into the water storage box 5, and when the water spraying mechanism 4 is driven, as one end of the first screw rod 19 is fixedly connected with the output end of the first rotating motor 18, therefore, the first rotating motor 18 drives the first screw rod 19 to rotate along with the first rotating motor, the first screw rod 19 rotates to drive the connecting block 25 to move up and down on the plurality of round rods 24, the connecting rod 28 is respectively hinged between the connecting block 25 and the corresponding sliding block 26, therefore, the up and down movement of the connecting block 25 drives the corresponding sliding block 26 to move on the corresponding folded plate 23, and the spray head 29 is fixedly arranged at one side of each sliding block 26, therefore, each spray head 29 can spray in multiple directions along with the connecting block, when one side of frozen meat needs to be sprayed, the two turnover mechanisms 6 simultaneously drive the frozen meat to turn over, when each turnover mechanism 6 is driven, the frozen meat is clamped tightly, each driving motor 34 simultaneously drives the corresponding second screw rod 32 to rotate, each lifting plate 31 moves upwards on the corresponding guide rod 33 along with the lifting plate, the frozen meat moves upwards along with the lifting plate, after the frozen meat is clamped by the clamping plates 38 on the two long-axis cylinders 37 and moves upwards, each second rotating motor 41 simultaneously drives the corresponding driving gear 40 to rotate, each driving gear 40 is meshed with the corresponding driven gear 39, so that the rotation of each driving gear 40 drives the corresponding driven gear 39 to rotate, each turntable 36 drives the corresponding long-axis cylinder 37 to rotate on the corresponding circular clamping ring 35, the frozen meat is overturned, so that a plurality of spray heads 29 can carry out omnibearing spraying and unfreezing on the frozen meat, after the sprayed hot water flows into the water storage box 5, as the filter screen 47 is arranged in the water storage box 5, the flowing water enters the water storage box 5 through the filtration of the filter screen 47, and as the two pipe heads 43 of the water storage box 5 and the water storage box 42 are connected through the hose, the filtered water can return to the box for heating, when the frozen meat is initially thawed and enters the rectangular box 48 through the water-retaining door curtain 16, the downward-pressing cylinder 49 drives the first connecting frame 50 to move downwards, the first extrusion roller 51 further extrudes the meat product, so as to facilitate thawing, when the first connecting frame 50 moves, the two stabilizing rods 52 move up and down on the rectangular box 48, so that the meat product is extruded more stably by the first extrusion roller 51, and the two side extrusion mechanisms further extrude two sides of the meat product, so as to further facilitate thawing of the frozen meat, when the two side extrusion mechanisms extrude two sides of the meat product, each pressing cylinder 53 pushes the corresponding second connecting frame 54 to move towards the two sides of the meat product, and each second extrusion roller 55 extrudes the two sides of the meat product, after the meat product is extruded and thawed, the output shaft of each pressing cylinder 53 is relaxed therewith, because every second link 54 is all sleeved on the corresponding long rod 58 through a lantern ring 57, every lantern ring 57 drives every second pressing roller 55 to return to the home position through the acting force of the corresponding spring 59, after the meat product comes into the heating box 60, a plurality of heating wires 61 in the heating box 60 generate heat to finally thaw the meat product, two fans 62 are convenient for blowing the hot gas sent by the plurality of heating wires 61 to the meat product, so that the meat product is finally thawed, then, the thawed meat product is sterilized through a plurality of ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 63, the quality of the meat product is ensured, and finally, the thawed meat product falls into the discharging box 12 through the discharging chute 11.

A frozen meat multi-section gradient variable temperature thawing equipment comprises a support (1), and is characterized by further comprising a transmission belt (2), a water spraying thawing component, an extruding thawing component and a heating thawing component, wherein a plurality of rollers (3) are arranged on the support (1) along the length direction of the support (1), the transmission belt (2) is sleeved on the plurality of rollers (3), the water spraying thawing component, the extruding thawing component and the heating thawing component are arranged at the top of the support (1), the heating thawing component is positioned at one side of the water spraying thawing component, the extruding thawing component is positioned between the water spraying thawing component and the heating thawing component, the water spraying thawing component comprises a water spraying mechanism (4), a water storage box (5) and two turnover mechanisms (6) for turning over meat products, the water spraying mechanism (4) is arranged at the top of the support (1) through a water spraying tank (7), two tilting mechanism (6) symmetry set up in the both sides of watering case (7), and water storage box (5) set up in transmission band (2) are located the below of watering case (7).

The frozen meat multi-section gradient temperature-changing thawing equipment according to claim 1, wherein a feeding chute (8) for feeding is arranged at the end part of the support (1) close to one side of the water storage tank, two limiting plates (9) are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the support (1) between the feeding chute (8) and the water sprinkling tank (7), each limiting plate (9) is fixed at the top of the bracket (1) through two upright posts, the matching of a plurality of rollers (3) and the transmission belt (2) is driven by a transmission motor (10), one side of the bracket (1) close to the heating and unfreezing assembly is also provided with a discharging chute (11), and the discharge end of the discharge chute (11) is also provided with a discharge box (12), both sides of the transmission band (2) in the sprinkling tank (7) are also provided with a concave area through a clamping strip (13), and both ends of each clamping strip (13) are also respectively clamped on both sides of the bracket (1).
