The following examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Examples
A method for preparing dehydrated Toona sinensis by freeze drying comprises the following steps:
s1, raw material treatment: picking fresh and healthy Chinese toon buds, removing sepals, washing with flowing water to remove silt on the surfaces of the Chinese toon, and cutting the Chinese toon into Chinese toon sections of 2 cm;
s2, ultrasonic bacteria reduction: carrying out ultrasonic sterilization treatment on the Chinese toon segments for 18min under the conditions of 200W of power and 40 ℃ of water temperature;
s3, passing water; placing the Chinese toon segments into boiling water of 100 deg.C, blanching while gently stirring, blanching for 5min, taking out, and rapidly cooling with flowing water;
s4, preparing a freezing protective agent by adding 0.2 mol/L mol of sodium chloride, 0.01 mol/L of ascorbic acid, 0.01 mol/L of nisin, 0.02 mol/L of lactobacillus casei, 0.01 mol/L of trehalose and 0.02 mol/L of glucan into a certain amount of aqueous solution to prepare the freezing protective agent, S5 wrapping the freezing protective solution, putting the cedrela sinensis segments into the freezing protective agent for 15min, taking out and draining;
s6, pre-freezing; putting the Chinese toon segments into a freezing tray, freezing the materials for 2 hours at-8 ℃, then putting the materials into a freezing tray, and pre-freezing for 4 hours at-15 ℃;
s7, freeze drying; putting the Chinese toon segments into a freeze dryer for cooling and drying; s8, drying again; put into the toon section after the cooling drying and change over to the desicator with the toon rapidly in, wait that it rises to room temperature after the nitrogen-filled packing, it refers to fig. 1-4 to obtain the dewatered toon, a processing equipment of freeze drying preparation dewatered toon, including organism 1, set up cooling drying chamber 2 and equipment chamber 3 in the organism 1, be equipped with the freeze drying mechanism in the equipment chamber 3, sliding connection has the cabinet of placing 4 in the cooling drying chamber 2, the cabinet of placing 4 includes two sliding plates of closing plate and symmetry setting, and two sliding plate symmetry fixed connection are on the closing plate, handle groove 24 has been seted up on the lateral wall of closing plate, common fixed connection has a plurality of racks 23 between two sliding plates, and a plurality of racks 23 equidistance sets up, and every rack 23 is equal fixed connection on the closing plate.
Two sliding grooves 27 are symmetrically formed in the side wall of each sliding plate, a plurality of rolling wheels 28 are symmetrically and rotatably connected to the inner wall of each sliding groove, a plurality of sliding rods 30 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the machine body 1, two arc-shaped rolling grooves 29 are symmetrically formed in each sliding rod 30, and each rolling wheel 28 is in rolling connection with the corresponding arc-shaped rolling groove 29. The cooling and drying mechanism comprises a water-cooled condenser 10, a refrigerant compressor 11, an air heat exchanger 12, a high-efficiency separator 17, an air-cooled condenser 18 and an evaporator 25, wherein the refrigerant compressor 11, the air-cooled condenser 18, the water-cooled condenser 10, the evaporator 25 and the air heat exchanger 12 are sequentially connected through pipelines.
Two air return pipes 8 are communicated with the evaporator 25 and connected with a refrigerant compressor 11, wherein one air return pipe 8 is provided with a hot gas bypass valve 6, and the other air return pipe 8 is provided with a gas-liquid separator 5.
The electromagnetic valve 13, the drying filter 14 and the refrigerant window 15 are sequentially installed on a pipeline connected between the water-cooled condenser 10 and the evaporator 25, and the automatic water drainer 19 is installed on the evaporator 25.
An air outlet pressure gauge 7 is arranged on an exhaust pipe 9 of the air heat exchanger 12, an efficient separator 17 is arranged on the air heat exchanger 12 through a pipeline, and an electronic drainer 16 is communicated with the efficient separator 17.
The temperature controller 22 and the temperature sensing head 26 are disposed on the inner sidewall of the cooling and drying cavity 2, the temperature controller 22 is electrically connected to the refrigerant compressor 11, and the temperature sensing head 26 is electrically connected to the temperature controller 22.
The water-cooled condenser 10 is electrically connected to a pressure control switch 20, and the water-cooled condenser 10 is connected to a cooling water filter 21.

When the packaged and processed toona sinensis segment is placed in the machine body 1, a power line of the device is connected with 220V commercial power, a contact of a temperature controller 22 is connected, a refrigerant compressor 11 starts to work, a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant is sucked by the refrigerant compressor 11, and is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure superheated gas in a cylinder in the refrigerant compressor 11 and then discharged into an air-cooled condenser 18; the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas is radiated by the air-cooled condenser 18 and the water-cooled condenser 10, the temperature is continuously reduced, the refrigerant gas is gradually cooled to be saturated vapor with normal temperature and high pressure, the refrigerant gas is further cooled to be saturated liquid, the temperature is not reduced any more, the temperature at the moment is called as condensation temperature, and the pressure of the refrigerant in the whole condensation process is almost unchanged; the condensed refrigerant saturated liquid is filtered by the drying filter 14 to remove moisture and impurities, then flows into the air heat exchanger 12 to be cooled again, the high-efficiency separator 17 separates the air in the air heat exchanger 12 in the cooling process in the air heat exchanger 12, and the gas enters the evaporator 25 after the moisture in the air is removed; the heat absorption and vaporization in the evaporator 25 are started, the temperature of the evaporator 10 and the surrounding is reduced, the refrigerant is changed into low-temperature and low-pressure gas, the refrigerant coming out of the evaporator 10 returns to the refrigerant compressor 11 again, and the processes are repeated to transfer the heat in the machine body 1 to the air outside the box, so that the refrigeration is realized.
Although the terms of the machine body 1, the cooling and drying chamber 2, the equipment chamber 3, the storage cabinet 4, the gas-liquid separator 5, the hot gas bypass valve 6, the air outlet pressure gauge 7, the air return pipe 8, the exhaust pipe 9, the water-cooled condenser 10, the refrigerant compressor 11, the air heat exchanger 12, the electromagnetic valve 13, the drying filter 14, the refrigerant window 15, the electronic drainer 16, the high-efficiency separator 17, the air-cooled condenser 18, the automatic drainer 19, the pressure control switch 20, the cooling water filter 21, the thermostat 22, the rack 23, the handle slot 24, the evaporator 25, the temperature sensing head 26, the chute 27, the rolling wheel 28, the arc-shaped rolling slot 29, the sliding rod 30, and the like are used more frequently, the possibility of using other terms is not excluded. These terms are used merely to more conveniently describe and explain the nature of the present invention; they are to be construed as being without limitation to any additional limitations that may be imposed by the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A method for preparing dehydrated toona sinensis by freeze drying is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, raw material treatment: picking fresh and healthy Chinese toon buds, removing sepals, washing with flowing water to remove silt on the surfaces of the Chinese toon, and then cutting the Chinese toon into Chinese toon sections of 2-5 cm;
s2, ultrasonic bacteria reduction: carrying out ultrasonic sterilization treatment on the Chinese toon segments for 18-25 min under the conditions of 200W of power and 40 ℃ of water temperature;
s3, passing water; placing the Chinese toon segments into boiling water at the temperature of 95-100 ℃ for blanching, slightly stirring during blanching, fishing out after blanching for 5-6 min, and rapidly cooling by using flowing water;
s4, preparing a cryoprotectant by adding 0.2-0.6 mol/L of sodium chloride, 0.01-0.025 mol/L of ascorbic acid, 0.01-0.015 mol/L of nisin, 0.02-0.04 mol/L of lactobacillus casei, 0.01-0.03 mol/L of trehalose and 0.02-0.04 mol/L of glucan into a certain amount of aqueous solution;
s5, wrapping a freezing protective solution; putting the Chinese toon segments into a cryoprotectant for 15-30 min, taking out and filtering to dry;
s6, pre-freezing; putting the Chinese toon segments into a freezing disc, freezing the materials for 2-6 hours at-8 to-2 ℃, then pre-freezing for 4-8 hours at-15 to-30 ℃;
s7, freeze drying; putting the Chinese toon segments into a freeze dryer for cooling and drying;
s8, drying again; and (4) after cooling and drying, putting the cedrela sinensis segments into a dryer quickly, heating to room temperature, and filling nitrogen for packaging to obtain the dehydrated cedrela sinensis.
2. The processing equipment for preparing the dehydrated toona sinensis by freeze drying comprises a machine body (1), and is characterized in that: set up cooling and drying chamber (2) and equipment chamber (3) in organism (1), be equipped with freeze drying mechanism in equipment chamber (3), sliding connection has placing cabinet (4) in cooling and drying chamber (2), place two sliding plates that cabinet (4) set up including closing plate and symmetry, and two sliding plate symmetry fixed connection are on the closing plate, two common fixedly connected with a plurality of racks (23) between the sliding plate, and a plurality of racks (23) equidistance sets up, and the equal fixed connection of every rack (23) is on the closing plate.

two air return pipes (8) are communicated with the evaporator (25) and connected with a refrigerant compressor (11), wherein a hot gas bypass valve (6) is installed on one air return pipe (8), and a gas-liquid separator (5) is installed on the other air return pipe (8);
a solenoid valve (13), a drying filter (14) and a refrigerant window (15) are sequentially arranged on a pipeline connected between the water-cooled condenser (10) and the evaporator (25), and an automatic drainer (19) is arranged on the evaporator (25);
the air heat exchanger (12) is provided with a high-efficiency separator (17) through a pipeline, and the high-efficiency separator (17) is communicated with an electronic drainer (16).

The processing equipment for preparing dehydrated toona sinensis by freeze drying according to claim 3, wherein the processing equipment comprises: the inner side wall of the cooling and drying cavity (2) is provided with a temperature controller (22) and a temperature sensing head (26), the temperature controller (22) is electrically connected with the refrigerant compressor (11), and the temperature sensing head (26) is electrically connected with the temperature controller (22).

The processing equipment for preparing dehydrated toona sinensis by freeze drying according to claim 2, wherein the processing equipment comprises: two sliding grooves (27) are symmetrically formed in the side wall of each sliding plate, a plurality of rolling wheels (28) are symmetrically and rotatably connected to the inner wall of each sliding groove, a plurality of sliding rods (30) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the machine body (1), two arc-shaped rolling grooves (29) are symmetrically formed in each sliding rod (30), and each rolling wheel (28) is connected to the corresponding arc-shaped rolling groove (29) in a rolling mode.
