In the above technical scheme, the number of the waterfall spraying cover plates is multiple, and the multiple waterfall spraying cover plates are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The waterfall deck, the dehydration tub assembly, and the washing machine according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a waterfall spraying cover plate 10, including: the cover plate body 11 and the flow guide structure.
Specifically, the cover plate body 11 is provided with a plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 and a plurality of water inlet holes 112; the flow guide structure is disposed on the cover plate body 11 and includes a flow guide channel extending from bottom to top, and the flow guide channel is communicated with the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 and the plurality of water inlet holes 112.
According to the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 are formed in the cover plate body 11, so that the spraying coverage area of water flow is effectively increased, the spraying and washing effect on clothes is improved, the risk of clothes winding in the clothes washing process is reduced, and the user experience is improved; simultaneously, through set up a plurality of inlet openings 112 on apron body 11, effectively improved the inflow and the inflow speed of water conservancy diversion water course to improve the jet distance and the jet strength of rivers, and then further improved the washing effect that sprays to the clothing, further reduced the winding risk of clothing among the laundry process, further improved user experience.
The specific structure of the waterfall spraying plate 10 provided in the present application will be described in detail below with reference to some embodiments.
Example one
The diversion water channel includes a plurality of mutually independent waterfall spraying flow channels 115, the number of waterfall spraying holes 111 is equal to the number of waterfall spraying flow channels 115 and corresponds to one another, the number of water inlet holes 112 is equal to the number of waterfall spraying flow channels 115 and corresponds to one another, and two ends of the waterfall spraying flow channels 115 are respectively communicated with the waterfall spraying holes 111 and the water inlet holes 112, as shown in fig. 1.
The diversion water channel is divided into a plurality of independent waterfall spraying flow channels 115, the waterfall spraying flow channels 115 are in one-to-one correspondence with the waterfall spraying holes 111 and the water inlet holes 112 and are respectively communicated with the waterfall spraying holes 111 and the water inlet holes 112, namely: one waterfall spraying flow channel 115 corresponds to one water inlet 112 and one waterfall spraying hole 111, in the washing process, water flow in a washing cavity enters the waterfall spraying flow channel 115 from the water inlet 112 and then is sprayed out from the waterfall spraying hole 111 to wash clothes, a plurality of water flows can be sprayed out from the waterfall spraying flow channels 115 at the same time, and the water flows are independent from each other and do not interfere with each other, compared with a scheme that water flow is conveyed to the waterfall spraying holes 111 through one channel at the same time, the cross-sectional area of the water flow corresponding to each waterfall spraying hole 111 is reduced, so that the water flow speed is improved, the waterfall spraying effect of the waterfall spraying holes 111 is improved, the lifting height of the water flow is improved, and adverse effects caused by too low water level on the waterfall spraying effect are reduced as much as possible.
Further, the sectional area of the waterfall spraying hole 111 is S1, the sectional area of the water inlet 112 corresponding to the waterfall spraying hole 111 is S2, and S1 and S2 satisfy: S1/S2 is more than or equal to 20 percent and less than or equal to 60 percent.
The sectional area S1 of the waterfall injection hole 111 refers to an area of a section perpendicular to a flow direction of water flowing through the waterfall injection hole 111, and the sectional area S2 of the water inlet hole 112 refers to an area of a section perpendicular to a flow direction of water flowing through the water inlet hole 112. The waterfall spraying hole 111 is connected with the water outlet end of the waterfall spraying channel 115, the water inlet hole 112 corresponding to the waterfall spraying hole 111 is connected with the water inlet end of the waterfall spraying channel 115, the sectional area S1 of the waterfall spraying hole 111 has great influence on parameters such as the water outlet speed, the spraying distance and the spraying strength of waterfall spraying water flow, and the sectional area S2 of the water inlet hole 112 has great influence on parameters such as the water inlet flow, the water outlet flow and the spraying strength of waterfall spraying channel 115, so that the reasonable setting of the sectional area S1 of the waterfall spraying hole 111 and the sectional area S2 of the water inlet hole 112 is very important for the waterfall spraying effect. After a large number of tests and researches, technicians of the company find that the ratio S1/S2 of the sectional area S1 of the waterfall spraying hole 111 and the sectional area S2 of the water inlet hole 112 corresponding to the sectional area S1 is limited within the range of 20% -60%, so that the spraying distance of waterfall spraying water flow is prolonged, the impact strength of waterfall spraying water flow is improved, the spraying and washing effect on clothes is further improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Further, it is respectively noted that the height difference of the two ends of the waterfall flow passage 115 in the vertical direction is L, the sectional area of the waterfall spraying hole 111 corresponding to the waterfall flow passage 115 is S1, and the sectional area of the water inlet hole 112 corresponding to the waterfall flow passage 115 is S2, L, S1 and S2 satisfy: L/(S1 XS 2) < 0.7%.
The sectional area S1 of the waterfall spraying hole 111 refers to an area of a section perpendicular to a flow direction of water flowing through the waterfall spraying hole 111, the sectional area S2 of the water inlet hole 112 refers to an area of a section perpendicular to a flow direction of water flowing through the water inlet hole 112, and a height difference L between two ends of the waterfall flow passage 115 in a vertical direction is equal to a climbing height of water flowing in the waterfall flow passage 115.
As mentioned above, the sectional area S1 of the waterfall spraying hole 111 has a great influence on parameters such as the water outlet speed, the spraying distance, and the spraying strength of the waterfall-sprayed water flow, the sectional area S2 of the water inlet hole 112 has a great influence on parameters such as the water inlet flow, the water outlet flow, and the spraying strength of the waterfall, of the waterfall-sprayed flow passage 115, and the height difference of the two ends of the waterfall-sprayed flow passage 115 in the vertical direction has a great influence on the kinetic energy of the water flow reaching the waterfall-sprayed hole 111, so that the influence on the parameters such as the water outlet speed, the spraying distance, and the spraying strength is great, and therefore, the reasonable setting of the sectional area S1 of the waterfall-sprayed hole 111, the sectional area S2 of the water inlet hole 112, and the height difference L of the two ends of the waterfall-sprayed flow passage 115 in the vertical direction is very important to the waterfall effect. After a large number of tests and researches, technicians of the company find that the ratio L/(S1 multiplied by S2) of the height difference L of two ends of the waterfall spraying flow channel 115 in the vertical direction to the product of the sectional area S1 of the waterfall spraying hole 111 corresponding to the waterfall spraying flow channel and the sectional area S2 of the water inlet hole 112 corresponding to the waterfall spraying flow channel is limited to be less than 0.7%, so that the spraying distance of waterfall spraying water flow is prolonged, the impact strength of waterfall spraying water flow is improved, the spraying and washing effect on clothes is further improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Further, the maximum bending angle of the waterfall spraying channel 115 is not more than 90 °.
The size of the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 is not too wide due to the cylindrical shape of the washing machine inner tub 20, and the lateral distance between the adjacent waterfall spraying holes 111 is not too close to improve the waterfall spraying effect. Therefore, in order to reasonably arrange the positions of the waterfall spraying holes 111 and meet the shape limitation of the waterfall spraying cover plate 10, the waterfall spraying flow channel 115 may be subjected to a corner design, that is: the lower portion of the waterfall spraying flow passage 115 may be vertically disposed, which is beneficial to reducing the width of the waterfall spraying cover plate 10, and the upper portion of the waterfall spraying flow passage 115 may extend to the corresponding waterfall spraying holes 111 through turning, as shown in fig. 1, to increase the lateral distance between adjacent waterfall spraying holes 111, and improve the waterfall spraying performance, so that the waterfall spraying flow passage 115 has a corner structure, but the corner structure may cause a certain water flow energy loss, and the larger the bending amplitude is, the larger the energy loss is, so that the maximum corner of the waterfall spraying flow passage is limited within a range not exceeding 90 °, and the energy loss in the water flow turning process is reduced as much as possible, which is beneficial to improving the water outlet speed of waterfall spraying water flow, further extending the spraying distance of waterfall spraying water flow, and further improving the impact strength of waterfall spraying water flow.
In other words, along the flowing direction of the water flow, the angle between the normal vector of the cross section of the end of the waterfall flow passage 115 connected with the water inlet hole 112 and the normal vector of the cross section of the other part of the waterfall flow passage 115 is within the range of 0-90 °.
Based on the flowing direction of the water flow, the normal vector of the cross section of each part of the waterfall spraying flow passage 115 (i.e. the normal of the cross section of each part of the waterfall spraying flow passage 115 perpendicular to the flowing direction of the water flow + the flowing direction of the water flow at the corresponding part) determines the flowing direction of the water flow at each part in the waterfall spraying flow passage 115; the normal vector of the cross section of the end of the waterfall flow channel 115 connected to the water inlet 112 (i.e., the normal of the cross section perpendicular to the flow direction of the water flow) determines the water inlet direction of the waterfall flow channel 115, and thus the angle between the normal vector of the cross section and the normal vector of the cross section at other positions of the waterfall flow channel 115 determines the turning range of the waterfall flow channel 115. Therefore, the included angle is limited within the range of 0-90 degrees, so that the maximum bending angle alpha of the waterfall spraying flow channel 115 is not greater than 90 degrees, excessive energy loss caused by rapid turning of water flow can be prevented, the water outlet speed of the waterfall spraying water flow is favorably improved, the spraying distance of the waterfall spraying water flow is further prolonged, and the impact strength of the waterfall spraying water flow is further improved.
Further, the inner wall surface of the waterfall spraying hole 111 includes a water outlet slope 1111, and the water outlet slope 1111 extends to the outlet of the waterfall spraying hole 111 to enable the water flow sprayed from the waterfall spraying hole 111 to be fan-shaped.
Spout the internal wall face of waterfall hole 111 and include a water inclined plane 1111, and go out water inclined plane 1111 and extend to the exit of spouting waterfall hole 111, promptly: the inner wall surface of the waterfall spraying hole 111 is not a cylindrical surface with uniform thickness, but at least a part close to the outlet of the waterfall spraying hole 111 is obliquely arranged, so that the flow direction of the water flow sprayed out along the water outlet inclined plane 1111 can deviate from the center of the waterfall spraying hole 111 to be diffused outwards, the spraying coverage area of the waterfall spraying water flow can be changed, the water flow sprayed out from the waterfall spraying hole 111 is in a fan shape, the spraying coverage area of the waterfall spraying water flow is further increased, the spraying and washing effect on clothes is further improved, and the user experience is further improved. Further, the other end of the water outlet slope 1111 may extend to an inlet of the waterfall spraying hole 111, or may extend to the middle of the waterfall spraying hole 111 or other positions.
Preferably, the cross-section of the waterfall spraying hole 111 is a long strip extending along the horizontal direction, and the water outlet slope 1111 is configured to make the arc β of the fan-shaped water flow sprayed from the waterfall spraying hole 111 be in the range of 60 ° to 150 °.
The waterfall spraying holes 111 are elongated and extend in the horizontal direction, so that water flow sprayed out of the waterfall spraying holes 111 can be sprayed out in a flat shape, a certain water curtain effect is formed, the transverse coverage area of the water flow is increased, and the spraying effect is further improved; and the water outlet slope 1111 is configured to enable the radian beta of the fan-shaped water flow sprayed from the waterfall spraying holes 111 to be within the range of 60 degrees to 150 degrees, so that the water flow is ensured to have a relatively large transverse coverage area, the water flow sprayed from the adjacent waterfall spraying holes 111 can be prevented from having an excessively large transverse coverage area and interfering with each other, and meanwhile, each part of the sprayed water flow is ensured to have a relatively long spraying distance. Of course, the cross-sectional shape of the waterfall spraying hole 111 is not limited to a long strip, but may also be round, square, etc., which are not listed here, and all the purposes of the present invention can be achieved without departing from the design concept and spirit of the present invention, and therefore, the present invention is within the protection scope.
Further, at least a portion of the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the inner tub 20 of the washing machine, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Because in the process of high-speed rotation of the inner barrel 20 of the washing machine, the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 can synchronously rotate along with the inner barrel 20, and the water flow stays for a certain time after being sprayed out, at least one part of the waterfall spraying holes 111 are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel 20 of the washing machine, the water flow sprayed out of the waterfall spraying holes 111 in the high-speed rotation process can cover a larger area at the same moment, even be integrally formed into 360 degrees, namely annular waterfall spraying water flow can be formed, thereby greatly reducing the probability of spraying dead angles, ensuring that clothes at a plurality of positions can obtain good spraying and washing effects at the same time, further reducing the risk of clothes winding in the washing process, and further improving the user experience.
Example two
The difference from the first embodiment is that: on the basis of the first embodiment, further, the positions of the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 have different heights, as shown in fig. 1.
In the prior art, only one waterfall spraying hole 111 is provided and the position of the waterfall spraying hole is fixed, so that when the water level is low, the water pressure is not enough to lift the water flow to the waterfall spraying hole 111, and at the moment, the waterfall spraying hole 111 cannot spray water flow to clothes, so that the clothes are easy to be wound. Based on this, this application makes a plurality of positions of spouting waterfall hole 111 have the height that the height is different through rationally arranging a plurality of positions of spouting waterfall hole 111, like this, the lower waterfall hole 111 of spouting of position can play main waterfall effect of spouting when the water level is lower, and the higher waterfall hole 111 of spouting of position can play main waterfall effect of spouting when the water level is higher, thereby the waterfall demand of spouting of different water levels has been satisfied, make washing machine have the function to different water level regulation spray effect, further reduced the laundry in-process and taken place winding risk.
Certainly, the spraying waterfall holes 111 with lower positions and the spraying waterfall holes 111 with higher positions can also play a role simultaneously, as long as the water pressure is enough to lift the water flow to the corresponding spraying waterfall holes 111, so that the transverse spraying coverage area is increased, the longitudinal spraying coverage area is also increased, and the spraying effect is obviously improved.
Further, the positions of the plurality of water inlet holes 112 have different heights, as shown in fig. 1.
The positions of the water inlet holes 112 have different heights, so that water at different water levels in the washing machine inner barrel 20 can be conveniently and reasonably extracted, the flow path of water flow reaching the waterfall spraying hole 111 can be favorably shortened, the water outlet speed of the waterfall spraying hole 111 can be increased, the spraying distance and the spraying strength of the waterfall spraying water flow can be further increased, the water inlet flow and the water outlet flow of the water guide flow channel can be favorably increased, and the waterfall spraying effect can be further improved.
Further, for the case that the positions of the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 have different heights, the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 are arranged in an upper-lower two-layer manner, as shown in fig. 1; in the case where the positions of the plurality of water inlet holes 112 have different heights, the plurality of water inlet holes 112 are arranged in an upper and lower layer, as shown in fig. 1.
For the condition that the positions of the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 have different heights, the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 are distributed in an upper layer and a lower layer, the waterfall spraying holes 111 on the lower layer can play a main waterfall spraying role when the water level is low, and the waterfall spraying holes 111 on the upper layer can play a main waterfall spraying role when the water level is high, so that the waterfall spraying requirements of different water levels are met, the washing machine has a function of adjusting the spraying effect according to different water levels, the structure of the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 is simplified, and the processing and the forming are convenient.
To the condition that the positions of the water inlet holes 112 have different heights, the water inlet holes 112 are arranged in an upper layer and a lower layer, the water inlet hole 112 positioned on the lower layer can play a main water inlet role when the water level is low, the water inlet hole 112 positioned on the upper layer can play a main water inlet role or the water inlet holes 112 positioned on the upper layer and the lower layer can play a water inlet role simultaneously when the water level is high, so that the water inlet requirements of different water levels are met, the structure of the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 is also simplified, and the processing and the forming are convenient.
Preferably, in the case that the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 are arranged in an upper layer and a lower layer, the height difference M between the waterfall spraying hole 111 at the upper layer and the waterfall spraying hole 111 at the lower layer is between 80mm and 140 mm.
For the condition that the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 are arranged in an upper layer and a lower layer, the height difference M between the upper layer and the lower layer of waterfall spraying holes 111 is limited within the range of 80-140 mm, so that the spraying requirements of different water levels are difficult to meet due to too small height difference between the two layers of waterfall spraying holes 111, the over-high or over-low use frequency of the waterfall spraying holes 111 due to too large height difference between the two layers of waterfall spraying holes 111 is avoided, and the spraying effect of the two layers of waterfall spraying holes 111 can be adjusted according to different water levels.
Further, for the case that the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 are arranged in an upper-lower two-layer manner and the plurality of water inlet holes 112 are arranged in an upper-lower two-layer manner, the water inlet hole 112 located at the upper layer is arranged above the waterfall spraying hole 111 located at the lower layer.
For the case that the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 111 are arranged in an upper-lower two-layer manner and the plurality of water inlet holes 112 are arranged in an upper-lower two-layer manner, the water inlet hole 112 located at the upper layer is arranged above the waterfall spraying hole 111 located at the lower layer, the water inlet hole 112 located at the lower layer supplies water to the waterfall spraying hole 111 located at the lower layer, and the water inlet hole 112 located at the upper layer supplies water to the waterfall spraying hole 111 located at the upper layer, so that an upper-lower two-layer waterfall spraying flow passage 115 is formed. Thus, the waterfall spraying flow passage 115 positioned at the lower layer can play a main waterfall spraying role when the water level is lower, and the waterfall spraying flow passage 115 positioned at the upper layer can play a main waterfall spraying role when the water level is higher, so that the waterfall spraying requirements of different water levels are met, the washing machine has a function of adjusting the spraying effect aiming at different water levels, the structure of the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 is also simplified, and the processing and the forming are convenient.
Furthermore, an isolation rib is arranged between the water inlet hole 112 positioned on the lower layer and the waterfall spraying hole 111 positioned on the lower layer, so that the waterfall spraying flow passages 115 on the two layers are mutually isolated and do not influence each other, and the waterfall spraying effect of each waterfall spraying flow passage 115 is effectively ensured. The washing machine provided in the present application will be described in detail with reference to one embodiment, and compared with the prior art.
In the washing process of the pulsator washing machine, the pulsator rotates to drive clothes to turn over, so that the clothes are rubbed with the stainless steel barrel to achieve the cleaning effect. The washing mode easily causes serious winding of clothes, is difficult to untie after being dried, causes deformation and damage of the clothes, and has the condition that dead corners are difficult to clean in place. The waterfall spraying cover plate 10 on the existing washing machine usually has only one water spraying opening, the water spraying distance is short, the water spraying strength is weak, and the washing effect of strong water flow washing on clothes under the condition of different water levels cannot be met.
Therefore, the invention provides a design method of a waterfall spraying cover plate 10, a certain number of water inlets and water spray nozzles are arranged on the waterfall spraying cover plate 10, the proportion of the sectional area of the water inlets on the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 to the sectional area of the water spray nozzles, the height and the angle of a cavity are arranged, and a plurality of waterfall spraying cover plates 10 are arranged in a washing barrel, so that the washing effect that a plurality of strong water flows are sprayed during washing is achieved.
Concretely, the pulsator washing machine includes a plurality of waterfall spraying cover plates 10 uniformly distributed along the circumference of an inner tub 20 thereof. To achieve a strong water jet, the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 needs to satisfy the following design conditions: the ratio S1/S2 of the water spray opening sectional area S1 to the water inlet sectional area S2 is between 20% and 60%; the cavity height L between the water jet and the water inlet needs to satisfy the following design conditions: the ratio of L to the product of the water outlet sectional area and the water inlet sectional area S1 multiplied by S2 is less than 0.7% (namely L/(S1 multiplied by S2) < 0.7%); the included angle alpha between the maximum bending angle of the cavity and the normal line of the section of the water inlet is 0-90 degrees; the arrangement of the water spray nozzles on the waterfall spraying cover plate 10 can be layered up and down, and can also be on the same plane, and the distance M between the water spray nozzles on the upper layer and the lower layer is between 80mm and 140 mm; the included angle theta between the adjacent water spray nozzles is between 18 degrees and 35 degrees. The smaller the ratio S1/S2 of the sectional area of the water spray opening to the sectional area of the water inlet is, the smaller the ratio L/(S1 multiplied by S2) of the length L of the cavity and the product S1 multiplied by S2 of the sectional area of the water spray opening and the sectional area of the water inlet is, the farther the water spray of the waterfall water flow is, and the larger the impact strength is.
Furthermore, the water outlet included angle beta of the water spray nozzles is between 60 degrees and 150 degrees, a certain number of the waterfall spraying cover plates 10 are arranged in the inner barrel 20 of the washing machine, water flows sprayed by different water spray nozzles are intersected together and connected into a ring shape, and the washing effect of ring-shaped water spray during washing can be achieved.

The design parameters of the height L of the 4 cavity structures are as follows: cavity L4-1/(S2-1 xs 3-1) ═ 0.12%, cavity L4-2/(S2-2 xs 3-2) ═ 0.13%, cavity L4-3/(S2-3 xs 3-3) ═ 0.65%, and cavity L4-4/(S2-4 xs 3-4) ═ 0.65%. The included angle alpha 4-1 between the maximum bending angle of the cavity and the normal line of the section of the water inlet is 0 degrees, alpha 4-2 is 0 degrees, alpha 4-3 is 90 degrees, and alpha 4-4 is 90 degrees. The water outlet included angle beta of each water spray nozzle is 76 degrees.
Preferably, 4 waterfall spraying cover plates 10 are arranged in the inner tub 20 of the washing machine, the waterfall spraying cover plates 10 are uniformly arranged along the circumference, the lower layer of water spraying openings spray water at a low water level, the upper layer of water spraying openings and the lower layer of water spraying openings spray water after the washing machine exceeds 2 water levels, and waterflows sprayed by the upper layer of water spraying openings can be intersected to form annular waterfall spraying.
In summary, the waterfall spraying cover plate provided by the invention has the advantages that the plurality of waterfall spraying holes are formed in the cover plate body, so that the spraying coverage area of water flow is effectively increased, the spraying and washing effect on clothes is improved, the risk of clothes winding in the clothes washing process is reduced, and the user experience is improved; simultaneously, through seting up a plurality of inlet openings on the apron body, effectively improved the inflow and the inflow speed of water conservancy diversion water course to improve the jet distance and the jet strength of rivers, and then further improved the washing effect that sprays to the clothing, further reduced the winding risk of clothing appears among the laundry process, further improved user experience.
