The working principle is as follows: when in use, the invention is provided with the box body, and a proper amount of water is added into the box body 31, the waste gas is introduced into the box body 31 in the purifier 1 from the air inlet pipe 4, the dust in the waste gas is wet and heavy, and sinks to the bottom of the box body 31, and the waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the air outlet pipe 6 after being adsorbed by the adsorption structure 2, so that the particles in the waste gas can be removed, the fine particles are prevented from entering the activated carbon in the fixed cylinder 25 along with the waste gas, the service life of the activated carbon is prolonged, the waste gas is completely adsorbed, the discharged waste gas can reach the discharge standard, the control valve 336 is opened, the sewage in the box body 31 enters the water reservoir 332 through the connecting pipe 331, the sewage is filtered by the filter screen 335, and the water pump 333 is turned on, the water pump 333 pumps the water filtered in the water reservoir 335 to the box body 31 through the water conveying pipe 334, the sewage containing dust sinking to the bottom of the box body 31 can be treated, the sewage can be recycled after being treated, water resources are saved, when the water pump 333 pumps out the water in the water storage tank 332, the dust in the water storage tank 332 can be accumulated on one side of the filter screen 335 due to the action of water flow, if the dust is accumulated for a long time, the filter screen 335 can be blocked, the brush 3373 is driven by the electric telescopic rod 3372 to move up and down, the dust blocked on the filter screen 335 can be cleaned, the filter screen 335 is prevented from being blocked by the dust during filtering, the invention adopts the fixing cylinders, the springs and the first partition plate, and five fixing cylinders 25 are extruded and fixed by the springs 22 on two sides, so when the first partition plate 21 is opened, each fixing cylinder 25 can be taken out, therefore, after the detection of the activated carbon, for unsaturated activated carbon, can be continuously used, saves the active carbon resource and saves the cost.
