Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Before explaining the embodiments of the present application in detail, an application scenario related to the embodiments of the present application will be described.
At present, people can socialize through the Internet to enrich self amateur life. In some scenarios, user a may learn some information about user B from some way, or user a and user B may meet in real life. User a wants to communicate with user B, but user a does not want user B to know the real identity of user a. In this case, the user a can send a communication message to the user B by providing the communication account and the privacy information of the user B to the application server through the information interaction method provided by the present application, so as to seek an opportunity to communicate with the user B.
Next, a system architecture related to the information interaction method provided by the embodiment of the present application is introduced.
Fig. 1 is a system architecture diagram according to an information interaction method provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes a first terminal 101, an application server 102, and a second terminal 103. Wherein, the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 103 can both communicate with the application server 102.
It should be noted that the first terminal 101 may have a target application installed thereon, and accordingly, the application server 102 is an application server of the target application. After a first user logs in a target application on the first terminal 101, the first terminal 101 may send a communication request carrying a communication account and privacy information of a second user to the application server 102 through a user account of the first user, so as to seek information communication with the second user through the application server 102.
After receiving the communication request sent by the first terminal 101, the application server 102 may send a first communication message to the second terminal 103 according to the method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the first communication message includes the privacy information of the second user provided by the first user, but does not include the user identifier of the first user.
After receiving the first communication message, the second terminal 103 may determine whether to respond to the first user according to the privacy information carried in the first communication message.
The second terminal 103 may or may not have a target application installed thereon. In the case that the target application is not installed on the second terminal 103, the application server 102 may perform information interaction with the second terminal 103 through a third party server.
It should be noted that the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 103 may be terminal devices such as a smart phone, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, and a desktop computer. The application server 102 may be an independent server or a server cluster, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Next, an information interaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application is introduced.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information interaction method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method may be applied to the system shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 201: the first terminal receives a communication account number and privacy information of a second user, which are input by a first user.
In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal is provided with the target application, and after the first terminal starts the target application, the first user can input the user account to log in. The first terminal may display the communication options on an application interface of the target application after logging in to the user account of the first user. When the first terminal detects a selection operation for the communication option, an information input interface may be displayed. The information input interface can comprise a contact address option and a user information option. The first user can input the communication account number of the second user in the contact information option and input the privacy information of the second user in the user information option. Accordingly, the first terminal can receive the communication account number and the privacy information of the second user input by the first user.
The communication account of the second user may be a user account registered by the second user in an application server of the target application, or a user account registered by the second user in a third-party server. For example, the communication account number may be a communication number of the second terminal, and may be, for example, a mobile phone number. Alternatively, the communication account may be a user account registered by the second user in another social platform.
In addition, the privacy information of the second user may be information indicating the true identity of the second user. For example, the privacy information of the second user may be the second user's name, age, sex, identification, address of staying, family status, hobbies, other user information, and the like. The identity is an identifier that can uniquely identify a user in the society, and for example, the identity may be an identification number of the user, a passport number, or the like.
It should be noted that, in a possible implementation manner, the user information options in the information input interface may include specified items of user name, age, gender, and the like, and the first user may input information of the specified items. Of course, the user information option may not include a specific item, and the first user may input the private information in a customized manner according to his/her knowledge of the second user.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, in order to increase the trust of the second user to the first user and stimulate the curiosity of the second user, a self-profile option may be further included in the information input interface. The first user may enter his or her introductions in the self-profile option, but the introductions do not include information that would clearly indicate the true identity of the first user, such as the first user's name. In this case, the first terminal may further acquire the introduction information input by the first user.
Step 202: and the first terminal sends a communication request to the application server, wherein the communication request carries the communication account and the privacy information of the second user.
After receiving the communication account and the privacy information of the second user input by the user, the first terminal may generate a communication request carrying the communication account and the privacy information of the second user, and send the communication request to the application server.
Optionally, if the first terminal further obtains the introduction information input by the first user, the communication request may further carry the introduction information.
Step 203: and when receiving the communication request, the application server sends a first communication message to a second terminal corresponding to the second user according to the communication account and the privacy information of the second user.
After receiving the communication request, the application server may first determine whether the communication account of the second user is a user account registered by the second user in the target application. For example, since the application server is a server corresponding to the target application, a user account registered in the target application by each user may be stored in the application server. Based on this, the application server may search whether a user account identical to the communication account of the second user exists from the stored plurality of user accounts. If the user account identical to the communication account of the second user exists, the communication account of the second user is the user account registered by the second user in the target application. In this case, the application server may send the first communication message to the second terminal corresponding to the second user directly according to the communication account of the second user. The first communication message carries privacy information of the second user. Optionally, if the communication request further carries introduction information of the first user, the first communication message may further carry introduction information of the first user.
Optionally, if there is no user account that is the same as the communication account of the second user in the plurality of user accounts stored in the application server, it is indicated that the communication account of the second user provided by the first user is not the user account registered by the second user in the target application, that is, the communication account of the second user is an account registered by the second user in another server. In this case, the application server may further search the user account registered in the target application by the second user according to the privacy information of the second user. And if the user account registered by the second user in the target application is found, sending the first communication message to the second terminal through the found user account. If the user account registered by the second user in the target application cannot be found, the first communication message can be sent through the communication account of the second user provided by the first user and the third-party server.
For example, the application server may detect whether a user account matching the privacy information of the second user exists in the currently stored plurality of user accounts according to the privacy information of the second user; and if the user account matched with the privacy information of the second user does not exist in the currently stored plurality of user accounts, sending a first communication message to the second terminal through the third-party server according to the communication account of the second user.
As can be seen from the foregoing description in step 201, the privacy information of the second user may include information such as name, age, sex, and identification of the second user. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, in addition to storing a plurality of user accounts, the application server may also store user information corresponding to each user account. Based on this, the application server may match the privacy information of the second user with the user information corresponding to each user account. If the user information matched with the privacy information of the second user exists, the user account corresponding to the matched user information can be regarded as the user account registered in the target application by the second user. At this time, the application server may send the first communication message to the second terminal according to the matched user account.
Of course, if there is no user information that matches the privacy information of the second user, it may be considered that the user account registered by the second user in the target application cannot be found. In this case, the application server may send the first communication message through the third-party server directly through the communication account of the second user provided by the first user.
The user information matched with the privacy information of the second user is user information containing the privacy information of the second user, or user information at least containing the name and/or the identity of the second user.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, after receiving the communication request and before sending the first communication message to the second terminal, the application server may further send the first communication order to the first terminal. The first terminal receives and displays a first communication order sent by the application server. And then, when the selection operation of the first user for the payment option in the first communication order is detected, sending a payment instruction to a payment server, and the payment server settling the first communication order according to the payment instruction and feeding back a first notification message for indicating the completion of the payment of the first communication order to an application server. The application server may send the first communication message to the second terminal by the method introduced above upon receiving the first notification message.
Wherein the first communication order may include an order amount and a payment option. The first user can execute a selection operation for the payment option, and the first terminal can trigger a payment instruction after detecting the selection operation and send the payment instruction to the payment server. The payment server may be a third-party server specially used for order settlement, or may be an application server, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The payment server, upon receiving the payment instruction, may settle the first communication order in accordance with the payment instruction. After settlement is successful, the payment server may feed back a first notification message to the application server. Of course, if the payment server and the application server, the first notification message need not be generated.
The application server may determine that the first communication order has been settled after receiving the first notification message or detecting that the settlement is successful, at which point the application server may send the first communication message to the second terminal according to the method described above. By the order payment method, the income of an application service provider can be increased, and the operation cost is reduced.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner, the first terminal may send a communication trigger instruction to the application server when detecting a selection operation of the first user on the communication option, and the application server may send the first communication order to the first terminal when receiving the communication trigger instruction, so as to complete the order payment process. Thereafter, the first terminal and the application server may send the first communication message through step 201 and 203. That is, the above-described order payment process may be performed before step 201.
In addition, in this embodiment of the application, after the application server sends the first communication message to the second terminal, a message sending success notification message may be fed back to the first terminal to notify the first terminal that the message sending is successful.
Step 204: and the second terminal sends a feedback message aiming at the first communication message to the application server after receiving the first communication message.
The second terminal may display the first communication message transmitted by the application server after receiving the first communication message. As can be seen from the foregoing description, the first communication message carries the privacy information of the second user, and may also carry introduction information of the first user. The second user may decide whether to reply to the first communication message based on the privacy information and the introduction information provided by the first user.
If the second user decides to reply to the first communication message, the second user can send a feedback message aiming at the first communication message to the server through the second terminal within a specified time length. The feedback message may be information which is input by the second user and communicated with the second user, or may be a rejection message sent by the second terminal after the second user triggers the rejection option.
Alternatively, the second user may not perform any action on the first communication message, in which case this step may not be performed, if possible. That is, this step is an optional step.
Step 205: the application server sends a second communication message to the first terminal.
As can be seen from the foregoing description in step 204, after receiving the first communication message, the second terminal may return a feedback message for the first communication message to the application server within a specified time duration, or may not return the feedback message. Based on this, when the second terminal returns the feedback message within the specified time length, the application server may store the feedback message as the second communication message after receiving the feedback message. If the second terminal does not return the feedback message within the specified duration, the application server may generate a notification message indicating that the feedback message of the second terminal is not received, and store the notification message as the second communication message.
After obtaining the second communication message, the application server may feed back the second communication message to the first terminal.
In one possible implementation, the application server may send the second communication message directly to the first terminal.
Optionally, in another possible implementation manner, the first terminal may send an inquiry request to the application server, and the application server may send the second communication order to the first terminal after receiving the inquiry request sent by the first terminal; the first terminal receives and displays a second communication order sent by the application server; and when the selection operation of the first user for the payment option in the second communication order is detected, sending a payment instruction to the payment server, and the payment server settles the second communication order according to the payment instruction and feeds back a second notification message for indicating the completion of the payment of the second communication order to the application server. When the application server receives a second notification message for indicating that the payment of the second communication order is completed, the second communication message can be acquired according to the query request, and the second communication message is returned to the first terminal.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, after obtaining the second communication message, the application server may not directly feed back the second communication message to the first terminal, but after receiving the query request of the first terminal, instruct the first terminal to perform order payment, and feed back the second communication message to the first terminal when the payment is completed.
The implementation process of the interaction of the first terminal, the payment server and the application server to perform the payment of the second communication order may refer to the payment process of the first communication order described in the foregoing embodiment, and details of the embodiment of the present application are not described herein again.
Optionally, the first terminal may display the second communication message after receiving the second communication message. If the second communication message is the communication message sent by the second user, but not the reject message, the first terminal, the application server and the second terminal may continue to perform information interaction through the aforementioned introduction step 201 and 205. If the second communication message is a rejection message, the first user cannot perform information interaction with the second user again through the method, that is, even if the first terminal sends the communication request to the application server again, the application server may return a transmission failure notification message to the first terminal under the condition that the second communication message is determined to be the rejection message, so as to indicate that the communication message cannot be continuously sent to the second user.
If the second communication message is generated by the application server under the condition that the application server does not receive the feedback message of the second terminal, the application server can count the times that the second terminal does not feed back the communication message of the first terminal, if the times that the second terminal does not feed back the communication message of the first terminal exceeds the specified times, the application server can feed back a notification message that the second terminal refuses communication to the first terminal, and subsequently, the first user cannot communicate with the second user through the method.
For example, it is assumed that the first user sends the communication message to the second user three times through the foregoing method, but the second user does not perform feedback, that is, the counted number of times that the communication message of the first terminal is not fed back by the second terminal by the application server is 3 times, which exceeds a specified number of times, at this time, the application server may feed back a notification message that the second terminal rejects communication to the first terminal, so as to notify that the first user cannot send the communication message to the second user any more subsequently.
In this embodiment of the application, the application server may receive a communication request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user, where the communication request carries a communication account and privacy information of a second user, and then the application server may send a communication message to a second terminal corresponding to the second user according to the communication account and privacy information of the second user. Because the communication message only carries the privacy information of the second user and does not carry the user identifier of the first user, the second user cannot know who the first user is after receiving the communication message, and at the moment, the second user can judge whether to perform information interaction with the first user according to the privacy information of the second user, which is provided by the first user, so that the privacy of the first user is protected, and a communication opportunity is provided for the first user and the second user. Meanwhile, the privacy information of the second user is actually provided by the first user, and the privacy information of the second user is not exposed to other users in the whole process, so that the privacy of the second user is also protected.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the first user can send the message to the second user through the payment order and obtain the feedback message, so that the income of the application service provider can be increased, and the operation cost can be reduced. Finally, in the embodiment of the present application, if the second user directly feeds back the rejection message with respect to the first communication message, or if the second user does not reply to the communication message of the first user for many times, the application server may not send the communication message to the second terminal according to the communication request of the first terminal any more subsequently, so as to avoid disturbing the second user.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the steps related to the first terminal side may be implemented separately as the information interaction method of the first terminal side, the steps related to the application server side may be implemented separately as the information interaction method of the application server side, and the steps related to the second terminal side may be implemented separately as the information interaction method of the second terminal side.
