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, or the like. This embodiment has improved the production efficiency of bracing piece fixing base 1 greatly, realizes the mass production.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the first linear driving mechanism 121 preferably includes a first linear driving motor 1210, a first lead screw 1211 and a first nut sleeve 1212, the first lead screw 1211 is rotatably mounted on the first bracket 120, the first nut sleeve 1212 is sleeved on the first lead screw 1211, the first moving seat 122 is connected to the first nut sleeve 1212, and the first linear driving motor 1210 is mounted on the first bracket 120 and connected to the first lead screw 1211. When the first linear driving motor 1210 is operated, the first linear driving motor 1210 is started to drive the first lead screw 1211 to rotate, so that the first nut sleeve 1212 moves back and forth on the first lead screw 1211 to move the first moving seat 122 back and forth, wherein the first bracket 120 is further provided with a first guide rod 1213 parallel to the first lead screw 1211, and the first nut sleeve 1212 is provided with a first guide hole through which the first guide rod 1213 passes, so that the guiding function of the back and forth movement of the first moving seat 122 is realized under the action of the first guide rod 1213 and the first guide hole, and the moving precision of the first moving seat 122 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the second linear driving mechanism 123 preferably includes a second linear driving motor 1231, a second lead screw 1232, a second nut sleeve 1233, and a first moving frame 1235, the second lead screw 1232 is rotatably mounted on the first moving base 122, the second nut sleeve 1233 is sleeved on the second lead screw 1232, the first moving frame 1235 is connected with the second nut sleeve 1233, the first laser cutting gun 124 is connected with the first moving frame 1235, and the second linear driving motor 1231 is mounted on the first moving base 122 and connected with the second lead screw 1232. During operation, the second linear driving motor 1231 is started to drive the second lead screw 1232 to rotate, so that the second nut sleeve 1233 moves back and forth on the second lead screw 1232, so that the first movable frame 1235 and the first laser cutting gun 124 move back and forth relative to the first movable base 122, wherein the first movable base 122 is further provided with a second guide rod 1234 parallel to the second lead screw 1232, the second nut sleeve 1233 is provided with a second guide hole through which the second guide rod 1234 passes, so that the guide function of the first movable frame 1235 moving back and forth is realized under the action of the second guide rod 1234 and the second guide hole 123, and the movement accuracy of the first movable frame 1235 and the first laser cutting gun 124 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in this embodiment, it is further preferable that the first cutting mechanism 13 includes a second support 130, a third linear driving mechanism 131 and a first profile cutter 132, and the first profile cutter 32 has a structure of "n" -type; the second support 130 is connected to the first working platform 10, the third linear driving mechanism 131 is installed on the second support 130, the first contour cutter 132 is connected to the third linear driving mechanism 131, and the third linear driving mechanism 131 drives the first contour cutter 132 to move up and down. During operation, the third linear driving mechanism 131 drives the first special-shaped cutter 132 to move up and down, the two side edges of the first special-shaped cutter 132 cut the first iron plate 100 to form a rectangular iron block, the operation is simple and convenient, and meanwhile, the first special-shaped cutter 132 is designed into a structure of inverted U shape to cut out the rectangular iron block at one time, so that the cutting precision of the rectangular iron block is ensured. In the present embodiment, the third linear driving mechanism 131 may be an existing linear motion driving device such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, or the like.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the present embodiment further preferably includes the first extrusion molding mechanism 14 including a third bracket 141, an upper extrusion assembly including a fourth linear driving mechanism 142 and an upper extrusion block 143, and a lower extrusion assembly including a fifth linear driving mechanism 146 and a lower extrusion block 145;
the third bracket 141 is connected with the first working platform 10; the fourth linear driving mechanism 142 is mounted on the third support 141, the upper extrusion block 143 is connected to the fourth linear driving mechanism 142, and the fourth linear driving mechanism 142 and the upper extrusion block 143 are located above the first working platform 10;
the fifth linear driving mechanism 146 is mounted on the third bracket 141, the lower extrusion block 145 is connected to the fifth linear driving mechanism 146, and the fifth linear driving mechanism 146 and the lower extrusion block 145 are located below the first working platform 10;
the lower extrusion block 145 is in an inverted U-shaped structure, the lower extrusion block 145 is matched with the outer contour of the support rod fixing seat 6 ', the lower part of the upper extrusion block 143 is in a cuboid structure, and the upper extrusion block 143 is matched with the inner contour of the support rod fixing seat 6';

The first extrusion molding mechanism 14 of the present embodiment operates as follows:
after the first cutting mechanism 13 finishes cutting, the rectangular iron block is conveyed to the first extrusion forming mechanism 14 under the action of the first conveying mechanism 16, the fourth linear driving mechanism 142 drives the upper extrusion block 143 to move downwards to compress the rectangular iron block, the fifth linear driving mechanism 146 drives the lower extrusion block 145 to move upwards to two sides of the lower extrusion block 145 to penetrate through the two through grooves 1011, at this time, the rectangular iron block aligned with the through grooves 1011 is pushed upwards by the lower extrusion block 145 and continues to move upwards along with the lower extrusion block 145, so that the rectangular iron block is extruded into an inverted U-shaped structure under the matching action of the upper extrusion block 143 and the lower extrusion block 145, and the extrusion forming process is finished.
In the present embodiment, the fourth linear driving mechanism 142 and the fifth linear driving mechanism 145 may be an existing linear motion driving device such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, or the like.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in this embodiment, it is further preferable that the first extrusion molding mechanism 14 further includes a side extrusion assembly located above the first working platform 10, and the side extrusion assembly includes a sixth linear driving mechanism 144, a side extrusion plate 147 connected to the sixth linear driving mechanism 144; the two sixth linear driving mechanisms 144 are alternately mounted on the upper extrusion block 143, and the upper extrusion block 143 is sandwiched between the two side extrusion plates 147; the sixth linear driving mechanism 144 drives the side pressing plates 147 to move, so as to adjust the distance between the side pressing plates 147. After the lower extrusion block 145 and the upper extrusion block 143 finish the extrusion of the rectangular iron block, the fifth linear driving mechanism 146 drives the lower extrusion block 145 to move downward, the lower extrusion block 145 returns to the position below the first working platform 10, at this time, the sixth linear driving mechanism 144 drives the side extrusion plate 147 to move toward the upper extrusion block 143, so that the side of the inverted-u-shaped structure is continuously extruded under the action of the side extrusion plate 147 and the upper extrusion block 143, the stability of the extrusion molding is further improved, the structural stability of the inverted-u-shaped structure obtained by the extrusion molding is ensured, after the extrusion is finished, the sixth linear driving mechanism 144 drives the side extrusion plate 147 to move away from the upper extrusion block 143 to an initial position, the fourth linear driving mechanism 142 drives the upper extrusion block 143 to move upward to the initial position, and the first conveying mechanism 16 drives the inverted-u-shaped structure obtained by the extrusion molding to move downward in one working step. In this embodiment, the first conveying mechanism 16 drives the extruded inverted-n-shaped structure to move toward the second cutting mechanism 15, so as to cut the inverted-n-shaped structure into a plurality of independent supporting rod fixing seats 6' under the action of the second cutting mechanism 15. In the present embodiment, the sixth linear driving mechanism 144 may adopt an existing linear motion driving device such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, and the like.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, it is further preferable that the side compression plates 147 include an outer compression plate 1471 connected to the sixth linear driving mechanism 144, and an inner compression plate 1472 connected to the outer compression plate 1471, and the inner compression plate 1472 is detachably connected to the outer compression plate 1471. In this embodiment, the inner squeeze plate 1472 and the upper squeeze block 143 further squeeze the side edges of the inverted-n-shaped structure, wherein the inner squeeze plate 1472 is detachable with respect to the outer squeeze plate 1471, so that when the inner squeeze plate 1472 is damaged, only the inner squeeze plate 1472 is replaced without replacing the side squeeze plates 147 as a whole, thereby saving the manufacturing cost. Specifically, the inner compression plate 1472 is detachably connected with respect to the outer compression plate 1471 by a fastener.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in this embodiment, it is further preferable that the side pressing assembly further includes a first guide rod 148, a first guide hole through which the first guide rod 148 passes is provided on the upper pressing block 143, one end of the first guide rod 148 is connected to the side pressing plate 147, and the other end of the first guide rod 148 passes through the first guide hole, so that the first guide rod 148 and the first guide hole function to achieve a guiding function when the side pressing plate 147 moves. Specifically, one end of the first guide bar 148 is connected to the outer pressing plate 1471.
As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, it is further preferable that the second cutting mechanism 15 includes a fourth support 150, a seventh linear driving mechanism 151, and a second profile cutter, the fourth support 150 is connected to the first work platform 101, the seventh linear driving mechanism 151 is mounted on the fourth support 150, and the second profile cutter includes a knife plate 152 connected to the seventh linear driving mechanism 151, and a plurality of knife bodies 153 alternately mounted on the knife plate 152. When the extrusion device works, after the first extrusion forming mechanism 14 finishes the extrusion of the inverted-U-shaped structure, the first conveying mechanism 16 conveys the inverted-U-shaped structure to the second cutting mechanism 15, the seventh linear driving mechanism 151 drives the second special-shaped cutter to move downwards to the cutter bodies 153 to cut the inverted-U-shaped structure into a plurality of independent support rod fixing seats 6 ', the seventh linear driving mechanism 151 drives the second special-shaped cutter to move upwards to the initial position, and meanwhile, the independent support rod fixing seats 6' are further conveyed to a finished product area under the action of the first conveying mechanism 16. In the present embodiment, the seventh linear driving mechanism 151 may adopt an existing linear motion driving device such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, it is further preferable that the first conveying mechanism 16 includes a first motor, a first driving belt, a first driving roller installed on the first motor, and a first driven roller connected to the first driving roller through the first driving belt, the two first conveying mechanisms 16 are in a strip structure and installed on two sides of the first working platform, respectively, and the first driving belt contacts with an edge of the first iron plate. The first belt is in frictional contact with the first iron plate 100 to convey the first iron plate 100, and certainly, the first belt is also in frictional contact with the rectangular iron block and the edge of the inverted-U-shaped structure formed by extrusion molding.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the frame fixing seat 5 'includes a fixing plate 51', two clamping plates 50 'arranged in the middle of the fixing plate 51' in parallel at intervals, the clamping plate 50 'is provided with a first through hole 501', and two edges of the fixing plate 51 'are provided with second through holes 510'; the frame fixing seat processing device 2 comprises a second working platform 20, a second winding drum mechanism 21 for winding a second iron plate 200, a second extrusion forming mechanism 23 for extruding two parallel straight plates 50 on the second iron plate 200, and a third cutting mechanism 24 for cutting the second iron plate 200 and the two straight plates 50, wherein the width of the straight plates 50 is equal to the width of the clamping plate 50 ', the length of the straight plates 50 is N times of the length of the clamping plate 50', N is more than or equal to 1, and N is a natural number; the number of N is determined according to the width of the second working platform 20, the width of the second iron plate 200, and other factors.
The second winding drum mechanism 21, the second extrusion forming mechanism 23 and the third cutting mechanism 24 are sequentially arranged on the second working platform 20; the frame fixing seat processing device 2 further includes a second conveying mechanism 25 disposed on the second working platform 20 and used for conveying the second iron plate 200.
The working principle of the frame fixing seat processing device 2 in the embodiment is as follows:
the second iron plate 200 is wound on the second winding drum mechanism 21, under the action of the second winding drum mechanism 21, the second iron plate 200 is continuously conveyed, the first extrusion forming mechanism 23 extrudes two parallel straight plates 50 on the second iron plate 200, the third cutting mechanism 24 finishes the cutting of the second iron plate 200 and the two straight plates 50 to obtain a plurality of independent primary forming frame fixing seats, and the first through holes 501 'and the second through holes 510' are not processed on the primary forming frame fixing seats, so that the primary forming fixing seats are circularly processed to finish the batch production of the primary forming fixing seats. Wherein the first through hole 501 'and the second through hole 510' on the fixing seat of the preliminary forming frame are further processed by a drilling machine or a laser cutting machine.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the frame fixing seat processing device 2 further includes a second laser cutting mechanism 22 disposed on the second working platform 20 and located between the second reel mechanism 21 and the second extrusion forming mechanism 23, where the second laser cutting mechanism 22 includes a fifth support connected to the second working platform 20, an eighth linear driving mechanism mounted on the fifth support, a second moving seat connected to the eighth linear driving mechanism, a ninth linear driving mechanism mounted on the second moving seat, and a second laser cutting gun connected to the ninth linear driving mechanism; the second laser cutting mechanism continuously cuts the second iron plate 200 by taking a through hole group as a unit, wherein the through hole group comprises two rows of second through hole groups and four rows of first through hole groups, the first through hole groups are formed by alternately arranging a plurality of first through holes 501 ', and the second through hole groups are formed by alternately arranging a plurality of second through holes 510'. The number of the first through holes 501 'in the first through hole group and the number of the second through holes 510' in the second through hole group are determined according to the width of the second work platform 20, the width of the second iron plate 200, the width of the frame fixing seat 5 ', the number of the first through holes 501' and the second through holes 510 'in the frame fixing seat 5', and other factors. During operation, the eighth linear driving mechanism drives the second movable seat to move, and the ninth linear driving mechanism drives the second laser cutting gun to move, so that the continuous cutting of the through hole group on the second iron plate 200 is realized, and the cutting efficiency is high. When the laser cutting of the through-hole groups is first completed by the second laser cutting mechanism 22, a row of first through-hole groups is arranged on both sides of the arch structure to be formed and extruded. The second iron plate 200 is not drawn with the through hole group corresponding to the arch structure or the like as in fig. 11 to 14, but this does not affect the expression of the present embodiment.
Second, the working principle of the secondary extrusion component 231: after the extrusion to be formed is completed, the arch structures are moved to the secondary extrusion assembly 231, wherein the middle of the two arch structures are moved to be aligned with the middle forming extrusion plate 2313, at this time, the twelfth linear driving mechanism 2312 drives the middle forming extrusion plate 2313 to move downwards to the middle forming extrusion plate 2313 to compress the middle of the two arch structures, and the second two thirteenth linear driving mechanisms 2315 respectively drive the corresponding side forming extrusion plates 2314 to move towards the middle forming extrusion plate 2313, so that the two sides of the arch structures are extruded and overlapped to form the straight plate 50, and the two straight plates 50 which are parallel to each other are obtained. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 to 16, the extrusion block 2305 to be formed preferably includes a large rectangular body section 23051, a tapered section 23052 and a small rectangular body section 23053 in sequence from bottom to top, the large rectangular body section 23051, the tapered section 23052 and the small rectangular body section 23053 are in smooth transition, and the tapered section 23052 is gradually reduced in size from bottom to top.
Further preferably, the side molding pressing plate 2314 comprises an outer pressing plate 23141 connected with the thirteenth linear driving mechanism 2315, and an inner pressing block 23142 connected with the outer pressing plate 23141, wherein the inner pressing block 23142 is detachably connected with the outer pressing block 23141. In this embodiment, the arch structure is pressed by the inner pressing block 23142 and the middle molding pressing plate 2313, wherein the inner pressing plate 23142 is detachable with respect to the outer pressing plate 23141, so that when the inner pressing plate 23142 is damaged, only the inner pressing plate 23142 is replaced, the side molding pressing plate 2314 does not need to be replaced integrally, and the manufacturing cost is saved. Specifically, the inner compression plate 23142 is detachably connected with respect to the outer compression plate 23141 by a fastener.
In this embodiment, the primary compression assembly 230 further comprises a plate 2306 and a link 2307, the tenth linear drive mechanism 2302 is connected to the plate 2306, and the plate 2306 is rotatably connected to the compression roller 2303 via the link 2307. Specifically, both ends of the pressing roller 2303 are connected to both sides of the flat plate 2306 by the connecting rods 2307, respectively.

In operation, the fourteenth linear driving mechanism 241 drives the third differential cutter to move downwards, so as to cut the second iron plate 200 and the two straight plates 50 under the action of the lower cutter body 243 and the side cutter bodies 244, and cut the parts where the two straight plates 50 are extruded to form a plurality of independent frame fixing seats 5'. In the present embodiment, the fourteenth linear driving mechanism 241 may be an existing linear driving device such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, or the like. In this embodiment, the third guide cutter further includes an edge cutter body 245, and the edge cutter body 245 is connected to the upper cutter plate 242 on a side close to the second conveying mechanism 25, so as to cut the excess edge material.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the second reel mechanism 21 includes a second rotation driving mechanism disposed on the second work platform 20, and a second material roller connected to the second rotation driving mechanism and used for winding the second iron plate 200. The second rotary driving mechanism may adopt an existing motor, or a combination of a motor and a speed reducer, and the like, the second iron plate 200 is wound on the second material roller, and the second rotary driving mechanism is used for realizing the winding and continuous conveying of the second iron plate 200. The second rotary driving mechanism can adopt an existing motor or a combination of the motor and a speed reducer.
In this embodiment, preferably, the second conveying mechanism includes a second motor, a second driving belt, a second driving roller installed on the second motor, and a second driven roller connected to the second driving roller through the second driving belt, the second conveying mechanism is in a strip structure and installed on two side edges of the second working platform 20, respectively, and the second driving belt contacts with an edge of the second iron plate 200. The second transmission belt is in friction contact with the second iron plate 200 to realize the transportation of the second iron plate 200, and after the third cutting mechanism 24 finishes the cutting, the plurality of frame fixing seats 5' are transported to the finished product area through the second transportation mechanism 25.
In this embodiment, the second working platform 20 preferably includes a second platform body 201 and a second platform support 202 disposed below the second platform body 201. The corresponding second reel mechanism 21, second laser cutting mechanism 22, second extrusion forming mechanism 23 and third cutting mechanism 24 are disposed on the second platform body 201. The second conveying mechanism 25 is disposed on the second stage body 201.
As shown in fig. 18 to 23, in this embodiment, it is further preferable that the outer frame processing apparatus 3 includes a third working platform 30, a steel pipe feeding mechanism 31 for feeding the steel pipe 300, a fourth cutting mechanism 32 for cutting a 30045 ° notch of the steel pipe, and a welding mechanism 34, and the steel pipe feeding mechanism 31, the fourth cutting mechanism 32, and the welding mechanism 34 are sequentially disposed on the third working platform 30; the 45-degree notch surfaces of the two steel pipes 300 are attached, and the welding mechanism 34 welds every two steel pipes 300.
The working principle of the outer frame processing device 3 of the present embodiment is as follows:
the steel pipe feeding mechanism 31 sends the steel pipes 300 to the fourth cutting mechanism 32, the fourth cutting mechanism 32 cuts the 45-degree notches of the steel pipes 300, after the two steel pipes 300 finish cutting the 45-degree notches, the 45-degree notch surfaces of the two steel pipes 300 are attached to each other, the welding mechanism 34 welds the two steel pipes 300 into a whole, and therefore every two steel pipes 300 in the four steel pipes 300 are welded in sequence to finish the processing of the outer frame 20'. This embodiment has effectively improved the machining efficiency of frame 20', the cost of using manpower sparingly.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the fourth cutting mechanism 32 includes a support 321, a fifteenth linear driving mechanism 322, a fourth rotary driving mechanism 324, a knife rest 323, and a disc-shaped right-angle cutter 325, the support 321 is connected to the third working platform 30, the fifteenth linear driving mechanism 322 is mounted on the support 321, the fifteenth linear driving mechanism 322 is connected to the knife rest 323, the fourth rotary driving mechanism 324 is mounted on the knife rest 323, and the disc-shaped right-angle cutter 325 is connected to the fourth rotary driving mechanism 324; a rectangular window 3010 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the disc-shaped right-angle cutter 325, of the third working platform 30; the cutting part of the disc-shaped right-angle cutter 325 is a right-angle structure consisting of two 45-degree annular inclined planes 3250. During operation, the fifteenth linear driving mechanism 322 drives the tool rest 323 to move downwards, and the fourth rotary driving mechanism 324 drives the disc-shaped right-angle cutter 325 to rotate, so that the steel pipe 300 is cut into two sections, the 45-degree gaps of the two sections of steel pipes 300 are opposite, the 45-degree gaps of the two sections of steel pipes 300 can be cut at one time, and the cutting efficiency of the steel pipes 300 is improved. The fourth rotation driving mechanism 324 may be an existing motor, or a combination of a motor and a speed reducer.
In the present embodiment, the fifteenth linear driving mechanism 322 may adopt an existing linear motion driving device such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, and the like. In this embodiment, the fifteenth linear driving mechanism 322 preferably includes a fifth linear driving motor 3221, a fifth lead screw 3222, and a fifth nut sleeve 3224, wherein the fifth lead screw 3222 is rotatably mounted on the support 321, the fifth nut sleeve 3224 is sleeved on the fifth lead screw 3222, the tool holder 323 is connected to the fifth nut sleeve 3224, and the fifth linear driving motor 3221 is mounted on the support 321 and connected to the fifth lead screw 3222. In operation, the fifth linear driving motor 3221 is activated to drive the fifth lead screw 3222 to rotate, so that the fifth nut sleeve 3224 moves back and forth on the fifth lead screw 3222, so that the tool holder 323 moves up and down relative to the support 321, wherein the support 321 is further provided with a fifth guide rod 3223 parallel to the fifth lead screw 3222, the fifth nut sleeve 3224 is provided with a fifth guide hole through which the fifth guide rod 3223 passes, so that under the action of the fifth guide rod 3223 and the fifth guide hole, the up and down movement guiding function of the tool holder 323 is realized, and the movement precision of the tool holder 323 is ensured, the structure and principle of the fifteenth linear driving mechanism 322 are the same as those of the first linear driving mechanism 121 and the second linear driving mechanism 123, referring to fig. 4 and 5, corresponding drawings corresponding to the fifteenth linear driving mechanism 322 are not provided.
Further preferably, the welding mechanism 34 includes a ninth support, a sixteenth linear driving mechanism, a seventeenth linear driving mechanism, a guide rail seat and a welding gun, the ninth support is connected to the third working platform 30, the sixteenth linear driving mechanism is installed on the ninth support, the sixteenth linear driving mechanism is connected to the guide rail seat, the seventeenth linear driving mechanism is installed on the guide rail seat, and the seventeenth linear driving mechanism is connected to the welding gun. When the welding gun works, the sixteenth linear driving mechanism drives the guide rail seat to move, and the seventeenth linear driving mechanism drives the welding gun to move, so that the welding of a 30045-degree butt joint surface of the two steel pipes is completed. The structure and principle of the welding mechanism 34 of the present embodiment are the same as those of the first laser mechanism 12, and with reference to fig. 4 and 5, a drawing corresponding to the welding mechanism 34 is not provided. In the present embodiment, the sixteenth linear driving mechanism and the seventeenth linear driving mechanism may adopt existing linear motion driving devices such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, and the like.
In this embodiment, preferably, the sixteenth linear driving mechanism includes a sixth linear driving motor, a sixth lead screw, and a sixth nut sleeve, the sixth lead screw is rotatably installed on the ninth bracket, the sixth nut sleeve is sleeved on the sixth lead screw, the sixth linear driving motor is installed on the ninth bracket and connected to the sixth lead screw, and the guide rail seat is connected to the sixth nut sleeve. When the guide rail seat is in work, the sixth linear driving motor is started to drive the sixth screw rod to rotate, so that the sixth nut sleeve moves back and forth on the sixth screw rod to enable the guide rail seat to move back and forth, wherein the ninth support is further provided with a sixth guide rod parallel to the sixth screw rod, the sixth nut sleeve is provided with a sixth guide hole through which the sixth guide rod penetrates, the guide function of the back and forth movement of the guide rail seat is achieved under the action of the sixth guide rod and the sixth guide hole, and the movement precision of the guide rail seat is guaranteed. The structure and principle of the sixteenth linear driving mechanism are the same as those of the first linear driving mechanism and the second linear driving mechanism, and referring to fig. 4 and 5, corresponding drawings corresponding to the sixteenth linear driving mechanism are not provided.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the seventeenth linear driving mechanism includes a seventh linear driving motor, a seventh lead screw, a seventh nut sleeve, and a third moving frame, the seventh lead screw is rotatably mounted on the guide rail seat, the seventh nut sleeve is sleeved on the seventh lead screw, the seventh linear driving motor is mounted on the guide rail seat and connected to the seventh lead screw, the third moving frame is connected to the seventh nut sleeve, and the welding gun is connected to the third moving frame. In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the outer frame processing apparatus 3 further includes a bending mechanism 33 located below the third working platform 30, the bending mechanism 33 includes a fifth rotation driving mechanism 335, a driving seat 334, a driving connecting rod 333, a bending rod 331 and a guiding column 336, the third working platform 30 is provided with an arc window 3011, the driving seat 334 is connected with the third working platform 30, the fifth rotation driving mechanism 335 is installed on the driving seat 334, the fifth rotation driving mechanism 335 is connected with one end of the driving connecting rod 333, the other end of the driving connecting rod 333 is connected with the bending rod 301, the two guiding columns 336 are alternately arranged on the third working platform 30, and the middle of the two guiding columns 336 is aligned with the steel pipe 300; the bending rod 331 penetrates through the circular arc window 3011 from bottom to top; the bending mechanism 33 bends one section of the cut steel pipe 300 toward the other section, so that the 45-degree notch surfaces of the two sections of steel pipes 300 are attached to each other.
The operation principle of the bending mechanism 33 of the present embodiment is as follows:
when the steel pipe 300 is cut by the fourth cutting mechanism 32, the two sections of the steel pipe 300 are not completely cut off, and a small part is reserved and not cut off, so that the steel pipe 300 can be continuously and linearly conveyed forwards, and the rapid bending of the bending mechanism 33 is not influenced. In the present embodiment, the fifth rotation driving mechanism 335 may be a conventional motor, a combination of a motor and a speed reducer, or the like.
In this embodiment, the outer frame processing device 3 preferably includes an eighteenth linear driving mechanism (not shown) disposed below the third working platform 30, and the eighteenth linear driving mechanism is connected to the welding mechanism 34. Correspondingly, the ninth bracket is movably installed with the third working platform 30. In the present embodiment, the eighteenth linear driving mechanism may adopt existing linear motion driving devices such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod, and the like. In operation, the eighteen linear driving mechanisms drive the welding mechanism 34 to move relative to the third working platform 30, so as to move the welding mechanism 34 to the initial position or the working position. The eighteenth linear driving mechanism can adopt the existing linear motion driving equipment such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric push rod and the like. Of course, the preferred configuration of the first linear drive mechanism 121 as shown in fig. 3 and 4 may be employed.
In this embodiment, the outer surface of the bending rod 331 is preferably wrapped with a rubber layer 332. The rubber layer 332 prevents the surface of the steel pipe 300 from being damaged due to pressure in the bending process, and the steel pipe 300 is effectively protected.
