Preferably, the adjusting assembly comprises an inner rhombic rotating cylinder which is rotatably connected to the upper part in the guide pipe, the top end of the inner rhombic rotating cylinder is connected with a knob, and a rhombic rod is connected to the inner rhombic rotating cylinder in a sliding manner; the rotating rod is connected to the bottom end of the rhombic rod and is in rotary fit with the guide post; the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the top of the mounting frame; the two first bevel gears are respectively connected to the rotating shaft in a rotating mode and the bottom end of the rotating rod, and are meshed with each other; and the two fourth gears are respectively connected to two ends of the rotating shaft, and the fourth gears on two sides are respectively meshed with the third gears on two sides.
