本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种折叠支撑背板、显示面板和电子设备。
背景技术
目前,柔性OLED折叠屏都需要采用折叠支撑背板来支撑柔性OLED屏的折叠与展平,而折叠支撑背板一般采用刚性较大的材料支撑,由于折叠支撑背板在折叠区的刚性及反弹性都较大,因此不利于折叠。
现有技术中,在折叠支撑背板的折叠区域设计网孔来解决此问题,能够释放部分反弹力,但这种方式的抗疲劳性还是比较差。
因此,如何提高折叠支撑背板的疲劳性成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种折叠支撑背板、显示面板和电子设备,主要目的提高折叠支撑背板的抗疲劳性。
为达到上述目的,本发明主要提供如下技术方案:

本发明提供的一种折叠支撑背板、显示面板和电子设备,其中,折叠支撑背板包括折叠部分,折叠部分的接触面与显示屏的折叠区域相贴合,从而当显示屏弯折时,折叠部分随着显示屏的弯折而发生弯折,折叠部分包括多个支撑条,多个支撑条沿显示屏的弯折方向排列,从而当折叠部分弯折时,相邻支撑条之间的角度根据弯折的程度发生变化,相邻两个支撑条之间相互连接,且相邻两个支撑条之间有间隙,从而当折叠部分发生弯折时,相邻两个支撑条之间相互连接,保证了折叠支撑背板对显示屏的支撑作用,而相邻两个支撑条之间具有间隙,这种设计可以有效降底折叠部分的反弹力,更加利于折叠,而且避免了刚性的支撑条的直接折叠,提高了折叠支撑背板的抗劳性。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的折叠支撑背板、显示面板和电子设备其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
如图1至图6所示,本发明实施例提供了一种折叠支撑背板1,包括:
折叠部分12,所述折叠部分12的接触面与显示屏2的折叠区域相贴合,所述折叠部分12包括多个支撑条122,多个所述支撑条122沿显示屏2的弯折方向排列,相邻两个支撑条122相互连接,且具有间隙。
如图2所示,在本发明实施例中,提供了一种折叠支撑背板1,折叠支撑背板1包括折叠部分12,折叠部分12的接触面与显示屏2的折叠区域相贴合,从而当显示屏2弯折时,折叠部分12随着显示屏2的弯折而发生弯折,折叠部分12包括多个支撑条122,多个支撑条122沿显示屏2的弯折方向排列,从而当折叠部分12弯折时,相邻支撑条122之间的角度根据弯折的程度发生变化,相邻两个支撑条122之间相互连接,且相邻两个支撑条122之间有间隙,从而当折叠部分12发生弯折时,相邻两个支撑条122之间相互连接,保证了折叠支撑背板1对显示屏2的支撑作用,而相邻两个支撑条122之间具有间隙,这种设计可以有效降底折叠部分12的反弹力,更加利于折叠。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步的详细说明。
在本发明实施例中,任意所述支撑条122中靠近所述显示屏2的一侧与相邻的所述支撑条122中靠近所述显示屏2的一侧连接,任意所述支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧与相邻的所述支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧之间具有间隙。
如图2所示,在该实施例中,任意支撑条122中靠近显示屏2的一侧与相邻的支撑条122中靠近显示屏2的一侧连接,即多个支撑条122中靠近显示屏2一侧相互连接,从而支撑部分为显示屏2提供的支撑作用,而任意支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧与相邻的支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧之间具有间隙,从而在显示屏2折叠时,远离显示屏2一侧的相邻支撑条122之间的距离根据弯折的程度发生变化,如图6所示,当发生弯折后,显示屏2位于折叠支撑背板1内时,任意两个相邻的支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧相互靠近,显示屏2弯折的最大程度为相邻两个支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧相互接触,实现最大程度的弯折,如图5所示,当折叠支撑背板1位于显示屏2内时,任意两个相邻的支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧相互远离,显示屏2弯折的最大程度为相邻两个支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧到达最大开口,实现最大程度的弯折。在这两种弯折中,由于任意支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧与相邻的支撑条122之间具有间隙,从而在支撑条122弯折的过程中,支撑条122不会因为折叠条的刚性而发生发弹力过大的问题,提高了折叠支撑背板1的抗劳性。
在本发明实施例中,任意所述支撑条122中距显示屏2的距离越远的位置与相邻的所述支撑条122的对应位置之间的距离越大。
在该实施例中,任意支撑条122中距显示屏2的距离越远的位置与相邻支撑条122的对应位置之间的距离越大,从而每个支撑条122从靠近显示屏2方向到远离显示屏2方向的宽度越来越小,即每个支撑条122中距显示屏2的距离与每个支撑条122与相邻支撑条122支架的距离成正比,从而可以通过限制远离显示屏2的两个支撑条122一侧的距离来显示显示屏2的弯折程度。
如图3所示,在本发明实施例中,每个所述支撑条122沿显示屏2弯折方向的截面为梯形;或
每个所述支撑条122沿显示屏2弯折方向的截面为三角形。
在该实施例中,每个支撑条122沿显示屏2的弯折方向的截面为梯形,每个支撑条122具有靠近显示屏2的接触面和远离显示屏2的远离面,由于每个支撑条122远离显示屏2一侧的远离面和靠近显示屏2一侧的接触面均为面状结构,从而支撑条122不会有尖锐的部分,在提高了折叠支撑背板1的抗劳性的前提下,有利于安装和设置。其中,支撑条的厚度可以为0.1-0.5mm,梯形截面中远离显示屏的一侧的边的长度为0.5-2mm,梯形形截面中靠近显示屏的一侧的边的长度为1-2mm,支撑条沿垂直于接触面方向,并且垂直于显示屏2的弯折方向的长度为50-200mm。
在该实施例中,每个支撑条122沿显示屏2的弯折方向的截面为三角形,从而相邻两个支撑条122远离显示屏2方向的一侧之间的距离相对于截面为梯形的更大,从而显示屏2能够弯折更大的角度,满足更多的需求。优选地,支撑条沿显示屏2弯折方向的截面为等腰三角形,三角形的高为0.1mm-0.5mm,垂直于显示屏2的弯折方向的长度为50-200mm。
可选地,每个支撑条122沿显示屏2的弯折方向的截面为矩形,矩形支撑条的靠近显示屏一侧的截面长度为0.05-0.25mm,并且垂直于显示屏2的弯折方向的长度为50-200mm。
可选地,每个支撑条122沿显示屏2的弯折方向的截面为弧形,其中,支撑条半径为0.05-0.25mm,并且垂直于显示屏2的弯折方向的长度为50-200mm。同样地,可以根据需求设置不同的截面形状,只要适用于生产即可。
如图3和图4所示,在本发明实施例中,折叠部分还包括:
第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件连接相邻两个所述支撑条。
在该实施例中,相邻两个支撑条122之间通过第一弹性件连接,通过第一弹性件将单独的多个支撑条122进行连接,且通过第一弹性件连接支撑条122,从而当显示屏2发生弯折时,折叠部分12的中连接支撑条122的第一弹性件会同时发生弯折,支撑条122保证了折叠支撑背板1对显示屏2的支撑作用,而连接相邻两个支撑条122之间的第一弹性件能够防止发生发弹力过大的问题,有效降底折叠区的反弹力,更加利于折叠,且避免了刚性材料直接折叠,折叠的抗疲劳性可以大大提高,从提高了折叠支撑背板1的抗劳性。
可选地,如图2所示,相邻两个弹性条之间直接连接,此时弹性条即要满足刚性的要求,能够进行支撑,也要具有弹性,能够在折叠背板进行折叠时,有效降底折叠区的反弹力,更加利于折叠,且避免了刚性材料直接折叠,折叠的抗疲劳性可以大大提高,从提高了折叠支撑背板的抗劳性。
在本发明实施例中,还包括:
所述第一非折叠部分14与所述折叠部分12的一端连接,所述第二非折叠部分16与所述折叠部分12另一端连接,所述第一非折叠部分14与显示屏中折叠区域一端的非折叠区域贴合,所述第二非折叠部分16与显示屏中折叠区域另一端的非折叠区域贴合。
在该实施例中,折叠支撑背板1还包括第一非折叠部分14和第二非折叠部分16,第一非折叠部分14和第二非折叠部分16分别设置在折叠部分12的两端,且第一非折叠部分14和第二非折叠部分16均与折叠部分12固定连接,第一非折叠部分14和第二非折叠部分16分别与显示屏2中除折叠区域外的非折叠区域对应并贴合,从而为显示屏2提供支撑,保证了显示屏2的支撑强度。
如图3和图4所示,在本发明实施例中所述第一非折叠部分14包括接触面和远离面,所述第二非折叠部分16包括接触面和远离面,所述第一非折叠部分14的接触面和所述第二非折叠部分16的接触面均与所述折叠部分12的接触面位于同一平面,所述第一非折叠部分14的接触面和所述第二非折叠部分16的接触面分别与所述显示屏2的非折叠区域贴合。
如图1所示,在该实施例中,第一非折叠区域包括接触面和远离面,接触面为靠近显示屏2方向的面,远离面为远离显示屏2的面,第一非折叠区域通过接触面与显示屏2进行贴合,完成与显示屏2的固定连接,从而为显示屏2提供支撑,第二非折叠区域包括接触面和远离面,接触面为靠近显示屏2方向的面,远离面为远离显示屏2的面,第二非折叠区域通过接触面与显示屏2进行贴合,完成与显示屏2的固定连接,从而为显示屏2提供支撑,且第一非接触面和第二非接触面中的接触面与折叠部分12的接触面位于同一平面,从而保证了对显示屏2的支撑。
如图3所示,在本发明实施例中,还包括:
第二弹性件20,所述第二弹性件20分别设置在所述第一非折叠部分14和所述第二非折叠部分16靠近所述显示屏2的一侧;
第三弹性件22,所述第三弹性件22分别设置在所述第一非折叠部分14和所述第二非折叠部分16的远离所述显示屏2的一侧。
在该实施例中,折叠支撑背板1还包括第一弹性件18、第二弹性件20和第三弹性件22,第一弹性件18用于包覆在折叠部分12外,从而用于保护折叠部分12,并增加折叠部分12的弹性,当任意支撑条122中靠近显示屏2的一侧与相邻的支撑条122中靠近显示屏2的一侧连接,任意支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧与相邻的支撑条122中远离显示屏2的一侧之间具有间隙时,支撑条122中靠近显示屏2的一侧与相邻的支撑条122中靠近显示屏2一侧通过第一弹性件18连接;第二弹性件20包括贴合在第一非折叠部分14靠近显示屏2的一侧的部分,用于将第一非折叠部分14与显示屏2进行连接,并保护第一非折叠部分14,为第一非折叠部分14提供弹力,用于缓冲,第二弹性件20还包括贴合在第二非折叠部分16靠近显示屏2一侧的部分,用于将第二非折叠部分16与显示屏2进行连接,并保护第二非折叠部分16,为第二非折叠部分16提供弹性,用于缓冲;第三弹性部分包括贴合在第一非折叠部分14远离显示屏2一侧的部分,用于保护第一非折叠部分14,并为第一非折叠部分14提供弹力,第三弹性件22还包括贴合在第二非折叠部分16远离显示屏2一侧的部分,用于保护第二非折叠部分16,为第二非折叠部分16提供弹性,用于缓冲。
优选地,第一弹性件18、第二弹性件20和第三弹性件22均为硅胶,支撑条122可以采用SUS或Cu等刚性导热材料制成,第一非折叠部分14和第二非折叠部分16可以采用SUS或Cu等刚性导热材料制成。每个支撑条122的沿垂直于显示屏2且垂直于显示屏2弯折方向的截面为梯形,多个支撑条122靠近显示屏2一侧平齐,而后通过塑硅胶连接,再将远离显示屏2一侧的相邻两个支撑条122之间的位置挖设三角形凹槽,使得通过硅胶包覆的每个支撑套沿垂直于显示屏2且垂直于显示屏2弯折方向的截面还为梯形,从而既可以满足折叠部分12的刚性,而且避免了刚性材料直接折叠,折叠的抗疲劳性可以大大提高。
可选地,第一弹性件18、第二弹性件20和第三弹性件22还可以为软质泡棉。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种显示面板100,包括如前所述的折叠支撑背板1;和显示屏2,所述显示屏2与所述折叠支撑背板1的接触面贴合,该显示面板100包括如前所述的折叠支撑背板1的全部技术特征,从而当显示屏2弯折时,折叠部分12随着显示屏2的弯折而发生弯折,折叠部分12包括多个支撑条122,多个支撑条122沿显示屏2的弯折方向排列,从而当折叠部分12弯折时,相邻支撑条122之间的角度根据弯折的程度发生变化,相邻两个支撑条122之间相互连接,且相邻两个支撑条122之间有间隙,从而当折叠部分12发生弯折时,相邻两个支撑条122之间相互连接,保证了折叠支撑背板1对显示屏2的支撑作用,而相邻两个支撑条122之间具有间隙,从而支撑条122不会因为折叠条的刚性而发生发弹力过大的问题,可以有效降底折叠部分12的反弹力,更加利于折叠,提高了折叠支撑背板1的抗劳性。
本发明还提供了一种电子设备,包括如前所述的显示面板,该电子设备包括如前所述的显示面板的全部技术特征,因此包括该触控面板的全部有益技术效果,在此不再赘述。
本发明提供的一种折叠支撑背板、显示面板和电子设备,其中折叠支撑背板包括折叠部分,折叠部分的接触面与显示屏2的折叠区域相贴合,从而当显示屏2弯折时,折叠部分随着显示屏2的弯折而发生弯折,折叠部分包括多个支撑条,多个支撑条沿显示屏2的弯折方向排列,从而当折叠部分弯折时,相邻支撑条之间的角度根据弯折的程度发生变化,相邻两个支撑条之间相互连接,且相邻两个支撑条之间有间隙,从而当折叠部分发生弯折时,相邻两个支撑条之间相互连接,保证了折叠支撑背板对显示屏2的支撑作用,而相邻两个支撑条之间具有间隙,这种设计可以有效降底折叠部分的反弹力,更加利于折叠,而且避免了刚性的支撑条的直接折叠,提高了折叠支撑背板的抗劳性。

Claims (10)

1.一种折叠支撑背板,其特征在于,包括:
折叠部分,所述折叠部分的接触面与显示屏的折叠区域相贴合,所述折叠部分包括多个支撑条,多个所述支撑条沿显示屏的弯折方向排列,相邻两个支撑条相互连接,且具有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的折叠支撑背板,其特征在于,
任意所述支撑条中靠近所述显示屏的一侧与相邻的所述支撑条中靠近所述显示屏的一侧连接,任意所述支撑条中远离显示屏的一侧与相邻的所述支撑条中远离显示屏的一侧之间具有间隙。
3.根据权利要求2所述的折叠支撑背板,其特征在于,
任意所述支撑条中距显示屏的距离越远的位置与相邻的所述支撑条的对应位置之间的距离越大。
4.根据权利要求3所述的折叠支撑背板,其特征在于,
每个所述支撑条沿显示屏弯折方向的截面为梯形;或
每个所述支撑条沿显示屏弯折方向的截面为三角形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的折叠支撑背板,其特征在于,折叠部分还包括:
第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件连接相邻两个所述支撑条。
6.根据权利要求1所述的折叠支撑背板,其特征在于,还包括:
第一非折叠部分和第二非折叠部分,所述第一非折叠部分与所述折叠部分的一端连接,所述第二非折叠部分与所述折叠部分另一端连接,所述第一非折叠部分与显示屏中折叠区域一端的非折叠区域贴合,所述第二非折叠部分与显示屏中折叠区域另一端的非折叠区域贴合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的折叠支撑背板,其特征在于,
所述第一非折叠部分包括接触面和远离面,所述第二非折叠部分包括接触面和远离面,所述第一非折叠部分的接触面和所述第二非折叠部分的接触面均与所述折叠部分的接触面位于同一平面,所述第一非折叠部分的接触面和所述第二非折叠部分的接触面分别与所述显示屏的非折叠区域贴合。
8.根据权利要求5所述的折叠支撑背板,其特征在于,还包括:
第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件分别设置在所述第一非折叠部分和所述第二非折叠部分靠近所述显示屏的一侧;
第三弹性件22,所述第三弹性件22分别设置在所述第一非折叠部分和所述第二非折叠部分的远离所述显示屏的一侧。
9.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的折叠支撑背板;和
显示屏,所述显示屏与所述折叠支撑背板的接触面贴合。
10.一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9所述的显示面板。
