The invention discloses a mold base for heat absorption and heat dissipation treatment of a mold cavity, and relates to the technical field of cast-weld molds. The invention comprises a base body, wherein a rectangular through hole is formed in the center of the base body; openings communicated with the rectangular through holes are formed in the base body at the two ends of the rectangular through holes; the two openings are communicated with the rectangular through hole to form a cross-shaped structure. According to the invention, the design of the base of the cast-weld mold is adjusted to be a cross structure, the side punching design is adopted, the bus bar area of the mold and the base of the mold are completely in an overhead state, the heat absorption, heat dissipation and cooling consistency of the whole mold cavity of the conventional non-hollowed-out mold is improved, the welding effect is obviously improved, the hollowed-out part in the middle of the hollowed-out mold cannot cause lead slag blockage, the cast-weld effect can be obviously improved, the problems of poor cooling, pole breakage and pole lug over-melting are effectively improved, and the reject ratio is reduced by 0.16% before the cast-.

The square hollow part is adopted in the middle of the existing mold base, the hollow non-hollow part mold is used in the existing cast-weld mold, the existing mold with the base specification has poor heat absorption and heat dissipation performance, and lead slag at the hollow part in the middle of the hollow mold is easy to block, so that the heat absorption and heat dissipation effects are influenced. Meanwhile, the size of the existing mold base is fixed, and the existing mold base cannot be suitable for molds of various sizes. Meanwhile, in the use process of the existing cast-weld mold base, the mold stripping temperature control range is less than 50 ℃, and the demolding temperature control range is less than 50 ℃.

the base of the cast-weld mold is designed and adjusted to be of a cross structure, holes are formed in the side edges, the bus bar area of the mold and the base of the mold are completely in an overhead state, the heat absorption, heat dissipation and cooling consistency of the whole mold cavity of the conventional non-hollowed-out mold is improved, the welding effect is obviously improved, the hollowed-out part in the middle of the hollowed-out mold cannot cause lead slag blockage, the cast-weld effect can be obviously improved, the problems of poor cooling, pole breakage and pole lug over-melting are effectively improved, and the reject ratio is reduced by 0.16% before the cast-weld mold is. After the cross-shaped structure is adopted to cast-weld the base of the die, the control range of the die drawing temperature is less than 20 ℃, and the control range of the die stripping temperature is less than 20 ℃.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Preferably, the base body 100 is provided with a mounting portion 102 on the periphery thereof, and a mounting bracket is connected to the bottom end of the mounting portion 102.
Preferably, the chassis body 100 is positioned at the lateral sides 10; two connecting blocks 11 are arranged between the two side walls 10; two connecting blocks 11 are respectively positioned at two ends of the side wall 10.
