Detailed Description
The technical contents of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the protective garment comprises a protective cap 11 and a body overclothes 12 which are integrally formed; the jacket part of the body overclothes 12 is provided with a zipper 13 and an adhesive strip 14; the zipper 13 is provided on the upper garment portion of the protective garment extending from the abdomen to the neckline, and the outer side is covered with an adhesive tape 14 having a barrier cloth 141 to close the zipper 13. The cap opening, the ankle part and the wrist part of the protective clothing are all provided with telescopic elastic bands 15 for tightening the openings.
In order to avoid accidental touch of the outer side face of the protective clothing by a user, the neck, the chest, the back and the waist of the protective hat 11 and the protective clothing are provided with auxiliary folding parts 16 for assisting the user in opening the protective clothing when taking off the protective clothing, so that the opening of the protective clothing after the zipper 13 is opened is larger, and the user is easier to break away from the protective clothing under the supporting action of the frame of the auxiliary folding parts 16. And, after the user is separated from the protective suit, the user is assisted to turn the inner surface of the protective suit outwards under the elastic action of the auxiliary folding part 16, so as to avoid the contaminated outer surface of the protective suit from being exposed outside.
The auxiliary folding members 16 are circumferentially provided at the neck, the back, the waist and the abdomen of the protective garment at this position. In the helmet 11, the auxiliary folding part 16 is arranged on the sagittal plane, and the elastic force for opening the cap opening is smaller than the tightening force of the elastic band 15 at the cap opening, so as to avoid damaging the tightening state of the cap opening when the helmet is worn. When the user takes off the protective cap 11, the user is assisted to open the cap mouth to facilitate the cap taking off, or the protective cap 11 is turned outwards to turn the inner side of the protective cap 11 outwards, so that the outer side of the protective cap 11 is prevented from contacting with the neck and the pillow of the user.
As shown in fig. 3, the auxiliary folding members 16 are fixed to the inside of the protective garment, and include elastic folding members 161 and elastic stretchable bands 162. Wherein the elastic extensible band 162 is overlapped with the elastic folding part 161 and is closer to the outer side of the protective clothing relative to the elastic folding part 161; when the protective garment is worn, the elastic extensible band 162 surrounds the elastic turnover members 161; the elastic extensible band 162 serves to assist the elastic hinge part 161 in turning up to open the suit or opening the cap when the zipper 13 is opened or when the user opens the cap.
The elastic folding part 161 is a pre-bent whole C-shaped long elastic sheet or a C-shaped long elastic airbag in an uninflated state; when installed in a protective garment, the C-shaped flexible turnover member 161 is turned inside out and formed into a new C-shape with the original configuration turned inside out to fit a protective hat or fit and encircle the garment. The C-shaped elongated elastic bladder is inflated and pressurized after being secured to the protective garment to complete the installation.
The auxiliary opening and the outward turning of the auxiliary folding part 16 are finished within a preset time to prevent the action from being too rapid and violent, so that the scattering of external pollutants caused by the friction and collision between the outer surfaces of the protective clothing during outward turning is avoided. When the slide fastener 13 is opened, the predetermined time for the auxiliary opening operation of the auxiliary folding member 16 is not less than 0.1 second, preferably 0.3 to 1 second. When the user is separated from the protective clothing, the preset time of the auxiliary turning-out action of the auxiliary turning-over part 16 is not less than 0.3 second, and preferably 0.5-1.5 seconds.
In the operating specification for taking off the protective garment, the user must fold or wind the garment after taking off it in order to dispose of it, in addition to turning it inside out. Thus, it is not sufficient to achieve only auxiliary eversion, and further auxiliary winding is required. In addition, the entirety of the suit, although assisted by eversion, is often left uncontrolled at its edges and prone to buckle in, causing the lateral sides to roll in, supported by the edges and exposed to the outside, ready to reach the user. Particularly, after the helmet 11 is removed, the mouth of the helmet 11 is easily touched to the rear side of the neck of the user, and the swollen or stacked helmet 11 is easily touched to the user's hair cap or the user's occiput.
In this case, auxiliary beads 17 are provided at the position of the brim of the cap mouth and at the position of the brim where the neck, chest and abdomen auxiliary folding parts 16 are combined with the slide fastener 13. The auxiliary curling part 17 of the brim of the hat comprises more than 3 parts which are respectively positioned on the sagittal plane and the temporal part of the head. When the suit is taken off, as shown in fig. 4, the auxiliary bead member 17 is automatically wound around the edge to form a roll configuration, thereby turning the edge of the dress cover, the edge of the zipper 13 outward and winding to avoid the outer side face from being exposed to the outside.
The auxiliary crimping part 17 is a micro elastic sheet whose elasticity is set to keep the protective clothing flat when worn, but is automatically wound when the slide fastener 13 is opened. In another embodiment, the auxiliary hemming member 17 may be further provided as an actuatable winding sheet, which is press-actuated or electrically actuated.
As shown in fig. 3, the actuatable winding sheet for pressing actuation is a spring sheet with an arc-shaped cross section. When worn, the elastic piece is straight in the longitudinal direction and has an arc-shaped cross section; when actuated by depression, the longitudinal section rapidly everts and winds and becomes straight in cross-section, thereby completing the actuation.
The electrically actuated actuatable wound sheet is made of an electroactive polymer, a shape memory polymer and/or a shape memory alloy. As shown in fig. 5, the protective clothing is further provided with a control unit 18 including a power supply unit 181, a control circuit 182, and a switch 183. The power supply unit 181 is a button cell. The control circuit 182 is electrically connected to the aforementioned activatable winding sheet of electroactive polymer, shape memory polymer and/or shape memory alloy. Upon receiving an activation signal from the switch 183, the control circuit 182 energizes the actuatable winding sheet to contract to complete the curling.
In addition, the flexible flip member 161 can be made of an electroactive polymer, a shape memory polymer, and/or a shape memory alloy. Thereby controlling the position and speed of the protective clothing during the curling and folding processes.
In another embodiment, the midsagittal plane of the helmet 11 is provided with a helmet zipper, allowing the user to pull the helmet directly open to obtain a larger opening to facilitate uncapping. In addition, auxiliary hemming parts 17 are arranged at two sides and temples of the edge of the hat opening, which are close to the zipper of the protective hat, so that the number of the auxiliary hemming parts 17 at the edge of the hat opening is more than 4, and the outward turning and the winding of the edge of the protective hat are better completed.
In order to further simplify the putting-on and taking-off steps, the protective clothing can be further provided with integrally formed gloves and/or shoe covers.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
