In this embodiment, the main controller 5 is preferably a single chip microcomputer. Preferably, a diode D0 and a first resistor R0 are connected in series to an input terminal of the photocoupler 4, and a second resistor R1 is connected in series to an output terminal of the photocoupler 4.
