The city basic database system for the smart city is characterized by comprising a data basic supporting unit, a data storage unit, a data interface service unit and a data management application unit; the data base supporting unit is used for acquiring data of each commission bureau and acquiring community data and retrieval comprehensive data; the data storage unit is used for building various databases and storing the data acquired by the data basic supporting unit in a classified manner; the data interface service unit is used for connecting the data storage unit and the data management application unit; the data management application unit is used for receiving a request from a user, managing the database and the metadata of the data storage unit through the data interface service unit, managing the data quality and providing a sharing service of the data in the database.

The city basis database system for smart cities of claim 1, further comprising a security guard unit; and the safety protection unit is used for providing environmental protection and monitoring required by the operation of the data base unit, the data storage unit and the data management application unit.

The city-based database system for smart cities of claim 1, wherein the data-based support unit comprises a data acquisition subunit, a data processing subunit and a data exchange subunit; the data acquisition subunit is used for acquiring data of each commission bureau and acquiring community data; the data processing subunit is used for comparing, cleaning and classifying the acquired data; and the data exchange subunit is used for uploading the classified data to the data storage unit.
4. The city-based database system for smart cities of claim 3, wherein the data-based support unit further comprises a catalog subunit; and the directory subunit is used for storing a directory formed by cataloging the stored data by the data storage unit.

The city base database system for smart cities as claimed in claim 3, wherein the data storage unit comprises a building subunit, a base library subunit, a business topic library subunit, a catalog database subunit, a structured resource library subunit, a data warehouse subunit, and an unstructured resource library subunit; the building subunit is used for building various databases; the basic library subunit is used for storing data corresponding to population, legal people, regional economy and space geography collected by the data basic supporting unit; the business theme library subunit is used for storing the business data acquired by the data basic supporting unit; the structured resource library subunit is used for storing the business information and the office information collected by the data basic supporting unit; the unstructured resource library subunit is used for storing the official document policy file collected by the data basic supporting unit; the data warehouse subunit is used for storing basic information of population, legal people, economy and government affairs collected by the data basic supporting unit; and the catalog database subunit is used for storing a catalog formed by cataloging the stored data and a catalog-corresponding data category.

The city basis database system for smart cities of claim 1, wherein the data management application unit comprises a metadata management subunit; and the metadata management subunit is used for reading and distributing the metadata to the data storage unit through the data interface service unit according to the request of the user.
7. The city basis database system for smart cities of claim 6, wherein the data management application unit further comprises a database management subunit; and the database management subunit is used for constructing a database for the data storage unit through the data interface service unit according to the request of the user.
8. The city basis database system for smart cities of claim 7, wherein the data management application unit further comprises a data quality management subunit; and the data quality management subunit is used for counting and monitoring the data read by the data interface service unit.
9. The city basis database system for smart cities as claimed in claim 8, wherein the data management application unit further comprises a database service subunit for reading the data in the corresponding database from the data storage unit through the data interface service unit according to the request of the user.
10. The city base database system for smart cities as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the data interface service unit comprises a query engine for querying the data storage unit according to the requirements of the data management application unit.
