Background
The knee is easily damaged after long-term loading or improper exercise patterns. The surface of the knee joint is provided with a layer of cartilage which plays the roles of lubrication and friction reduction, but if excessive movement occurs, different degrees of abrasion occur, the surface of the cartilage becomes rough, the friction gradually increases, pain is brought to the knee joint, and severe people can cause various inflammations. This condition is especially common in orthopedics.
In rehabilitation training, orthopedists often recommend knee rehabilitation training. The common rehabilitation training is to connect the two ends of the elastic belt to form a ring shape, to be sleeved on the foot, and to stretch the legs to the two sides, so that the elastic belt forms an inward pulling force to sit on the stool, and then to perform a forward pushing action. This action enhances the knee's ability to resist external pressure by strengthening the thigh muscles around the knee, thereby achieving the goal of knee joint protection.
However, two major points of attention are required in doing this training. Firstly, the leg needs to be kept expanded, so that the elastic band is expanded; secondly, the motion track of the front pedal is front and back, and the front pedal is strictly prohibited from being obliquely pushed out. When leaning, the inner side of the knee will be injured, not only the knee cannot be protected, but also damage can be caused.
However, in actual training, due to the lack of related instruments, the training is only assisted by the elastic belts, so that the phenomenon that the training is inclined when the user pushes forwards due to different expansion distances can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a use method of a medical rehabilitation training device, which can solve the problems that in the prior art, when the knee is subjected to rehabilitation training, auxiliary equipment is lacked, and the training effect is poor.
A use method of a medical rehabilitation training device is characterized by comprising the following steps:

the two tension blocks are respectively arranged on the two support rods in a sliding manner, the tension blocks can slide along the extension direction of the support rods, one side of each tension block, facing the first magnet, is provided with a second magnet, and the first magnet is used for adsorbing the second magnet; the tension block is provided with a binding band;
s2, two feet respectively step on the two tension blocks, the two feet are fixed on the tension blocks through the binding bands, the two feet drive the two tension blocks to move back and forth, and the two tension blocks abut against the limiting plate;
and S3, applying force to the leg to drive the tension block to move up and down, and keeping the tension block abutted against the limiting plate in the moving process.
Preferably, the rehabilitation training device further comprises a sliding block, one end of the supporting rod is fixedly arranged on the sliding block, and the sliding block can slide up and down along the limiting plate.
Preferably, the lower end of the slider is provided with a third magnet, and the limiting plate is provided with a fourth magnet for repelling the third magnet.
Preferably, the rehabilitation training device further comprises a sliding seat and an adjusting device, the upper end surface of the sliding seat is arc-shaped, the lower end surface of the base is matched with the upper end surface of the sliding seat, the base is rotatably arranged on the sliding seat, and the adjusting device is used for adjusting the relative angle between the sliding seat and the base;

The invention provides a use method of a medical rehabilitation training device, wherein the first magnet can adsorb the second magnet through the first magnet and the second magnet, the adsorption force between the first magnet and the second magnet needs to be overcome during training, so that an elastic band is not needed, and one end of a supporting rod is slidably arranged on a limiting plate, so that up-and-down motion can be formed under the assistance of the limiting plate during training, the inclined motion track of feet is avoided, and the training action is standardized.
