Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a substation disaster prevention auxiliary system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the substation disaster prevention auxiliary system may be used to perform auxiliary detection on a substation when natural disasters such as typhoon occur, and reinforce a corresponding part of the substation based on a detection result, so as to improve a disaster prevention capability of the substation. Referring to fig. 1, the substation disaster prevention support system 10 includes:
the wind speed detection module 110 is arranged at a preset detection point of the transformer substation, and the wind speed detection module 110 is used for detecting a wind speed signal of the surrounding environment of the transformer substation;
the main control module 120 is connected with the wind speed detection module 110, and the main control module 120 is configured to compare the wind speed signal with a preset wind speed threshold value and output a first control signal when the wind speed signal is greater than or equal to the wind speed threshold value;
electronic pole 130 of preventing wind sets up in the door and window department of predetermineeing of transformer substation, and the main control module 120 is connected to the control end of the power unit of electronic pole 130 of preventing wind, and the power unit of electronic pole 130 of preventing wind responds to first control signal drive electronic pole 130 of preventing wind and falls the pole to consolidate the gate to the high-pressure chamber.
Specifically, the wind speed detection module 110 may be, for example, a wind speed sensor. The preset detection points can be flexibly selected according to the specific layout and structure of the buildings in the transformer substation, for example, the preset detection points can be the top of the highest building in the transformer substation and automatically follow the wind direction change so as to accurately detect the real-time wind speed signals as far as possible.
The main control module 120 may be, for example, a single chip microcomputer, the main control module 120 detects whether the current wind speed reaches a preset level by comparing the wind speed signal with a built-in wind speed threshold, and when it is determined that the current wind speed reaches the preset level, the main control module 120 outputs a first control signal, where the first control signal is used to control the electric windproof rod 130 to perform a corresponding action. The wind speed threshold may be specifically adjusted according to the location of the substation, and in one embodiment, the wind speed threshold is 17.2m/s, and if the current wind speed signal is greater than or equal to 17.2m/s, the main control module 120 outputs the first control signal.
The position of the preset door and window can be flexibly selected according to the actual situation of the substation, and usually, at least the door and window of an important building including a high-voltage chamber of the substation needs to be reinforced, so that the preset door and window in the embodiment at least comprises the door and window of the high-voltage chamber.
The electric windshield bar 130 is a windshield bar provided with a power unit, which may be a motor, for example, and driven by the power unit. In this embodiment, the control end of the power unit of the electric windproof rod 130 is connected to the main control module 120, so that the main control module 120 can output a control signal to the power unit, and the power unit is controlled to drive the electric windproof rod 130 to perform corresponding actions. Specifically, when the power unit receives a first control signal output by the main control module 120, the power unit responds to the first control signal to drive the electric windproof rod 130 to fall, so that the electric windproof rod 130 can automatically fall according to the current wind speed condition, and convenience and reliability of the transformer substation windproof and flood-prevention inspection are improved. Meanwhile, the electric windproof rod 130 is configured to realize automatic rod falling control, so that the situation that in the prior art, when typhoon passes through, a door and a window are damaged by typhoon to cause power supply accidents because the manual windproof rod is not subjected to rod falling treatment can be avoided.
In one embodiment, in order to more accurately detect the current wind speed condition, wind speed sensors may be respectively disposed at different positions of the substation, and in this case, the wind speed detection module 110 includes at least one wind speed sensor;
when the number of the wind speed sensors is more than one, the main control module 120 compares the wind speed signals output by all the wind speed sensors with the wind speed threshold respectively, and outputs a first control signal when the wind speed signals of all the wind speed sensors are greater than or equal to the wind speed threshold.
When a plurality of wind speed sensors are arranged at different positions, the main control module 120 respectively judges the wind speed signals of the wind speed sensors, and when the wind speed signals of all the wind speed sensors reach or exceed a wind speed threshold, the main control module 120 judges that the wind speed around the transformer substation reaches a preset wind speed level at the moment, and the door and the window need to be reinforced by the electric windproof rod 130, so that the main control module 120 outputs a first control signal to control the electric windproof rod 130 to perform rod falling. By configuring a plurality of wind speed sensors for the wind speed detection module 110, the accuracy of detecting the wind speed signals of the surrounding environment of the transformer substation is improved, and the wind speed detection sensors can be prevented from triggering the main control module 120 to start the electric windproof rod 130 due to misoperation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electric windproof rod 130 is arranged, the control end of the power unit of the electric windproof rod 130 is connected with the main control module 120, and the main control module 120 drives the electric windproof rod 130 to perform corresponding actions through the power unit; by arranging the wind speed detection module 110, the wind speed detection module 110 detects a wind speed signal of the surrounding environment of the transformer substation, the main control module 120 compares the current wind speed signal with a wind speed threshold value, and when the current wind speed signal exceeds the wind speed threshold value, it is determined that the current wind speed reaches a preset wind speed level, reinforcement processing needs to be performed on a preset door window, and therefore the main control module 120 outputs a first control signal to control the electric windproof rod 130 to automatically drop the rod, so that the preset door window is reinforced. According to the embodiment of the invention, the existing windproof rod is improved into the electric windproof rod 130, so that the rod falling efficiency of the windproof rod and the convenience of operation of the windproof rod are improved, the electric windproof rod 130 can detect the automatic rod falling according to wind power, the problem that the transformer substation cannot normally work due to the fact that the transformer substation is damaged under the condition of typhoon crossing or other natural disasters because the manual windproof rod is not subjected to rod falling treatment due to omission and the like in the prior art is solved, the automatic control of the electric windproof rod 130 to perform rod falling according to the detection condition of the wind power to reinforce the door and window is realized, and the capability of the transformer substation for resisting natural disasters is improved.
Optionally, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of another substation disaster prevention auxiliary system provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2 on the basis of the above embodiment, the substation disaster prevention auxiliary system 10 further includes a first mode selector 131, where the first mode selector 131 is used to switch the operating mode of the electric windproof rod 130; one end of the first mode selector 131 is connected to the power supply voltage, and the other end is connected in series to a connection line between the main control module 120 and the power unit of the electric windproof rod 130;
when the first mode selector 131 is in the automatic mode, the power unit of the electric windshield bar 130 responds to the main control module 120 to drive the electric windshield bar 130 to act;
when the first mode selector 131 is in the manual mode, the electric storm lever 130 is disconnected from the main control module 120.
Specifically, the first mode selector 131 may be provided with a mode selection knob, and the operation state of the first mode selector 131 is selected and switched by turning the mode selection knob.
In this embodiment, the first mode selector 131 includes an automatic mode and a manual mode. The first mode selector 131 may be connected to the main control module 120 and the power unit of the electric storm lever 130 through a first relay, and when the first mode selector 131 is in the automatic mode, the power unit of the electric storm lever 130 is controlled by the main control module 120 through the first relay. Specifically, when the main control module 120 outputs a first control signal, the normally open contact of the first relay is closed, and the power unit of the electric windproof rod 130 obtains the first control signal, so as to drive the electric windproof rod 130 to fall; when the first mode selector 131 is in the manual mode, the normally open contact of the first relay is forced to be turned on, and at this time, the power unit corresponding to the electric windshield wiper 130 has obtained the control signal of the main control module 120, so that the power unit drives the electric windshield wiper 130 to drop. For example, the operating condition may be that the current wind speed signal does not reach the set wind speed threshold, or after the master control module 120 fails, but the operator wants to drop the electric windproof rod 130 to reinforce the door window at the preset position, the first mode selector 131 may be selected as the manual mode, and the first relay is manually controlled to be powered on, so as to forcibly drive the electric windproof rod 130 to drop.
This embodiment can avoid the control circuit malfunction rear room unable condition of opening electronic prevent wind pole 130 through setting up the mode selector for electronic prevent wind pole 130, when the mode selector is in manual mode, can be by indoor operation personnel force the electronic prevent wind pole 130 of opening.
Usually, during the typhoon crossing, the operator needs to decide whether to start the emergency drainage pump according to the water accumulation condition in the station, however, for some transformer stations with remote positions or inconvenient traffic, the event that the station entering road is flooded or destroyed by water during the typhoon happens occasionally, which prevents the relevant personnel from reaching the relevant transformer stations to start the emergency drainage pump, thereby weakening the capability of the transformer stations to resist natural disasters. In order to solve the above problem, the disaster prevention auxiliary system provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further perform water level detection, and automatically start the drainage device to drain water according to a result of the water level detection. The substation disaster prevention auxiliary system 10 will be further described with reference to the drawings.
Optionally, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of another substation disaster prevention auxiliary system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the substation disaster prevention auxiliary system 10 further includes a water level detection module 140 and a drainage device 150;
the water level detection module 140 is arranged at a preset height of a cable trench of the transformer substation, the water level detection module 140 is connected with the main control module 120, and the water level detection module 140 is used for outputting a first trigger signal when detecting that the water level of the cable trench reaches or exceeds the preset water level;
the main control module 120 is further configured to output a second control signal when receiving the first trigger signal;
the drainage device 150 is disposed in the cable trench, a signal control end of the drainage device 150 is connected to the main control module 120, and the drainage device 150 is configured to be started in response to the second control signal to drain accumulated water in the cable trench.
Specifically, the cable trench is a necessary place for cables from buildings to various places in the transformer substation, and accumulated water in the cable trench easily causes problems of cable aging, short circuit and the like. This embodiment detects whether ponding in the cable pit has reached or exceeded and predetermines the water level through set up water level detection module 140 in the preset height department of cable pit. The preset height is typically selected as a low lying position of the raceway so that the water level detection module 140 can detect whether water has accumulated in the raceway at a first time. The water level detecting module 140 may be, for example, a water intrusion probe, and when the water level reaches a preset height position, the water intrusion probe outputs a switching value signal, which is the first trigger signal. When receiving the first trigger signal, the main control module 120 outputs a second control signal to instruct the drainage device 150 to perform a corresponding action.
The signal control end of the drainage device 150 is connected to the main control module 120, so that the main control module 120 can output a corresponding control signal to the drainage device 150 according to the current water level condition. Specifically, when the water level detection module 140 outputs the first trigger signal, the main control module 120 determines that the water level in the cable trench has reached or exceeded the set water level, and accumulated water already exists in the cable trench, and the main control module 120 outputs the second control signal to the power unit of the drainage device 150 to control the power unit of the drainage device 150 to drive the drainage device 150 to drain the accumulated water in the cable trench. The drainage device 150 may be, for example, a water pump, which is disposed in the cable trench, and when the accumulated water reaches a set water level, the main control module 120 automatically starts the water pump to drain the accumulated water in the cable trench, so that the possibility of the accumulated water occurring in the transformer substation during heavy rain can be greatly reduced.
It should be noted that, the water level detection module 140 in this embodiment may be provided in multiple numbers, for example, when the water level detection module 140 is a water intrusion probe, multiple water intrusion probes may be simultaneously arranged in different directions and/or different positions of the cable trench, and at this time, the main control module 120 may specifically determine the corresponding output signals according to the arrangement positions and/or the arrangement directions of the water intrusion probes. For example, when any one of the water intrusion probes outputs a trigger signal, the main control module 120 outputs a second control signal.
Of course, the water level detection module 140 and the drainage device 150 can be arranged at other low-lying positions of the transformer substation, whether accumulated water exists in the low-lying positions or not can be detected, and the accumulated water is drained out through the drainage device 150 at the first time when the accumulated water exists in the low-lying positions, so that the situation that the accumulated water is accumulated more and the normal operation of the transformer substation is endangered is avoided.
This embodiment carries out water level detection to the cable pit through setting up water level detection module 140 to when the water level of cable pit reaches the settlement water level, start drainage device 150 through host system 120, thereby realize drawing water the automatic start-up function. Therefore, the trip times of operators in severe weather can be reduced, the transformer substation is particularly suitable for being used in coastal and inconvenient transformer substations, and the capability of the transformer substations in defending against severe natural weather such as typhoon, rainstorm and the like is improved.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 3, the substation disaster prevention support system 10 further includes a second mode selector 151, where the second mode selector 151 is configured to switch the operation mode of the drainage device 150; one end of the second mode selector 151 is connected to the power supply voltage, and the other end is connected in series to a connection line between the main control module 120 and the power unit of the drainage device 150.
Specifically, the second mode selector 151 is provided with an automatic mode and a manual mode, similar to the first mode selector 131, and the second mode selector 151 may be connected to the main control module 120 and the power unit of the drain 150 through a second relay, and when the second mode selector 151 is in the automatic mode, the power unit of the drain 150 is controlled by the main control module 120 through the second relay. Specifically, when the main control module 120 outputs the second control signal, the normally open contact of the second relay is closed, and the power unit of the drainage device 150 obtains the second control signal, so as to control the drainage device 150 to start; when the second mode selector 151 is in the manual mode, the normally open contact of the second relay is forced to be turned on, and at this time, the power unit corresponding to the drainage device 150 has obtained the control signal of the main control module 120, so that the power unit drives the drainage device 150 to start.
In one embodiment, the first mode selector 131 and the second mode selector 151 are the same mode selector, that is, only one mode selector is provided to simultaneously select and switch the operation modes of the electric windshield bar 130 and the drain device 150, thereby simplifying the setting and facilitating the operation of the user.
