Abstract
The invention relates to a waste material disposal platform based on an ERP system, which comprises an ERP material module, an ERP sale module and an electronic commerce platform module; the ERP goods and materials module, the ERP sales module and the electronic commerce platform module perform internal data interaction; the ERP material module comprises a warehousing management unit, a treatment plan management unit and a transaction amount management unit; the ERP sales module comprises a sales order management unit, an outward delivery management unit and a sales invoice management unit; the electronic commerce platform module comprises a treatment plan uploading unit, a recycling manufacturer information management unit and a bid winning information management unit. According to the invention, on the basis of an EPR system and a service, service flows of all stages of waste materials are linked, so that the whole-flow online monitoring of waste material disposal is realized, the centralized management and control of waste material disposal are enhanced, and the waste material disposal efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a waste material disposal platform based on an ERP system.
Background
With the continuous deepening of modern internet of things and material intensification, new requirements are put forward on material business management and control, and the requirement for realizing full-flow online management and control of waste material management is particularly strong. But the waste material auction plan and the auction sale of the Fujian company do not form automatic data sharing, so that the business is operated repeatedly; the auction income and the cost amortization of the waste materials are only manually booked through finance, the work is complex, and the connection of each finance and material personnel is not facilitated. Therefore, the whole flow through work of the waste material disposal business needs to be further enhanced.

The invention is further explained below with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides an ERP system-based waste material disposal platform, which includes an ERP material module, an ERP sales module, and an e-commerce platform module; the ERP goods and materials module, the ERP sales module and the electronic commerce platform module perform internal data interaction; the ERP material module comprises a warehousing management unit, a treatment plan management unit and a transaction amount management unit; the ERP sales module comprises a sales order management unit, an outward delivery management unit and a sales invoice management unit; the electronic commerce platform module comprises a treatment plan uploading unit, a recycling manufacturer information management unit and a bid winning information management unit.
In this embodiment, the platform is further provided with a master data management module, which is used for downloading the recycling manufacturer information interface from the ECP system and optimizing the client master data extension program.
In this embodiment, the warehousing management unit includes a fixed asset waste material warehousing management and a material-based waste material warehousing management. And the fixed asset waste material warehousing management is combined with an equipment scrapping line on-line auditing flow, and after the auditing flow is completed, the system automatically sends warehousing agency to a fixed asset recycling department manager to perform waste material warehousing accounting. In this embodiment, the sales order management unit automatically creates a sales order according to the splitting result, and the sales order can refer to information such as the material number, the quantity, the transaction amount, the tax rate, and the like of the waste material in detail. The outward delivery management unit completes the relevant configuration of the sales management module, and outward delivery and sales settlement are realized according to the sales order. The sales invoice management unit realizes financial accounting integration, related certificates are generated by waste material accountability, financial staff serve as a certificate checker to check correctness of certificate certificates, workload of financial staff for financial checking is reduced, front-end business specifications are promoted, and front-end business and financial integration is realized.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the treatment plan uploading unit uses an ECP interface to implement ERP and ECP treatment plan sharing. The functions on the ECP are not adjusted based on the functions deployed at the level one. Waste materials are dealt in a public bidding mode through an ECP online bidding platform, and a waste material bidding selling link is realized on an electronic commerce platform line.
