Different medical behaviors correspond to different medical condition grades, the higher the medical condition grade is, the more critical is, for example, the behaviors such as changing a medicine, taking a medicine and the like are daily, the medical condition grade is relatively low, and the risk coefficient accompanying the falling, the motion sickness and the like is high, so that the medical condition grade is relatively high, the medical behaviors are classified, and the alarm notification and the medical side connection can be more specifically carried out. If all medical behaviors are classified, the medical monitoring system can automatically dial to a hospital when normal medical behaviors occur, and can simply inform guardians without informing the hospital when critical conditions occur, so that the accident countermeasures are unreasonable.
After reasonable behavior classification, if the medical accident level is lower, such as taking medicine, changing medicine and the like, the medical accident level is only required to be sent to the mobile terminal of the guardian through modes of short message sending, network notification and the like, if the situation of long-time sleep incapacity occurs, the medical accident level is alarmed to the mobile terminal of the guardian through modes of telephone and the like, and if the medical behaviors such as falling, fainting and the like occur, the medical accident level is alarmed to the mobile terminal of the guardian through telephone and the medical alarm is performed by dialing a telephone of a hospital.
As shown in fig. 2, in other embodiments, the security management platform further includes a security situation level making module and a security alarm notification module, where the security situation level making module is configured to analyze the monitored image information, and make a security situation level according to an analysis result, and the security alarm notification module is configured to obtain the security situation level, and send corresponding security alarm information to the mobile terminal and/or the security side according to the security situation level, where the security situation level is characterized by a security related critical degree, and the higher the security situation level, the higher the critical degree.
The security management platform is the same as the medical management platform, and also obtains various security conditions such as dense smoke, fire, illegal invasion, theft and the like according to analysis results of the monitoring image information, matches corresponding security condition grades according to critical degrees of the corresponding conditions, sends different alarm information according to the security condition grades, alarms in different modes, alarms to the mobile terminal of a guardian or simultaneously alarms to the mobile terminal, security sides of police bureaus, fire station and the like.
The intelligent door lock module is arranged on a door in a household and is used for intelligently unlocking according to the medical alarm information sent by the medical alarm notification module or intelligently unlocking or locking according to the security alarm information sent by the security alarm notification module.
The intelligent door lock module is generally an intelligent door lock with a networking function commonly used in the current market, when a serious medical condition occurs, medical staff can arrive at home where the medical condition occurs as far as possible because an alarm is sent to a medical side in an intelligent alarm mode, and then the intelligent door lock module automatically unlocks in order to facilitate the medical staff to enter home for emergency when only one medical monitoring staff is at home; if behaviors such as illegal invasion and the like occur in the home, the intelligent door lock module correspondingly performs automatic locking, so that unlocking can be performed only when a related home user sends an unlocking request, and illegal invasion is effectively prevented or slowed down; if security conditions such as fire occur, automatic locking cannot be performed, but automatic unlocking is needed, so that the escape speed of users in the home is reduced.
The application also discloses a medical security monitoring and management method, which is realized based on the medical security monitoring and management system.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows:
the security and medical common monitoring module is used for sending the monitoring image information obtained by the monitoring module to different platforms according to whether the monitoring image information is related to medical conditions, so that a plurality of monitoring modules are not required to be arranged, two-way monitoring work can be completed only by one or one group, and meanwhile, the monitoring information is reasonably classified and managed.

Claims (9)
1. A medical security monitoring management system, comprising:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring the family to acquire monitoring image information;
the type judging module is used for acquiring the monitoring image information and judging whether a medical monitoring object exists in the monitoring image information, if so, adding a medical classification label into the monitoring image information, wherein the medical monitoring object is characterized as a preselected personnel object needing medical monitoring;
the data sharing module is used for acquiring the monitoring image information processed by the type judging module and forwarding the monitoring image information to a corresponding platform according to whether a medical classification label exists in the monitoring image information;
the platform comprises:
the medical management platform is used for acquiring the monitoring image information with the medical classification label and carrying out image analysis on the monitoring image information so as to realize corresponding medical condition management;
the security management platform is used for acquiring the monitoring image information with or without the medical classification label and carrying out image analysis on the monitoring image information to realize corresponding security situation management;
the medical management platform and the security management platform are in butt joint with the mobile terminal and keep information communication.
2. The medical security monitoring and management system of claim 1, further comprising a time node marking module and a segment intercepting module, wherein,
the time node marking module is used for acquiring the monitoring image information which is sent out by the type judging module and does not have the medical classification label, and sending out the monitoring image information after a time stamp is input into the monitoring image information at intervals of a preset time length;
the segment intercepting module is used for acquiring the monitoring image information sent by the time node marking module, intercepting a video segment with a preset time length taking a time stamp as a starting point from the monitoring image information when the monitoring image information contains personnel objects, and forwarding the video segment to the medical management platform through the data sharing module.

The medical security monitoring management system according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring module comprises a camera unit and a radio unit, the camera unit is used for performing video monitoring on a household to obtain video monitoring information, the radio unit is used for performing audio monitoring on the household to obtain audio monitoring information, and the video monitoring information and the audio monitoring information together form monitoring image information;
the type judging module comprises a visual judging unit and an auditory judging unit, wherein the visual judging unit is used for acquiring the video monitoring information and judging whether a medical monitoring object exists or not based on the video monitoring information, the auditory judging unit is used for acquiring the audio monitoring information and judging whether the medical object exists or not based on the audio monitoring information, the video monitoring information comprises face information, body type information and body state information, and the audio monitoring information comprises voiceprint information.

The medical security monitoring management system according to claim 1, wherein the medical management platform further comprises a medical behavior calibration module for performing image recognition analysis on the monitored image information to determine whether a medical behavior exists in the medical monitoring object, the medical behavior at least comprises taking medicine, changing medicine, stunning, falling down, sleeping for a long time, and adding a corresponding medical behavior mark to a corresponding video frame in the monitored image information according to a recognition result.

The medical security monitoring and management system according to claim 4, wherein the medical management platform further comprises a medical condition level formulation module and a medical alarm notification module, the medical condition level formulation module is configured to obtain a medical condition level matched with a medical behavior mark in the monitored image information, and the medical alarm notification module is configured to obtain the medical condition level and send corresponding medical alarm information to the mobile terminal and/or the medical side according to the medical condition level, wherein the medical condition level is characterized by a medical related critical degree, and the higher the medical condition level, the higher the critical degree.

The medical security monitoring management system according to claim 1, wherein the security management platform further comprises a security situation level making module and a security alarm notification module, the security situation level making module is used for analyzing the monitored image information and making a security situation level according to an analysis result, the security alarm notification module is used for obtaining the security situation level and sending corresponding security alarm information to the mobile terminal and/or the security side according to the security situation level, and the security situation level is characterized by a security related critical degree, and the higher the security situation level, the higher the critical degree.

The medical security monitoring and management system according to claim 5 or 6, further comprising a smart door lock module installed on a door in a home and configured to perform intelligent unlocking or locking according to medical alarm information sent by the medical alarm notification module or according to security alarm information sent by the security alarm notification module.

The medical security monitoring and management system according to claim 1, further comprising a personnel input module for inputting appearance information and voiceprint information of personnel according to the received input request, and generating a new personnel object in combination with the uploaded identity information, and further for setting the personnel object input as a medical monitoring object, wherein the identity information at least comprises a name.
9. A medical security monitoring management method, characterized in that the medical security monitoring management system according to any one of claims 1-8 is implemented.
