The above various embodiments of the holder show various expressions of the inner holder and the outer holder, and the connection relationship between them, in which the inner and outer holders are basically erected or divided into two parts, mainly to reduce the shielding of the inner and outer walls of the container body, so as to make the washing water spray more sufficiently. The inner and outer brush holders provide support for the installation of the inner and outer wall brushes and the inner bottom brush, but the inner and outer wall brushes can be installed without depending on the inner and outer vertical holders.
In the above examples, the inner brush holder and the outer brush holder are symmetrically arranged with the positioning center line as the center or uniformly distributed with the positioning center line as the center, and it should be understood that this is also one of the preferable embodiments of the inner brush holder and the outer brush holder. The brush wall space is constructed by the mutual matching of the inner and outer brush frames and the inner and outer wall brushes, and at least one inner wall brush, the outer wall brush and the inner bottom brush is needed, so the inner brush frame and the outer brush frame can be arranged asymmetrically or non-uniformly. The invention also provides a brushing device applied to the cleaning machine, which comprises a bracket body, an inner wall brush arranged on the inner brush frame and an outer wall brush arranged on the outer brush frame; the inner wall brush comprises an inner brush handle 141 matched with the inner brush frame, and an inner brushing part 142 arranged on the inner brush handle 141 and facing outwards and used for brushing the inner wall surface of the container body; the outer wall brush comprises an outer brush handle 151 which is matched with the outer brush holder to be installed, and outer brushing parts 152 and 153 which are arranged on the outer brush handle 151 and are used for brushing the outer wall surface of the container body towards the inside, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the outer brush handle 151 are respectively provided with an end part positioning structure which enables the outer brush handle to be fixedly installed on the outer brush holder. The inner wall surface of the container is brushed by the inner wall brush, and the outer wall surface of the container is brushed by the outer wall brush, so that the brushing is comprehensive and efficient, and the brushing time is greatly shortened.
The scrubbing device also comprises an inner bottom brush 16 positioned above the inner wall brush, and the inner wall surface at the bottom of the container and around the bottom of the container is cleaned through the inner bottom brush. Further promote this brushing device's cleaning performance. The inner bottom brush is arranged at the upper end of the inner wall brush, the inner bottom brush 16 and the inner wall brush are arc-shaped surfaces or inclined plane 161 arranged in a staggered manner at the joint part on the outer side, and the arrangement of the arc surface or the inclined plane at the joint part can be applied to brushing the joint part of the inner wall and the bottom of the flat-bottom container, so that the inner side surface of the container can be fully brushed.
Moreover, in order to improve the cleaning effect, an elastic member capable of ejecting the inner wall brush transversely outwards and/or an elastic structure capable of ejecting the inner wall brush longitudinally upwards is arranged between the inner wall brush 14 and the inner brush holder. Through the setting of elastic component, can keep an outside thrust to the wall brush, make it keep in contact with the cleaning surface of container to reach better cleaning performance.
Furthermore, an elastic member may be provided on the outer wall brush. An elastic part which can eject the outer wall brush inwards transversely is arranged between the outer wall brush and the outer brush frame. To improve the brushing effect of the outer wall.
In the first embodiment of the inner wall brush, as shown in fig. 3, the inner brush shaft 141 is straight so as to brush the inner wall surface of the container body during rotation. The inner brush holder 141 is provided with side stops 143 on both sides of an upper portion thereof, and a stopper 144 is provided at a lower end thereof to protrude downward, so that the inner wall brush 14 can be installed in a position-limited manner by the side stops 143 and the stopper 144. In this example, the side block 143 is shown as a side protrusion, but may be formed in a side recess type, or may directly use both side edges of the inner wall brush body 141 as the side block. The specific connection mode can refer to the first embodiment of the bracket body.
In the second embodiment of the inner wall brush, as shown in fig. 5, the lower end of the inner brush handle 141 is provided with an inclined portion inclined outward and a bottle mouth brushing portion connected to the lower end of the inclined portion and extending downward. Which is arranged for the structure of the closed container. The closed container body can be a baby bottle or a thermos cup with a closed opening, for example. The outer wall brushes may be provided with lateral protrusions to limit the outer wall brushes in the left-right direction, but the lateral protrusions may not be provided, and the outer upright frame is provided with lateral protrusions similar to the lateral protrusions 1212 on the inner upright frame to perform the same function (the lateral protrusions are not shown. In a similar way, the inner vertical frame can be provided with a side inner bulge similar to the side outer bulge of the outer wall brush instead of the side outer bulge, so that the left and right directions of the inner wall brush are limited.
For a fixed installation, the installation can also be carried out by gluing laterally inwards/outwards. For example, the inner wall brush and the outer wall brush are arranged on the upper side inner/outer protrusion and then coated with glue, so that the inner wall brush and the outer wall brush can be fixed on the inner vertical frame and the outer vertical frame, and at the moment, the inner vertical frame and the outer vertical frame do not need a limiting hole, a limiting groove and the outer/inner protrusion.
In the embodiment of the outer wall brush, the end positioning structure is an end stop 154, 158 (shown in fig. 3) extending in the up-down direction along the end surface or a side stop 252, 253 (shown in fig. 4) extending towards two sides.
Second embodiment of the outer wall brush, as shown in fig. 5, the outer wall brush faces 152 and 153 are provided with bristles, and the lengths of the bristles are not the same, which is suitable for a container body with a certain radian on the outer wall surface. In the first embodiment of the inner bottom brush, as shown in fig. 3, the inner bottom brush is connected above the inner brush handle, the connection part is an arc-shaped section, and the inner bottom brush comprises L-shaped connection structures which are respectively arranged on the inner wall brushes on two sides and are arranged in a staggered manner, mainly in order to enable the two inner bottom brushes to more fully brush the inner bottom surface of the container body when being matched with each other, the connection part of the inner bottom brush and the inner wall brush is provided with an inclined surface 164, mainly considering that the planar inner bottom brush 16 is more suitable for a flat-bottom container body, and the inner bottom of the flat-bottom container body is provided with a concave angle, so the inclined surfaces 164 with different inclined angles can increase the brushing sufficiency.
In the second embodiment of the inner bottom brush, as shown in fig. 5, the inner bottom brush 16 is connected above the inner brush holder through a bottom brush connecting member 3312, and an elastic structure is provided between the inner bottom brush and the bottom brush connecting member. The inner bottom brush 16 includes an inner bottom brush body 361, and inner bottom brush faces 362 and 363 provided on the inner bottom brush body 361. The inner bottom brush face 363 is slanted to fit into the inside corner of the flat bottom container body. It will be appreciated that an inclined brush face suitable for brushing the inside corner may also be provided at the upper end of the inner wall brush. A mounting post 364 is provided under the inner bottom brush body 361, and the inner bottom brush 36 can be mounted on the upper structure 3312 of the inner brush holder 31 by means of the mounting post 364: the mounting posts 364 are threaded down through the mounting holes 3316 and 3315 and then are retained by the circlip 365. A compression spring 366 may also be fitted over the mounting post 364 to increase the interference of the inner bottom brush surfaces 362 and 363 with the inner bottom surface of the container body.
The inner wall brush, the outer wall brush and the inner bottom brush in other embodiments of the container brush device are the same as or similar to the above examples, and are not described again. In the above various embodiments, the brush body can be made of plastic, and the brush face material can be one of or a suitable combination of different kinds of bristles, sponge or scouring pad.
The first embodiment of the elastic member: the elastic part comprises a pressure spring 1243 and a limit bulge 1242 for radial positioning, the limit bulge 1242 is arranged on the inner wall brush or the outer wall brush, and the inner brush frame or the outer brush frame is provided with a limit hole corresponding to the limit bulge 1242; as shown in fig. 19, the elastic element includes a radial limiting protrusion 1242 disposed on the inner brush holder 141, an elastic element 1243 sleeved on the radial limiting protrusion 1242, and a retaining ring 1244 for retaining the elastic element 1243 on the radial limiting protrusion 1242, and the inner brush holder is provided with a retaining hole or a bar-shaped hole 1213, 1214 for allowing the radial limiting protrusion 1242 to extend into and be installed in a matching manner. The back of the inner wall brush 14 is provided with a radial limiting member 1242, and the mounting is performed in a limiting manner by the radial limiting member 1242. A spring 1243 may be sleeved on the radial limiting member 1242 to generate a radially outward pushing force on the inner wall brush. The back of the outer wall brush is provided with a radial limiting part, and the radial limiting part enables the outer wall brush to be installed in a limiting mode. The radial position-limiting member may be sleeved with a pressure spring elastic member to generate a radially inward urging force to the outer wall brush 15.
In the second embodiment of the elastic member, the elastic member includes an elastic piece 255 and a fastener 256 for fastening the elastic piece 255. And the two sides of the elastic piece 255 are further provided with elastic wings which are tilted outwards, and the structure can be arranged on the inner brush handle or the outer brush handle or the inner brush holder or the outer brush holder, as shown in fig. 4, the application takes the arrangement on the inner brush handle or the outer brush handle as an example, the back of the outer brush handle 251 is provided with a buckle seat 254, and is provided with a corresponding buckle 256, and the elastic piece 255 is clamped on the back of the outer brush handle 251 through the buckle 256.
As shown in fig. 6, it can be seen that the structure of the second embodiment of the elastic member is modified, and taking the structure disposed on the inner brush holder and the outer brush holder as an example, by providing the fastening hole seat 414 (i.e. the fastening seat 254) on the inner brush holder and the outer brush holder, providing the corresponding fastening hole on the elastic member 415, and fastening the leaf spring elastic member 415 with the fastening column member 416 (i.e. the fastening member 256), the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
The invention also provides a simple brushing device applied to the cleaning machine, which is characterized in that brush hair is directly arranged on the inner brush holder and the outer brush holder, or the inner brush handle and the outer brush handle are directly arranged through a connecting seat, so that the structure without a bracket is formed (the inner brush handle and the outer brush handle are used as the bracket), the structure of the brushing device is simpler, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. As shown in fig. 20, the inner handle 134 has inner bristles 1344 and inner bottom bristles 136, the outer handle 135 has outer bristles 1354, and the outer and inner handles are fixed to each other by a base 1332. The specific connection structure can refer to the bracket embodiment, for example, the connection structures of the inner and outer brush holders and the base in the second and third bracket embodiments can be realized. And the upper ends of the two outer brush holders are fixed by a grip 1356 or a press cover for more stable mounting.
Furthermore, a slave holding hole may be formed on the base, and an upper connection piece 1331 with the slave holding hole may be added, the upper connection piece 1331 also having a function of connecting the two inner brush holders 134.
The invention provides a support applied to a container cleaning machine, which is installed with a cleaning container through a support body, and provides a cleaning support applicable to the cleaning machine for a container body without a handle through the arrangement of an inner brush holder, an outer brush holder and a slave holding structure.

Claims (17)

1. Brushing device according to claim 11, characterized in that between said inner wall brush (14) and said inner holder there is provided an elastic element for bouncing said inner wall brush (14) laterally outwards and/or an elastic structure for bouncing said inner wall brush longitudinally upwards.
13. Brushing device according to claim 11, characterized in that between the outer wall brush (15) and the outer holder there is provided an elastic element for bouncing the outer wall brush (15) laterally inwards.

The brushing device applied to the washing machine according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the elastic member comprises a compression spring (1243) and a radially-positioned limiting protrusion (1242), the limiting protrusion (1242) is disposed on the inner wall brush or the outer wall brush, and the inner brush holder or the outer brush holder is provided with a limiting hole corresponding to the limiting protrusion (1242);
or the elastic piece comprises an elastic piece (255) and a buckling piece (256) for buckling and fixing the elastic piece (255).
15. Brushing arrangement for application in a washing machine according to claim 11, characterized in that the brushing arrangement further comprises an inner bottom brush (16) arranged at the upper end of the inner brush holder or the inner wall brush (14).
