Background
An automobile headrest is a driving comfort configuration article and a safety protection article. When the vehicle is in rear-end collision or rapid acceleration or rapid deceleration, the human body falls backwards due to inertia, and the pressure of the acceleration or deceleration of the vehicle is concentrated on the fragile neck and head of the human body; the headrest plays a role in buffering at the moment so as to protect the head and the neck of the human body.
The prior patent of the invention with the publication number of CN106114315B discloses an adjustable car seat headrest, which comprises a headrest rod, and an adjustable headrest and a non-adjustable headrest mounted on the headrest rod. The headrest rod comprises a first fixed end used for installing the adjustable headrest and a second fixed end used for fixing the automobile seat headrest on the automobile seat, a first adjusting clamping position and a second adjusting clamping position are respectively arranged on the first fixed end and the second fixed end, the first adjusting clamping position is used for realizing height adjustment through cooperation with the adjustable headrest and the unlocking button, and the second adjusting clamping position is used for realizing integral height adjustment of the automobile seat headrest through cooperation with the automobile seat. The adjustable headrest comprises a mounting plate, a headrest guide sleeve used for being inserted into the first fixed end is arranged on the mounting plate, a mounting groove is formed in the headrest guide sleeve, and an unlocking button is mounted in the mounting groove. The unlocking button comprises a button, a positioning block and a spring, wherein the positioning block and the spring are connected with the button; a user presses the button, the button moves to drive the positioning block to move and extrude the spring, and the positioning block is separated from the first adjusting clamping position to achieve the purpose of unlocking; after the adjustment is completed, the positioning block returns under the action of the spring and is clamped in the other first adjusting clamping position, the adjustable headrest is clamped and fixed with the headrest rod again, and then the height adjustment operation of the adjustable headrest is completed.
In the prior art, only one of the two headrest guide sleeves is provided with the mounting groove, namely, the headrest rod on one side is clamped and fixed with the positioning block, and the stress of the positioning block and the headrest rod is uneven.
