Through the arrangement, the P L C control unit 240 is matched with the temperature unit 230 to realize temperature control, manual temperature control of workers is not needed, the preset temperature required by detection is gradually reached, the temperature control precision is greatly improved, the test error is reduced, meanwhile, the operation is simplified, in addition, the structure of the box body 100 and the inner container 120 is adopted, the number of products is large in one-time test, the realization of full detection is facilitated, and the detection efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the-terminal of the 0CH area, the V-terminal of the 100CH area, and the COM terminal of the P L C control unit 240 are all connected to the negative output terminal of the switching power supply 220, and the + terminal of the 0CH area and the V + terminal of the 100CH area of the P L C control unit 240 are connected to the positive output terminal of the switching power supply 220, the dc voltage rectified by the switching power supply 220 is preferably 24V.
Preferably, the probe 231 is disposed at the bottom of the test tray 130 to improve temperature control accuracy.
Preferably, the P L C control unit 240 is an ohilon P L C, and the specific model can be CP1E-N30SDT-D, and in actual wiring, the temperature unit 230 can be an expansion module of the P L C control unit 240, and the temperature unit 230 is connected with an expansion port on the P L C control unit 240.

Preferably, a fuse 260 is connected in series to the live wire output end of the leakage switch 210, so as to perform an overcurrent protection function.
