Abstract
The invention relates to the technology of Internet of things and artificial intelligence, in particular to a vehicle moving device and a vehicle moving method, wherein the device comprises a vehicle moving controller, a mobile terminal and an application server, wherein the vehicle moving controller is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the application server in a wireless mode; the vehicle moving controller comprises a processing unit, and a key switch driving module, a voice interaction module, a touch screen, a camera, a wireless communication module and a satellite positioning module which are respectively connected with the processing unit; the vehicle moving controller is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the application server through the wireless communication module, and receives GPS positioning data in real time through the satellite positioning module. The invention can realize the remote control of unlocking, locking, starting and closing the controlled vehicle (namely parking), and does not need the vehicle owner to move to the site.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology of Internet of things and artificial intelligence, in particular to a vehicle moving device and a vehicle moving method.
Background
With the popularization of automobiles, parking spaces are more and more tense, and are often difficult to be requested, even the situation that the automobile blocks a private parking space or other vehicles after parking occurs. Usually, the car owner who temporarily parks places the car moving telephone, receives the notice of moving the car and then moves the car on site in the past. In the traditional vehicle moving mode, the owner of a blocked vehicle generally needs to wait for more than several minutes to dozens of minutes, the long-time waiting disturbs the trip plan of the owner of the blocked vehicle, and even delays the preparation of things to be done, the owner is easy to be irritated and troublesome.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a vehicle moving device and a vehicle moving method, which can realize remote control of unlocking, locking, starting and closing (namely parking) of a controlled vehicle, and do not need an owner to arrive at the site to move the vehicle.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: a vehicle moving device comprises a vehicle moving controller, a mobile terminal and an application server, wherein the vehicle moving controller is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the application server in a wireless mode;
the vehicle moving controller comprises a processing unit, and a key switch driving module, a voice interaction module, a touch screen, a camera, a wireless communication module and a satellite positioning module which are respectively connected with the processing unit; the vehicle moving controller is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the application server through the wireless communication module, and receives GPS positioning data in real time through the satellite positioning module.
In a preferred embodiment, the key switch driving module includes four driving modules, which are respectively connected with the vehicle key, and are an unlocking driving module, a locking driving module, a vehicle starting driving module and a vehicle closing driving module.
In a preferred embodiment, the circuit structure of each driving module is the same, and the driving modules are relay switch circuits driven by a T LL level.
Preferably, the relay switch circuit comprises a relay, a triode QT, a resistor R1, a resistor R2 and a diode D; the relay is connected with the diode D in parallel and is connected to the collector output end of the triode QT; the resistor R1 is connected in series at the base input end of the triode QT, and the resistor R2 is connected between the base and the emitter of the triode QT.
The vehicle moving method is based on the vehicle moving device and comprises the following steps:
(1) initializing, and binding the vehicle moving controller with a corresponding mobile terminal;
(2) judging whether the vehicle is started by using the vehicle key, if so, starting the vehicle to circulate the step, and otherwise, turning to the next step;
(3) reading the sound collected by the vehicle moving controller through the voice interaction module in a preset range, and converting the sound into corresponding characters;
(4) judging whether the characters after voice conversion are control commands, if so, turning to the next step, and if not, returning to the step (3);
(5) and snapping the human face: opening the camera and the touch screen, displaying an image shot in the identification area by the camera through the touch screen, judging whether the identification area has a face, and if the identification area has the face, turning to the next step;
(6) sending the face data to a background application server, analyzing the face data and returning a face recognition result, and if the recognition result is an illegal user, forbidding the user to use each function of a key switch driving module; if the identification result is that the user is not bound and confirmed, allowing the user to use the functions of part of key switch driving modules and turning to the next step; if the identification result is a legal user, switching to the next step;
(7) if the identification result is a legal user or a user who is not subjected to binding confirmation, switching to the next step, otherwise, returning to the step (2);
(8) scanning the dynamic two-dimensional code displayed by the touch screen through the mobile terminal, and sending the current mobile phone number to the application server; further verifying whether a legal user applies for vehicle moving operation and whether malicious behaviors exist or not by utilizing the mobile phone number; the legal request application server sends a random confirmation code in a short message form;
(9) the mobile terminal further verifies the short message in the preset time according to the received random confirmation code; if the verification code is correct, the next step is carried out, otherwise, the step (7) is returned;
(10) opening the vehicle door, allowing the vehicle to enter a cab, and starting the vehicle;
(11) receiving GPS positioning data, calculating the moving distance between the received GPS positioning data and the original position, and turning to the step (13) when the moving distance exceeds a preset distance range, or turning to the next step;
(12) judging whether the start of the vehicle moving task exceeds a preset vehicle moving time, if so, turning to the next step, otherwise, turning to the step (14);
(13) closing the vehicle, stopping the running state of the vehicle and locking the vehicle door;
(14) inquiring whether the application server has a control command or not, and turning to the next step;
(15) judging whether a remote command exists, if no, returning to the step (11), otherwise, turning to the next step;
(16) and executing remote commands to realize the remote control of unlocking, locking, starting and closing the vehicle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the invention realizes the control of unlocking, locking, starting and closing (namely parking) of the controlled vehicle through the modes of face recognition and identity authentication, and avoids unnecessary waiting when moving the vehicle without waiting for the vehicle owner to arrive at the scene.
2. The invention is convenient to use, safe and reliable, and increases the anti-theft and anti-theft strength.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle moving device of the invention comprises a vehicle moving controller 1, a mobile terminal 2 and an application server 3; the vehicle moving controller is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the application server in a wireless mode through a public communication base station 4 and the Internet 5, and is also connected with a navigation satellite 6 to receive GPS positioning data in real time.
Referring to fig. 2-4, the vehicle moving controller comprises a processing unit 201, and a key switch driving module, a voice interaction module 206, a touch screen 207, a camera 205, a wireless communication module 204, a satellite positioning module 203 and a switch power supply 201 which are respectively connected with the processing unit 201. The vehicle moving controller is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the application server through the wireless communication module, and receives GPS positioning data in real time through the satellite positioning module.
The key switch driving module comprises four driving modules which are connected with a vehicle key and respectively comprise an unlocking driving module 208, a locking driving module 209, a starting vehicle driving module 210 and a closing vehicle driving module 211, the circuit structure of each driving module is the same, the driving modules are relay switch circuits driven by the level T LL, each relay switch circuit comprises a relay, a triode QT, a resistor R1, a resistor R2 and a diode D, the relay is connected with the diode D in parallel and connected at the output end of the collector of the triode QT, the resistor R1 is connected in series at the input end of the base of the triode QT, the resistor R2 is connected between the base and the emitter of the triode QT, when no input signal (or the level TT L is low), the relay is in an off state, namely, the circuit switch of the corresponding function is not switched on, when the level of the input signal (or the level TT L) is high, the relay is in a switched on state, namely, the circuit switch of the corresponding function is switched on, and the vehicle moving controller respectively drives the corresponding driving modules by using control signals output by the processing unit to realize the functions of unlocking door.
The invention discloses a process for realizing remote vehicle moving, which comprises the following steps:
311, opening a vehicle door, allowing the vehicle door to enter a cab, and turning to 312;
318, alarming, namely sending the abnormal state to a background application server, linking an alarm to inform a nearby patrol police officer to check and confirm whether the abnormal state is safe, and turning to 319;
step 324, executing the remote command: executing the remotely sent commands, such as: preset commands for unlocking, locking, starting, closing and the like go to step 313.

Claims (6)
1. A vehicle moving device is characterized by comprising a vehicle moving controller, a mobile terminal and an application server, wherein the vehicle moving controller is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the application server in a wireless mode;
the vehicle moving controller comprises a processing unit, and a key switch driving module, a voice interaction module, a touch screen, a camera, a wireless communication module and a satellite positioning module which are respectively connected with the processing unit; the vehicle moving controller is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the application server through the wireless communication module, and receives GPS positioning data in real time through the satellite positioning module.
2. The vehicle moving device according to claim 1, wherein the key switch driving module comprises four driving modules which are connected with a vehicle key, namely an unlocking driving module, a locking driving module, a vehicle starting driving module and a vehicle closing driving module.
3. The vehicle moving device according to claim 1, wherein each driving module has the same circuit structure and is a relay switch circuit driven by a T LL level.
4. The vehicle moving device according to claim 3, wherein the relay switch circuit comprises a relay, a transistor QT, a resistor R1, a resistor R2 and a diode D; the relay is connected with the diode D in parallel and is connected to the collector output end of the triode QT; the resistor R1 is connected in series at the base input end of the triode QT, and the resistor R2 is connected between the base and the emitter of the triode QT.
5. Vehicle moving method based on a vehicle moving device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) initializing, and binding the vehicle moving controller with a corresponding mobile terminal;
(2) judging whether the vehicle is started by using the vehicle key, if so, starting the vehicle to circulate the step, and otherwise, turning to the next step;
(3) reading the sound collected by the vehicle moving controller through the voice interaction module in a preset range, and converting the sound into corresponding characters;
(4) judging whether the characters after voice conversion are control commands, if so, turning to the next step, and if not, returning to the step (3);
(5) and snapping the human face: opening the camera and the touch screen, displaying an image shot in the identification area by the camera through the touch screen, judging whether the identification area has a face, and if the identification area has the face, turning to the next step;
(6) sending the face data to a background application server, analyzing the face data and returning a face recognition result, and if the recognition result is an illegal user, forbidding the user to use each function of a key switch driving module; if the identification result is that the user is not bound and confirmed, allowing the user to use the functions of part of key switch driving modules and turning to the next step; if the identification result is a legal user, switching to the next step;
(7) if the identification result is a legal user or a user who is not subjected to binding confirmation, switching to the next step, otherwise, returning to the step (2);
(8) scanning the dynamic two-dimensional code displayed by the touch screen through the mobile terminal, and sending the current mobile phone number to the application server; further verifying whether a legal user applies for vehicle moving operation and whether malicious behaviors exist or not by utilizing the mobile phone number; the legal request application server sends a random confirmation code in a short message form;
(9) the mobile terminal further verifies the short message in the preset time according to the received random confirmation code; if the verification code is correct, the next step is carried out, otherwise, the step (7) is returned;
(10) opening the vehicle door, allowing the vehicle to enter a cab, and starting the vehicle;
(11) receiving GPS positioning data, calculating the moving distance between the received GPS positioning data and the original position, and turning to the step (13) when the moving distance exceeds a preset distance range, or turning to the next step;
(12) judging whether the start of the vehicle moving task exceeds a preset vehicle moving time, if so, turning to the next step, otherwise, turning to the step (14);
(13) closing the vehicle, stopping the running state of the vehicle and locking the vehicle door;
(14) inquiring whether the application server has a control command or not, and turning to the next step;
(15) judging whether a remote command exists, if no, returning to the step (11), otherwise, turning to the next step;
(16) and executing remote commands to realize the remote control of unlocking, locking, starting and closing the vehicle.
6. Vehicle moving method according to claim 5, characterized in that in step (13) it further comprises the steps of:
(131) judging whether the distance continuously exceeds a preset distance range: adding 1 to the count value of the counter for each over-range running, and automatically resetting after a normal key is started; if the count value of the out-of-range running counter is not less than 3, the step (132) is carried out, otherwise, the step (1) is returned;
(132) alarming, namely sending the abnormal state to an application server, and linking to alarm to inform a nearby patrol police to check and confirm whether the abnormal state is safe;
(133) locking wheels, cutting off oil and power, and locking the vehicle to move;
(134) sending a report of abnormal movement condition of the vehicle to the corresponding mobile terminal;
(135) and unlocking the vehicle locking state through the vehicle key, and returning to the step (1).
