Abstract
The invention relates to a disinfection cabinet with an air disinfection function and an air disinfection method, comprising an inner container (2), wherein an ultraviolet lamp tube (6) is arranged in the inner container (2); the disinfection cabinet is characterized in that an air duct (3) is arranged outside the inner container, and a first port (31) and a second port (32) of the air duct (3) are both communicated with the environment outside the disinfection cabinet; at least part of the inner container corresponding to the air duct (3) is made of transparent material which can transmit ultraviolet rays; and a blower (4) for drawing air from the environment outside the disinfection cabinet and blowing it out of the first port (31) or the second port (32) of the air duct. The disinfection cabinet provided by the invention has a conventional disinfection function, can disinfect air in the surrounding environment of the disinfection cabinet, and has a ground drying function in the preferred scheme.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of disinfection cabinets.
Background
When a user puts washed tableware into the disinfection cabinet, water remained on the surface of the tableware drips on the floor of a kitchen, so that the floor of the kitchen is wet, and people may slip when the floor has much water.
Disinfection cabinets are typically placed in a kitchen and are typically provided with a drying system therein. The drying system of the traditional disinfection cabinet generally adopts a single heated air internal circulation disinfection cabinet to heat and dry the articles in the disinfection cabinet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a disinfection cabinet with an air disinfection function, which can blow out disinfection air to the surrounding environment of the disinfection cabinet, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an air disinfection method for disinfecting air in an environment surrounding a disinfection cabinet, which is suitable for the current state of the art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a disinfection cabinet with an air disinfection function comprises an inner container, wherein an ultraviolet lamp tube is arranged in the inner container;
the sterilizing cabinet is characterized in that an air duct is arranged outside the inner container, and a first port and a second port of the air duct are both communicated with the environment outside the sterilizing cabinet;
at least part of the inner container corresponding to the air duct is made of transparent material capable of transmitting ultraviolet rays;
and a blower for drawing air from the environment outside the sterilizer and blowing it out of the first or second port of the air chute.
Preferably, the air duct is connected to the outer walls of the top plate, the back plate and the bottom plate of the inner container, the first port of the air duct is located above the top plate, and the second port of the air duct is located below the bottom plate.
Preferably, the fan is a bidirectional fan, so that air can be blown from the upper part or from the lower part.
Furthermore, a guide plate can be connected to the second port of the air duct, the inner end edge of the guide plate is connected to the bottom plate of the inner container, and the guide plate inclines from inside to outside from top to bottom. This scheme is particularly suitable for regard as the air outlet with the second port, can blow to the outer bottom surface of sterilizer when air-purifying like this for the drying on wet and smooth ground avoids the safety problem that the ground wet and smooth leads to.
The fan in each scheme can be any one of the prior art as required, preferably, the fan is a cross-flow fan, an impeller of the fan is accommodated in the air duct, and a driving motor of the fan is supported and arranged on a top plate of the inner container.
A cabinet body can be arranged outside the inner container, and the air duct is accommodated in a gap between the cabinet body and the inner container.
A display panel may also be included; the display panel is connected to the top plate of the inner container through a support, the upper end edge of the display panel is connected to the top plate of the cabinet body, a gap is formed between the lower end edge of the display panel and the top plate of the inner container, and the air inlet of the air duct is communicated with the environment outside the disinfection cabinet through the gap.
Preferably, the inner container is made of transparent quartz glass material.
The air disinfection method using the disinfection cabinet with the air disinfection function is characterized in that when the ambient air around the disinfection cabinet needs to be disinfected, the ultraviolet lamp tube in the disinfection cabinet is started, and the fan is started at the same time;
the fan extracts air in the environment outside the disinfection cabinet from the first port of the air duct, after the air enters the air duct, ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp tube penetrate through the transparent part of the inner container and irradiate the air duct, the air in the air duct is disinfected, and the disinfected air is blown out from the second port of the air duct.
Compared with the prior art, the disinfection cabinet with the air disinfection function and the air disinfection method provided by the invention have the advantages that at least part of the inner container is made of transparent materials, the air channel is arranged corresponding to the transparent inner container, and the fan is arranged in the air channel, so that the ultraviolet lamp tube can irradiate the air channel through the transparent part of the inner container to disinfect the air in the air channel, and further the surrounding environment of the disinfection cabinet is disinfected.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the sterilizing cabinet with air sterilizing function includes:
the cabinet body 1 is an outer shell of the disinfection cabinet.
The inner container 2 is sleeved in the cabinet body 1, and the inner cavity of the inner container is used for placing articles to be disinfected. A gap is arranged between the inner container 2 and the cabinet body 1. The inner container 2 in this embodiment is made of a transparent quartz glass material so as to facilitate ultraviolet rays to penetrate.
The inner container 2 is provided with a disinfection unit (not shown in the figure), which can be an ultraviolet generator, an ozone generator, a disinfection steam generator or other types of disinfection units.
The inner container 2 may be made of a transparent material that can transmit ultraviolet rays, at a portion corresponding to the air duct 3 or a portion corresponding to the air duct 3. This embodiment preferably has the ultraviolet lamp tube arranged corresponding to the transparent portion.
The ultraviolet lamp tube 6 is arranged in the inner container 2; used for irradiating the articles to be disinfected and disinfecting the articles; the ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp tube can also penetrate through the inner container and irradiate the air duct 3.
The air duct 3 is formed by enclosing an air duct plate 34 connected to the outer wall of the inner container and the outer wall of the inner container; is accommodated in the gap between the cabinet body 1 and the inner container 2; the air duct 3 in this embodiment is substantially U-shaped, and is connected to the outer walls of the top plate 21, the back plate 22 and the bottom plate 23 of the inner container 2, the first port 31 of the air duct is located above the top plate 21, and the second port 32 of the air duct is located below the bottom plate 23; the first port 31 and the second port 32 of the air duct 3 are both communicated with the environment outside the disinfection cabinet. In this embodiment, the first port 31 is an air inlet, and the second port 32 is an air outlet. The first port 31 may be an air outlet and the second port 32 may be an air inlet, or vice versa as required.
The second port 32 of the air duct 3 is connected with a guide plate 33, the inner end edge of the guide plate 33 is connected with the bottom plate 23 of the inner container, and the guide plate 33 inclines from inside to outside from top to bottom so as to blow air to the ground.
A fan 4 for sucking air from the environment outside the disinfection cabinet and blowing out from the first port 31 or the second port 32 of the air duct; the fan 4 may be a bi-directional fan, in this embodiment a unidirectional cross flow fan, which draws air from the first port and exhausts air from the second port. An impeller 41 of the fan 4 is accommodated in the air duct 3, and a driving motor of the fan 4 is supported and arranged on the top plate 21 of the inner container 2.
The operation display panel 5 is connected to the top plate 21 of the inner container 2 through a bracket 51, the upper end edge of the display panel 5 is connected to the top plate 11 of the cabinet body 1, a gap 52 is arranged between the lower end edge of the display panel 5 and the top plate 21 of the inner container, the first port of the air duct 3 faces the gap 52, and air is drawn from the environment outside the disinfection cabinet through the gap.
When air in the surrounding environment of the disinfection cabinet needs to be disinfected, the ultraviolet lamp tube 6 in the disinfection cabinet is started, and the fan 4 is started at the same time.
The fan 4 extracts air from the environment outside the disinfection cabinet through the gap 52 from the first port 31 of the air duct, after the air enters the air duct 3, ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp tube penetrate through the transparent part of the inner container to irradiate the air duct, the air in the air duct is disinfected, and the disinfected air is blown out from the second port 32 of the air duct.
It is also possible to start the fan 4 while the disinfection cabinet is undergoing a disinfection program, and to disinfect the air surrounding the disinfection cabinet.
Claims (9)
1. A disinfection cabinet with an air disinfection function comprises an inner container (2), wherein an ultraviolet lamp tube (6) is arranged in the inner container (2);
the disinfection cabinet is characterized in that an air duct (3) is arranged outside the inner container, and a first port (31) and a second port (32) of the air duct (3) are both communicated with the environment outside the disinfection cabinet;
at least part of the inner container corresponding to the air duct (3) is made of transparent material which can transmit ultraviolet rays;
a fan (4) for drawing air from the environment outside the cabinet and blowing it out of the first (31) or second (32) port of the duct.
2. The sterilizing cabinet with air sterilizing function according to claim 1, characterized in that the air duct (3) is connected to the outer walls of the top plate (21), the back plate (22) and the bottom plate (23) of the inner container (2), the first port (31) of the air duct is located above the top plate (21), and the second port (32) of the air duct is located below the bottom plate (23).
3. A disinfection cabinet with air disinfection function as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said fan (4) is a bi-directional fan.

The disinfection cabinet with air disinfection function as claimed in claim 2, wherein said second port (32) of said air duct (3) is connected to a baffle (33), the inner end edge of said baffle (33) is connected to said bottom plate (23) of said inner container, said baffle (33) is inclined from inside to outside from top to bottom.

The sterilizing cabinet with air sterilizing function according to claim 4, characterized in that said blower (4) is a cross-flow blower, the impeller (41) of said blower (4) is accommodated in said air duct (3), and the driving motor of said blower (4) is supported and arranged on the top plate (21) of said inner container (2).
6. The disinfection cabinet with air disinfection function as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, wherein said inner container (2) is externally provided with a cabinet body (1), and said air duct (3) is accommodated in the gap between said cabinet body (1) and said inner container (2).

A disinfection cabinet with an air disinfection function as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a display panel (5); the display panel (5) is connected to the top plate (21) of the inner container (2) through a support (51), the upper end edge of the display panel (5) is connected to the top plate (11) of the cabinet body (1), a gap (52) is formed between the lower end edge of the display panel (5) and the top plate (21) of the inner container, and the air inlet (31) of the air duct (3) is communicated with the environment outside the disinfection cabinet through the gap.
8. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that said inner container (2) is made of transparent quartz glass material.
9. Air disinfection method using a disinfection cabinet with air disinfection function as in any of the claims 1 to 8 characterized by that when the ambient air around the disinfection cabinet needs to be disinfected, said ultraviolet lamp (6) in the disinfection cabinet is turned on, and at the same time said fan (4) is turned on;
the fan (4) extracts air in the environment outside the disinfection cabinet from the first port (31) of the air duct, after the air enters the air duct (3), ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp tube penetrate through the transparent part of the inner container and irradiate the air duct, the air in the air duct is disinfected, and the disinfected air is blown out from the second port (32) of the air duct.
