a translation connecting plate (20) is arranged at the outer side of each chain (8), a first connecting joint (21) is arranged at the center of the outer side of the translation connecting plate (20), a first telescopic pipe (23) is arranged at the inner side of the translation connecting plate (20), and the first extension tube (23) is connected with the first connector (21), the first extension tube (23) is provided with a spray tube (25) through the support rod (24), a sponge block (26) is arranged on the outer side of the spray pipe (25), a cylinder body (27) is arranged on the inner side of the translation connecting plate (20) and positioned at two ends of the first extension pipe (23), a spring (28) is arranged on the inner side of the cylinder body (27), a sliding rod (29) is arranged at one end of the spring (28), one end of the sliding rod (29) penetrates through the cylinder body (27) to be connected with the supporting rod (24), and one side of the supporting rod (24) is connected with the sponge block (26);
a support seat (30) is arranged on the outer side of the outer machine (1), a water storage tank (31) is arranged on the outer side of the support seat (30), a second telescopic pipe (32) is arranged on the inner side of the support seat (30), and a second connector (33) is arranged at the outer end of the second telescopic pipe (32);
two sprocket (7) of transmission case (9) department are connected through connecting rod (34), and third hexagonal jack has all been seted up to two sprocket (7) inboards, connecting rod (34) are including loop bar and telescopic link, loop bar one end inboard and telescopic link one end threaded connection, and the loop bar and the telescopic link other end all are provided with the hexagon head.

The heat dissipation and cooling treatment system for the outdoor unit of the central air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the swash plates (5) are mounted on the inner sides of the fixed holder (2) and the movable holder (3) and located at two ends of the first threaded rod (6), the bottom sides of the swash plates (5) are flush with the outer side of the outdoor unit (1), the first threaded rod (6) is in bearing connection with the fixed holder (2), the first threaded rod (6) is in threaded connection with the movable holder (3), a rotating handle is mounted at one end of the first threaded rod (6), a second threaded rod (14) is in threaded connection with the sleeve (15), guide rods are slidably mounted on the outer sides of the lifting plate (12) and located at two ends of the servo motor (13), and one end of each guide rod is connected with the outdoor unit (1).
