Description

Video clip pushing method and device, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of computer application, in particular to a video clip pushing method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
Online courses are an important direction of development in the current field of education. Some users take online courses, and after good experience and progress are obtained, the online courses are recommended to relatives and friends of the users.
In some existing recommendation modes, a user recommends online courses to relatives and friends of the user in an offline mode by speaking and the like. However, in this way, it is difficult to provide an intuitive lesson feeling to the recommenders. In order to solve such a problem, an operator of an online course usually sets up an audition course, so that the audition course delivers an intuitive course feeling to a recommended person.
Even if this is done, the recommendation still has the following drawbacks:
on one hand, the audition course is not targeted, the audition course is long and cannot attract the attention of the recommended person in a short time, so that the recommended person has difficulty in generating the willingness to participate in the on-line course; on the other hand, the recommended person is not in the original course scheduling range, and when the recommended persons are more, trial listening courses need to be provided for each recommended person, so that the course scheduling is complicated, and the online course experience of the recommended person and the users in the original courses is influenced.
Therefore, how to purposefully provide the video clips of the online courses for the recommenders, and how to manage the trial listening courses when the recommenders are excessive is a technical problem to be solved in the field.

The flow charts shown in the drawings are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the steps. For example, some steps may be decomposed, some steps may be combined or partially combined, and thus, the actual execution order may be changed according to the actual situation.
In various embodiments of the present invention, the present invention is applicable to online course recommendation between users, rather than online course recommendation between an online course platform or the like and a user.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a video clip pushing method according to an embodiment of the invention. The video clip pushing method comprises the following steps:
step S110: responding to a request that a first user recommends an online course to a second user, and obtaining an account number of the second user on a social platform.
Specifically, the request that the first user recommends the online course to the second user may be implemented by the first user clicking a recommendation option on a web page/application/applet of the online course platform, and this step may have a variety of implementation manners, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, the social platform described in step S110 may be a social platform selected by the user. For example, when a first user selects a second user, the first user is provided with a selection of a plurality of social platforms, and the step S110 is performed based on the selection of the social platform by the first user. In some variations, the social platform described in step S110 may be a plurality of social platforms, in other words, steps S110 to S150 may be performed on the plurality of social platforms, respectively. In this variation, steps S110 to S150 are respectively performed on a plurality of social platforms, and different video clips to be recommended are provided for data obtained by different social platforms.
Step S120: and acquiring a second user tag of the second user according to the account number of the second user on the social platform.
In some embodiments, the second user tag may be stored in a database in association with the social platform and the second user's account on the social platform. In other embodiments, the second user tag may be generated in real-time in step S120. The invention is not so limited.
In particular, the second user label may be a set of at least one word that describes the second user. For example, the second user tag may include an age, a gender, an occupation, content of interest to the second user, a personality characteristic of the second user, and the like, of the second user, which the present invention is not limited to.
Step S130: and acquiring the course video of the on-line course completed by the first user as a candidate course video set.
Specifically, since embodiments of the present invention relate to the pushing of online courses between users, the recommender must consider the course videos of the online courses completed by the recommender to be recommendable and pushed, and therefore, the source of the pushed video clips is the course videos of the online courses completed by the recommender (the course videos of the online courses attended by the recommender). Further, here, "completing" may mean taking each lesson, that is, completing the lesson.
Step S140: and according to the second user label, matching a video clip of at least one course video from the candidate course video set as a video clip to be recommended.
Specifically, considering that the duration of a general online course is long, and a recommended person may have difficulty in viewing the online course as information recommended/pushed between users, a video clip to be recommended is obtained by matching the tags of the second users, so as to reduce the duration of the recommended/pushed video, and facilitate the recommended person to view at any time.
Step S150: and pushing the video clip to be recommended to the second user.
Specifically, step S150 may push the video clip to be recommended to a communication interface of the account of the second user in the social network. Step S150 may also push the video clip to be recommended to the second user in other manners. The invention is not so limited.
In the video clip pushing method provided by the invention, the video clip of the online course is provided for the recommended person in a targeted manner, and meanwhile, the trial listening course is effectively managed when the recommended person is excessive, so that the course video clip recommendation is effectively realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the video clip to be recommended may be a video clip to be recommended including the first user, thereby making it easier for the recommenders to generate a sense of participation. Therefore, when a plurality of video clips to be recommended are obtained, the video clips to be recommended including the first user can be determined in the plurality of video clips to be recommended through a face recognition mode and the like, and pushing is carried out. In other embodiments, the lesson videos in the candidate lesson video set may be segmented first, a video segment including the first user is determined, and the determined video segment is matched with the second user tag, so that the video segment to be recommended including the first user may be pushed to the second user.
In some embodiments of the invention, the second user tag of the second user may be generated by user data of the second user on the social platform. In this embodiment, the second user tags include a first-level second user tag and a second-level second user tag, and each of the second-level second user tags respectively belongs to at least one first-level second user tag. For example, the first level second user label is travel, and the second level second user label under the first level second user label is uk, japan, korea, italy; the first-level second user label is psychology, and the second-level second user label under the first-level second user label is perception, cognition, emotion, personality, behavior, interpersonal relationship and social relationship. The second user tag is only schematically illustrated, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Further, in the embodiments of the present invention, the first-level second user tags and the second-level second user tags are not necessarily the same latitude, for example, the second-level second user tags under the same first-level second user tags may be japan (country), yunnan (region), and kyakagou (scenic spot). The invention is not so limited. FIG. 2 illustrates a flow diagram for generating a second user tag in accordance with a specific embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 shows the following steps:
step S210: and acquiring content data operated on the social platform by the second user.
Specifically, the content data operated by the second user on the social platform may include text, pictures, audio, video, and the like. The operations of the second user on the social platform on the content data can include browsing, forwarding, collecting, publishing and the like. The invention is not so limited.
Step S220: and performing aggregation counting on the content types of the content data according to each operation type.
In some embodiments, the content type of the content data may be self-flagged or self-selected by the publisher of the content data. In other embodiments, the social platform provides different discussion groups (forums, microblog chats, bean groups), and the like, and determines the content type of the content data according to the posting location of the content data. In still other embodiments, when the publisher of the content data is a particular type of publisher (e.g., cosmetic blogger, food blogger, news blogger), the type of content data may be determined directly from the particular type of publisher. The present invention can also be implemented in many different ways, which are not described herein.
Specifically, the content types include makeup, gourmet, economy, psychology, and the operation types include browsing, forwarding, collecting, and publishing. The number of makeup content data, the number of food content data, the number of economic content data and the number of psychological content data which are browsed on the social platform by the second user are 100, 150 and 50 respectively; the number of cosmetic content data, food content data, economic content data and psychological content data forwarded by the second user on the social platform is 5, 10 and 20 respectively; the number of makeup content data, food content data, economic content data and psychological content data collected by the second user on the social platform is 5, 1, 2 and 10 respectively; the number of the content data of the makeup is 0, the number of the content data of the food is 1, the number of the economic content data is 0, and the number of the psychological content data is 1, wherein the content data of the makeup is published on the social platform by the second user.
Step S230: and weighting and summing the aggregation counts of the content types according to different operation types to obtain the scores of the content types.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the weight of each operation type may be defined in advance. According to the above example, the operation types may be predefined to have a browsing weight of 0.05, a forwarding weight of 0.2, a favorite weight of 0.3, and a publishing weight of 0.45. Thus, the cosmetic type scored 0.05 × 100+0.2 × 5+0.3 × 5+0.45 × 0 ═ 7.5; food type score 0.05 × 150+0.2 × 10+0.3 × 1+0.45 × 10.25, economic score 0.05 × 50+0.2 × 5+0.3 × 2+0.45 × 0.4.1, psychological score 0.05 × 200+0.2 × 20+0.3 × 10+0.45 × 1 ═ 17.45. Further, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the score obtained by the summation may be normalized. The invention is not so limited.
Step S240: and taking at least one content type as a first-level second user label according to the score of the content type.
In some embodiments, the content types may be ranked from large to small in score, and the content type with the top N% score may be used as the first level second user label. In other embodiments, for the normalized scores, the content type with the score greater than the predetermined threshold may be used as the first-level second user tag. The invention can also be implemented in many different ways.
In the above embodiment, the content type with the score at the first may be used as the first-level second user tag, that is, the content type with psychology may be used as the first-level second user tag.
Step S250: and extracting key words of each content data which belongs to the first-level second user label and is operated on the social platform by the second user.
Specifically, in step S250, keyword extraction is performed for each piece of content data of a psychological type operated by the user. Further, for the content data of text type, the keyword extraction may adopt a keyword extraction algorithm based on statistical features, a keyword extraction algorithm based on a word graph model, a keyword extraction based on a topic model, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention. For the content data of the audio type, the voice of the audio data can be converted into a text through a voice-text conversion algorithm, and then the keywords are extracted through a keyword extraction algorithm of the text. For picture-type content data, keywords of the content data may be extracted through a trained machine learning algorithm. For the content data of the video type, the voice of the video can be converted into a text, and then keywords are extracted through a keyword extraction algorithm of the text; and key frames of the video can also be collected, keyword extraction of pictures is carried out on each key frame, and integration and screening are carried out to obtain keywords of the video. The above is merely a schematic description of the keyword extraction manner of content data of a plurality of different data types of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step S260: and according to each operation type, performing aggregation counting on the keywords of each content data belonging to the first-level second user label.
The number of each keyword of each different operation type is determined in a similar manner to the aforementioned content data.
Step S270: and weighting and summing the aggregation counts of the keywords of the content data belonging to the first-level second user label according to different operation types to obtain the scores of the keywords.
Similar to step S230 described previously. In some embodiments, the weight of each operation type in step S270 is consistent with the weight of each operation type in step S230. In some variations, the operation types in step S270 and the operation types in step S230 may use different weights. The invention is not so limited.
Step S280: and taking at least one keyword as a second-level second user label belonging to the first-level second user label according to the score of the keyword.
In some embodiments, the keywords may be ranked from large to small scores, and the keywords with scores in the top N% may be used as second-level second user tags belonging to the first-level second user tags. In other embodiments, for the score after the normalization process, the keyword with the score greater than the predetermined threshold may be regarded as the first-level second user tag belonging to the first-level second user tag. The invention can also be implemented in many different ways.
The second user label is generated in the mode, the algorithm is simple, the calculation efficiency of real-time generation is high, and the system response speed is high.
The above is merely an illustrative description of the manner in which the present invention generates the second user tag, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment that the second user tags include first-level second user tags and second-level second user tags, and each of the second-level second user tags belongs to at least one first-level second user tag, the step S140 shown in fig. 1 of matching, according to the second user tags, at least one video clip of the course video from the candidate course video set as the video clip to be recommended may include the steps shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 illustrates a flow diagram for matching and intercepting a cut video segment in accordance with a specific embodiment of the present invention.
Step S141: matching at least one course video from the candidate course video set according to the first-level second user label;
step S142: and intercepting a video clip from the matched at least one course video according to a second-level second user label belonging to the first-level second user label.
Therefore, the course video is selected in a grading mode according to the second user label with the hierarchical relation, the video clip is cut out from the course video, so that extra matching steps are reduced, the data calculation and data processing efficiency is further improved, the system response speed is accelerated, and the method is more suitable for matching and cutting out the real-time video clip.
In the above embodiment, the step S141 of matching at least one lesson video from the candidate lesson video set according to the first-level second user tag may include the following steps: and matching the first-level second user label with the classification and/or video name of each course video in the candidate course video set. The "matching" may include exact matching and fuzzy matching. The exact match, i.e., the category and/or video name of the course video, needs to contain exactly the same words as the first level second user tags. The fuzzy match, i.e., the classification and/or video name of the course video, needs to contain synonyms with the first level second user tags. The invention can also be implemented in more variants.
In the foregoing embodiment, in step S142, a specific implementation of intercepting a video segment from at least one matched curriculum video according to a second-level second user tag belonging to the first-level second user tag may refer to fig. 4, where fig. 4 shows a flowchart of intercepting a video segment according to a second-level second user tag according to a specific embodiment of the present invention. The step S142 includes the steps of:
step S1421: and matching the second-level second user label with the voice and/or courseware content of the matched course video.
Specifically, in step S1421, an exact matching or fuzzy matching manner may be adopted.
Step S1422: it is determined that the matched voice and/or courseware content corresponds to a timestamp in the matched video lesson.
Specifically, by locating the corresponding voice or courseware content through the second-level second user tags, the corresponding timestamps can be located according to the association relationship between the parts of the voice or courseware content and the timestamps in the matched video courses.
Further, for matching of speech, the speech may be converted to text and each utterance/word in the text is associated with its timestamp in the matched video lesson. Thus, when a second level of matching of the second user tags is performed. The positioning to a specific timestamp according to the association relationship can be realized. For visual matches, courseware data can be acquired separately, associating each page of courseware with a timestamp of its start and end points in the matched video lesson. Thus, when a second level second user tag is matched to a page in the courseware, the time period represented by the corresponding timestamp can be located according to the association relationship between the page and the timestamps of the starting point and the ending point of the page in the matched video lesson.
Step S1423: and intercepting the video segment from the matched video course according to the determined time stamp.
Specifically, in step S1423, the time length of the final video to be recommended may be determined according to the obtained time point and/or time period and a predetermined time length, so as to determine the capturing position of the video to be recommended according to the time length.
In some embodiments, for the example of locating a specific timestamp by voice, the starting position of the video to be cut may be determined by a predetermined time length from the timestamp, the ending position of the video to be cut may be determined by a predetermined time length from the timestamp, and the video segment may be cut according to the starting position and the ending position.
In other embodiments, in the example of the time period formed by the visible positioning to the specific timestamp, whether the time period is longer than a predetermined time length is judged, and if not, the video clip can be intercepted according to the time period formed by the specific timestamp; if yes, determining the video segment as the starting position of video capture from the front (preset time length-time period)/2 of the starting timestamp of the time period, determining the video segment as the ending position of video capture from the back (preset time length-time period)/2 of the ending timestamp of the time period, and capturing the video segment according to the starting position and the ending position.
The above description only schematically describes an implementation manner of step S1423, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, the predetermined length of time in the foregoing embodiment may be calculated according to the steps shown in fig. 5, where fig. 5 shows the following steps:
step S161: acquiring the time lengths of a plurality of videos of which the difference between the browsing time and the video length of the second user on the social platform is smaller than a preset threshold value;
step S162: and taking the average value or the median of the acquired time lengths of the plurality of videos as the preset time length of the video clip to be recommended.
Thus, the length of time that the video clip is acceptable to the second user is determined from the data of the second user on the social platform. Therefore, the video clip is intercepted from the online course video according to the time length of the video clip which can be accepted by the second user, so that the situation that the second user exits without watching the pushed video clip is reduced, and the situation that the video clip is too short to completely express the content required for teaching can be reduced.
Further, the predetermined time length may be implemented in combination with the above embodiments or as a separate embodiment, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Further, after determining the predetermined time length, refer to fig. 6, where fig. 6 shows a flowchart of intercepting a video segment according to the predetermined time length of the video to be recommended according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The step shown in fig. 6 is included in the step S140 shown in fig. 1, matching a video clip of at least one lesson video from the candidate lesson video set as a video clip to be recommended according to the second user tag. Fig. 6 shows the following steps in total:
step S1431: and pre-intercepting the video clip from the at least one course video according to the preset time length of the video clip to be recommended.
Step S1432: and acquiring voice data of the pre-intercepted video clip.
Step S1433: and judging whether the pre-intercepted video clip is ended at a speech interruption or not according to the voice data.
In particular, the sentence break may be determined according to the time interval between words. For example, if the time interval between the word at the current position and the next word is smaller than a predetermined threshold, it is determined that the pre-cut video segment does not end at the speech break, and if the time interval between the word at the current position and the next word is greater than or equal to the predetermined threshold, it is determined that the pre-cut video segment ends at the speech break.
If it is determined in step S1433 that the pre-cut video segment is determined to end at a speech interruption according to the voice data, step S1434 is executed to use the pre-cut video segment as the video segment to be recommended.
If it is determined in step S1433 that the pre-capture video segment is not terminated in a discontinuous utterance according to the voice data, step S1435 is executed to acquire, from the voice data of the curriculum video, a first time interval between a sentence at the termination position of the pre-capture video segment and a sentence preceding the sentence, and a second time interval between the sentence at the termination position of the pre-capture video segment and a sentence succeeding the sentence.
The association degree of the current statement and the statement after the previous statement is judged according to the time interval between the statements. In other words, the smaller the time interval, the greater the degree of association between sentences. Besides the time interval, the step S1433 may also be implemented by means of semantic extraction. The invention is not so limited.
Step S1436 determines whether the first time interval is greater than or equal to the second time interval.
If it is determined in step S1436 that the first time interval is greater than or equal to the second time interval, step S1437 is performed to adjust the pre-capture video clip to obtain the video clip to be recommended, so that the video clip to be recommended ends at the ending timestamp of the previous sentence of the sentence. In other words, when it is determined that the first time interval is greater than or equal to the second time interval, which indicates that the current statement and the subsequent statement are more associated, the video segment to be recommended is made to end at the ending timestamp of the previous statement of the statement.
If it is determined in step S1436 that the first time interval is smaller than the second time interval, the pre-capture video clip is adjusted to obtain the video clip to be recommended, so that the video clip to be recommended ends at the ending timestamp of the subsequent sentence of the sentence. In other words, when it is determined that the first time interval is smaller than the second time interval, which indicates that the current sentence is more associated with the previous sentence, the video segment to be recommended is made to end at the ending timestamp of the sentence.
Thus, the present invention can adjust the video clip pre-captured from the at least one lesson video according to the predetermined time length through the steps shown in fig. 6. Further, the start position of the pre-cut video segment can be adjusted in a similar manner. For example, it is determined whether the pre-cut video segment starts from a speech break according to the voice data, and if not, the start position of the pre-cut video segment is adjusted according to the time interval between the sentence at the start position and the preceding sentence and the succeeding sentence. The invention is not so limited.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the video clip pushing method provided by the present invention may further include the following steps: and responding to the fact that second user tags of a plurality of second users are matched with the same video clip to be recommended, configuring audition parameters according to the same video clip to be recommended to generate a virtual audition space, and enabling the plurality of second users to perform course audition in the same virtual audition space. For example, when the second user tags of the multiple second users match the same video clip to be recommended, a trial listening course is set according to the teaching content, teachers, courseware and the like of the video source of the video clip to be recommended, so that a virtual trial listening space is generated, the multiple second users perform course trial listening in the same virtual trial listening space, the trial listening course is effectively managed, and course video clip recommendation is effectively achieved.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementations of the present invention, and each of the specific implementations may be implemented alone or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
