The porcelain oven for the dentistry with the good vacuum effect comprises a workbench (1), a heat source (5), a porcelain baking plate (6), a support plate (3), a protective cover (4) and two cylinders (2), wherein the two cylinders (2) are vertically arranged on two sides above the workbench (1) respectively, a cylinder body of each cylinder (2) is fixedly connected with the upper part of the workbench (1), air rods of the two cylinders (2) are fixedly connected with two ends of the support plate (3) respectively, the protective cover (4) is fixed below the support plate (3), a notch is formed in the upper part of the workbench (1), the protective cover (4) is abutted against the inner wall of the notch, the heat source (5) is arranged above the workbench (1), the porcelain baking plate (6) is arranged above the heat source (5), the porcelain baking plate (6) and the heat source (5) are arranged in the protective cover (4), and a P L C is arranged in the workbench (1) and is characterized by further comprising a vacuum mechanism and an illumination mechanism, the illumination mechanism and the vacuum mechanism are arranged above the workbench (1) and connected with the protective cover (3);
the vacuum mechanism comprises an annular air bag (7), a connecting pipe (8), an air inlet pipe (11), an air outlet pipe (10), a piston (15), an air cylinder (9) and a driving assembly, the outer ring of the annular air bag (7) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of a notch, the inner side of the annular air bag (7) is abutted to the periphery of a protective cover (4), the air cylinder (9) is fixed above the workbench (1), the air cylinder (9) is communicated with the inner part of the protective cover (4) through the air outlet pipe (10), the air cylinder (9) is communicated with the annular air bag (7) through the air inlet pipe (11), one-way valves are arranged in the air inlet pipe (11) and the air outlet pipe (10), two ends of the connecting pipe (8) are respectively communicated with the protective cover (4) and the annular air bag (7), a valve is arranged in the connecting pipe (8), the piston (15) is arranged in the air cylinder (9), the piston (15) is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the air cylinder (9), the driving assembly is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the air cylinder (9) far away from the air outlet pipe (10), the driving assembly is connected with;
the illumination mechanism comprises an illumination lamp (17) and a control assembly, the illumination lamp (17) is fixed at the top in the protective cover (4), the control assembly is arranged above the workbench (1), and the control assembly is connected with the lower part of the support plate (3);
the control assembly comprises a connecting unit, a contact switch (22), a contact block (23), a sliding block (20) and a spring (21), the contact switch (22) is fixed above the workbench (1), the contact block (23) is fixedly connected with the sliding block (20), two ends of the spring (21) are respectively connected with the lower part of the contact block (23) and the upper part of the workbench (1), the contact block (23) is just opposite to the contact switch (22), the lower part of the sliding block (20) is connected with the lower part of the support plate (3) through the connecting unit, and the contact switch (22) is electrically connected with P L C.

The vacuum-efficient porcelain oven for dentistry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control assembly further comprises a guide rod (24) and a guide plate (25), wherein the guide rod (24) is vertically fixed above the worktable (1), the guide plate (25) is fixedly connected with the top end of the guide rod (24), the slider (20) is provided with a through hole, the guide rod (24) passes through the through hole, and the slider (20) is slidably connected with the guide rod (24).
