Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide an automatic laser cutting system for mass stainless steel pipes and a processing method thereof, which can simultaneously perform laser cutting on a plurality of steel pipes.
The invention discloses an automatic laser cutting system for a batch of stainless steel pipes, which is arranged on a mounting surface and comprises:
the steel pipe clamping mechanism comprises at least two steel pipe clamping mechanisms which are arranged in parallel, wherein each steel pipe clamping mechanism can clamp a steel pipe;
the rotary feeding mechanism is arranged at one end of the steel pipe clamping mechanism and is abutted against one end of the steel pipe, and the rotary feeding mechanism can push the steel pipe to move along the steel pipe clamping mechanism and drive the steel pipe to rotate;
and the laser cutting mechanism is arranged at the other end, opposite to the feeding mechanism, of the steel pipe clamping mechanism and can cut the steel pipe.
In one embodiment, the steel pipe clamping mechanism comprises a clamping cylinder and a plurality of clamping assemblies arranged on the side surface of the clamping cylinder, wherein the clamping assemblies are uniformly arranged around the clamping cylinder and used for clamping the steel pipe in the clamping cylinder.
In one embodiment, the clamping assembly comprises: perpendicular to first holder, first clamp plate, the drive actuating cylinder that is used for the drive that the clamp plate is flexible that the double-layered cartridge axis direction set up, first guide slot has been seted up on the first clamp plate, first holder stretches into in the guide slot, along with the removal of first clamp plate, can drive first holder is along the perpendicular to it is flexible to press from both sides cartridge axis direction.
In one embodiment, the clamping assembly further comprises a connecting rod, a second pressing plate and a second clamping piece, the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate, a second guide groove is formed in the second pressing plate, the second clamping piece extends into the second guide groove, the second clamping piece can be driven to stretch and retract along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the clamping cylinder along with the movement of the second pressing plate, and the first guide groove and the second guide groove are arranged in parallel.
In one embodiment, the rotary feeding mechanism comprises a guide rail, a support frame, a plurality of clamping propulsion assemblies, a first driving assembly and a second driving assembly, the clamping propulsion assemblies are arranged on the support frame, the support frame can slide along the guide rail under the driving of the first driving assembly and synchronously drive the clamping propulsion assemblies to move so as to push the steel pipe to move, and the second driving assembly can drive the clamping propulsion assemblies to rotate so as to drive the steel pipe to rotate.
In one embodiment, the clamping and pushing assembly comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a third connecting plate, a telescopic cylinder, a limiting rod, a push head, an elastic element, a plurality of first connecting rods and a plurality of second connecting rods, the first connecting plate is connected to the second driving assembly and can rotate under the driving of the second driving assembly, the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate are arranged in parallel with the first connecting plate, one end of the telescopic cylinder is fixed to the first connecting plate, the other end of the telescopic cylinder is fixed to the second connecting plate, one end of the limiting rod is fixed to the first connecting plate and penetrates through the second connecting plate to be fixed to the third connecting plate, the push rod penetrates through the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate to be fixed to the push head, a limiting portion is arranged at one end, far away from the push head, of the push rod, the elastic element is arranged between the second connecting plate and the push head, the plurality of first connecting rods are respectively hinged to the second connecting plate, one end of the plurality of second connecting rods is hinged to one end of the first connecting rod, the middle portion of the second connecting rod is hinged to the third connecting plate, and the push head is abutted against one end of the steel pipe.
In one embodiment, the first driving assembly comprises at least one connecting block fixedly arranged on the support frame, a first lead screw in threaded connection with the connecting block, and a first motor driving the lead screw to rotate, and the first motor drives the first lead screw to rotate to push the support frame to slide along the guide rail.
In one embodiment, the second driving assembly comprises a second motor fixedly arranged on the support frame, a worm driven to rotate by the second motor, and at least one worm wheel rotatably connected to the support frame and meshed with the worm, wherein the worm wheel can drive the rotary feeding mechanism to rotate.
In one embodiment, the laser cutting mechanism comprises an upright post, a third motor arranged on the upright post, a second lead screw driven to rotate by the third motor, a cross beam connected to the second lead screw in a threaded manner, and a laser head fixedly arranged on the cross beam, wherein the third motor can drive the second lead screw to rotate so as to drive the cross beam to move in the vertical direction.
The invention also discloses a processing method of the batch stainless steel pipe automatic laser cutting system, which applies any one of the batch stainless steel pipe automatic laser cutting systems and comprises the following steps,
firstly, placing a steel pipe in a clamping cylinder of a steel pipe clamping mechanism;
secondly, starting a driving cylinder to enable the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece to clamp the steel pipe;
thirdly, starting the first driving component to enable the push head 235 to abut against the steel pipe;
fourthly, starting the telescopic cylinder to enable the second connecting rod 2372 to clamp the steel pipe;
fifthly, the first driving assembly continues to push the steel pipe to the laser cutting mechanism, and meanwhile, the second driving assembly is started to synchronously drive the plurality of rotary feeding mechanisms to rotate so as to drive the steel pipe to rotate;
sixthly, when the steel pipe is pushed to the first working position, the first motor is stopped, the laser cutting mechanism is started to synchronously cut the steel pipes, and one-time cutting processing of the steel pipes is completed;
and step seven, stopping the laser cutting mechanism, starting the first driving assembly, and performing secondary cutting machining when the steel pipe is pushed to the second working position.
The technical scheme has the advantages that: through setting up a plurality of steel pipe fixture, can be by many steel pipe feeding of rotatory advancing mechanism synchronous drive, improved machining efficiency, and can improve the machining precision through the accurate location of multiple mode during the steel pipe centre gripping.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "mounted on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When a component is referred to as being "disposed on" another component, it can be directly on the other component or intervening components may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly secured to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "or/and" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention discloses an automatic laser cutting system 100 for a batch of stainless steel pipes, which is arranged on an installation surface 300, wherein the automatic laser cutting system 100 for a batch of stainless steel pipes comprises:
at least two steel pipe clamping mechanisms 10 which are arranged in parallel, wherein each steel pipe clamping mechanism 10 can respectively clamp one steel pipe 200;
the rotary feeding mechanism 20 is arranged at one end of the steel pipe clamping mechanism 10, abuts against one end of the steel pipe 200, and can push the steel pipe 200 to move along the steel pipe clamping mechanism 10 and drive the steel pipe 200 to rotate;
and a laser cutting mechanism 30 provided at the other end of the steel pipe clamping mechanism 10 opposite to the feeding mechanism and capable of cutting the steel pipe 200.
It can be understood that the steel tube 200 is supported by the steel tube clamping mechanism 10, and is driven by the rotary feeding mechanism 20 to feed the laser cutting mechanism 30, and by providing a plurality of steel tube clamping mechanisms 10, a plurality of steel tubes 200 can be synchronously driven by the rotary propelling mechanism to feed, thereby improving the processing efficiency.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the steel pipe clamping mechanism 10 includes a clamping cylinder 11, and a plurality of clamping assemblies 12 disposed on a side surface of the clamping cylinder 11, wherein the clamping assemblies 12 are uniformly disposed around the clamping cylinder 11 and are used for clamping the steel pipe 200 located in the clamping cylinder 11.
Preferably, the clamping assembly 12 comprises: the clamping device comprises a first clamping piece 121, a first pressing plate 122 and a driving cylinder 124, wherein the first clamping piece 121, the first pressing plate 122 and the driving cylinder 124 are perpendicular to the axis direction of the clamping cylinder 11, the driving cylinder is used for driving the pressing plate to stretch, a first guide groove 123 is formed in the first pressing plate 122, the first clamping piece 121 extends into the guide groove, and along with the movement of the first pressing plate 122, the first clamping piece 121 can be driven to stretch and retract along the axis direction of the clamping cylinder 11.
It can be understood that, by providing a plurality of gripping mechanisms at the side of the clamping cylinder 11 to grip the steel pipe 200 from different directions to support the steel pipe 200, in this embodiment, the first gripping member 121 is provided with a roller 1211, and the steel pipe 200 can move freely along the axial direction, so as to facilitate the feeding of the rotary feeding mechanism 20.
Preferably, the clamping assembly 12 further includes a connecting rod 125, a second pressing plate 126, and a second clamping member 128, the connecting rod 125 is fixedly connected to the first pressing plate 122 and the second pressing plate 126, a second guide slot 127 is formed in the second pressing plate 126, and the second clamping member 128 extends into the second guide slot 127, and along with the movement of the second pressing plate 126, the second clamping member 128 can be driven to extend and retract along a direction perpendicular to the axis of the clamping cylinder 11.
It can be understood that, on the clamping cylinder 11, the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 128 are arranged along the axial direction of the clamping cylinder 11, so as to support at different positions of the steel pipe 200, and the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 128 are driven by the driving cylinder 124, so that the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 128 extend and retract synchronously, the effect of synchronously clamping and loosening the steel pipe 200 is achieved, and the steel pipe 200 is convenient to mount and dismount.
Preferably, the first guide groove 123 is parallel to the second guide groove 127.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the first guide slot 123 and the second guide slot 127 are linear slots and are arranged in parallel to achieve the effect of synchronously clamping and releasing, but in other embodiments, the first guide slot 123 and the second guide slot 127 may be curved or irregularly curved to form different clamping effects.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the rotary feeding mechanism 20 includes a guide rail 21, a support frame 22, a plurality of clamping propulsion assemblies 23 disposed on the support frame 22, a first driving assembly 24, and a second driving assembly 25, the support frame 22 can slide along the guide rail 21 under the driving of the first driving assembly 24, and synchronously drive the clamping propulsion assemblies 23 to move, so as to push the steel pipe 200 to move, and the second driving assembly 25 can drive the clamping propulsion assemblies 23 to rotate, so as to drive the steel pipe 200 to rotate.
It will be appreciated that during the machining of the steel pipe 200, a feed motion as well as a rotational motion is required to complete the cutting process of a section of steel pipe 200.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the clamping pushing assembly 23 includes a first connecting plate 2311, a second connecting plate 2312, a third connecting plate 2313, a telescopic cylinder 232, a limiting rod 233, a pushing rod 234, a pushing head 235, an elastic member 236, a plurality of first connecting rods 2371, and a plurality of second connecting rods 2372, the first connecting plate 2311 is connected to the second driving assembly 25 and can rotate under the driving of the second driving assembly 25, the second connecting plate 2312 and the third connecting plate 2313 are both arranged in parallel with the first connecting plate 2311, one end of the telescopic cylinder 232 is fixed to the first connecting plate 2311, the other end of the telescopic cylinder is fixed to the second connecting plate 2312, one end of the limiting rod 233 is fixed to the first connecting plate 2311 and passes through the second connecting plate 2312 to be fixed to the third connecting plate 2313, the pushing rod 234 passes through the second connecting plate 2312 and the third connecting plate 2313 to be fixed to the pushing head 235, one end of the pushing rod 234, which is provided with the limiting portion 2311, the elastic member is arranged between the first connecting plate 2312 and the second connecting plate 2313, and the ends of the pushing rod 2371 are hinged to the connecting plates 2371, and the connecting plates 2371 are hinged to the connecting plates 2311, and the connecting rods 2371, and the connecting plates are hinged to the connecting plates 2312, and the connecting plates 2371.
It should be noted that, in the process that the push head 235 moves towards the steel pipe 200, when the steel pipe 200 abuts against the push head 235, the elastic member 236 is compressed to buffer, so as to protect the push head 235, and then the telescopic cylinder 232 extends to push the second connecting plate 2312 to be close to the third connecting plate 2313, so that the second connecting rods 2372 clamp the steel pipe 200, because the plurality of second connecting rods 2372 are uniformly arranged around the steel pipe 200, the function of automatically positioning the center of the steel pipe 200 can be achieved when the second connecting rods 2372 are clamped, and thus the machining accuracy of cutting the steel pipe 200 can be improved.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the pushing head 235 is tapered, and when the pushing head 235 abuts against the steel tube 200, the center of the steel tube 200 is aligned with the center of the pushing head 235, so as to achieve the function of adjusting the position of the steel tube 200.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the first driving assembly 24 includes at least one connecting block 241 fixedly disposed on the supporting frame 22, a first lead screw 242 threadedly connected to the connecting block 241, and a first motor 243 for driving the lead screw to rotate, and the first motor 243 drives the first lead screw 242 to rotate to push the supporting frame 22 to slide along the guide rail 21.
It will be appreciated that the first drive assembly 24 is arranged to drive a plurality of said grip advancing assemblies 23 in movement simultaneously.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the second driving assembly 25 includes a second motor 251 fixedly disposed on the supporting frame 22, a worm 252 driven by the second motor 251 to rotate, and at least one worm wheel 253 rotatably connected to the supporting frame 22 and engaged with the worm 252, wherein the worm wheel 253 can drive the rotary feeding mechanism 20 to rotate.
It can be understood that the second driving assembly 25 is provided to synchronously rotate the plurality of clamping pushing assemblies 23, so that the laser cutting mechanism 30 can circumferentially cut the steel pipe 200.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the laser cutting mechanism 30 includes a vertical column 31, a third motor 32 disposed on the vertical column 31, a second lead screw 33 driven by the third motor 32 to rotate, a cross beam 34 in threaded connection with the second lead screw 33, and a laser head 35 fixedly disposed on the cross beam 34, wherein the third motor 32 can drive the second lead screw 33 to rotate, so as to drive the cross beam 34 to move along the vertical direction.
It can be understood that the distance between the laser head 35 and the steel pipe 200 can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the cross beam 34, which facilitates processing steel pipes 200 with different diameters.
The working mode of the invention is as follows: the steel pipe 200 is placed in the clamping cylinders 11 of the steel pipe clamping mechanisms 10, it can be understood that a plurality of steel pipe clamping mechanisms 10 are arranged in parallel on the installation surface 300, one steel pipe 200 can be placed in each clamping cylinder 11, the driving cylinder 124 is started to enable the first clamping piece 121 and the second clamping piece 128 to clamp the steel pipe 200, the first driving assembly 24 is started to enable the pushing head 235 to abut against the steel pipe 200, then the telescopic cylinder 232 is started to enable the second connecting rod 2372 to clamp the steel pipe 200, the first clamping piece 121, the second clamping piece 128, the second connecting rod 2372 and the pushing head 235 have a positioning effect on the steel pipe 200, so that the machining precision can be effectively improved, further, the first driving assembly 24 continues to push the steel pipe 200 to the laser cutting mechanism 30, meanwhile, the second driving assembly 25 is started to synchronously drive the plurality of rotary feeding mechanisms 20 to rotate so as to drive the steel pipe 200 to rotate, when the steel pipe 200 is pushed to the first working position, the first motor is turned off, the laser cutting mechanism 30 is started to synchronously cut the plurality of steel pipes 200, then the steel pipe 200 is cut once, the steel pipe is cut the steel pipe 200, and the second cutting mechanism 24 is started until the steel pipe is completely cut the steel pipe is completely machined at the second working position, and the second working of the steel pipe machining mechanism 200 is completed, and the steel pipe machining mechanism 200 is completed.
The invention also discloses a processing method of the automatic laser cutting system for the batch stainless steel pipes, which applies the automatic laser cutting system 100 for the batch stainless steel pipes, and comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a steel pipe 200 in a clamping cylinder 11 of a steel pipe clamping mechanism 10;
secondly, starting the driving cylinder 124 to enable the first clamping piece 121 and the second clamping piece 128 to clamp the steel pipe 200;
thirdly, starting the first driving component 24 to enable the pushing head 235 to abut against the steel pipe 200;
fourthly, the telescopic cylinder 232 is started, so that the second connecting rod 2372 clamps the steel pipe 200;
fifthly, the first driving assembly 24 continues to push the steel tube 200 to the laser cutting mechanism 30, and meanwhile, the second driving assembly 25 is started to synchronously drive the plurality of rotary feeding mechanisms 20 to rotate, so that the steel tube 200 is driven to rotate;
sixthly, when the steel pipe 200 is pushed to the first working position, the first motor 243 is turned off, the laser cutting mechanism 30 is started to synchronously cut the steel pipes 200, and the cutting processing of the steel pipe 200 is completed for one time;
and step seven, stopping the laser cutting mechanism 30, starting the first driving assembly 24, and performing secondary cutting when the steel pipe 200 is pushed to the second working position.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
