The object of this embodiment is to provide a device for detecting CI interface of tv motherboard, as shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a detection apparatus for a CI interface of a television main board provided in an embodiment of the present application, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment are shown, which are detailed as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the CI interface detection apparatus 100 of the tv motherboard is connected to a tv motherboard 110 having a CI interface 111, and the CI interface detection apparatus 100 includes: the television comprises a first main control unit 10, a switching unit 20 and a second main control unit 30 arranged on a television main board 110. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the first main control unit 10 is in communication connection with the television main board 110, and the first main control unit 10 is configured to send a preset instruction for detecting the CI interface 111 to the television main board 110.
The adapting unit 20 is used for mounting the CI card 120 and is connected with the CI interface 111 in a plugging manner.
The second main control unit 30 is configured to perform a detection operation on the CI interface 111 in a DTV channel environment when the preset instruction is received and the adapting unit 20 carries the CI card 120 and is connected to the CI interface 111 in a plug-in manner.
In this embodiment, the CI interface detection apparatus 100 of the television main board is connected to the television main board 110, and the television main board 110 is provided with a CI interface 111 for externally connecting a CI card 120. Because the first main control unit 10 in the CI interface detecting apparatus 100 is in communication connection with the tv main board 110, the tv main board 110 is provided with the CI interface 111 for externally connecting the CI card 120, the adapting unit 20 is used for carrying the CI card 120 and is connected to the CI interface 111 in a plug-in manner, and the second main control unit 30 is arranged on the tv main board 110, the first main control unit 10, the adapting unit 20, and the second main control unit 30 are electrically connected to each other through the tv main board 110.
In practical applications, the information of the CI card 120 that can be read by the tv main board 110 through the CI interface 111 may be at least one of information of a CAM card, information of an IC card, and an encrypted digital signal received by the CI card 120.
In practical application, the first main control unit 10 may be an upper computer, and the upper computer is connected to the tv main board 110 through a serial port or other interface modules capable of serving as a communication link, so that a preset instruction for detecting the CI interface 111 can be sent to the second main control unit 30 disposed on the tv main board 110.
Since the CI card 120 is an independent sheet-shaped single body, the adapting unit 20 can mount the CI card 120 on the adapting unit 20 by providing a slot sheet-shaped matched with the CI card 120, and is convenient for replacing the CI card 120. In addition, in practical application, since the CI interface 111 may be a fixed standard thimble type plug, and the adaptor unit 20 is further configured to be connected to the CI interface 111 in a plug-in manner, the adaptor unit 20 may further implement the plug-in connection with the CI interface thimble type plug by setting a thimble jack corresponding to the CI interface 111.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a switching unit in a device for detecting a CI interface of a television main board according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, as an embodiment of the present application, the transit unit 20 includes: the CI card slot 21 and the CI connection terminal 22. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the CI card slot 21 is used for plugging and connecting the CI card 120; CI connector 22 is used for plug connection to CI interface 111.
As a possible implementation manner of the present embodiment, the CI card slot 21 comprises a first wall slot 211, a second wall slot 212 and a CI card connector 213, when in use, the CI card 120 is slid into the CI card slot 21 along the first wall slot 211 and the second wall slot 212 in a direction close to the CI card connector 213 until the interface on the CI card 120 is connected with the CI card connector 213 on the CI card slot 21, and similarly, when the CI card 120 is pulled out, the CI card slot 21 is also slid out in a direction away from the CI card connector 213 along the first wall slot 211 and the second wall slot 212, until the CI card 120 is completely pulled out of the adapter unit 20, so that the CI card slot 21 is connected with the CI card 120 in a plugging manner.
In practical applications, both the first main control unit 10 and the switching unit 20 of the device 100 for detecting CI interface of a tv motherboard can be disposed on the production line of the tv motherboard 110. When CI interface detection is required for a plurality of tv motherboards 110 in the production pipeline, the CI card 120 must be repeatedly inserted between a plurality of CI interfaces 111, that is, the CI card 120 needs to be inserted into the CI interfaces 111 a plurality of times, and the CI card 120 needs to be pulled out from the CI interfaces 111 a plurality of times. In order to avoid damage to the physical structure of the CI card 120 for connecting to the CI interface 120 due to multiple plugging operations of the CI card 120, in this embodiment, the adapting unit 20 in the device 100 for detecting the CI interface of the tv motherboard can be used to mount the CI card 120, that is, when detecting the CI interface 111 of the tv motherboard, if the CI card 120 is not damaged or needs to be replaced, the CI card 120 does not need to be taken down from the adapting unit 20, and the adapting unit 20 can also be plugged and connected to the CI interface 111, so that the adapting unit 20 serves as a physical link between the CI interface 111 and the CI card 120, when the connection between the CI card and the CI card is realized, the loss of the CI card 120 in the multiple plugging operations is replaced, thereby protecting the CI card 120 and reducing the cost loss of detecting the CI interface of the tv motherboard.
In all embodiments of the present application, the second main control unit 30 is disposed on the television main board 110, so that multiplexing of existing device devices can be achieved, that is, the second main control unit 30 belongs to a part of the television main board CI110, and when detecting a television main board CI interface, the second main control unit 30 belongs to a part of the television main board CI interface detecting apparatus 100.
In practical applications, any unit with a control function in the television main board 110 may be selected as the second main control unit 30 according to actual requirements and an actual structure of the television main board 110, for example, a main control unit, a power conversion control unit, a digital-to-analog signal processing unit, and the like in the television main board 110. Through setting up second main control unit 30 on TV mainboard 110 for second main control unit 30 not only can normally work when using the TV as its partial functional unit in TV mainboard 110, can also realize carrying out the in-process that detects TV mainboard CI interface, for TV mainboard CI interface detection device 100 shares partial work, improves the utilization ratio to the equipment device, has simplified TV mainboard CI interface detection device 100's structure simultaneously.
It should be noted that, since the CI Card 120 is a combination of a video Access Module (CAM) and an Integrated Circuit Card (IC), when the CI Card 120 is inserted into the CI interface 111, the tv motherboard 110 can read information of the CI Card 120, that is, can determine whether the connection state of the CI interface 111 on the tv motherboard 110 is normal by determining whether the information of the CI Card 120 is read.
As an embodiment of the present application, the second main control unit 30 is specifically configured to, when receiving a preset instruction and the adaptor unit 20 carries the CI card 120 and is connected to the CI interface 111 in a plug-and-pull manner, switch the television main board 110 to a DTV channel environment, and perform a detection operation on the CI interface.
Further, as a possible implementation manner of this embodiment, the second main control unit 30 is connected to the CI interface 111, and the second main control unit 30 is specifically configured to read the attribute information of the CI card 120 through the CI interface 111 and the transit unit 20 when the tv main board 110 switches to the DTV channel environment.
It should be appreciated that since the CI Card 120 is a combination of a video Access Module (CAM) and an Integrated Circuit Card (IC), and the CI Card 120 is used to convert the received encrypted Digital signal into a tv content signal, the CI interface 111 can be detected only in an environment corresponding to a Digital Television (DTV) channel.
Further, as a possible implementation manner of this embodiment, the second main control unit 30 is specifically configured to, when the attribute information of the CI card 120 is read, identify the CI interface 111 as a CI interface with a normal CI interface signal; when the attribute information of the CI card 120 is not read, the attribute information reading operation is performed again on the CI card 120 through the CI interface 111 and the transit unit 20 according to the preset number of times of re-reading, or the CI interface 111 is recognized as a CI interface with abnormal CI interface signals.
It can be understood that the preset re-reading times are used to limit the times of re-reading the attribute information of the CI card 120 through the CI interface 111 and the forwarding unit 20, and in practical applications, the detecting party may set the re-reading times according to the detection requirement, so details are not described here.
In the CI interface detecting apparatus 100 for a television main board provided in this embodiment, a preset instruction for detecting the CI interface 111 is sent to the television main board 110 by using the first main control unit 10 through connection with the television main board 110 provided with the CI interface 111, because the second main control unit 30 is disposed on the television main board 110, the second main control unit 30 can receive the preset instruction, the adapting unit 20 carries the CI card 120 and is connected to the CI interface 111 in a plug-in manner, when the second main control unit 30 receives the preset instruction, because the adapting unit carries the CI card 120 and is connected to the CI interface 111 in a plug-in manner, connection between the CI card 120 and the CI interface 111 is realized, therefore, the second main control unit 30 can determine whether information of the CI card 120 can be read or not in a DTV channel environment according to the preset instruction, further realize detection operation on the CI interface 111, and simplify a CI interface detection manner, the detection efficiency of the CI interface is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, an object of the embodiment of the present application is to provide a CI interface signal detection method, and fig. 3 shows a flowchart of implementation of the CI interface signal detection method provided by the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, a CI interface signal detection method in the embodiment of the present application is applied to a television main board with a CI interface, and the television main board is connected to the CI interface detection apparatus 110 of the television main board in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1. In the CI interface signal detection method in all embodiments of the present application, an execution main body is a television main board, and a control IC, for example, a second main control unit in the previous embodiment, is configured on the television main board. The television main board can determine whether the connection between the CI interface and the television main board is intact according to the detection result of the CI interface signal by executing the CI interface signal detection method, namely, whether the CI interface can be normally used can be determined.
As shown in fig. 3, a CI interface signal detection method includes:
s11: receiving a preset instruction which is sent by a first main control unit and used for detecting a CI interface signal; and the CI interface is connected with the CI card in a plugging and unplugging manner through the switching unit.
In step S11, the first main control unit is located in the CI interface detection device of the television motherboard, and the television motherboard is connected to the CI interface detection device of the television motherboard via a serial port, so as to receive a preset instruction sent by the first main control unit in the CI interface detection device of the television motherboard, for detecting the CI interface signal.
It should be noted that the CI interface is disposed on the television motherboard, and when the television motherboard is in normal use, the CI interface may be connected to the CI card to receive and convert the encrypted digital signal, so as to obtain a television signal capable of being displayed by the television. In order to implement the detection of the CI interface signal, in all embodiments of the present application, when detecting the CI interface signal, the CI card is not directly inserted into the CI interface of the television motherboard, but the CI card is inserted into the switching unit, and then the switching unit carrying the CI card is inserted into the CI interface of the television motherboard, that is, the CI interface of the television motherboard is connected with the CI card through the switching unit.
It should be understood that, since the switching unit is used for carrying the CI card and can be used for plug-in connection with the CI interface of the tv main board, the switching unit is inevitably provided with a slot for carrying the CI card and a connection port for connecting the CI interface of the tv main board.
S12: and according to the preset instruction, performing attribute information reading operation on the CI card through the CI interface and the switching unit under the DTV channel environment.
In step S12, when the CI card is mounted on the adapting unit and the adapting unit is connected to the CI interface of the tv main board, the CI card is electrically connected to the CI interface through the adapting unit, so that the tv main board can read the attribute information of the CI card sequentially through the CI interface and the adapting unit.
It should be noted that, because the CI card is a combination of the CAM card and the IC card, and the CI card is used to convert the received encrypted digital signal into a television content signal, the television main board can call the CI interface to communicate with the CI card only in an environment corresponding to the DTV channel, that is, the CI interface signal can be detected only in an environment corresponding to the DTV channel.
As an embodiment of the present application, step S12 may specifically include:
switching the television main board to a DTV channel environment according to the preset instruction; the CI card is communicated with the switching unit through the CI interface to carry out initialization operation; and when the communication initialization operation is completed, performing attribute information reading operation on the CI card.
In this embodiment, the switching of the television main board to the DTV channel environment is performed by switching the signal receiving environment of the television main board to the DTV channel environment. The CI interface on the television mainboard is connected with the CI card through the switching unit, and before attribute information reading operation is carried out on the CI card, if the CI card is not connected to the CI interface, communication initialization operation needs to be carried out on the CI card firstly, namely, data interaction can be carried out only through the CI interface and the initialization setting of the CI card on a communication layer.
It should be understood that since the CI interface and the CI card are both functional interfaces and products existing in the prior art, the initialization between the CI interface and the CI card can be implemented by using the existing scheme. In addition, the present application does not relate to the improvement of the communication protocol of the CI interface and the CI card on the bottom layer, and therefore, the process is not described herein again.
S13: and if the attribute information of the CI card is read, identifying the CI interface as a CI interface with normal CI interface signals.
In step S13, the attribute information of the CI card includes at least one of a CI card name, attribute information of the CAM card, and attribute information of the IC card.
In this embodiment, when the tv motherboard can read the attribute information of the CI card through the CI interface and the switching unit, it indicates that the communication between the CI interface and the tv motherboard is normal, that is, the CI interface can be used normally.
It should be understood that, when detecting a CI interface signal, identifying the CI interface as a CI interface with a normal CI interface signal may specifically be to configure a corresponding detection result identifier for the CI interface, that is, configure a corresponding identifier for the CI interface, for distinguishing whether the CI interface is normal or not.
The CI interface signal detection method provided by this embodiment is applied to a tv main board having a CI interface, wherein the tv main board is connected to the CI interface detection apparatus of the tv main board provided by the first aspect, and by receiving a preset instruction sent by a first main control unit for detecting a CI interface signal, since the CI interface is disposed on the tv main board and the CI interface is connected to a CI card through a plug-in connection with a switching unit, according to the preset instruction, an attribute information reading operation can be performed on the CI card through the CI interface and the switching unit under a digital tv DTV channel environment, since the CI interface is used for mounting the CI card, it can be used to represent whether a CI interface signal is normal by determining whether attribute information of the CI card can be read, and therefore, when the attribute information of the CI card is read, the CI interface is recognized as a CI interface where the CI interface signal is normal, thereby simplifying a CI interface detection mode, the detection efficiency of the CI interface is improved.
Based on the above embodiments, another embodiment of the CI interface signal detection method is provided. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of a CI interface signal detection method according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, the embodiment includes, in addition to step S11 to step S13, step S21, step S22 and step S23 after step S12, wherein step S13 and step S21 are parallel steps, step S21 is not executed after step S13 is executed, and step S13 is not executed after step S21 is executed. In addition, steps S22 and S23 are parallel, and step S23 is not executed after step S22 is executed, and step S22 is not executed after step S23 is executed. As shown in fig. 4, specifically:
s21: and if the attribute information of the CI card cannot be read, performing attribute information reading operation on the CI card again through the CI interface and the switching unit according to the preset number of times of re-reading.
S22: and if the attribute information of the CI card is read again through the CI interface and the switching unit according to the preset number of times of re-reading and the attribute information of the CI card is read, identifying the CI interface as a CI interface with normal CI interface signals.
S23: and if the attribute information of the CI card is read again through the CI interface and the switching unit according to the preset number of times of re-reading and the attribute information of the CI card cannot be read, identifying the CI interface as the CI interface with abnormal CI interface signals and/or sending prompt information for prompting the failure of re-inspection to the first main control unit.
In this embodiment, when the attribute information of the CI card cannot be read, there may be a case where there is poor contact between the switching unit and the CI interface, and therefore, when detecting the CI interface signal, if the CI interface signal cannot be detected for the first time, the detecting party checks and adjusts the contact between the switching unit and the CI interface, and further eliminates the poor contact fault, so that when the attribute information reading operation is performed on the CI card again through the CI interface and the switching unit according to the preset number of times of re-reading, the phenomenon that the detection of the CI interface signal is inaccurate due to the poor contact can be avoided.
It should be noted that, when the attribute information of the CI card is read again through the CI interface and the switching unit according to the preset number of times of re-reading, if the attribute information of the CI card is not read, it indicates that the CI interface is not a poor contact between the switching unit and the CI interface, but a contact problem between the CI interface and the television main board, so the CI interface is identified as the CI interface with an abnormal CI interface signal, and/or prompt information for prompting the failure of the re-inspection is sent to the first main control unit.
As an embodiment of the present application, after identifying the CI interface as a CI interface with normal CI interface signals, the method may further include: and sending prompt information for prompting the successful detection of the CI interface signal to the first main control unit.
In practical application, when the television main board executes the CI interface signal detection method, since the television main board is connected to the CI interface detection device, after the CI interface is identified as the CI interface with normal CI interface signals, the first main control unit is sent with a prompt message for prompting that the CI interface signal detection is successful, and the detection result can be embodied on the CI interface detection device.
In the above scheme, a preset instruction for detecting a CI interface signal sent by a first main control unit is received, the CI interface is arranged on a television main board and is connected with a CI card through a switching unit in a plugging manner, so according to the preset instruction, the attribute information reading operation can be performed on the CI card through the CI interface and the switching unit under the digital television DTV channel environment, because the CI interface is used for carrying the CI card, whether the attribute information of the CI card can be read or not is determined, and the CI interface signal can be used for representing whether the CI interface signal is normal or not, so that when the attribute information of the CI card is read, the CI interface is identified as the CI interface with the normal CI interface signal, the CI interface detection mode is simplified, and the detection efficiency of the CI interface is improved.
In addition, when the attribute information of the CI card cannot be read, if the CI interface signal cannot be detected for the first time, the detection party can check and adjust the contact condition between the switching unit and the CI interface, and then the fault with poor contact is eliminated, so that when the CI card is read again through the CI interface and the switching unit according to the preset re-reading times, the phenomenon that the detection of the CI interface signal is inaccurate due to poor contact can be avoided.
