and C: the fire hydrant branch pipe is installed, a rear water inlet mode is adopted according to the field condition, the central position of a water outlet 2 of the fire branch pipe is guaranteed to be 1.1m high from the ground, 140mm away from a fire box 1 frame, 100mm behind the fire box and 140mm at the bottom of the fire box, the convenience of maintenance after installation is guaranteed, meanwhile, the requirement that people and firefighters smoothly connect a connector after breaking glass is met, the fire hydrant valve is tightly connected through threads, the valve port faces outwards, and a pressure reducing hydrant is installed according to the design requirement;
step D: carrying out hydrostatic test and flushing on the system; after the installation of each fire hydrant and the installation of the valve of each subarea are finished, the system can be carried out, the strength test is carried out according to the requirement of the design working pressure, when the design pressure is less than 1.0Mpa, the test pressure is 1.5 times of the working pressure, and when the working pressure is more than 1.0Mpa, the test pressure is the working pressure plus 0.4 Mpa; meanwhile, the test point of the strength test is supposed to be arranged at the lowest point of the system, a pressure gauge for pressure test is not less than 2, the precision is not less than 1.5, and the measuring range is 1.5-2 times of the test pressure. Fully exhausting air in the fire-fighting pipeline after water is injected into the fire-fighting pipeline, slowly boosting the pressure, stabilizing the pressure for 30min after the pressure is tested, and visually inspecting the fire-fighting pipeline to be qualified after no leakage and deformation exist and the pressure drop is not more than 0.05 MPa; in addition, after the strength test is finished, flushing the fire fighting pipeline, and after the flushing is qualified, carrying out a tightness test, wherein the test pressure is working pressure, the pressure is stabilized for 24 hours, and each interface of the system is qualified without leakage phenomenon;
step E: installing accessories in the fire box 1, placing the fire hose 3 in a roll, placing the fire-fighting water gun head 40 and the connecting water gun head 43, and checking whether a sealing assembly in a bolt port is complete;
step F: after the fire fighting system and the water supply system of the water pump are finished, a linkage test is carried out, the closing condition of the bolt valves in each box is checked, the water pump is started to carry out three-position injection pressure test, whether the water gun is full or not is observed, and whether the length of the water column meets the requirement or not is observed.

Claims (10)

1. A fire fighting pipe, comprising: the fire-fighting box (1) is arranged on the indoor wall body; a water outlet (2) which is arranged in the fire box (1) and is connected with a fire pipeline; the fire hose (3) is hung on the side wall of the water outlet (2) and is positioned in the fire box (1), and is characterized in that a first adjusting component for adjusting the size of an opening (352) of the water outlet (2) is adjustably arranged at the position of the water outlet (2); a second adjusting assembly which is used for adjusting the pipe diameter size of the fire hose (3) is adjustably arranged on the fire hose (3); and a third adjusting component which is arranged at the position of the water spraying opening of the fire hose (3) in an adjustable way and is used for adjusting the water spraying size of the water spraying opening of the fire hose (3),
wherein the first adjustment assembly comprises: an adjusting pipe (21) arranged at the position of the water outlet (2); and a first adjusting piece arranged at the position of the inner wall of the pipeline of the adjusting pipe (21);
the second adjustment assembly includes: a cavity (30) arranged at an inner position of the fire hose (3); and a second adjustment member disposed in the cavity (30);
the third adjustment assembly includes: the fire-fighting water gun head (40) is arranged at the position of a water spray opening at the end part of the fire-fighting water hose (3); and a third adjustment member provided at the fire hose head (40).
2. A fire fighting pipe as defined in claim 1, wherein the first adjustment member includes: an installation cavity (22) arranged on the inner wall of the adjusting pipe (21); the mounting blocks (23) are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the mounting cavity (22); two hinge plates (24) symmetrically hinged at the opposite end positions of the two mounting blocks (23); an inner cavity (25) arranged in the mounting block (23); and the first driving part is arranged in the inner cavity (25) and used for driving the hinged plate (24) to open and close so as to adjust the opening size of the water outlet (2).
3. A fire fighting pipe as recited in claim 2, wherein said first driving portion comprises: arc-shaped adjusting grooves (261) symmetrically formed in the plate surfaces of the two hinge plates (24) on one side far away from the water outlet end of the water outlet (2); a ball block (262) connected in the arc-shaped adjusting groove (261) in a sliding way; the screw thread is connected with a threaded rod (263) which penetrates through the pipe wall of the adjusting pipe (21), the mounting block (23) and is positioned in the inner cavity (25); a turning handle (264) arranged at one end of the threaded rod (263) far away from the ball block (262); and the rotating part is arranged at one end of the threaded rod (263) close to the ball block (262) and is rotationally connected with the ball block (262).

A fire fighting pipe as recited in claim 3, wherein said rotating portion comprises: a first rotating cavity (265) formed at one end of the threaded rod (263) close to the ball block (262); a second rotating cavity (266) arranged at one end of the ball block (262) close to the threaded rod (263); and one end of the connecting strip (267) is arranged in the first rotating cavity (265), the other end of the connecting strip is arranged in the second rotating cavity (266), and the cross section of the connecting strip is I-shaped.

A fire fighting pipe as defined in claim 1, wherein the second adjustment member includes: the air inflation bag (31) is arranged in the cavity (30) and is fixed with the inner wall of the cavity (30); an inflation opening (32) which is arranged on the inflation bag (31) and penetrates through the fire hose (3) to protrude; the inflator pump (33) is arranged in the fire box (1) and is connected with a power supply; a connecting pipe (34) with one end connected with the inflation port (32) and one end connected with the inflation pump (33); and a closing member installed on the connection tube (34) for opening and closing the air charging port (32).

The fire hose of claim 5, wherein the closure comprises: a T-shaped closed tube (351) with one end connected to the inflation port (32) and the other end connected to the connecting tube (34); an opening (352) which is arranged at the protruding end of the side wall of the closed pipe (351) and is communicated with the closed pipe (351); a gas control member rotatably disposed within the containment tube (351) through the opening (352); a seal gasket (353) having an end ring fitted over the opening (352) and engaging the gas control member; and a pressure gauge (354) disposed on the containment tube (351).

A fire fighting pipe according to claim 6, wherein the gas control includes: a spherical cavity (355) opened in the closed tube (351); a spherical block (356) disposed in the spherical cavity (355) and adapted to the spherical cavity (355); a penetrating channel (3561) which penetrates through the spherical block (356) and has an extending direction horizontal to the extending direction of the closed pipe (351); the two sliding grooves (3562) symmetrically penetrate through the spherical block (356), are positioned on two horizontal side walls of the penetrating channel (3561), and extend upwards along the vertical direction; a sliding block (3563) connected in the sliding groove (3562) in a sliding way; the pressing strip (357) is integrally T-shaped, two ends of the pressing strip are respectively fixed with the two sliding blocks (3563), the top of the pressing strip penetrates through the spherical block (356) and extends out of the opening (352); a communicating channel (3571) communicated with the inner space of the spherical cavity (355) and penetrating through the two sides of the pressing strip (357), wherein the top of the communicating channel is communicated with the outside; a return spring (3572) sleeved at the extending end of the pressing bar (357); a pressing sheet (3573) fixed at the edge of the extending end part of the pressing strip (357); and a groove (3574) which is opened at the top of the pressing sheet (3573) and is communicated with the communication channel (3571).

A fire fighting pipe as defined in claim 1, wherein the third adjustment member includes: the arc-shaped clamping grooves (41) are symmetrically formed in the water spraying port position end of the fire-fighting lance head (40); the two arc-shaped clamping strips (42) are symmetrically connected to the arc-shaped clamping grooves (41) in a sliding manner; a jointed water gun head (43) fixed at one end of the two arc-shaped clamping strips (42) far away from the fire water gun head (40); and the limiting parts are arranged on the arc-shaped clamping grooves (41), and convex blocks (44) are fixed at positions on two sides of the jointed water gun head (43).

A fire fighting pipe as defined in claim 1, wherein the retainer includes: the first limiting strip (451) is fixed at the edge of the arc-shaped clamping groove (41) in a surrounding manner; and a second limit strip (452) fixed on the strip body on one side of the arc-shaped clamping strip (42), wherein the first limit strip (451) and the second limit strip (452) are mutually clamped.
10. A method of installing fire fighting pipe, based on the fire fighting pipe of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of,
step A: carefully familiarizing construction drawings, construction schemes, technologies and specific measures for safety intersection, checking the installation coordinates of the drawings and the pipeline, checking that the elevation is not proper enough in crossing or arrangement positions, reasonably installing the construction sequence, and implementing the installation preparation of the fire-fighting pipeline;
and B: semi-bright and semi-dark installation is carried out on the fire box (1) at the reserved installation position according to the setting requirements of a drawing;
and C: the fire hydrant branch pipe is installed, a rear water inlet mode is adopted according to the field condition, the height of the center position of a water outlet (2) of the fire hydrant branch pipe from the ground is 1.1m, the distance from the center position to a frame of a fire box (1) is 140mm, the distance from the center position to the rear of the fire box is 100mm, and the bottom of the frame is 140mm, so that the convenience of maintenance after installation is ensured, meanwhile, the requirement that people and firefighters smoothly connect a connecting port after breaking glass is met, the threaded connection of a fire hydrant valve is tight, a valve port faces outwards, and;
step D: carrying out hydrostatic test and flushing on the system;
step E: the method comprises the following steps of installing accessories in a fire box (1), placing a fire hose (3) in a roll, placing a fire hose head (40) and a connecting hose head (43), and checking whether a sealing assembly in a hydrant port is complete;
step F: after the fire fighting system and the water supply system of the water pump are finished, a linkage test is carried out, the closing condition of the bolt valves in each box is checked, the water pump is started to carry out three-position injection pressure test, whether the water gun is full or not is observed, and whether the length of the water column meets the requirement or not is observed.
