Example 1
A multifunctional medical gargle (hereinafter referred to as "gargle") at least comprises nimesulide and sodium fluoride, and the rest is distilled water. Nimesulide (Nimesulide) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and can be clinically used for treating pain after operation and acute trauma and symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea. The nimesulide is applied to one of the components of the mouthwash before and after the oral operation, so that the pain of a patient before and after the oral operation can be effectively reduced. The sodium fluoride can play a role in preventing dental caries when added into the mouthwash, the risk of dental caries in the perioperative period is increased because patients are difficult to brush teeth normally after oral operation, and the sodium fluoride and the dental enamel can form fluorapatite on the surface of the dental enamel, thereby improving the hardness and the acid resistance of the dental enamel, reducing the formation of dental plaque and reducing the incidence rate of dental caries.
Example 2
In one embodiment of the mouthwash of the present invention, the weight percentage of nimesulide in the mouthwash is 0.01 to 1%, the weight percentage of sodium fluoride in the mouthwash is 0.02 to 0.5%, the weight percentage of lidocaine in the mouthwash is 0.5 to 5%, the weight percentage of ethanol in the mouthwash is 10 to 20%, and the weight percentage of sorbitol in the mouthwash is 10 to 20%. Wherein, the low dose of lidocaine can play the role of local anesthesia, has quick drug effect, has no any irritation to oral cells and tissues, and can relieve the pain of the oral cavity of a patient.
The preparation method of the mouthwash provided in this example is as follows:
according to the weight parts, the mouthwash is obtained after the ingredients are fully mixed in the proportion range (the ingredients of the mouthwash at least comprise nimesulide, sodium fluoride, lidocaine, ethanol and sorbitol) are uniformly mixed by stirring magnets within the time range of 0.5-2 hours, distilled water is gradually added, the mixture is further stirred and mixed at the temperature of 15-25 ℃ to form clear liquid, and impurities are removed through a filtering process. The mouthwash provided by the invention can be used for treating recurrent aphthous ulcer of a patient, and can be used for increasing low-dose lidocaine in the mouthwash before oral treatment, so that the pain relieving effect is enhanced, after multiple tests, if the patient is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning treatment or periodontal treatment, the discomfort caused by oral pain is effectively relieved, the antipyretic and analgesic effects are improved, the drug effect of the mouthwash is fast to play, and no irritation reaction is generated on oral cells and tissues.
Example 3
In one embodiment of the mouthwash provided by the invention, the weight percentage of nimesulide in the mouthwash is 0.1%, the weight percentage of sodium fluoride in the mouthwash is 0.1%, the weight percentage of lidocaine in the mouthwash is 2-4%, the weight percentage of ethanol in the mouthwash is 10-20%, and the weight percentage of sorbitol in the mouthwash is 10-20%.
The preparation method of the mouthwash in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
according to the weight parts, the components of the mouthwash are fully mixed (the components of the mouthwash at least comprise nimesulide, sodium fluoride, lidocaine, ethanol and sorbitol) by stirring magnets, the mixture is uniformly mixed within the time range of 1 hour, distilled water is gradually added, the mixture is further stirred and mixed at the temperature of 20 ℃ to obtain clear liquid, and impurities are removed through a filtering process to obtain the mouthwash. For example, the filtration procedure may be filtration through a 1 micron pore size filter paper.

In order to prove that the mouthwash provided by the invention has the effects of diminishing inflammation, inhibiting bacteria and relieving pain, and can be used for assisting in treating the radioactive oral mucositis, the oral ulcer after chemotherapy, the recurrent aphthous ulcer, the application of auxiliary medicines before oral cleaning or periodontal treatment and the like, the embodiment combines experimental research to prove that the multifunctional medical mouthwash provided by the invention and comprising nimesulide and/or lidocaine can have considerable effects on treating the radioactive oral mucositis, the oral ulcer after chemotherapy, the recurrent aphthous ulcer and the application of the auxiliary medicines before oral cleaning or periodontal treatment.
Control group: mouthwash (without nimesulide and lidocaine, other preparation methods are the same as those provided by the invention);
test groups: according to the formula, for example, formulas such as 'ephedra powder' and the like in the traditional Chinese medicine can be combined, the 'fire depression' theory of aphtha in the traditional Chinese medicine is taken as a basis, and at least one of honeysuckle, jasmine roots, angelica dahurica or aloe can be combined.
Study subjects: 50 patients with radiation mucositis who are seen in the oral hospital and are willing to participate in the test are selected, and the age range is 18-52 years. 25 of the cases were male and 25 of the cases were female. The evaluation of the mucositis refers to the American radiation therapy oncology group, the oral mucositis grading standard and the oral mucositis is graded as 5. Stage 1: congestion, mild pain, no pain in the analgesic, but no effect on eating; stage 2: mucositis in the form of a sheet, with inflammatory or bloody exudation, moderate pain, requiring analgesics, and a semi-fluid diet; stage 3: the erythema on the mucosa is obvious, the pain is aggravated, and the powder is scattered on the ulcer; and 4, stage: mucosal ulcer and pain are more obvious than grade 2, and only fluid diet can be supplied; stage 5: mucosal ulcers fuse into a sheet, are painful and do not eat food.
In 50 cases, patients with radiation mucositis were randomly divided into a test group and a control group with an average population distribution, and the test group was asked to gargle 20ml of mouthwash for 3 minutes in groups before eating after the basic oral care was completed every morning and evening. Patients in the control and test groups required a uniform toothpaste and toothbrush. After 2 weeks, the plaque index, gum index and bleeding index examinations and Visual pain index (VAS) results of the patients of the control group and the test group were compared, respectively. After 2 weeks, the plaque index, gum index and bleeding index and VAS of the patients in the test group were respectively reduced by 9.57%, 12.33%, 28.85%, 34.67% compared to the patients in the control group. From the data, the multifunctional medical mouthwash comprising nimesulide and/or lidocaine provided by the invention can have a considerable inhibiting effect on the treatment of radioactive oral mucositis, oral ulcer after chemotherapy, recurrent aphthous ulcer and the application of auxiliary medicines before oral scaling or periodontal treatment.
In this example, the treatment effect of the mouthwash prepared by the invention on recurrent oral ulcer is studied and analyzed. 50 patients with oral ulcer and recurrent aphthous ulcer are selected, wherein 28 men and 22 women are treated by 2 tablets of vitamin B, and 2 tablets are taken after 3 meals a day. The test group was administered the mouthwash provided by the present invention for 3 minutes and 3 meals a day before, and then spit out. The patients in the control group and the patients in the test group were treated for 2 weeks.
In this example, the total effective rate of the test group with significant efficacy can be as high as 92.5% (mostly distributed in the 1 st to 2 nd levels). The total effective rate of the curative effect of the control group is only 43.3 percent (most of the effective rate is distributed in grades 2-3), the data of the curative effect after the treatment of the patients of the control group and the patients of the test group have obvious difference, and the difference value can be as high as 5, so that the multifunctional medical mouthwash comprising nimesulide and/or lidocaine provided by the invention can have quite remarkable pain inhibition effect on the treatment of radioactive oral mucositis, oral ulcer after chemotherapy, recurrent aphthous ulcer and the application of auxiliary medicines before oral cleaning or periodontal treatment.
