Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The washing outer barrel provided by the invention can be used as a part of a clothes washing part of the clothes treatment device after being applied to the clothes treatment device. As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the outer tub for washing includes an outer tub for housing the washing drum 3, and an air inlet 30 and an air outlet 31 for communicating the inside and the outside of the outer tub are formed on a circumferential tub wall of the outer tub, wherein the air inlet 30 extends along a circumferential direction of the outer tub, and a circumferential extension of the air inlet 30 is greater than a circumferential extension of the air outlet 31 in the circumferential direction of the outer tub.
In the technical scheme, the air inlet extends along the circumferential direction of the outer barrel body, and the circumferential extension size of the air inlet is larger than the circumferential extension size of the air outlet in the circumferential direction of the outer barrel body, so that after the outer barrel is applied to the clothes treatment device, damp and hot air for drying clothes in the clothes treatment device can be introduced into the outer barrel body through the air inlet to be condensed, and the circumferential extension size of the air inlet is larger than the circumferential extension size of the air outlet in the circumferential direction of the outer barrel body, so that the damp and hot air can be ensured to be in contact with the barrel wall of the outer barrel body in a larger range after entering the outer barrel body, the condensation residence time of the damp and hot air in the outer barrel body is prolonged, then, the condensed air is led out from the outer barrel body and then is heated to dry the clothes, thereby realizing the circulation flow of the air, avoiding the direct discharge of the damp and hot air, and avoiding the damp and hot indoor air environment, which to a certain extent will improve the comfort in the room. In addition, the overall quality and user experience of the clothes treatment device are remarkably improved.
Of course, the position of the air inlet 30 may be appropriately selected as long as the damp and hot air can be introduced into the outer tub.
Of course, as shown in fig. 11, the outer tub includes an air inlet pipe joint 52, the air inlet pipe joint 52 is connected at the air inlet opening 30, the air inlet pipe joint 52 includes an opening connection end and a pipe connection end connected to an air inlet pipe 53 such as a corrugated pipe, wherein the opening of the opening connection end is formed as a circumferential arc-shaped opening (as clearly shown in fig. 10), the air inlet opening is formed as a circumferential arc-shaped opening, and the opening connection end extends around the circumferential arc-shaped opening to be connected to the air inlet opening 30; the circumferential extension size of the circumferential arc-shaped port is larger than the transverse size of the pipe connection end, so that the hot and humid air introduced from the air inlet pipe can contact with the barrel wall of the outer barrel body in a larger range after entering the outer barrel body through the circumferential arc-shaped port and the circumferential arc-shaped air inlet 30, and the condensation residence time of the hot and humid air in the outer barrel body is prolonged.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the air outlet 31 is detachably connected to an air outlet pipe joint 32 located outside the outer tub, a support table 33 is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the circumferential tub wall, and when the air outlet pipe joint 32 contacts the support table 33, the support table 33 can support the air outlet pipe joint 32, so as to ensure the connection stability of the air outlet pipe joint 32 and prevent the air outlet pipe joint 32 from falling off. Of course, in one mode, the air outlet pipe joint 32 does not always contact the support table 33, and the support table 33 supports the air outlet pipe joint 32 only when the air outlet pipe joint 32 moves down or shakes. Of course, in other embodiments, the air outlet pipe connector 32 may always contact the support table 33. The support stand 33 may have any structure and may be arranged in any manner, for example, as shown in fig. 10, the support stand 33 may extend along a circumferential direction of the washing tub.
Of course, the air-out pipe joint 32 can have any structure, for example, the air-out pipe joint 32 includes a mouth link end and a pipe link end used for connecting the air-out pipe 34, wherein, the part that is located between mouth link end and the pipe link end of the air-out pipe joint 32 forms into the bending section 35, when the bending section 35 contacts the supporting platform, the supporting platform 33 can support the bending section 35, of course, after the air-out airflow collides on the bending inner wall face of the bending section 35, the impurity particles in the air-out airflow can drop, thereby having certain filtering action on the air-out airflow, in addition, the arrangement of the bending section 35 is also convenient for the air outlet 31 to be connected with the air-out pipe 34 of the air duct base reinforcing plate through the bellows form.
Further, the supporting platform 33 may be located at any position, as long as it can provide support for the air outlet pipe joint 32, for example, in one mode, the air inlet 30 and the air outlet 31 are located on the upper portion of the outer tub of the laundry and are arranged close to each other, and the supporting platform 33 is located between the air inlet 30 and the air outlet 31, so that the structure of the outer tub of the laundry may be more facilitated, and the outer tub of the laundry is prevented from occupying a larger space.
In addition, in order to facilitate the connection of the outlet pipe joint 32 and to facilitate the installation of the outlet air filtering device when needed, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 10, a fixing frame 55 disposed around the edge of the air outlet 31 is detachably provided on the outer surface of the circumferential tub wall of the outer tub body, and the outlet pipe joint 32 located outside the outer tub is detachably connected to the fixing frame 55. In this way, the outlet air filter device can be arranged in the fixing frame 55 and kept in place by the outlet air pipe connector 32.
For example, further, in order to prevent the laundry lint possibly existing in the outer washing tub from entering the air inlet path of the clothes drying part of the clothes treatment apparatus along the outlet air, the outer washing tub includes an outlet air filtering device to block and filter the lint, wherein, as shown in fig. 13, the frame wall of the fixing frame 55 defines an inner space, a supporting flange 56 protruding toward the inner space is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the frame wall of the fixing frame 55, and the outlet air filtering device such as a filter net 54 or other type of air filtering device may be supported on the supporting flange 56 and held in place by the outlet duct joint 32. Like this, after this outer barrel of doing washing is applied among the clothing processing apparatus, after using a period, when needing clearance air-out filter equipment, only need conveniently with fixed frame dismantle can, and need not stretch into the hand like prior art and take out the filter screen that sets up in the trompil hard in the trompil of outer barrel of doing washing to promote clean air-out filter equipment's convenience and user experience.
Further, in addition, in order to maintain the cleanness of the outlet air filtering device such as the filter screen 54, it is preferable that the washing outer tub further includes a washing structure for washing the outlet air filtering device such as the filter screen 54, and the washing structure may be a spray head, so that washing lint adhered to the outlet air filtering device such as the filter screen can be washed from top to bottom into the washing drainage path and discharged through the sewer.
Of course, the washing structure may be disposed at any position, for example, at a position on the inner circumferential surface of the outer tub near the air outlet 31. Alternatively, the flushing structure is disposed within the outlet duct joint 32 downstream of the outlet filter device, such as the filter screen 54, in the outlet direction. Thus, the washing fluff adhered to the filter screen can be washed to the washing drainage path from top to bottom and discharged through the sewer.
Finally, the present invention provides a laundry treatment apparatus comprising the laundry tub as described in any of the above, wherein the laundry treatment apparatus comprises: a laundry drying part; a gas heating unit; a laundry washing part including the washing tub; the hot and humid air generated by the clothes drying part of the clothes treatment device can flow into a washing outer barrel of a clothes washing part of the clothes treatment device through an exhaust passage and an air inlet to be condensed, and the air condensed in the washing outer barrel can be introduced into a gas heating unit of the clothes treatment device through an air inlet passage to be heated again and then introduced into the clothes drying part to dry clothes.
Therefore, as mentioned above, the hot and humid air generated by drying the clothes is condensed in the washing outer barrel of the clothes washing part and then is led out to be heated again to dry the clothes, so that the circulation flow of the air is realized, the direct discharge of the hot and humid air is avoided, the hot and humid air in the indoor air environment is avoided, the indoor comfort is improved to a certain degree, and the overall quality and the user experience of the clothes treatment device are obviously improved.
Further, inside the casing of the laundry treating apparatus, an external space of the laundry drying part communicates with an external space of the laundry washing part. Because the external space of the clothes drying part is communicated with the external space of the clothes washing part, hot air in the external space of the clothes drying part can be communicated with the external space of the clothes washing part through the base vent holes on the air duct base for convection, so that the hot air is condensed and cooled through the outer surface of the clothes washing part, the temperature rise of the shell of the clothes treatment device is effectively reduced, and the overall quality and the user experience of the clothes treatment device are remarkably improved.
The laundry treating apparatus provided by the present invention may have any structure, which is not limited to the specific structure shown in the drawings.
Therefore, a structure of the laundry treating apparatus will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, specifically:
referring to one structure shown in fig. 1, the laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention includes a gas heating unit (not shown), a first drum 1 and a second drum 2, wherein the gas heating unit is communicated with a first inner cavity of the first drum 1, the first inner cavity of the first drum 1 is communicated with a second inner cavity of the second drum 2 through an exhaust passage (a part of which is an exhaust passage), and the second inner cavity of the second drum 2 is communicated with the gas heating unit through an intake passage.
Because the first inner cavity is communicated with the second inner cavity of the second barrel body 2 through the exhaust passage, the second inner cavity of the second barrel body 2 is communicated with the gas heating unit through the air inlet passage, and the gas heating unit is communicated with the first inner cavity, in this way, hot air heated by the gas heating unit enters the first inner cavity to dry wet clothes, wet hot air generated by drying the wet clothes enters the second barrel body through the exhaust passage, after the wet hot air is condensed through the inner surface of the second barrel body or the washing drum (when the washing drum is arranged in the second barrel body), the wet hot air enters the gas heating unit through the air inlet passage to be reheated and then enters the first inner cavity to dry the clothes, thereby realizing the circulating flow of the air, avoiding the direct discharge of the wet hot air, avoiding the wet heat of the indoor air environment, and improving the indoor comfort to a certain degree. In addition, the overall quality and user experience of the clothes treatment device are remarkably improved.
Of course, it should be understood herein that the present invention provides the laundry treating apparatus, wherein the first drum 1 may be used as a drying tub, or may be used as a washing tub, and the second drum 2 may be used as a washing tub; in addition, the first cylinder 1 can be directly used as a drying tub or a washing tub, or the first cylinder 1 can be used as a drying outer tub or a washing outer tub, and a drying drum or a washing drum is arranged in the first cylinder; the second tub 2 may be directly used as a washing tub, or the second tub 2 may be used as a washing tub, and a washing drum is further provided therein.
For example, in order to improve the washing effect of the clothes and improve the condensation surface and condensation effect of the hot and humid air in the second cylinder 2, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, a washing drum 3 is disposed in the second inner cavity of the second cylinder 2, so that the hot and humid air, after entering the second inner cavity, will contact the inner circumferential surface of the second cylinder 2 and the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the washing drum 3 and be condensed by the second cylinder 2 and the washing drum 3, which increases the condensation surface and improves the condensation effect, and water molecules in the hot and humid air are more easily condensed, and at the same time, when the washing drum 3 rotates, the hot and humid air is more easily driven to collide with the inner circumferential surface of the second cylinder 2 and the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the washing drum 3 for condensation, and at the same time, the air is more easily driven to flow into the air inlet passage; and/or, in the height direction of the laundry treating apparatus, the first tub 1 is disposed above and the second tub 2 is disposed below, as in the structure shown in fig. 1, such that the first and second tubs 1 and 2 are arranged up and down and disposed within the casing of the laundry treating apparatus, thereby forming a dual tub washing and drying machine.
Of course, alternatively, the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 may be arranged left and right and provided within the casing of the laundry treating apparatus; alternatively, the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 may be provided in separate devices and may be communicated with the intake passage through the exhaust passage.
In addition, regardless of whether the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 are arranged up and down or left and right, further, the laundry treating apparatus includes an air duct support 4, the first cylinder 1 is disposed on the air duct support 4, and in the structure shown in fig. 1, the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 are arranged up and down, and the second cylinder 2 is disposed below the air duct support 4, wherein the air duct support 4 includes an isolated exhaust passage and an intake passage, the exhaust passage forms a part of an exhaust passage, the intake passage forms a part of an intake passage, wherein an exhaust inlet 5 at one end of the exhaust passage communicates with a first inner cavity in the first cylinder 1, and an exhaust outlet 6 at the other end of the exhaust passage communicates with a second inner cavity of the second cylinder 2; and a gas inlet 7 at one end of the gas inlet channel is communicated with the second inner cavity of the second cylinder 2, and a gas outlet 8 at the other end of the gas inlet channel is communicated with the gas heating unit.
Thus, the first cylinder 1 can be supported and positioned through the air duct supporting seat 4. For example, the existing base of the clothes dryer can be utilized, and the air inlet and the air outlet of the clothes dryer are both arranged on the base to form the air duct supporting seat 4, so that the first cylinder 1 of the clothes dryer is prevented from being provided with other holes.
Further, in order to enhance the condensation effect of the hot and humid air, a cooling structure for condensing the hot and humid air flowing in the exhaust passage may be provided at any position of the exhaust passage. For example, in one embodiment, a cooling structure is provided on a channel wall of the exhaust channel for cooling the gas flowing through the exhaust channel. In this way, the hot humid air will be condensed by the cooling structure while flowing through the exhaust passage, thereby reducing the moisture content of the hot humid air entering the second cavity of the second cylinder 2.
Of course, the condensation structure may have any structure, and the present invention is not limited to the structure shown in the drawings as long as it can condense the flowing hot and humid air.
For example, in one configuration of the cooling structure, the cooling structure is a plurality of spaced condensation sheets disposed in the exhaust passage, such as the exhaust passage, the plurality of condensation sheets form a bent passage, and hot and humid air passing through the bent passage is condensed by the plurality of condensation sheets to reduce the moisture content.
Alternatively, in another structure of the cooling structure, as shown in fig. 2, the cooling structure includes the cooling pipe 9, and a portion of the cooling pipe 9 is located in the exhaust passage, so that the hot and humid air flowing in the exhaust passage will contact the portion of the cooling pipe 9 located in the exhaust passage and be condensed.
Of course, the number of the cooling pipes 9 may be appropriately selected, and may be one, or a plurality of such as 3 or 4, or other more. And a plurality of cooling tubes 9 may be connected to a plurality of water outlet ends of the cooling joint 36.
Of course, the cooling pipe 9 may be directly inserted into the exhaust passage, or, as shown in fig. 2, a slit is formed on the passage top wall of the exhaust passage, and the cooling pipe 9 is disposed in the slit along the extending direction of the slit, that is, the axial direction of the cooling pipe 9 is the same as the extending direction of the slit, wherein the width of the slit is smaller than the diameter of the cooling pipe 9, so that a part of the pipe wall of the cooling pipe 9 disposed in the slit is located in the exhaust passage, and thus, the size of the pipe wall opening can be reduced, and the possibility of leakage can be reduced; while ensuring that the hot and humid air flowing in the exhaust channel will contact a portion of the walls of the cooling tubes 9 in the exhaust channel and be condensed.
Further, in order to further enhance the condensation effect of the moist hot air, it is preferable that a spray hole is formed on a portion of the cooling pipe 9 located in the exhaust passage, for example, a pipe section of the cooling pipe 9 inserted into the exhaust passage, or a spray hole is formed on a portion of a pipe wall of the cooling pipe 9 located in the exhaust passage, at which time, water in the cooling pipe 9 is sprayed in a mist or jet form through the spray hole, so as to cool the moist hot air flowing in the exhaust passage.
In addition, when the first drum 1 is used as a drying tub to dry clothes, in the clothes treatment device, the temperature of the external space of the first drum 1 is high, and moist and hot air is also present, so that further, the external space of the first drum 1 is communicated with the external space of the second drum 2, so that the hot air in the external space of the first drum 1 and the air in the external space of the second drum 2 are convected, the temperature is reduced by the second drum 2, and the temperature rise of the shell of the clothes treatment device is reduced.
Of course, after the first cylinder 1 and the second cylinder 2 are disposed in the housing of the clothes treatment device, the external space of the first cylinder 1 and the external space of the second cylinder 2 may be communicated through any structure, for example, the external space of the first cylinder 1 and the external space of the second cylinder 2 are communicated through a gap between the two cylinders and the housing, or, in the case of disposing the air duct support 4, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, a base vent hole 10 is formed on the air duct support 4, and the external space of the first cylinder 1 is communicated with the external space of the second cylinder 2 through the base vent hole 10, so that the hot air in the external space of the first cylinder 1 and the air in the external space of the second cylinder 2 are convected through the base vent hole 10. Therefore, the problem that the volume of the shell is increased due to the fact that a gap is formed between the cylinder body and the shell can be avoided. Of course, the number and arrangement of the base vents 10 may be selected and the invention is not limited to a particular number and arrangement.
Of course, the air duct supporting seat 4 may be directly connected and supported on the casing of the clothes treating apparatus, or, in order to improve the positioning reliability of the air duct supporting seat 4, preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom of the air duct supporting seat 4 is provided with an air duct base reinforcing plate 11, for example, the air duct base reinforcing plate 11 may be directly connected and supported on the casing of the clothes treating apparatus, and then the air duct supporting seat 4 is fixedly provided on the air duct base reinforcing plate 11, wherein a reinforcing plate vent hole 12 is formed on the air duct base reinforcing plate 11, the base vent hole 10 is communicated with the reinforcing plate vent hole 12, and the external space of the first cylinder 1 is communicated with the external space of the second cylinder 2 through the base vent hole 10 and the reinforcing plate vent hole 12 to perform air convection.
Further, in order to fully utilize the structure of the air duct base reinforcing plate 11 to cool the convection air, preferably, a spacing cavity is arranged between the air duct base reinforcing plate 11 and the lower side surface of the air duct supporting seat 4, and at least part of the base vent holes 10 and the reinforcing plate vent holes 12 are arranged in a staggered manner, preferably, all of the base vent holes and the reinforcing plate vent holes are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the convection air flows out after flowing in the spacing cavity, and thus, the wall of the spacing cavity can be utilized to cool the convection air; and/or, further, an exhaust opening 13 communicated with the exhaust outlet 6 is formed on the air duct base reinforcing plate 11, and the exhaust opening 13 is communicated with the second inner cavity of the second cylinder 2; an air inlet opening 14 communicated with the air inlet 7 is formed on the air duct base reinforcing plate 11, and a second inner cavity of the second cylinder 2 is communicated with the air inlet opening 14. Of course, the exhaust outlet 6 and the exhaust opening 13 may be directly butted, and the intake inlet 7 and the intake opening 14 may be directly butted.
Of course, in the clothes treating apparatus of the present invention, the air duct supporting base 4 may have various structural forms, and the present invention is not limited to a specific structure. For example, as shown in fig. 2-5, in one configuration, the air duct support base 4 includes an air duct upper cover 15 and an air duct base 16, wherein an upper cover exhaust slot 17 is formed on the air duct upper cover 15, a base exhaust slot 18 is formed on the air duct base 16, and the air duct upper cover 15 covers the air duct base 16, so that the upper cover exhaust slot 17 and the base exhaust slot 18 form an exhaust channel, wherein the cooling structure is disposed on a slot top wall of the upper cover exhaust slot 17, for example, the cooling pipe 9 may be laid in a slit on the slot top wall of the upper cover exhaust slot 17.
Further, the exhaust inlet 5 may be formed at any position of the duct base 16 as long as it can communicate with the first inner cavity of the first cylinder 1. For example, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the exhaust inlet 5 extends downward from the upper end surface of the side wall portion 19 of the duct base 16, and communicates with the base exhaust groove 18 through an air vent 20 formed on the inner side surface of the side wall portion 19. Thus, after the first cylinder 1 is arranged on the air channel supporting seat 4, the exhaust inlet 5 is more convenient to be communicated with the end part of the first inner cavity of the first cylinder 1.
In addition, the duct cover 15 may have any structure to form the cover exhaust slot 17, and the present invention is not limited to the specific structure shown in the drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, 5-7, the duct upper cover 15 includes a U-shaped case portion 37 and an air intake case portion, and an inner space of the U-shaped case portion 37 is formed as an upper cover discharge groove 17. The air intake casing portion comprises an air intake casing portion side wall 38 and an air intake casing portion top wall 39, wherein the air intake casing portion side wall 38 is used for cooperating with an inner slot side wall 57 of the base air intake slot 23 on the air duct base 16 to form an inner side channel wall of the air intake channel, and the air intake casing portion top wall 39 is used for forming a top channel wall of the air intake channel; the inlet housing side walls 38 and inlet housing top wall 39 form upper cover inlet slots for cooperating with the base inlet slots 23 on the air duct base 16 to form an inlet air passage, wherein the upper cover exhaust slots 17 are isolated from the upper cover inlet slots, and wherein after the air duct upper cover 15 and the air duct end cover 21 are joined to form the air duct upper cover 24, the inner side slot wall 46 of the air duct end cover 21 will form one side wall of the upper cover inlet slot to form the upper cover inlet slot 22, which upper cover inlet slot 22 can cooperate with the base inlet slot 23 on the air duct base to form an inlet air passage, as will be described in more detail below.
As shown in fig. 2, 5-7, the duct upper cover 15 may be composed of a U-shaped shell 37, an air inlet shell side wall 38 and an air inlet shell top wall 39, for example, when one end of the U-shaped shell 37, that is, one end of the upper cover exhaust slot 17 is formed as a welding end 44, the upper cover exhaust slot 17 includes a first side wall 45, and the air inlet shell side wall 38 is connected to the first side wall 45 at a position spaced from the welding end 44; at this time, the groove top wall of the upper lid discharge groove 17 extends from the welded end and forms the intake shell portion top wall 39, thereby forming a unitary piece.
The inlet housing portion side walls 38 may have any configuration and cooperate with the inner slot side walls 57 of the base inlet slots 23 on the air duct base 16 to form inner channel walls of the inlet air channels. For example, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the lower portion of the inlet casing side wall 38 is formed with a semicircular protrusion 41 for mating with a semicircular recess 40 on the inner slot side wall 57 of the base inlet slot 23, such that the semicircular protrusion 41 can fit within the semicircular recess 40 and be retained by the semicircular recess 40, and the upper portion of the inlet casing side wall 38 is formed with an arcuate protrusion 42, the inlet casing top wall 39 including an arcuate top wall portion 43 overlying the arcuate protrusion 42.
Further, the upper cover discharge slot 17 and the wall end surface of the air inlet casing portion top wall 39 facing the welding end 44 are formed with welding ribs and/or welding grooves for welding with the inner side surface of the duct end cover, by which the duct upper cover and the duct end cover can be welded together to form the duct upper cover 24, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. The concave-convex matching structure and the hot melting connection mode can form closer matching, and the air leakage condition is reduced to the maximum extent.
Further, the air duct supporting seat includes an air duct end cover 21, as shown in fig. 5-7, the air duct end cover 21 includes an end cover fan receiving groove 27 for cooperating with the base fan receiving groove 28 on the air duct base 16 to form the fan receiving cavity 26, wherein the end cover fan receiving groove 27 includes an inner side groove wall 46, the inner side groove wall 46 is for cooperating with an outer side groove side wall 47 of the base air inlet groove 23 on the air duct base to form an outer side channel wall of the air inlet channel, and the inner side groove wall 46 is formed with an air inlet 8 for communicating the end cover fan receiving groove 27 on one side of the inner side groove wall 46 with the air inlet channel on the other side of the inner side groove wall 46.
When the duct upper cover and the duct end cover are welded together, the inlet housing portion top wall 39 can then be welded together with the inner side slot wall 46.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a lower portion of the inner groove wall 46 is formed with a semicircular projection 41 for fitting with the semicircular groove 40 on the outer groove side wall 47 of the base inlet groove 23, and a part of the inlet outlet 8 is formed on the semicircular projection 41.
Further, an upper portion of the inner groove wall 46 is formed with an arc-shaped projection 42, and a portion of the air inlet outlet 8 is formed on the arc-shaped projection 42, wherein a circumferential wall of the end cover fan receiving groove 27 is formed as an arc-shaped wall extending along the arc-shaped projection 42, and the air duct end cover is formed with the air outlet 25 as the fan receiving chamber 26 at a circumferential end portion of the arc-shaped wall. In this case, the curved top wall 43 can be connected to the curved projection 42 on the inner groove wall 46 in a form-fitting manner, for example by welding. The concave-convex matching structure and the hot melting connection mode can form closer matching, and the air leakage condition is reduced to the maximum extent.
Further, the inside surface of the duct end cover includes the inside surface of inside slot wall 46, wherein the outside edge of the inside surface of the duct end cover is formed with welding ribs and/or welding grooves 48 for welding with the outside surface of the duct cover. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, to facilitate welding together of the duct cover and the duct end cap.
The duct end cover 21 and the duct cover 15 may be joined together in any manner such that the inner side slot wall 46, the inlet housing portion side wall 38 and the inlet housing portion top wall 39 together form an upper cover inlet slot 22 for cooperating with a base inlet slot 23 on the duct base 16 to form an inlet air passage, as shown in FIGS. 5-7.
Thus, the air duct end cover 21 and the air duct upper cover 15 are connected together to form an upper cover inlet slot 22 with the inlet outlet 8 between the air duct end cover 21 and the air duct upper cover 15; because the operation space of the air duct base 16 is smaller, the air duct end cover 21 is integrally connected with the air duct upper cover 15 and then integrally connected with the air duct base 16, so that the air duct base 16 can be prevented from being connected twice, and the assembly difficulty is reduced. And a base air inlet groove 23 with an air inlet 7 is formed on the air duct base 16; wherein, the air duct end cover 21 and the air duct upper cover 15 are covered on the air duct base 16, so that the upper cover part air inlet groove 22 and the base air inlet groove 23 form an air inlet channel.
Further, the duct end cover 21 and the duct cover 15 are welded together to form the duct cover 24, and the duct cover 24 is then inserted into the duct base to form the duct support base, for example, the duct end cover 21 and the duct cover 15 are welded together by the inner side surface of the duct end cover with the welding ribs and/or welding grooves on the wall end surfaces of the upper cover exhaust slot 17 and the air inlet casing top wall 39 facing the welding end 44 to form the duct cover 24, and the duct cover 24 includes the upper cover air inlet slot 22 having the air inlet outlet 8.
As shown in fig. 5, in the case of including the duct base 16, the base ventilation holes 10 are plural and arranged in an array on the bottom wall portion of the duct base 16, and further, a thickened region 49 is formed on the bottom wall portion of the duct base, and the base ventilation holes 10 are formed on the thickened region 49.
Further, a duct upper cover support flange 50 surrounding the vent opening 20 is formed on the inner side surface of the side wall portion 19. The duct cover support flange 50 can position and support the duct cover.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the air duct supporting base includes a fan accommodating chamber 26 having an air outlet 25, and the fan accommodating chamber 26 communicates with the air inlet passage through the air inlet 8, so that a fan, such as a turbo fan, disposed in the fan accommodating chamber 26 can send air condensed from the second inner chamber of the second cylinder 2 into the air heating unit for heating and then into the first inner chamber of the first cylinder 1.
Further, duct end cover 21 includes end cover fan receiving slot 27 and air outlet 25, while duct base 16 has base fan receiving slot 28 formed therein; for example, the base fan receiving groove 28 is located outside the outer groove sidewall 47 of the base inlet groove 23 and shares the outer groove sidewall 47, the base fan receiving groove 28 communicates with the base inlet groove 23, wherein the air duct end cover 21 covers the air duct base 16, so that the end cover fan receiving groove 27 and the base fan receiving groove 28 form the fan receiving cavity 26, the fan receiving cavity 26 shares the outer channel wall of the inlet channel with the inlet channel, and the inlet outlet 8 is formed on the outer channel wall.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a motor mounting cavity 51 is formed on the bottom wall portion of the air duct base 16, the motor mounting cavity 51 is located inside an inner side groove side wall 57 of the base air inlet groove 23 and shares the inner side groove side wall 57, the motor mounting cavity 51 communicates with the base air inlet groove 23, so that the motor can be disposed in the motor mounting cavity 51, and an output shaft of the motor can pass through the air inlet casing portion side wall 38, pass through the air inlet passage, pass through the air inlet outlet 8, and then be connected to the fan disposed in the fan accommodating cavity 26 to drive the fan.
In addition, the duct base includes sealing ribs and/or sealing grooves 48 formed on the upper surfaces of the duct upper cover support flanges 50, the sidewalls of the base exhaust slot 18, and the sidewalls of the base inlet slot 23 that extend around the base exhaust slot 18 and the base inlet slot 23. Thus, as shown in FIG. 5, the duct upper cover 24 can be attached to the duct base along the sealing ribs and/or sealing grooves 48.
Of course, in the laundry treating apparatus of the present invention, the exhaust passage may communicate with the end portion of the second inner cavity of the second drum, and the intake passage may communicate with the end portion of the second inner cavity of the second drum, that is, it is possible to avoid opening the air inlet and the air outlet on the circumferential drum wall of the second drum.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, in order to facilitate connection of the exhaust passage and the intake passage, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 8 and 9 and fig. 10 and 11, the circumferential barrel wall 29 of the second barrel 2 is formed with an intake vent 30 and an exhaust vent 31, and it is preferable that the intake vent 30 and the exhaust vent 31 are formed at an upper portion of the circumferential barrel wall 29 and are disposed close to each other, wherein the exhaust passage communicates with the second inner cavity of the second barrel 2 through the intake vent 30, and the second inner cavity of the second barrel 2 communicates with the intake passage through the exhaust vent 31.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the air outlet 31 is connected to an air outlet pipe joint 32 located outside the second cylinder, and a support table 33 is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the circumferential tub wall 29, so that when the air outlet pipe joint 32 contacts the support table 33, the support table 33 can support the air outlet pipe joint 32, thereby ensuring the connection stability of the air outlet pipe joint 32 and preventing the air outlet pipe head 32 from falling off.
Of course, the support table 33 may have any structure and may be arranged in any manner, for example, as shown in fig. 10, the support table 33 may extend in the circumferential direction of the second cylinder 2.
In addition, the laundry treating apparatus includes at least one of the following forms:
the first form: in order to prevent the laundry lint possibly existing in the second cylinder 2 from entering the air inlet path along the outlet air, preferably, the outlet air filter device is disposed at the outlet 31, and the outlet air filter device may be any filter structure, for example, the outlet air filter device may be a filter screen, it only needs to filter the washing fluff, and certainly, the air outlet filter device can be arranged at any position by any mode, it can filter the washing fluff, for example, the air outlet filter device is kept in position by the air outlet pipe joint 32 connected to the air outlet 31, for example, as shown in fig. 10, 12 and 13, a fixing frame 55 is installed at the air outlet 31, a supporting flange 56 protruding inward is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the frame wall of the fixing frame 55, and the filter net 54 may be disposed on the supporting flange 56 and held in place by the air outlet pipe joint 32 connected to the fixing frame 55; in this way, it can be ensured that the filter screen 54 can be better restrained from displacement.

the third form: the air outlet pipe joint 32 comprises an opening connecting end connected to the air outlet 31 and a pipe connecting end connected with the air outlet pipe 34, wherein the part of the air outlet pipe joint 32 located between the opening connecting end and the pipe connecting end is formed into a bending section 35 extending along the circumferential direction of the second cylinder body, when the bending section 35 contacts the supporting table 33, the supporting table 33 can support the bending section 35, of course, after the air outlet flow collides with the bending inner wall surface of the bending section 35, the impurity particles in the air outlet flow can drop, thereby having a certain filtering effect on the air outlet flow, in addition, the arrangement of the bending section 35 is also convenient for the air outlet 31 to be connected with the air inlet opening on the air channel base reinforcing plate through the air outlet pipe 34 in a corrugated pipe form.
Form four: in addition, in order to maintain the cleanness of the outlet air filtering device, it is preferable that a washing structure for washing the outlet air filtering device such as a filter screen arranged at the air outlet 31 is arranged in the outlet air pipe joint 32, and the washing structure can be a nozzle, so that the washing lint adhered to the filter screen can be washed to the washing drainage path from top to bottom and discharged through a sewer;
the fifth form: in addition, in order to improve the condensation effect after the hot and humid air enters the second cylinder 2, the air inlet 30 extends along the circumferential direction to form a circumferential arc-shaped opening, so that the hot and humid air entering the second cylinder 2 through the exhaust passage can contact with the inner circumferential surface of the second cylinder 2 and the washing drum in a wider range to be condensed.
Of course, as shown in fig. 11, an inlet duct joint 52 may be connected to the inlet vent 30, the inlet duct joint 52 including a mouth connecting end and a duct connecting end connected to an inlet duct 53 such as a bellows, wherein a port of the mouth connecting end is formed as a circumferential arc-shaped port (as clearly shown in fig. 10) to extend around the circumferential arc-shaped port to be connected to the inlet vent 30; the circumferential extension of the circumferential arcuate port is greater than the transverse dimension of the pipe connection end.
In addition, in the laundry treating apparatus provided by the present invention, due to the above advantageous effects, it is possible to avoid providing a condenser in the laundry treating apparatus, thereby significantly reducing power consumption. Of course, alternatively, in other modes, a condenser may be provided to assist the condensation, but since the above-mentioned condensation of the hot and humid air is adopted, the power consumption of the provided condenser is also effectively reduced.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
