Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the nursing bed 10 includes a deck assembly 300, and the deck assembly 300 includes a back plate 310, a flexible hinge plate 320 and a hip plate 330. The back plate 310 is fixed to the connecting rods 220, and the hip plate 330 is fixed to the main frame 100. The upper end of the flexible hinge plate 320 is slidably connected to the back plate 310 up and down, and the lower end of the flexible hinge plate 320 is hinged to the hip plate 330. The above-mentioned "vertical sliding" means that the flexible hinge plate 320 can slide along the longitudinal direction of the back plate 310. The back plate 310 of the deck plate assembly 300 is connected with the connecting rod 220 and is driven by the connecting rod 220 to rise. In the back lifting process, the flexible hinge plate 320 can be self-adaptively fitted to surround the outside of the buttocks of a human body. Meanwhile, the flexible hinge plate 320 and the back plate 310 can slide relatively to adapt to the extending action of the human body in the process of naturally lifting the back, and the relative sliding between the human body back and the mattress is compensated.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the flexible hinge plate 320 includes an end hinge plate 321 and a middle hinge plate 322, and the end hinge plate 321 is hinged to the middle hinge plate 322. The end hinge panels 321 are slidably connected to the backboard 310 and a middle hinge panel 322 adjacent to the hip panel 330 is hingedly connected to the hip panel 330. Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, a receiving groove 311 is formed on the back plate 310, and the flexible hinge plate 320 is partially received in the receiving groove 311. The bottom wall of the accommodating groove 311 is provided with a long hole 3111, the pin shaft penetrates through the long hole 3111, and the end hinge plate 321 is limited in the accommodating groove 311. The pin can slide in the elongated hole 3111, and the flexible hinge plate 320 can slide in the accommodating groove 311. In the present embodiment, the upper end of the flexible hinge plate 320 is connected to the back plate 310 in a vertically slidable manner, and it can also be interpreted that the flexible hinge plate 320 is slidable relative to the back plate 310 along the length direction of the elongated hole 3111. In an alternative embodiment, a sliding groove is formed on a side wall of the receiving groove 311, and the flexible hinge plate 320 is slidably engaged with the sliding groove.
Referring to fig. 6 again, in the present embodiment, the deck assembly 300 further includes a thigh plate 340 and a shank plate 350, wherein the upper end of the thigh plate 340 is hinged to the main frame 100, and the lower end of the thigh plate 340 is hinged to the shank plate 350. The upper end of the thigh plate 340 is hinged to the main bedstead 100, and the lower end of the thigh plate 340 is hinged to the shank plate 350, so that the angles between the thigh plate 340, the shank plate 350 and the main bedstead 100 can be adjusted conveniently, and the requirements of different patients can be met.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in the present embodiment, the nursing bed 10 further includes a leg raising mechanism 400, the leg raising mechanism 400 is connected to the main bed frame 100, and the leg raising mechanism 400 is used for driving the thigh plate 340 to raise relative to the main bed frame 100. By providing the leg raising mechanism 400, it is convenient to change the angle between the thigh plate 340 and the main bed frame 100. The leg lifting mechanism 400 includes a second electric push rod, a second crank arm, a second rotating shaft 420, and two second rotating arms 410. The second shaft 420 is rotatably coupled to the main frame 100. One end of the second rotating arm 410 is fixed to the second rotating shaft 420, and the other end is provided with a second roller 411 for abutting against the thigh plate 340. One end of the second crank arm is fixed to the second rotating shaft 420, and the other end of the second crank arm is hinged to the second electric push rod. The second electrical push rod drives the second crank arm to drive the second rotating shaft 420 to rotate relative to the main bed frame 100, and further drives the second rotating arm 410 connected with the second rotating shaft 420 to rotate. When the second rotating arm 410 rotates, the thigh plate 340 is driven to move, so as to lift the legs. The leg lifting mechanism 400 is configured to include a second crank arm, a second rotating shaft 420, and a second rotating arm 410, so that a second electric push rod can be disposed under the main body frame 100, and the required extension and shortening distance of the second electric push rod is also reduced.
In this embodiment, the leg raising mechanism 400 includes a second electric push rod, a second crank arm, a second rotating shaft 420 and two second rotating arms 410, wherein the second rotating shaft 420 is rotatably connected to the main frame 100. In an alternative embodiment, the leg-raising mechanism 400 includes a second electric push rod, a second rotating shaft 420 and two second rotating arms 410, the two second rotating arms 410 are rotatably connected to the left and right sides of the main bedstead 100, the second rotating shaft 420 is connected to the two second rotating arms 410, and the second electric push rod raises the legs by pushing the second rotating shaft 420 to rotate the two second rotating arms 410.
Referring to fig. 1, with reference to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the nursing bed 10 further includes a bottom moving assembly 500 and a lifting mechanism 600, wherein the lifting mechanism 600 is disposed between the bottom moving assembly 500 and the main bed frame 100 for lifting and tilting the main bed frame 100. The movement of the nursing bed 10 is facilitated by the provision of the bottom moving assembly 500, and the elevation mechanism 600 is provided to facilitate the elevation and the inclination of the main body frame 100.
The bottom moving assembly 500 includes a supporting frame 510 and four universal wheels 520, the supporting frame 510 encloses a square frame, and the four universal wheels 520 are respectively disposed at four nodes of the supporting frame 510. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 8, the lifting mechanism 600 includes a Y-shaped structure 610, an I-shaped structure, a third electric push rod 630 and a fourth electric push rod 640. The third electric push rod 630 is connected to the Y-shaped structure 610 for driving the Y-shaped structure 610 to move. The fourth electric push rod 640 is connected to the I-shaped structure 620 for driving the I-shaped structure 620 to move. Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the Y-shaped structure 610 includes two sliding rods 611, two supporting rods 612, a third connecting rod 613 and a fourth connecting rod 614. The two sliding rods 611 are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the main body frame 100, one end of the sliding rod 611 is hinged to the supporting frame 510, and the other end of the sliding rod 611 is slidably connected to the sliding groove of the main body frame 100 through a roller. The support rods 612 correspond to the slide rods 611 one to one. One end of the support rod 612 is hinged to the sliding rod 611 and the other end of the support rod 612 is hinged to the main frame 100. The two sliding rods 611 are connected through a third connecting rod 613, the third connecting rod 613 is provided with a push rod hinge 6131, and the third electric push rod 630 is hinged with the Y-shaped structure 610 through the push rod hinge 6131. The two support rods 612 are connected through a fourth connecting rod 614, so that the strength of the structure is enhanced, and the movement synchronization of the two support rods 612 is ensured. In this embodiment, the I-shaped structure 620 includes two sliding bars 611, and the two sliding bars 611 are connected by a fifth connecting bar. One end of the sliding bar 611 is hinged to the supporting frame 510, and the other end of the sliding bar 611 is slidably connected to the sliding groove of the main frame 100 via rollers. The fourth electric push rod 640 is hinged with the fifth connecting rod.
When the third electric push rod 630 is extended and the fourth electric push rod 640 is shortened, the nursing bed 10 is tilted forward. When the third electric push rod 630 is shortened and the fourth electric push rod 640 is extended, the nursing bed 10 is tilted backwards. When the third electric push rod 630 and the fourth electric push rod 640 are simultaneously extended, the nursing bed 10 is lifted. When the third electric putter 630 and the fourth electric putter 640 are shortened simultaneously, the nursing bed 10 is lowered. The lifting mechanism 600 can realize the vertical lifting of the whole bed, and avoids the problem of back and forth movement in the lifting process of the existing nursing bed; meanwhile, the lower sleeping position can be realized, and the falling and falling injury risk of the old people in the sleeping process is greatly reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the nursing bed 10 further includes a guardrail assembly 700, a headboard 900 and a footboard 800. The barrier assemblies 700 are attached to both sides of the main body frame 100, the headboard 900 is detachably attached to the head of the nursing bed 10, and the footboard 800 is detachably attached to the foot of the footboard 800.
Referring to fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the guardrail assembly 700 includes a telescopic tube assembly 710, a connecting plate 720, a connecting beam 730 and a locking mechanism 740. The telescopic tube assembly 710 includes two first tubes 711 and two second tubes 712, the second tubes 712 are sleeved on the first tubes 711, and the first tubes 711 can be extended and retracted in the second tubes 712. The two first pipes 711 are connected to each other by a connecting beam 730, and the two second pipes 712 are connected to each other by a connecting plate 720. The locking mechanism 740 is provided between the first pipe 711 and the second pipe 712, and locks the relative positions of the first pipe 711 and the second pipe 712. The connecting beam 730 is provided with a control switch 731, the control switch 731 is connected with the locking mechanism 740, and the locking state of the locking mechanism 740 can be switched by toggling the control switch 731. When the control switch 731 is turned off, the locking mechanism 740 locks the relative positions of the first pipe body 711 and the second pipe body 712. When the control switch 731 is turned on, the lock mechanism 740 is unlocked. The guardrail assembly 700 adjacent the head of the bed provides support when a user gets off the bed when the guardrail assembly 700 adjacent the foot is retracted and the guardrail assembly 700 adjacent the head of the bed is raised.
In this embodiment, the headboard 900 is identical in structure to the footboard 800. Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, a fixing groove 110 is formed on a main body frame 100, and a movable tongue 810 is disposed on a bed end plate 800. The movable tongue 810 can be inserted into the fixing groove 110. The outer wall of the fixing groove 110 is further provided with a locking groove 111, the movable tongue 810 is hinged with a locking buckle 820, and the locking buckle 820 can be buckled into the locking groove 111 to limit the position between the footboard 800 and the main bedstead 100. When the bed tail plate 800 needs to be disassembled, the locking buckle 820 is manually opened firstly, and then the bed tail plate 800 is directly lifted upwards, so that the disassembly can be completed. When the bed tail plate 800 is installed, the movable tongue 810 is directly aligned with the fixing groove 110 and falls down, and then the locking buckle 820 is buckled into the locking groove 111.
The present embodiment provides a nursing bed 10, the nursing bed 10 includes a main bed frame 100 and a back lifting mechanism 200, the back lifting mechanism 200 includes a crank 210, a connecting rod 220, a rocker 230 and a driving assembly 240. The crank 210, the link 220, the rocker 230 and the main frame 100 are hinged in sequence to form a four-bar linkage. This nursing bed 10 has adopted four connecting rods to play back mechanism, and wherein, connecting rod 220 is used for being connected with backplate 310, plays back the constantly change of centre of rotation of in-process connecting rod 220, and the simulation human body plays the back naturally, and the back that has avoided when playing the back slides and extrudees, and the travelling comfort is better.

Claims (10)

1. A care bed, comprising:
a main body bedstead;
the back lifting mechanism comprises a crank, a connecting rod, a rocker and a driving assembly, wherein the crank, the connecting rod, the rocker and the main bed frame are sequentially hinged to form a four-bar mechanism, and the driving assembly is used for driving the four-bar mechanism to move.
2. The nursing bed as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back lifting mechanism comprises two cranks, two connecting rods and two rocking bars, the two cranks are respectively connected to the left and right sides of the main bed frame, the cranks, the connecting rods and the rocking bars are in one-to-one correspondence, the two connecting rods are connected by a first connecting rod, and the two rocking bars are connected by a second connecting rod.

The nursing bed of claim 2, wherein the driving assembly comprises a first electric push rod, a first crank arm, a first rotating shaft and two first rotating arms, the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the main bed frame, the first rotating arms are in one-to-one correspondence with the connecting rods, one end of each first rotating arm is fixed to the first rotating shaft, the other end of each first rotating arm is slidably matched with the corresponding connecting rod, one end of each first crank arm is fixed to the first rotating shaft, and the other end of each first crank arm is hinged to the first electric push rod.
4. The care bed of claim 3, wherein an end of the first pivot arm remote from the first pivot shaft is detachably connected to the link.

The nursing bed of claim 4, wherein the end of the first rotating arm away from the first rotating shaft is provided with a first roller, the connecting rod is provided with a sliding groove extending along the length direction of the connecting rod, and the first roller is matched with the sliding groove.

The nursing bed as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nursing bed comprises a bed panel assembly including a back panel fixed to the connecting rod, a flexible hinge plate fixed to the main bed frame, and a hip plate having an upper end slidably connected to the back panel and a lower end hinged to the hip plate.
7. The nursing bed of claim 6, wherein the deck assembly further comprises a thigh plate and a shank plate, the upper end of the thigh plate being hinged to the main frame, and the lower end of the thigh plate being hinged to the shank plate.
8. The nursing bed of claim 7 further comprising a leg raising mechanism coupled to the main frame for driving the thigh panel to raise relative to the main frame.
9. The nursing bed of claim 8, wherein the leg-lifting mechanism comprises a second electric push rod, a second crank arm, a second rotating shaft and two second rotating arms, the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the main bed frame, one end of the second rotating arm is fixed to the second rotating shaft, the other end of the second rotating arm is provided with a second roller for abutting against the thigh plate, one end of the second crank arm is fixed to the rotating shaft, and the other end of the second crank arm is hinged to the second electric push rod.
10. The care bed of claim 1, further comprising a bottom moving assembly and a lifting mechanism disposed between the bottom moving assembly and the main body frame.
