Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-altitude bridge frame dust suppression device for a thermal power plant, and belongs to the technical field of dust suppression equipment of the power plant.
Background
At present, thermal power generation is the dominant force of modern society power development, accounts for about 70% of the total power generation amount in China every year, is the main power generation mode in China, and with the development of science and technology and the importance on environmental protection, the thermal power industry in China is developing towards the direction of low coal consumption, high efficiency, zero emission and high technology.

The cleaning personnel operation of ascending a height has certain safety risk and efficiency not high, and the equipment that needs the below operation when cleaning the high altitude crane span structure at every turn accompanies and stops, has influenced coal and has carried the operation, cleans raise dust or coal water that cause and causes secondary pollution to the scene easily, and is unfavorable for staff's healthy.
In view of the above-mentioned defects, the designer actively makes research and innovation to create a dust-removing device for the overhead bridge of the thermal power plant, so that the dust-removing device has industrial utilization value.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a dust suppression device for an overhead bridge of a thermal power plant. The invention designs a dust suppression device of an overhead cable bridge, which can automatically run along a track parallel to the overhead cable bridge according to set time, absorb coal dust in the bridge and monitor the infrared characteristics of cables in the bridge, thereby reducing the accumulation of the coal dust in the bridge, avoiding the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion, simultaneously ensuring the health of staff and being beneficial to the safe, efficient and stable operation of equipment of a coal conveying system.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the high-altitude bridge frame dust suppression device for the thermal power plant according to a preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a control box 1, a traveling mechanism and a dust removal mechanism, wherein the traveling mechanism comprises a trolley track 3 arranged in parallel with a high-altitude cable bridge frame 10 and a trolley travelling mechanism 2 suspended below the trolley track 3, the dust removal mechanism comprises an L type dust removal bin 18 connected with the bottom of the trolley travelling mechanism 2, the front end of the L type dust removal bin 18 is connected with a dust removal air duct 9, the rear end of the L type dust removal bin 18 is provided with a filter device 4, the bottom end of the L type dust removal bin 18 is provided with a coal dust collection hopper 8, the L type dust removal bin 18 is horizontally provided with a fan 5 inside, and the side face of the dust removal air duct 9 is further provided with an infrared.
The dust removal air duct 9 comprises a left part and a right part, the middle parts of the dust removal air duct are connected and fixed through bolts, the fan 5 is horizontally arranged in an L-type dust removal bin 18, the L-type dust removal bin 18 is welded on two vertical hanging plates 13 at the bottom of the trolley travelling mechanism 2, the trolley travelling mechanism 2 is designed as shown in figure 3, the two vertical hanging plates 13 are connected through two stud bolts, when the fan 5 in the L-type dust removal bin 18 needs to be overhauled, the right L-type dust removal bin 18 can be integrally disassembled only by disassembling two fixing nuts of the right vertical hanging plate 13 and a connecting nut between the L-type dust removal bin 18, and the fan 5 can be maintained and repaired at the moment;
the filtering device 4 of the exhaust port consists of filter cotton 14 and filter cotton baffles 15, as shown in fig. 4, when the filter cotton 14 needs to be replaced after a period of use, the outer filter cotton baffle 15 is pulled out upwards along the fixed notch, the inner filter cotton 14 is taken out and replaced, wherein the inner filter cotton baffle 15 and the outer filter cotton baffle 15 are both designed to be perforated;
the design of the coal dust collecting hopper 8 is as shown in fig. 5, the coal dust collecting hopper is designed to be conical so as to be convenient for cleaning and collecting coal dust, the feed opening is composed of a dust blocking plate 16 and a bolt 17, and the bolt 17 fixes the dust blocking plate 16 when falling so that the dust blocking plate 16 cannot shift due to shaking in the running process of the trolley to cause coal dust to scatter. When the coal dust in the coal dust collecting hopper 8 needs to be cleaned, the bolt 17 is pulled out and the dust blocking plate 16 is pulled out, so that the collected coal dust can fall into a waiting dust carrier, and the coal dust is carried to a coal yard by the dust carrier for power generation, thereby reducing the consumption of coal in the conveying process of a power plant and improving the economic benefit.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the invention is designed to control the whole set of dust suppression device through P L C in the control box 1, the operation mode is switched through an automatic/manual and remote/local change-over switch on a panel of the control box 1, when the automatic mode is selected, the whole set of dust suppression device is controlled to automatically operate by a programmed P L C program, including start-stop time, operation period and the like, when the manual local mode is selected, a patrol inspector can control the dust suppression device on site through start-stop buttons on the panel, when the manual remote mode is selected, the program-controlled inspector can click the start-stop buttons on a picture of a remote control room to remotely control the dust suppression device.
After the dust suppression device is started, a trolley travelling mechanism 2 runs along a trolley track 3 parallel to an overhead cable bridge 10 to drive the whole set of dust suppression device to advance, meanwhile, a fan 5 is started to form negative pressure in a dust removal air pipe 9, coal dust in the overhead cable bridge 10 is sucked into the dust removal air pipe 9 through an air inlet, air carrying the coal dust is filtered by a filter device 4 and then is discharged through an air outlet, the coal dust falls into a coal dust collecting hopper 8, an infrared sensor 7 performs infrared temperature measurement scanning on cables in the overhead cable bridge 10 while absorbing the coal dust in the overhead cable bridge 10, when the temperature in the overhead cable bridge 10 is detected to exceed an alarm value, the coal dust device stops running and sends out an alarm signal to a program control room, meanwhile, a temperature value is displayed on a panel of a control box 1, and an inspector checks the temperature value and checks the condition in the overhead cable bridge 10, the temperature abnormity phenomenon in the overhead cable bridge 10 can be found in time, and the coal dust spontaneous combustion hidden trouble in the overhead cable bridge can be effectively avoided.
