Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent telemedicine system, which comprises a telemedicine service terminal connected with a wireless network or a wired network and a client terminal in communication connection with the telemedicine service terminal; the remote medical service terminal comprises a network access port, an information management module and a service customization module; the client terminal comprises a patient client, a doctor client and a doctor assistant client, and provides access interfaces for the patient, the doctor and the doctor assistant respectively; the business customization module comprises a user demand receiving module, a user demand processing module, a registration charging module, a real-time query module, a doctor-patient conversation module, a doctor working module and a service module. According to the remote medical system provided by the invention, a patient can conveniently initiate various different business modes through equipment such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like, the operations comprise on-line consultation, doctor appointment inquiry, prescription, payment, medicine purchase and the like, the one-stop and full-flow medical service is enjoyed, and the user experience is improved.

Further, the service module comprises a doctor information setting unit and a service evaluation unit; the doctor information setting unit is used for setting whether the doctor opens the remote medical service in the system and modifying the time and the price for providing the remote service; the service evaluation unit is used for evaluating the service of the doctor by the patient, and the doctor can check the evaluation information of the patient to the doctor.

The remote medical service terminal comprises a network access port, is used for providing wired or wireless network connection and service for the remote medical service system and realizing the butt joint with the client terminal; the information management module is used for storing account information of the patient and the doctor, the patient visit data, the recharge and payment data of the patient and carrying out classified management on the data; and the business customizing module is used for realizing various business functions in the medical service system and storing the information to the information management module.
The client terminal comprises a patient client, a doctor client and a doctor assistant client, and provides access interfaces for the patient, the doctor and the doctor assistant respectively. The client is a computer or a smart phone.
